Moscow was the best United moment of my life , i was not a United fan in 1999 , i didn't watch football at that time . But i think the best United moment was at Nou camp . Moscow was a great great night. Rome was a great great dissapointment, I suffered from severe depression for 2 whole weeks like many other fans. Great attitude from carrick, and from the rest of the utd players who are still haunted by that defeat, they know they owe us a european cup and have to make amends. This many sound absurd, but if we win the CL league this season, to me it will feel even better than when we won the treble. Because of a million countless things. neli g, lol.

I'm sure those of us who aren't lucky enough to have been born and grown up in the shadow of Old Trafford with chances to go to more games are jealous of that, and there is an aspect of geographical pride when it comes to football - but Man Utd fans don't just support United because they happen to be a stone's throw away from Busby Road - they fall in love with the club, the history, the footballing philosophy, the players, the highs, lows and characters that embody the spirit of United, and winning the 'post code lottery' to be born in Manchester doesn't exclude others from having similar feelings of loyalty and support to United.
