It was a tit for tat issue between Adebayor and the arsenal fans, nothing to do with city and nothing to do with Wenger. A bit self involved and contrived maybe (like stevie me last season) but that's up to the player in question, sometimes being a fan you have to take things like that on the chin and move on. Arsene Wenger plucked him from obscurity, his career at Monaco was going nowehere. He developed him, allowed him to learn from Henry and made him into a player who can be devastating, seemingly when it suits. By celebrating in front of the fans, he not only stuck it up the fans, but also the club and Wenger. Without Wenger, Ade would be just another footballer. And for this reason, what he did on Saturday was very poor judgement. His stamp on RvP was totally classless. Good article.

On a more serious note,i believe Man u will gain from Citeh's sudden quality of play- the other members of the big four will sweat it out against Citeh but Man u has already gotten used to all the pressures that come with playing against them.
