Anderson Gets A Bronze… City’s Jo Gets The Goals

After being humiliated by Argentina in the semi-finals, Brazil overcame Belgium 3-0 in today’s match played for the bronze medal.

Anderson had a good game, playing in a more defensive role for Brazil, breaking up play and bursting forward with good pace.

However, as the bluenoses will love to tell you, it was their new £19 million man who stole the show, scoring 2 goals.

He won’t play on Monday – jet-lagged and heavy-legged not to mention that he’s no doubt been celebrating with his mates.

Jo, scored an open header for the first goal. He practically just headed into an open goal. The second one was better tho, but he did score that very late in the game where most of the Belgium defense were tryin to score goal. He beat beat one defender and slot the ball under the keeper. As much as i hate to say it, it was a well taken goal, for a striker.
