Ahead of Chelsea’s game against Manchester City today, Wayne Bridge made the sensible decision of refusing to shake the hand of John Terry, his former best mate who had an affair with the mother of his child.
When confronted with such a situation, it’s hard to imagine how you would react. This is not a situation which is exclusive to football, there are of course scum bags in every day life who would royally fuck over their best friend for a bit of skirt, but what happens in those scenarios? Imagine you’re in that situation with a best mate who did the dirty on you. You’re in the local boozer and your former wingman, the lad you went on the piss with, the lad you talked about women with, the lad you trusted more than anyone else, walks in. Imagine he has the front to offer you his hand, would you shake it? The reasonable reactions would range from a load of verbal to a good kicking.
Bridge managed to keep it together today and simply ignore the offer of a handshake. But then no one could have predicted what would happen next.
Every time Bridge touched the ball, the Chelsea fans opted to boo him. Forget for a minute that Bridge played for Chelsea for six years, pulling on their shirt short of 150 times, and just look at this situation from the human perspective.
Bridge is the victim in this situation. Bridge hasn’t done anything wrong. It is Terry who chose to sleep with the mother of Bridge’s child and it is Bridge who has refused to publicly criticise him for this. He hasn’t uttered a bad word about Terry in the press and has behaved admirably in light of what has happened.
So what planet are Chelsea fans on to think it is appropriate to boo him? At no point did Bridge ask for Terry to expose himself for the odious cunt he is, Terry did that all by himself. People talk about Chelsea FC and Chelsea fans not having any class, but if there was ever any doubt, the fans at Stamford Bridge have shown that to be the case once and for all today. Sometimes you wonder if you hate Chelsea because they are our title rivals, but days like today remind you that you hate them because they’re a horrible bunch who prove beyond any doubt that money really can’t buy you class.

Man Utd News 24/7

They’ve got no class. I’d be embarrassed as a Chavski fan. I wish I was watching the game though.
Haven’t watched the game, but sounds like a really classless move.
Deluded, arrogant, new-rich idiots.
The handshake snub from from bridge was JUST great
New haircut for dirty dick as well, attention seeking cunt.
Typiecal Rent Boys!!! i expected this. Classless fans of a classless club!
Shows the how scummy they are, still booing everytime he touches the ball. Can’t understand any reason for it except for the fact they’re scum.
Spot on Scott. Why the FUCK are they booing Bridge? Classless cunt’s. What is with the British Bulldog’s hair do? He looks like a fucking Nazi. What a poor slow game.
Off topic but priceless: A FIRESALE at United with Owen and Foster two of the “big stars” to go. Nooooooo don’t do it!!
http://www.dailystar.co.uk/football/view/124105/Fire-sale-at-Manchester-United/
Famous last words but i cant see shity getting anything from this game.
i was just wondering…. what if it was viera in terry place, and keano in bridge’s
……….well just wondering
y hasnt any tackles fly in on tiny tears yet? that’s è only reason i m watching this game.
Reading the Skysports live center, I am sensing that City will concede at some point. No attacking ambition.
Seen the aritcle King Eric, kooks like a lot of cods wollop.
Loved it
I think Bellamy called Terry a twat as well. Turned his head while shaking Terry’s hand and mouthed twat.
Now for a Terry Own goal.
Hate Terry. Hate Chelsea.
Damn! Lampard scores.
Argh
told ya so, rentboys 1 up.
King eric
the fucking ABUs don’t have anything to write even with the final tommorow ?
It’s a fact anything with united sells
com on shitty, fat frank has just scored…we gonna have to do it ourselves i guess…
yessss teves…
get in Tevez..
Yessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
tevez 1 1.
Fuckin mugs of centre backs. rooney will hit on this lot!!
*shit
That boy tevez made terry look shite.
I pray for a draw.
Fucking get in tevez !!!
Red Sam, Calm down mate Tevez is a Judas cunt who plays for City.
tiny tears is a joke, esp. in è last few games. he doesnt deserve to go SA on such form. still waiting for someone’s flying kick on dickhead terry. Comeon Bitter, dunt disapoint me in é 2nd half!
The Bulldog dicked again . Quality. Great goal keeping. God Citeh are fucking woeful. No ambition whatsoever. They will just sit back now again.
Well done Tevez! They had to respond quickly. Now maybe they won’t be so passive in the second half.
Does anyone have a video of the handshake that never was?
is terry the most hated footballer right now ??
Terry is a cunt but lets not start supporting feckin City and Tevez, draw will do me.
not only that but according to tim lovejoy on twitter, they were selling ‘team terry’ t-shirts outside the ground haha
I am still not sure if shitty can win this.
Shitty are really shit..
The midfield is missing.
Btw did anyone else think they were watching a Seria A match?? Boring like hell until of course the goals. Thank god for that.
Stephen – I know what you mean pal but even a citeh win would do. They ain’t gonna get fourth anyway and the Chav’s are most important. That said we don’t want the bitters getting giddy again.
Is that Tim Lovejoy the former Watford fan?
Found it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=va5EN7OpKhU
Stephen, its not a matter of supporting city we’re just looking for them to do us a favour.
Stephen – Was Lovejoy a Watford fan really? Glory seeking rentboy.
That was class by Bridge. All the chavski scum should learn from him. Terry blunder costs his team a goal. Talk about karma. Thanks Tevez
@King Eric
Hi mate. Well for one day I am rooting for them. Can’t see them winning though. And like you said, they will probably sit back again. They were very lucky with their goal.
HAHAHA! FUCK YOU TERRY YOU CUNTBAG OF AN ASSWIPE! WELL DONE BRIDGE! THAT REJECTION WAS FUCKING CLASSIC.
Chelsea fans really are classless. Watching the game at a Chelsea screening and some o them have made pathetic statements like ‘ Bridge was just an average player’ and ‘Terry did nothing wrong’.
The cockiness of Chelsea fans is annoying too. Confident that they will win the treble this season. yeah right
Chelsea battering City as expected. Hope city hold on but with buffoons in that defence you cant go against Chelsea scoring again
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S938jFiKTrw
fuck chelski and their cocky captain tiny tears.
King Eric, I can’t cheer on the Bitters mate, hopefully the eathquake from Chile will hit West London.
I know what you mean boys, I hate Terry and would celebrate his death but I also feckin hate Tevez and Shitty, City are so negative it is unbelivable if they play like that second half they will get turned over.
I still do not understand why they boo Bridge, a former plyer who scored an important Champions league goal for them over their captain who was negotiating a move to City in the summer via a pay as you go mobile?
