RoM sent two lucky winners to Old Trafford yesterday to watch our final Champions League group stage game against Aalborg.
The competition was sponsored by Vodafone with readers simply having to e-mail in how many Premiership medals our home grown lads, Ryan Giggs, Gary Neville, Paul Scholes, Wes Brown, Darren Fletcher and John O’Shea, have between them.
Ian from Preston and Andrew from Northern Ireland were the lucky winners, receiving the VIP treatment at Old Trafford last night.
Upon arrival they were given free Champions League/Vodafone jackets, before heading to the Holy Trinity statue for a photograph. They then headed to the Europa Suite through the Director’s Entrance where free beer and wine was on offer, with the European Cup standing proudly for another photo opportunity. Sitting on the Vodafone table, the lads enjoyed a free dinner, cheese and biscuits and desert at varying points in the evening, as well as a free bar all evening!
