What makes him such a reliable pundit..he was a goalscorer, nothing else to his game.... and i wouldnt put him down as the brighest bulb in the shop. Saying all 4 english teams will be in the semi's is a big call... coz i reckon Inter and Bayern might have sommat to say about it. Would be nice to meet Bayern in the final again.. just like in 99...and hope it is with the posibility of the mighty treble again. I just think we need to get ourselves in gear... Saturday is a must win against the chelski... they aint been beaten at home for nearly 4 years... and i want us to end that...not only for the 3 points... but would have a massive mental impact on the chelsea players..and will give a lot of confidence to teams that will be travelling to the bridge this season. I personally think if we get 3 points on saturday... it will probably mean about 10 points over the season. With regards to champions league......... i just want us to qualify as top of the group.......... which is more than achievable..... then see who goes through from there...... We gotta get the football flowing...keep the players fit... have a bit of luck... and hope that fergie gets a consistent system going which incorporates Wazza into the best possible system... If Wazza ticks, then United tick... especially CR7 and Tevez... and then you can throw Berba into the mix.... If Berba can settle quick... im confident he will get us 20 a season and can easily be involved in creating 20-25 goals for us... My only concern...its not major... is VDS....i know he is what 38 now...but he is just makin a few clangers... but at important times... ie against newcastle... gave away a needless corner which they scored from... and against the dippers we were on top of that game until they equalised... which again was down to a VDS clanger... I dont wanna be seen as slagging VDS off, but he needs to be made aware... the he isnt untouchable...and fergie needs to tell him that any more clangers... then Ben Foster of Kush will get there chance (preferebly Foster in my eyes)... and then it will be upto VDS to wait his turn to get his place back. I would prefer for Foster/Kush to fight it out for the number 1 now... and get VDS as there coach...and get VDS to concentrate on that only... as i think that Foster/Kush would learn a hell of a lot more from VDS, if VDS wasnt having to prepare for a game.