I am sure we have all been let down by a mate at times, who sometimes soon (as a result) becomes an ex mate either because of what they have done or because they weren’t the person you thought they were.
So Chelsea fans who booed Bridge should understand that. Terry has made a big mistake and taken a lot away from Bridge as Scott pointed out on a previous blog. Bridge does not have to forgive Terry. In fact, I would be shocked if he did and it is understandable that he probably wants to forget about him and not have anything to do with him ever again. How many of those Chelsea fans who booed Bridge would have forgiven their ‘mate’ who did something wrong to them such as cheating with their partner?! Not many I bet
As for Tevez, good that they equalised I suppose but lucky strike with absolutely no pace on it (then again Tevez never did have any pace)
Bellammmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Bellamy the THUG!!! 2-1
hahahahahah
fuck me bellnd just scored and i cheered
never in my life did i ever think it
thank god my daughter isnt here to see it
bridge for the 3rd after ut jumping terry from a corner
i can see it
Get in bellend 2 1
God, I feel so dirty.
Bellamy!
still not sure City will hold on. but a draw will be a great result for us.
Spot on Corea.
Fight! Fight! Terry and tevez.
Terry you Cunt!
haha, here it goes. stuff it on terry all u bitters!
Look who is in there immediately that cowardly cunt bellend
spit on him, punch him, kick him, slap him, i dont fucking care. juz fycking do something to cunt terry pls u bitters!!

@DEVILisRED, slap him, lol tad Gay dont you think, maybe hit him with a handbag eh! lmao
I really feel dirty for supporting City.
come on lets see a third from the bitters!
Same here ghtt.
Chelsea will lay siege to the shitty goal in last 10 mins. City need one more goal to at least get a draw
let bridge take the peno please
OH SHIT PEN FOR SHITTY! hahahahahahahah
Pen for city.
@ red dallas, you got yer wish m8
COME ON!
Penalty. Belletti off. I am so fucking nervous now.
3 1 tevezzzzzzzzzz
Fuck it Fuck it, I just wanted a fucking cunting draw
hahahahahahhahaha
tevez ya dirty money grabbing wanker
thanks
lol the reaction of chelsea fans here after tevez scored was worth watching
they are STUNNED
Yes. Take that! Fucking hell yes.
red card good news for us. but it shows again wat a cunt mike dean was. penalty yes, red card nooo. contact was minimal.
Away to The Boozer, to get Jaked,
21 goals for tevez this season
Well done tevez.
Chelsea fans aren’t even bothered to boo Bridge now
Good. Speaky bum time and they implode.
It’s about time we reclaim the top spot.
I was praying Bridge would take the pen.
couple of chelsea fans clapped for bridge when he came off
there is a few roses in the piles of shit in that field
@DEVILisRED
Agree mate contact was minimal but when you deny a goal scoring opportunity in the box it is a red card. This was barely 10 yards out
haha
you can’t imagine how i despise the cunt Ballack
what a fucker
So happy Ballack is off. Biggest cunt i have ever seen. Hope he never winsthe premier League or Champions League in his career.
MICHAEL BALLACK IS A CUNT
Rentboys down 2 9 men, King Eric barry has been class second half, always said he was a good player.
My faith in humanity is restored. As much as i hate Chelsea it was nice to see a few of them applauding Bridge off.
Ballack sent off. Brilliant. Now beat Villa and my weekend is made.
this is priceless
Corea- Ballack is the biggest fucking loser on the planet. I hate him all the more for his “COME ON!” and his gestures as TinyTears was stepping up to take his penalty.
Ballack red. Time to really get our engines started. Preferably by having Aston Villa to the sword beginning on Sunday.
the lost to Everton we lost to Everton.
we just have to make sure we don’t lose at Shity.
that’s a 2nd yellow, no question. fuck off ballack, piece of arrogant shit. born to be hated that fucker. it’s time for tiny tears to get his 2nd yellow too, come-on Dean!!!
I saw those few fans clap for Bridge on his way off, they’re not all twats. Also, what kind of club would let their captain, the face of the club, to have a wankers haircut like that. Classless
@ sinred no doubt m8! mine too
If any team can F*** this up, it’s City…..
4-1
hhahahahahhahahha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
strange
cheering for shity ) priceless..
What a boast this is for the boys just before we play another final, crazy season though. 4 1 bellend cant believe this
And Ballack should have seen straight red, that challenge was disgusting
@aig
it’s not a professional foul. intent wasnt there, clip é heel of neckness bellamy, so not a red card my opinion. anyway, no need to argue over this 2 team of shit. juz wanted to point out wat a consistent lousy ref mike dean was.
keep going city
you can score more
fuck up the goal difference
what a win this is for united
And that’s the end of Chelsea as a football team.
@ Devilisred,
The belletti cunt was the last man as well, so it was a red
Great to see our former player scored against chelsea. That is what tevez is all about a BIG GAME PLAYER!!!!!!
Why is andy gray mentioning the 4th city goal means nothing?. Chelseas goal difference is taking a battering and in the end it could come down to that, who knows.
team terry
hahaha
Honestly, if Terry gets a red I will be satisfied.
i never thought a non united game could make me so happy.
thanks city. fuck those chelsea pricks anyway. great boost for title hopes
4 2, 5 mins injury time.
Anything a good ref can do to help improve the goal difference.
@DEVILisRED
No arguments but i thought belletti was the last man there. Delighted that they are hammered in their own backyard, long time since that happened.
Mike dean is a clown, his decisions are not at all consistent at all.No denying that
and its 4 !!!!!!!!!! bellamy
blimey i hope we can do the same to chelsea
this brings us right back in it
City are going to fuck this up.
this game is just class! it feels amazing, seeing blue nosed bastards leaving in the 80st minute. jt and all the bunch of wankers just get what they deserve. never thought i would shout for craig bellamy or tevez, but today, they made my day.
and… bridge is the victim, dont think he did anything wrong..
All over 4 2 to the bluenoses.
cheers aig & RedDevilzAdvocate
game ended! fucking brillant result for us! we need to make sure we dont lose again at wasteland. but without dean as é ref, we should be too much for è bitter.
good saturday.
Its our time now! Let’s put the steak in Villa win the cup and go top of the league COME ON UNITED!
chelsea west ham draw
league cup champions manchester united beat wolves
milan hit old trafford with the reds on top
Awesome! Chelsea had a final surge, but for most of the second half and before the penalty, they looked a bit tired to me. Like we were at Everton. City also played on Wednesday, but they didn’t have to travel during the night.
