Do not be surprised if we see him again though. He is a psychologist by profession so should be able to take all the criticism in his stride. Plus he is already on the shortlist for the 2010 World Cup.

I actually think that the 2 penalty shouts were ball to hand.

The one where Drogba went down, got up, and then swan dived wasn’t a penalty either.

The only penalty they should have had was when Drogba was brought down by the defender and fell at the keepers feet.

Abidal shouldn’t have been sent off either.

Ballack is a disgrace and on the radio this morning they reckon he clipped the referees face in that little rant. The guy should have been sent off.
Drogba should not be swearing straight in to the camera like that either.

UEFA will throw the book at Chelsea because they are English but more importantly the failure to control their players.

If any of you get a chance, watch the Barca red card. On one of the replays, I swear you can watch as Ballack SPRINTS 20 yards up to the ref asking for the red card the whole time. And his fat friend is right there with him too. They were a disgrace yesterday, and not for their actions after the match either, but for their constant cheating during the 90 mins. Drogba and Anelka were both cheating at every opportunity, and their 3 big hard tough CMs were really just hatchet men chopping down Iniesta every time he juked the fuck out of one of them…

I agree entirely Drew but lets be right the man with the big white face and close together eyes did his fair share of diving last night as well. Ballack is a horrible horrible cunt and that picture is quality. I actually felt sorry for the rentboys last night…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………. for a nano second then could not stop laughing. Cashley crying his eyes out, Tiny Tears doing his country proud and as for Drogba the man is beyond contempt. Thought he was injured he looked ok to me at the final whistle the aggresive bastard. We can say that we haven’t been in that kind of situations but if you look on things with a cool head it was never red card and only one pen was nailed on. everything else was at least not 100% but in the heart of the moment it felt that te referee was biased.
And yes, he evened the poor sending off by not giving the penalty after the ball reached Pique’s arm.

In all fairness, Chelsea were a far better side than Barcelona in the second leg BUT I am happy that their cowardly/ very defensive approach to football was not rewarded. They were too tactical; and by the way this highlights Barcelona’s inability to handle such sides. United are the perfect product which combines the best of Barcelona’s flamboyancy and the best of Chelsea’s tactical organization. That’s why we can handle any team and that’s why we are Champions of England, Europe and the World; and are still in line to defend all three!!! VIVA ManUtd
