di – Oh absolutely mate. I am not saying it is impossible, not at all but I just know generally what people are like. Full of good ideas till it comes to parting with the dough especially in these harder times.

Mate you have been always supportive and at the same time honest in everything I’ve said. I would never want it any other way. I’ll tell you what I believe – I’m telling my five year old astronaut mad son about Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong – he sits in wonder thinking how we got to the moon. Maybe at the moment he will not remember much but he keeps on saying I want to go too.

Who am I to tell him that he can’t? Even he if never makes it or forgets about it as he grows up – at least for a moment he believed he could do something with my help.

That’s all we need to support each other – whatever will happen will happen – you after all always keep on saying that we should all hold on through the good times and when it really matters through the bad times.

So I’ll take your words and see how far we can all run with them.

And mate we’ll need you when everything gets complicated – so let’s get to the point of complication – to where all the holes will be – and where the Glazer’s will stand like daylight robbers laughing at us telling us that they won’t sell. And then we’ll tell them whats real and whats not. And we will make them walk out of our club. Even if it means that we had to pay them out of our own pockets. But like I said this is like nothing that will be ever seen – we just could be onto the craziest, the most unlikeliest, the most absurd thing ever – but then so were a lot of other people that followed their dreams. We can do that can’t we?

Perhaps a fan takeover is impossible, but we will not know that for certain until we try. if this all falls apart then then at least we know that the option has been explored and no one can say what if…
plus if a fan based takeover ever was to happen it would be the ultimate goal in this – but there will be other goals in all this which will be easier to achieve and may get us somewhere as well – so all this is unlikely to be a waste of time in all areas!

i know there are problems on the financial and legal side – there are a couple of finance things that i need to mention to MG that he may not of thought of.
if thing was to happen then the details of the details of the details would need to be written up and we’d need a few people with at least legal experience on side so we can’t get caught out by people who just want to make money. people who know me know that I cover every angle know that I look under every rock carefully when doing research work so i’ll do my best to uncover all issues i can with this now (without having a law background) so that we can resolve them sooner rather than later!

Even though I think the main aim is to get something online as quick as possible – we need help in running, getting the word around, ideas in funding and just support in general in the next week or so.

1. As someone with more finance said, if we came to stage where we were to offer the Glazers to buy the club, would they agree?
2. They would probably put up ten investment banking sharks, bury us in paperwork for like a hundred years, and I just hope we have got similar strength in our numbers
3. As per the idea, we understand that every penny of what the club earns goes back to the club. Would we be covered twenty years hence, when the infra needs a big overhaul? One usually brings in instituitonal investors or goes public to fund growth. Do you think we would be covered for that?

But what the hell, as MG and others said, if we just start and show intent, and put massive pressure on the system, whos saying things wont change? We wont give up, and we will never die. Attack, attack, attack!!!