What does this mean for the title? Well, first off, it’s back in our hands now. Secondly, Arsenal are back in it too.
Guys, i really hope we don’t lose at Shity. Don’t want Everton history repeated. We must take advantage.
Will drink some wine this evening. Made my day.
Hilario-us. What a game. Enjoyed every minute of it.
@ Corea Cheers!
Fuck John Terry and Fuck Chelsea
Thank you, you Citeh bastards ^_^
@DEVILisRED
Cheers mate.
Dont think we will bottle this now. this was a very unexpected result and it will motivate United for sure.Only hope Chelsea can go on in the Champions League and FA Cup so that they dont have to play less games
Also Arsenal have difficult game at Stoke today. IF they drop points there it could get even better for us
A fantastic result for UNited just wish it wasn’t Citeh that hammered them. They have HUGE problems now. A threadbare squad (despite the media saying they have the best) a shit awful keeper and now TWO suspensions. Priceless. It will be very interesting in the summer as Abramovic MUST spend millions as this team is so stale. I have said all along they will unravel at the backend of the season. They will be fucked now. 2 huge defeats in 3 days.
Just shows you Chav’s its not so easy when you have injuries at the back is it?
@Corea
Hi mate. Well, our trip to City is still a long way away. The problem we will have, is at the end of March and beginning of April where we will play Chelsea and Liverpool as well as our C.L. Quarter finals(assuming we qualify).
Hopefully by the time we go to City things will be easier.
Team terry hahaha lol!
well said bellamy! He had a dig at terry during the post match interview!
King Eric – first they have to sell some fuckers like Ballack. 130k per weak i think. what a joke!
Now watch us screw this chance once again!
Bellamy has just destroyed terry in the post match interveiw, he said every1 knows what terrys like of the pitch.
I always though Ballack was a real cunt. Today he outdid himself.
The fixture favours that were handed to both United and Chelsea after the CL games have gone against both teams. The early kick off has let both teams down.however Chelsea cant complain because City played 120 mins in midweek and that too away from home
City took 6 points off Chelsea this year. Very helpful, indeed. Especially if we take 6 points off City!
Costas – hi buddy. yes, you posted the schedule this weak. it will be a really tough period. Hope SAF rests Rooney tomorrow.
And no one mentioned Chelsea played an early Saturday kick off as well. Some consolation for us.
@hurr
Lol, thankfully this time we played before Chelsea and didn’t get a chance to!
hurr – No mate United will not bottle it now, not at this stage.
Corea – Too right pal.
well well well …….dead right Suprah…. fuck Terry and fuck Chelsea scum-bag fans….thanks Shitty you bunch of cunts and well done Bridge for not getting shite on your hand …pity you didn,t get the chance to have a dig at the cunt, but your time will come ….we will see what the press have to say about Terry and the fucking pondlife rentboy fans in the morning….hope the papers have a lot more shit on that sad bastard and his scumbag family waiting to be aired…. and about time Bastard Ballack got his comeuppance
aig alex is god – hi pal, how are you ? faster than me that’s for sure
united must take full point while cech is injured. this is the best moment for united to breakaway from chelski. i can sense there will be more hilarious moment for chelsea keeper
@Corea
I looked at that a few days ago and mentioned it here. The FA and Sky actually fucked them over with the kick off, just like they like to do to us. And I know that City played on Wednesday too, but it’s not the same.
Bellamy!
“We all know what jt is like and nothing he does surprises me. Everyone in football knows what he’s like”
Lol.
Just seen the ballack tackle again, it should have been a straight red.
@Corea
Good mate.How are you doing?
Made some spot on points today. Cant agree more with you
willierednut….What did Bellemy say about Terry mate…need more info…..
@Costas – sorry. just couldn’t follow all of the posts these days on RoM. A lot of stuff going on here but i have to work from time to time
Just after the Everton game, I said Shitty WILL take points off the rentboys. Not only have they done that, but they waltzed through their tattered defence and battered them. Well, Chelsea made them look world class today. To be fair, the ref gifted them the win; his inconsistency with his decisions is absurd but it was priceless seeing 2 of the Chelsea’s men getting sent off. Cech and Cole out for the season, and now they may have suspensions. Looking extremely good for us. If we DO manage to take advantage of another slip up from the rentboys then the league is ours. We seem to drop points at the same time they do, but I hope this won’t happen again.
Did anyone see the ‘Proud Of Our History’ banner? Just exactly what History do they claim to have!? God, Chelsea fans are so damn fickle! I am sure they have earnt their reputation now that everyone has heard them childishly booing Bridge. If there ever were a definiton for ‘Classless’, it should be ‘Chelsea fans’. If comedy is at the heart of Man City like Cook said, then patheticness be at the heart of Chelsea FC..
If we win at Wembley tomorow, this will be a weekend to remember.
wish Tevez had got stuck into Crybaby a bit more…..
Thanks City, Now fuck off home… Loved the Bellamy interview.
How crappy is that Hilario dude? Should have done better in City’s first two goals but I’m not complaining. You can say those goals were hilarious
Regarding the Bridge vs Terry situation, I thought the booing was disgusting. I couldn’t believe it when the game started and Bridge touched the ball. My wife was also gutted, now she despises Terry. The booing really just stung her heart, she thought it was so cruel and demeaning…which it was.
Like Scott says, try to see this with the eyes of a human being. Would we boo Nicky Butt if Rio Ferdinand had shagged his bird? Terry hasn’t even apologized for what he did. Did he really expect Bridge to shake his hand on the pitch??
When watching the game today on tele I honestly just thought “karma”. I don’t like City and I don’t like Chelsea, but seeing Bridge smile and his teammates celebrating the goals with him felt kinda nice in light of all that has happened.
@Corea
Yeah, I know. Don’t worry. It has been the same over here.
I declare the 27th of February as the official “I love Bellamy day”, lol. Great interview!
Gudjohnson; Well put…. felt just the same.
@Tony bee
He said every1 in football knows what terrys like of the the pitch, though he did say terrys a great leader on the pitch.
missed the Bellamy interview ….what did he say?
