  3. Tommy says:

One day I will win one of these competitions, maybe this one

  4. WilliamAR says:

We will bid for somebody, we’re just waiting on all the other top teams buying the best players first to see what’s left. ( woodward and co, fucking joke )

  5. m09538061 says:

Just heard a funny story on The Pat Crerand Show:
A United fan phoned and said
“I had 20 photos of George Best and asked him to sign them, which he did.
When he gave them back to me I said can you write best wishes on them”.
George replied “I’d like to but I cant spell Best”.
    Another priceless story!

  6. WilliamAR says:

    Quality lol

  7. Tommy says:

I think someone mentione Reus going to Barca earlier today, well Dortmund released a statement saying hes going nowhere so I guess that rules that transfer out!

  8. Mav says:

Once again Nike are pretty subpar with our uniforms. The away one does look nice though

  9. Paul davidson says:

@williamAR: we will likely struggle to attract top players in the transfer market cosidering we are not in champions league footaball anymore. Thanks to the ‘chosen one’.

  10. gra mar says:

Who wants a t-shirt with a gooner on the front?

The new Nike shirt is crap. No design whatsoever. Plain, bland mass appeal rubbish.

@Tommy – You can’t believe the newspapers, the players or the clubs during the summer transfer market. What Dortmund says means nothing.

  11. wayne barker says:

this time of the year just a waste of time reading anything, websites and newspapers link Utd with everyone then say the club missed out whether we bid or not.
Everyone is bitching about Utd not signing anyone very little business has been done period,i said a few weeks ago nothing would get announced until Holland are out of the World Cup even if deals have been done in principle
No one has any clue who Utd want,99% of what’s being reported is complete bollocks and i’m quite sure that Van Gaal has different targets to what Moyes was lining up,hiring Van Gaal was always going to turn the summer into a shit show not just because of the World Cup but also because he’s involved and can’t conduct club business
Another thing i don’t get is why people keep saying Utd will have problems signing players because of no CL,one thing all the Petro clubs have shown us players don’t give a fuck,it’s all about the paycheck
