Just like with Nani before him, Sir Alex Ferguson has rescued Anderson’s Manchester United career after bad attitude and a lengthy injury threatened to end it.
“Sir Alex has always offered me advice from the day I arrived, in the good and the bad moments,” said Anderson. “Many times he was unhappy with my work but that only added extra incentive to me. The coach wanted to see my reaction, it wasn’t negative and my relationship with him is good. After my injury I worked so hard and made a big effort to get chances in the team. Sir Alex gave me confidence too and helped increase my performance. For me he is the best coach in the world because he is so direct with us and is clear in what he wants us to do.”

Stating the obvious there ando…
Scott stop to banter little gooners. lol
must be a fluke to come up with it right now
woooooANDO!!!
Fergie is shitting on Wenger.
Who?
Simple math lesson:
UNITED + Anderson > arsenal + fabregas
He can’t be the heir to Scholes…
He gives interviews!
Costas – Wenger? Is that the guy wit the tambourine?
@Zelh
Lol, don’t know mate. That would imply that Wenger is entertaining in some way.
Costas – is that him?

So glad Ando stayed and fought to become the player that Fergie obviously saw he could be. A testament to his own character as well as Sir Alex’s ability.
@Zelh
LOL! Yeah, that’s him alright.
Seems Little Pea will start today
I think to hear this from Ando demonstrates one of Fergie’s better qualities, his sincere dedication to improving his players. Fergie wants these lads to be successful and I think they know it as well as he does. Ronaldo, Nani, Ando, Rooney, all players who could have, indeed were, going wrong that he has set to rights. And that’s just this squad. Look at how he kept in touch with Diego Forlan, a player who just couldn’t get squared away for us. That’s a sign of real class.
Other managers do aspire to that I think, any good manager should, but he does it better. I think that’s part of the reason why United is such a successful dynasty and such a production line for world class young players, if you’re a young player, who would you want to be your manager? Who would you want to learn from? Who would you want to impress? Sir Alex is The Man.
sell Ando buy Ramires. lol
First time in three years I’ve been able to say “Anderson-son-son, he’s better than Kleberson” with a straight face.
Tell us something we don’t know, like when you’ll score again. And I don’t mean with the brass lol.
he’s currently our best cm, hands down
Tell us something we don’t know Ando! Glad that he listens to our manager, if you listen you will learn and improve.
Carrick has been quite good in regular bases and trustfull too this season. But he doesn’t get enough credit. Him and Ando are forming a great pair.
Let’s not get ahead of ourselves… Anderson hasn’t really come good yet.
Ando, keep working hard at it and of course Fergie is the best! he’ll help you reach your full potential!
Anderson is the future, he just needs a Nani amount of games under his belt, remeber when Nani couldn’t get a run of games for love nor money? now look, we look flat and shite without him on the wing. Hopefully he’s back tonight. Back to Ando, lets all hope he finishes this season having played his little heart out in the League, the Cup and in Europe. If he can come through this Season unscathed we’ll really START seeing the very best of him next Season. Class Act that boy, takes a lot to turn it around and realise your potential. Well Done Yet Again Alec.
Good on you anderson, i like his attitude, rather than throwing a strop Like some other young players would he has worked hard, signed a new long term deal which shows that sir alex will reward you if your making significant impact in the team, he has earned the trust of the manager and hopefully will continue to improve, if he can sort his goal scoring droughts out, he’ll be a complete box to box midfield machine, keep up the good work boy!
Paul Parker @ 19:55: “Anderson is the future, he just needs a Nani amount of games under his belt,”
Exactly. These two plus Rooney, Chicharito, and Fletcherinho are all under 26 AND experienced. The transition from the CR7 circus seems to be coming into focus and looks really, really sharp.
@Paul Parker
I remember having this conversation about Anderson with you and King Eric here…
You guys had a bit of a bust-up about it lol…And I remember you sharing many of the thoughts on how this boy would come good for us eventually…Thank God our faith has been rewarded..
Lets hope he continues to improve and realise his full potential
Always took a battering of mates about Nani and Anderson and said their still young they’ve got time to come good and Nani is now finally showing what he can do.
Anderson id like it even more to do so really hope he steps up and becomes the player we all hoped he would be. I think SAF playing him deeper has been a good thing, hes learnt alot ball winning, positional play and his passing has improved, remember he was never a CM player SAF has changed that.
Now its time for him to show us his flair and creativity that he had so much of while at Porto and Gremio and score some goals with that left foot of his. Hes strong, gets stuck in, fast, good runner with the ball, full of energy and an eye for a killer pass… all he needs is goals and consistency . Then he will be a top top player for us.
There’s a major attitude transplant there! Brilliant Ando, keep this up!
Red Devil – You ok pal? Oh that argumant with Paul Parker and I was legendary. I even posted my phone number on here! We laugh about it now though. Top lad is Paul.
King Eric
Yeah mate…i’m ok…what about you..? yeah i remember how you guys got worked up and then made up eventually….thats what so special about this club, the passions and emotions involved run so deep in the supporters….