@King Eric
The ‘Fire Sale’ story will have some basis to it as the club will have to offload a bunch of players in the summer
Next season all EPL teams have the following squad limits
25 Players have to be declared at the start of the season
8 of the 25 have to be Home Grown (Trained at an English or Welsh club for 3 years before they turn 21)
The 25 can be supplemented with any player who is 21 or younger on 1st Jan of the year the season starts
Currently we have 27 players who would require to be registered if the rules were in place this season. Anderson will need to be added to that group next season as will a few of our reserve players. And over the next couple of years players like Kiko, Rafeal, Fabio, Smalling and a whole host of the current reserve squad would also need to be added to declared players
Ofc players could be kept and not registered BUT that’s just a waste of clubs resources so the squad needs trimmed by a couple of players anyway and by even more players if we buy anyway. And with some players who may be key members of the squad in future closing in to needing registered then it may make sense to get rid of a few in the summer before we are forced to sell for cheap
All clubs though will be forced to sell players more players than they buy in the next few years and will have to start managing their squads better as they have to keep youth and English players coming into the squad and leave room to enhance the squads.
The Star know this full well so they are laying the groundwork to their summer of “United going Bankrupt” stories over the summer
I wouldn’t go that far costas lol.
Nice one from Sparky.
http://www.sports.ru/images/object_11.1267280101.61111.gif
Playing the devil’s advocate here, but is it possible that Chelsea fans feel that Bridge was the one who fed the story to the press? I am not saying that he was wrong if he did that. It was about time Terry was exposed for what he was. But if you are a Chelsea fan you know that this story has been very costly for Terry and his form. Look at how many goals he has gifted the opposition in recent weeks.
Yeah willie tell us
Fuckin great result for us and the title is back in our hands again. I really despise Bellamy but fair play to him for having a dig at Terry post match. First footballer to confirm what most football fans with a brain knew about Terry. Chelski fans showed no class today, Sky with the PR rescue as usual for them showing the 10 fans clapping Bridge off at the end.
We have GD better by 3 goals right now.
Costas, aig, King Eric and others – should we rest Rooney tomorrow ?
I want us to win the trophy but you all should remember this is only Carling Cup.
Oh noo. Just came across the poll on resting Rooney. Scott, you are in form
Rest Rooney….
Fucking hell ….He will go fucking nuts if not picked to play in the final
@Corea
Lol, there is a topic about this at ROM right now.
Tough to say. My answer is yes. The lad has been playing non stop since December and he will play Saturday-Wednesday for the next 3 weeks. I say lets start with Berba and Owen.
Costas –
agree.
This chelsea result is the first time in a while that I think we have the upper hand in the title race now. Great news.
Cant find bellamy’s interveiw at the moment.
just cannot afford to mess up this chance. We can’t bet on beatin chelshit at OT, so we must capitalize as much as we can. Hopefully along the way, scousers would be able to beat them
http://www.newsnow.co.uk/A/404398756?-1808
Bellamy post match interview lads.
Two of the best goals Tevez has ever scored for United, not that it’ll change my view of him. Wonderful to see Terry’s face , tense, uptight, strained, bit baggy eyed, pale, all round under-pressure, pretty well from beginning to end. I can’t ever recall cheering so much for City, but football does create strange bedfellows, if I can put it that way in this context…I’ve never much liked Chelsea , or their fans, (although to be fair a lot of my friends are such, and they’re OK, mostly squirming about Terry) but God I can remember how desperately I wanted Chelsea to win the 1970 FA Cup Final. Why? Because Leeds were their opponents. Chelsea won the replay, one of the most exciting games I can recall, and most neutrals also wanted the Leeds scum beaten. I think Terry and A. Cole between them are turning Chelsea into today’s Leeds, no-one likes them, everyone wants to see them beaten. I guess that’ll make them ABC’s…
GREETINGS ONE AND ALL – HOPE IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO PUT MONEY WHERE MY MOUTH IS !!!!
AS SOME OF YOU KNOW….
I’VE BEEN SAYING FOR WEEKS ON ROM THEY’D LOSE TODAY….
NOT DRAW, BUT LOSE ALL THREE POINTS….
….AND LO AND BEHOLD
THERE IS A GOD, AND HE WEARS RED, GOLD AND GREEN !!!!!!
ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND FELLAS SEE YOU AT WEMBLY
King Eric @ 15:51: “They have HUGE problems now. A threadbare squad (despite the media saying they have the best) a shit awful keeper and now TWO suspensions. Priceless. It will be very interesting in the summer as Abramovic MUST spend millions as this team is so stale.”
NOW, we can agree, mate – we are UNITED in loathing the RentBoyz.
As you know, I am in Mexico and this match was on the telly here at 6:45 in the morning. I got up at about 5:30 for my mid-night pee (it happens when you pass 60 – and it’s a good night when it only happens once !) but went back to sleep. I just couldn’t make myself wake up – or get out of bed so I dozed until 8:35 when I turned on the telly and, to my wonder and astonishment, the first thing I saw was Carlitos in his track suit walking away, job done. Then I saw the scoreline – Chelsea 2, ManShitty 4.
Gobsmacked hardly begins to describe my feeling. In fact, I am not sure that it wasn’t better to get this jolt than to have watched the RentBoyz implode – well, that’s not really true. I’d love to have watched this implosion but can now look forward to reading the red-top rags online tomorrow. “Brave Terry Fucks Up” “This Great Leader of Men Should be Ingerland’s Captain” and such like.
After last weekend’s disappointment at Goodison – I did wake up to see that nightmare – I was hoping for the best and fearing the worst. My hope came true – although we’ll now hear the berties tell us that we couldn’t have won # 19 without their help !
It’s now time for TheLads to put the pedal-to-the-metal, starting with tomorrow’s first piece of sliverware.
Bridge had the last laugh..funny as fuck watchin terry moaning like a bitch to the ref at the end of the game..wanker!
denton davey – cheers!
I really hoped that Bridge would do an Haaland on that cunt.
Nevertheless we must thank the money-grabbing whore for his goals today. Now that the fate of the title is again in our hands, we should not let it slip again.
chelsea 2-4 City … can you believe it! and 2 Red cards to chelsea.. Bridge snap the hand shake of JT… Never been better than this..
Best possible result for us and I’m glad to see the Chelsea record of being unbeaten at home in the league destroyed in such a manner. For what feels like forever they’ve been able to get -something- there, today they were torn apart. End of the day City play what they know, pile everybody back and hit on the break, Tevez and Bellamy can do that all day and Chelsea could not deal with them.
Begs the question, is Tevez the first player to win United the league as both a United and a City player?
