I didn’t talk about the image rights on purpose.I was saying that footalling wise,Ronaldo is currently 1.5 times better than Kaka.I can’t compare them from a marketing standpoint,which is what this image rights deal is about.Personally,i think that 50% was a good amount for both parties because both the club and the player make him marketable.I find Ronaldo greedy in this ordeal,because if i finally went to my dream club,i would sign the contract(which is big enough already) with my eyes closed.

The question isn’t can United do well without Ronaldo, it’s whether Ronaldo can do well without United.

Real will undoubtedly have a talented squad, but will it be big enough to accommodate Ronaldo’s ego? And for all their big spending looks like they still don’t have a decent defence.

Personally, I’ll still support Barca and hope Real keep losing titles, championships, cups, friendlies…fucking whatever.

Then by that logic if Kaka is getting 50% share in image rights etc, then Ronaldo should get 70-80% share.

All we did by selling Ronaldo for huge 80m is a business and All Ronaldo is doing is also a business. I won’t call him greedy.

agreed. but then i felt that maybe gaffer should give more chance to rossi. his stint in newcastle certainly a failure since roeder doenst play him that much. and in parma as well. so i was hoping back then that he will have a handful of games as we all know that his stats in reserve games is astounding as what happens now with kiko and welbeck,or maybe better in some aspects.
