A rare error by the mighty Scott! I’m afraid Kiddo didn’t win two league titles and the FA Cup with United. His only major medal was for the European Cup win in ’68. His career really began with that ’67/ 68 team, and he suffered from the general decline of the club as Law was plagued with injuries, Charlton was getting older and Best was going off the rails. It’s not quite true that there were no youneger players at that time, but it’s certainly true the squad was thin. It also didn’t help Kiddo’s development that factions disturbed team spirit. Not like now – I hope.

The crux of this article, not for me to think outside the Box. lol
Respect is earned, its not a given.
Be loyal to your own beliefs acknowledge worth in others and treat people with respect.
Unless they dis you and start taking the Piss.
I Bow at the Manager fail to do this and you have revolt and chaos.
He has led us to Uniteds most glorious haul of silverware in the Clubs history.
In my humble opinion he will lead us still to regain the Premiership title yet again.
There is no reason to doubt this is there.
Gaffer a life long commitment to United, well ignoring East Stirling,St Mirren and those Tossers in the North East of Scotland. lol

In SAF book, he said Kiddo wanted to sign Hartson, instead of Yorkie lol. I think SAF thought Kiddo should have stayed, rather than go to Blackburn, in hindsight, Kiddo probably thinks the same now.

Kidd , Is a two faced , Back stabbing Bar steward . Who was caught in the act and got what he deserved with Blackburn. The slimey platitudes now will not mask his character to the likes of myself and older fans !!!!

I hate to see ex-Utd players play for our rivals, or work for them. It’s just something that doesn’t seem right, imo. Kiddo’s spot on. The banner will only briefly go down when a new one has to be replaced at the end of next season when the bitters – again – fail to win a trophy.