Honestly today he was some kind of ugly pitbull avatar of Nemesis. John Terry was a cunt, vengeance would come, and Tevez was the weapon to deliver it. He’s gone up in my estimations a lot today. After all the talk of him being unsettled, a career saddled with all manner of contractual bullshit and controversy, today he put a hell of a shift in. Why? Not for the shirt, but for a mate. His celebration pointing to Bridge’s name told the story for me. He might be blue bitter scum now and forever, but as a man he has gone up substantially in my estimations. Between fighting for his mate on the pitch, and sticking it to the boss to spend time with his wife I think he’s showed, for all the mistakes he’s made in his career, he’s actually a pretty stand up guy.
Scuse slightly random nature of the post btw, lunchtime beer makes words do weird things sometimes
Rio > Tiny tears
it was worth being awake at 4:30am on a saturday morning for this game!!
We just need Stoke to keep their pressure on Arsenal.
After today, I feel like Man City is going to lock up 4th place. Their dependance on Tevez is scary. What a complete waste of money Adebayor turned out to be for them, and what is the deal with Santa Cruz?
Massive earthquake hits Chile though, brings reality back to life…
united.george – that’s ain’t good
Well well, it is not suprising Chelsea fans are like that. Didn’t they attack Donal Macintyre and his wife who had a brain tumour due to the fact he gave evidence to the police, who rightfully sent a thug to jail. What a bunch of low lifes they are.
http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1194108/TVs-Donal-MacIntyre-wife-beaten-football-thug-revenge-attack.html
completely off topic – but I just took a look at our’s and arsenal fixture list to come, again. And now more than ever its clear that, forget Chelsea, we just cannot afford to drop any more points. Arsenal actually have me more worried than Chelsea. That run up for us looks absolutely terrible compared to Arsenal’s to the extent that I don’t expect Arsenal to drop any points at all. Wow, this is getting nerve-wracking!
Chelsea fans really are unbelievable. Why the fuck do they think Terry has the moral highground??? You couldn’t make this shit up.
Wheels really coming off Chelsea now, what an embarrassing self-destruction that was. We need to seize on this now, 4-in-a-row is in our sights.
Bellamy’s comments about Terry were class. Nice to hear someone speak publicly about how ‘brave lionheart ‘big man’ captain fantastic JT’ is actually a cunt and everyone in football thinks so! And when Craig fucking Bellamy can look down his nose at you, you know you must be lowlife piece of scum.
LOL! You couldn’t make this up. Unbelievable.
@Mahesh
Spot on. We need Stoke to produce something today, although I believe that Arsenal may lose points at Birmingham and White Hart Lane too, not to mention Blackburn.
Come on you Potter’s Let’s hope you give Le Arse a good butt fucking. And we can all think the Lou Reed song, “ohhhhh Such a Perfect day”
Fze123,
exactly mate! that was the funniest thing there this afternoon. a huge “Proud of Our History” banner. I say WTF?!? I can understand them claiming they’re best now, can understand them braggin about their finances and lineups but FFS talkion about history is just retarded. Chelsea fans are just a bunch of wankers and exceptions prove the point. fuck rentboys. I rly cheered City today, not only cos they made us a favour but also I am always happy to see Manchester team fuckin London ones up.
now it’s our time to gutter them. let’s just hope Fergie won’t fuck up the lineup cos of incoming Milan match. this is rly our biggest chance to knock rentboys off the 1st with Cech out for a month. blowing it would be the biggest mistake. personally, I’d prefer to see all in for EPL, even with a loss in Champions League. we are one step from making history (again). the most important thing for me is not to fuck that up.
GLORY!
Carlos Tevez is still a red!
stoke 1 UP, FUCKING MAGIC
yeah another united ex youngster score for stoke
Never seen a crazier season than this one. Anyone is capable of beating anyone. In no game can a victory been taken for granted.Looks like no team is interested in winning the league.
@kaihnsn It was Danny Pugh m8, he got the head flick from Ryan Shawcross, Pulis there manager rates him at 20 million Squids, he is good but ” there is no value in the market” lol
Great day, Great game, Great chance to blow the title race open. We CANT afford to bottle this one though..
@ some of you who’ve been saying that Rooney should be rested: You would need Tiny fucking Tears’ courage to tell him that he won’t be playing in that final!
Along with Fletch, Rooney’s the fittest player at the club, so he should be able to manage the next couple of months.
To boo is an absolute disgrace, thankfully karma was not on their side and defeat was inflicted on them!
Great result for United, makes the Everton loss a little more bearable. This title race is going to go right to the wire, c’mon United!
1-1…
Stoke are for sure tiring, not surprising after midweek effort’s but they( well i hope) can hold out, cant they? lol
Love the result but what aload of gay crap as usually. A man sleeps with your wife and you don’t shake his hand. Fucking hell thats what made Britain Great. If someone fucks my wife I tell you Im going to ignore him, that will teach him.
Someone asked what if it was Viera that fucked Keanes wife, I’ll tell you what, Keane will complain about not enough cress in the prawn sandwiches and hell throw pizza at Viera in the tunnel.
FUCKING PUSSIES
@ Bchilds Erm this Karma thing, can you buy it? Can you cast some south to Around the Wemberlee area for all the United lads. Crapping myself about the thought of it, gonna be fucking majic
WEMBELIEVE 28/02/2010 On On On
@ Goat.Man who fish in other man’s well ,often catch crab’s. I honestly couldna care a fucking flying frig, I thought at the time it would galvanise the Rent boys , but it appear’s now After there Milan performance midweek and Today they are self destructing.
@redscot
Your right I think Anchelottis got it all wrong with British football and now its showing. He started with his silly slow safe football (also going on at City with Mancini), then he played the whole players going to Africa thing wrong giving their places back as soon as they returned, not allowing for rest and seriously pissing off those that did well during the players being away. Kalou Drogba and even Mikel look tired and the ones that could give cover are getting sent off left and right. Or got injured. I’ve always maintained United still look like the better team and WILL win the league.
redscot
I think it’s sold somewhere near Wembley Arena!
Shawcross sent off, looks like Ramsay has broke his leg. Nasty tackle but not malicious.
Shawcross was in tears, he knew it was a bad injury. Shawcross was a little late but as giggs11gerrard0 said it wasn’t malicious.
first of all i’m a manu fan but i don’t understand why everyone thinks chelsea fans suck.they are just supporting their player, and not just any stupid player, their captain, someone who has been influential for them and a main reason for whatever success they have achieved in last few years.i don’t think there’s anything wrong in that.imagine if rio was there in terry’s place would we have booed rio or supported him???also one can’t clap with one hand you know its not that its all terry’s fault,it is equally wrong from the girl’s side.i’m not saying what terry did was right but i just think the entire thing is blown up to fuck terry up by media,a bit like tiger woods.scott has always been a blind supporter of manu and he is always looking to take on our rival teams and players in any which way possible.i’m pretty sure if it was any united player in terry’s place we would have read a big artcle suggesting how our player was not wrong.and i’m sure all us utd fans would have agreed to it..
You dont wish that anyone, hope Ramsay makes a speedy recovery!
Swapnil
A) Were not fucking called MANU which is an insult to call us that
B) The rent boys were booing Bridge’s every touch, that horrible twat shagged his misses, he has had to withdraw from the WC one of the greatest honours a player can do for his country when he has done fuck all wrong.
swapnil,
dont try to bullshit with your man@ thing.
giggs11gerrard0
Well said pal, someone had to say something!
denton – We often agree mate apart from Berbatov and Carrick!!
Good comeback from the Gooners but I really do think they are a man or three short. Stoke were fucked second half. Arsenal have had almost 8 days break compared to Stoke who played a full 120 minutes just on Wednesday. I just love the way Sky and Talkshite are talking the cunt’s up. First Chelsea now Arsenal. Typical abu behavior.
That’s me I cant watch this now, away to Pub, being called on phone there is 9 pint’s in the Barrel. Plus I got a early flight from Inverness to catch,I just fucking hate Gatwick.Spot on Goat @19.42. As for the Karma thing I hope it brushes us all tommorow cheers Bchilds.
Lads all off you Enjoy the game tommorow.
We can do this you know it makes sense Eh!
WEMBELIVE 28/02/2010 On On On
denton – Didn’t realise you were in your sixties mate! How long are you in bloody Mexico for you lucky sod?
Mahesh @ 17:58: “I just took a look at our’s and arsenal fixture list to come, again. And now more than ever its clear that, forget Chelsea, we just cannot afford to drop any more points. Arsenal actually have me more worried than Chelsea.”
That’s right – and they just squeezed past Stoke on an 89th minute penalty. The force just might be with them ‘cos they’ve played all their really tough matches already.
King Eric @ 20:31: “Didn’t realise you were in your sixties mate! How long are you in bloody Mexico for you lucky sod?”
You get to be in your sixties because you’ve done your twenties, thirties, forties, and fifties. It just happens – to one’s great surprise.
I am in Puerto Vallarta for almost two more weeks – it’s been snowing like buggery on the tundra (in Toronto) so it’s even better being here. Too bad about the televison connections but the cerveza is cheap and the food here is pretty damn good, too. And, did I mention that almost every day it’s plus-thirty and sunny. It don’t suck !
Swapnil – Are you serious? Of course Scott digs at rival teams, that’s what football is all about. You can rest assured mate if it was United in scandal EVERY man and his fucking dog would be lining up to put the boot in. This isn’t the FIRST time the British Bulldog has courted controversy and it won’t be the last. Thought his haircut today was fucking hilarious. Classless cockney wideboy chav cunt.
bridge sent terry a text after the game it read…………………..thats how you play away you fucking cunt!
Not sure I agree Arsenal’s games are all winnable. Brum and Blackburn away won’t be easy neither will Spurs. Cannot remember the other games.
giggs11gerrardo
A)for me it doesn’t matter what you type as long as you really support the club from your heart
B)bridge withdrew from wc squad by choice,if he cared enough for his country he would’ve played anyway considering his country needs him the most now that ashley’s injured.i think the only reason for fans booing bridge was because they support their player above everything just as you support your club.i admit their way to show support is wrong though..
swapnil, fuck off.
Ramsey
Was watching it on mute and when i looked up I saw all the players in tears and frantically gesturing the medical staff to come on. Scared the hell out of me.
His leg was dangling. Ouch. Hope he gets back soon.
Swanpil are you a rent boy in disguise? Do me a favour and stop posting about shit.
From the heart? Do some research on why we dont like being called Manu and then you will realise you clown!
Fucking that plastic you dont even realising what your talking about.
Bridge found his place untenible because his mate shagged his sons mother so I dont think he is letting his country down. We all supported Keano when he left the Irish camp rightly or wrongly.
swapnil- i can clap with one hand. Can’t be arsed with rest of your post as despite several posters constantly explaining why manu is considered an unacceptable term by some, people still can’t be bothered to actually listen. Some Chelsea fans have shown themselves to immoral idiots, booing a completely innocent party in this whole mess.
shawcross challenge was a yellow at max for me! Digusting ref. Yeah, ramsey was injured, doesnt mean its a red automatically. But feel bad for the kid though
Just for one day, one day only, the greatest city in the world stands united… I am glad City won today. Yes we hate them, but thats football, Chelsea and their fans have shown something else though, that they lack human decency and I for one, hand it to the bitters.
Normal service resumes tomorrow though
what a classic game.
@rooneyisgod: I disagree – even if it was mistimed, it was definitely dangerous play. Looks like he snapped Ramsay’s ankle. He had to be sent off. I don’t even think he could have played on after that.
“I hope Ramsey comes back soon” Really? I know it is a nasty injury by the look of things and I would not wish that on anyone (well apart from the thug and Tiny Tears) but personally speaking , and I may get stick for this, as a UNITED fan I could not care less. The more injuries our rivals have the better.
*by he I meant Shawcross playing on after causing the injury
King Eric – it’s not an injury, it’s a tragedy. we are wishing all of the best to the man not a rival.
Whoever fights monsters should see to it that in the process he does not become a monster. And if you gaze long enough into an abyss, …
Good evening.
Just gotta say I thought that Bellamy’s put down on Terry in the post match interview was beautifully understated. It said far more than if he’d gone off on one ranting and raving. It was like “Oh yeah, that cunt JT..everyone knows what a twat he is and I can’t be bothered to waste my breath on him.”
If I were to see the bloke out tonight I would shake his hand and buy him a beer!
By the way, Terrys ‘haircut’…you just gotta love it!!!!! hahahahahaha
smithy99
Bellamy is a twat but his interview was good, it is refreshing when footballers actually answer a question honestly and without the PR rubbish they get training for!
Corea – It isn’t a tragedy mate. Losing your parents is a tragedy, your home burning down is a tragedy. It is a very unfortunate injury that was not meant.
King Eric – it depends. don’t be cruel.
@King Eric
Some things have to be looked at from a different point of view than being United fans. We are all humans and it is never good to see or wish anything like that upon anyone, whether it is terry or Ramsey.
It is a tragedy for the young lad. had it been a United player instead there we would have said it is a tragedy and ramsey is going to make it big one day, we all know that
ALL FUR AND MO KNICKERS THAT SUMS THEM RENT BOYS UP THIS IS WHAT FOOTBALL HAS COME THEY CANT SINK MUCH LOWER U JUST GOTTA LOVE JT MOSCOW 08 PREMIERSHIP 09 HE IS A FIRST RATE TWAT AS THE SAYING GOES ANYWAY UNITED>ENGLAND
Im with you King Eric, its unfortunate not tragic.
Chelsea “fans” (I would say 30% of the crowd lol) showed what dumb fucks they are today…I could not believe the boo’s.
United will always be bigger than England to me but why oh fucking why should Bridge have to quit the team while Sir tiny tears gets to stay ….HE SHOULD OF BEEN SACKED/BANNED FROM THE TEAM….It really does show how shallow of a “man” Terry is, letting Bridge suffer (again) and carrying on regardless in the England set up…
I hope England win the world cup this summer…With ten men on the pitch, Terry sent off…cry again now bitch x
This is not a blinkered fans view, its one of a football fan and family man…….FUCK off Terry you dirty little worm.
p.s repect to Tevez today in the great scheme of things ; )
Swapnil…… are you just trying to wind everybody up?
Your now challenging how much Bridge “cares for his country”? Have you considered the impact it would have on the England team if they had to spend 3-4 weeks together with two players who hate each other? Bridge made a big call knowing that he couldn’t let this slide.
Course you never question that Terry (the perpetrator) doesn’t have the moral fiber to say that he’ll withdraw from the England squad to accommodate Bridge. Your next going to tell us that Terry’s staying in the squad ’cause he loves his country so much!!!
Tragedy?
You’ve got to be kidding!
As King Eric said, a tragedy is losing your parents, an earthquake claiming lives, the Munich air disaster etc.
This is an unfortunate injury.
I certainly sympathise and wish him a good recovery, but guys, a tragedy it is not!
With just 10 games to go, how many of you would settle for the title to be in our own hands at this stage each year?
Yes i know i’d prefer us to be well clear, but really, i’d take that every year.
Not interested in looking over our shoulder, don’t care who’s there.
We have ten games to win and we’re Champions…again.
Simple.
its coming people 2012 all the chaos happening we wont be here in 2012 LOL.
but I thought captain smith of the Titanic could not be one of the PPL responsoble for sinking the Titanic to the bottom, the chelsea fans rise to the ocasion.
But the plot thickens and this has got to be the craziest and most inconsistant title race in the history of the premiership. I think it is more crazier than the 95/96 season and especially the 96/97 season. The bully boys arsenal are in with a chance and if they win it I will be imbarased because united are better, but united may never get a better chance to win 4 titles in a row if they do united can regroup make a phew signings and really kick on to win more trophys. And it shows chelsea lose some of their key defenders and midfielders like cech cole and essien and they collapse faster than the twin towers.
I will say again typed it in wrong. I thought captain smith of the Titanic was not only one of the PPL responsible for sinking the Titanic to the bottom, the chelsea fans and john terry sink even lower it is disgusting. Well it seems like RMS chelsea and its SOR for some of their players stands for Save Our Relationships.
terry & the so called chelsea fans are lower then shark shit!!!!!
god I hate terry.
Oh please. Is it fuck a “tragedy”. He is young . He will be playing come the start of the season or so. As I say I feel for the lad but that’s it.
I’m with King Eric on this one too.
Unfortunate…yes, and a bit of a bad job.
But tragedy???? Come off it and get a grip people!!!!
King Eric – Cmon what did we expect he plays for arsenal and we know what happens if anything bad happens to an arsenal player its armageddon the media cry like if one of their family members died they are from london. Look at eduardo everyone cried like little babies like if it was the worse injury in the history of the game that if it was not for eduardos injury arsenal would have been champions.
did anyone forget one of the worse ever injurys
player – David Busst
date – april 1996
teams – man utd vs coventry
venue – old trafford
RTNK- What about that Belgian league player?
It’s not a tragedy. The earthquakes in Haiti and Chile are.
theboogeyman – not heard of that one but busst seeing the pics makes me sick.
I was looking through uniteds remaining fixtures and I was thinking what the hell is the fuss about we have it tough BS, its not that difficult maybe a phew dodgy ones but not brutel gictures and they are easier than a phew years ago. I thought we had a tougher runin than this lot with everton villa gone and a pt behind its full speed ahead now.
Wolves away winnable
Fulham home winnable
Liverpool home toughy
Bolton away winnable
Chelsea home toughy
Blackburn away a little dodgy
City away toughy
Tottenham home winnable
Sunderland away sticky
Stoke home winnable
Like I say united can pick up atleast 26 pts max out of that lot that should be enough to retain the premiership title. If united can get 5 to 7 pts out of shitty chelski and liverpool and win the remaining other fixtures I truly believe premieship no 19, 11 in this premiership will be ours anyone else agree with me. But if united beat all shity chelsea and liverpool I think we will win the league.
The chelsea result yesterday changes everything the whole balance of power has completly changed.
here are the reasons why
- a huge factor chelsea are horrible away from home
- their home form has carried them
- they got to play at anfield and old trafford
- cech is out for a month and in the next month it could be huge, march will be a GIGANTIC month because of chelsea’s injurys at the back.
I never thought I would say this but come on you rags and win the title….from those classless cunts chelsea…I thought hell would freze over before I wnated united to win the title.
We love Bridge and Tevez …come on united!!
Wayne shouldn’t do that!
Beaughter professional.
Should have spat and given him a PUNCH instead!
That pariah!
I think the issue could be easily resolved at international level if the woman was Fabio Capello’s or Gordon Taylor’s wife/daughter/sister and at Club level if it was Roman’s or Ancelotti’s wife/daughter/sister.
Ha! Ha! Ha!
For people saying it is just unfortunate, have you ever seen anything that happen live in front of your eyes?. I have and it really is sickening. I happened to my closest friend 2 years ago he still hasnt recovered completely and can never play football again.
It is a tragedy because this is the only injury that you cant be sure of whether you can play again and how long it will take to recover.Ramsey was getting regular starts and taking Denilson’s place in the team and hence it happened at the worst possible time for him.
His leg has to be fixed again and it is a very long road to recovery. He wont play again this year for sure because it takes minimum 9-10 months to recover which could go up to 15-18 months depending on how your body responds to certain doses of medications no to mention the setbacks that players may face while coming back.
What if this had been a United player?. The young lad is extremely talented and this is his passion, this is what he does. he will not be able to kick a ball for a year. It really is bad feeling.
Lets not compare this with the earthquakes. That is a mass scenario, here we are talking about the word ‘tragic’ from a different point of view.Get the difference for FFS
RTNK- His name is Marcin Wasilewski. Youtube it, you’ll see what I mean.
aig- See mate, the thing is you’ve actually seen it happen, which is why it seems worse for you than it does for us. We all feel for the boy Ramsey, imagine what it’s like for him, just got a starting place in the squad.
Let’s just hope he can play footy again.
Guys, AIG has a point. It’s not a tragedy in general, but it’s a personal tragedy for Ramsey. There is a very good chance that he will never fulfill his potential. And it’s a tragedy for his family. Imagine them watching this on TV or hearing about it.
Someone mentioned Busst. Oh boy. That was awful. It tells you all about it when Peter Schmeichel was so shocked he couldn’t even watch.
@Costas
Thanks mate. You always understand so well what i am trying to say.Exactly what i was saying
After seeing it happen in front of my eyes and my friend’s failure to make a complete recovery i wish that never happens to anyone.
@No problem. Seeing it live must be shocking. I’ve been fortunate not to have watched something like this live. And yesterday was the second time I switched to a game just as it happened. When I changed the channel, Shawcross was still standing over Ramsey. At least Skyspots are cautious not to show replays. When the same thing happened in a Greek championship game, the production team was showing the replay in slow motion. Yikes!
@Costas
It was sickening. didnt eat anything for a day or two. Took me a week to get over it.The pictures still flash in my mind from time to time
How can they show such things in slow motion? should seriously not show something like that.
@AIG
They weren’t sadistic. Just stupid. It was a bad tackle and the victim’s leg actually snapped while he was in mid air. The producers probably thought that viewers had to know why this player was down. Luckily there hasn’t been an incident like that here ever since.
All I hear when Stamford Bridge booed Bridge was, “JT, please fuck my wife/girlfriend, please.”
i think terry has always been devoted to england……….
but this incident has made a bad impression on john terrys playing for england….
it is gonna affect terrys morale to a certain extent……….
Well said AIG and Costas. It was a personal tragedy for Ramsey and a genuine sickener for all his team mates. While of course it’s not a tragedy in the same way that Haiti or Chile are, and nor is it comparable to Munich, it’s a potentially life-changing event for the poor kid. I’d like to think football supporters and players , at whatever level, would set aside partisanship for a moment and feel some sympathy for Ramsey and his family.
Chelsea will only fight for money….
Chelsea player and fans suck….
They like the player fuck with their wife.
Giles – Hello mate, hope you are keeping well. I don’t think any fan and certainly none on here will deny it is awful for Ramsey and subsequently feel sorry for him but to many its not a “tragedy”.
@Giles Oakley
Thanks.
How is your health?. hope you are doing well.
Looking forward to reading one of your classic article on ROM soon.Do write one as and when possible
Man, I’m really starting to dislike every other PL side besides United.
@AIG
Hi mate, you asked if anyone had ever witnessed something like that first hand? Yes, i have, and much much worse.
I also saw a friend of mine have his leg broken in two places by a horrendous attempt at a tackle.
It was horrible, it was unfortunate. But he recovered. Most players do.
Only time will determine if this was a tragedy and of course i truly hope he recovers well.
I have also witnessed someone losing their life.
That was a tragedy.
When my younger sister was in her early twenties she was on the verge of stardom. She shared a house with other girls all of whom went on to huge careers in TV/show business. She was regarded by the other girls as the most talented of the bunch and most likely to succeed.
Then, Multiple Sclerosis struck. She can no longer move her limbs and needs 24 hour care.
Her life changed beyond comprehension.
That was tragic.
Ramsey has an injury, albeit a serious one. But it is not remotely tragic unless, God forbid he is unlikely to play again.
So you see i have difficulty in hearing you and others describe this as a tragedy. It’s not being cold it’s not being heartless, it’s simply putting things into perspective and challenging the OTT description of the use of the word tragedy to describe what happened to Ramsey.
Right, enough from me on that, what we will agree on i’m sure is our love of United, lets go and sing our hearts out for the lads!
@Its in my blood
hi mate.
Of course lets hope he comes back. What i mean is its a personal tragedy for the lad, however if he comes back everything is fine. Many good players who have had such an injury and havent been the same players when the came on. Alan Smith for one. This lad is just 19. Hope he recovers, has bright future ahead of him
A Tragedy can be much more worse than this, no doubt about it
I am a Chesea-fan and I am emberassed by JT´s perfomances lately and and the behavoir of some Chelsea-fans in general. I adore Bridgey, (he slaughtered the Arsenal !)
@Scott: “Sometimes you wonder if you hate Chelsea because they are our title rivals, but days like today remind you that you hate them because they’re a horrible bunch who prove beyond any doubt that money really can’t buy you class”
I did notice Chelsea fans clapping Bridge off the pitch as well as some booing, you can’t label them all classless. I suppose when tens of thousands of United fans chant “Die, die, Glazer, fucking die” at every home game this is showing a great example of class? You can find numerous incidents in every sets of fans, because let’s face it football fans in general are ridiculously biased towards their team and see them selfs as their team as some kind of saints as opposed to everyone else being scum.
@blur
Credit to you and those fans who think like you.
I’m all for supporting your own players but defending the indefensible is just not on. A clear lack of morals.
I would feel the same if it was a United player.
i don´t even care about the private lifes of the lads, as long as it doesn´t have any effects on the performances. in this case the whole issue does have an effect – the bad performances by Terry might cost us the title with United not likely dropping points (credit to you to be fair)
as for the other fans booing Bridgey i have to say i am totally disgusted. this is just so bad und classless
blur – fair play to you pal.
its in my blood – Great post. Sorry to hear of your loss mate.
blur – but the defeat yesterday has completly changed the complex of the title race, because chelsea now not only have the more tougher run in you add the injurys and the lack of depth in the squad. I do not think chelsea have the indurance to go to OT anfield and white heart lane and manage to stay top especially if united and arsenal put a run of wins together which no one has doen so far. But chelsea are lucky anfield is 1 game before the end of the season if it was sooner they would be in trouble.
we didn´t make any easy on ourselfs with saturdays defeat. i think we still have a good chance to win the title still, but it defniatly got a lot harder and trickier than nescessary.
i trie to convince myself that Terry didn´t threw the title away with his bad performances.
