*shrugs* Just hope we win the game.

  2. Monica Bulker3 says:

Moyes at it again, when was the last time we had the same lineup for 2 consecutive games ?

  3. Fletch™ says:

Manchester United Bench: Lindegaard, Buttner, Fellaini, Giggs, Kagawa, Welbeck, Hernandez

    Mata: Not eligible
    Januazaj: Rested
Rafael: Surplus to requirements when you have a proper wing back like Smalling

  4. Fletch™ says:

    Olympiakos starting line up:
Roberto; Salino, Manolas, Marcano, Holebas; N’Dinga, Maniatis, Dominguez, Fuster; Campbell, Olaitan.

  5. WeAreUnitedd says:

    2 things I don’t agree with

Januzaj resting, he could be out there on the bench and feel the atmosphere and grow, Giggsy has already played million games and when you have that kind of bench, you don’t need Giggsy to take Januzaj’s place

second is, Young starting instead of Kagawa, can’t figure this, Young will probably score a smasher half-accidentally again, but it does not matter really, I would give Kgawa that spot.

    ANYWAY

    CMON UNITED, make us proud.

  6. Fletch™ says:

    Olympiakos subs:
Megyeri, A. Papadopoulos, Bong, Paulo Machado, Samaris, David Fuster, Valdez

  7. Funkdakarma says:

I don’t think Januzaj being rested, it’s that he’s not in the Champions League squad registered with UEFA. WIlf Zaha is. Go figure:

  8. I dont like Welbeck says:

Waaaooooooooooooooooooh KAGAWA What a wasted talent

  9. Mark Reid says:

    Come on you Reds

  10. Mav says:

What is that line up? Yikes.

  11. mjcRED says:

Why oh why has Moyes reverted to starting with Valencia and Young. After stumbling upon a selection and formation that was in danger of once again making us look like a half competent side at the weekend, he reverts to 4-4-2 with shit wingers. I’m not averse to 4-4-2 IF you have excellent wide men. We don’t and these two are the most limited players in the whole squad. Hope I’m wrong but I’ve got that horrible feeling in the pit of my stomach.

    Where is Kagawa?

Why is Januzaj being rested? There is fuck all to play for domestically. Wake the fuck up Moyes.

  12. RedRegar says:

Ohh.. Kagawa. I feel sorry for you.

  13. Jose says:

Greatest mistake kagawa ever made was joining man united..what a waste of his talent..should have handed i a transfer request in jan and sought pastures a new where the manager trusts him…luckily for him he can fail to play a single minute for the rest of the season bt will still make Japan wc squad

  14. OAldiall says:

you may say ciao to Kags career at united sad but true

  15. Mark Reid says:

Vidic Ferdinand RVP De Gea Rooney Carrick not bad lads.Rother have them on my side.

  16. Rukky E. Atebefia says:

Lol 9ce one fletch who needs a Brazilian cub like full back when u have a solid defender in smalling? Moyes is not doing much to help moyes though. He needs to get a consistent 70% of his team, hope our Blessed 442 can work in Europe

  17. rvp is god says:

sigh… Valencia cleverly and young as long as we get the win agree Januzaj should be on the bench at least and kagawa I feel sorry for cmon united

  18. mjcRED says:

Moyes really does have shit in his eyes. His failure to recognise the diamond that is Kagawa, especially given the absence of Mata in Europe is bordering on utter incompetence. What is it with this guy? Every time I think he’s turning a corner and is looking like he might know what he’s doing after all, he goes and pulls another stunt like the line-up and formation for tonight. The guy is so fucking infuriating.

  19. Only 1 Utd says:

this is a disgrace of a lineup and young, cleverley and valencia are our shittest players

  20. sir liam matt says:

What a pity, feel sory Kagawa. A talent been waisted. This Moyez should be Sack after this season. Young and Valencia one way traffic

  21. scamahort says:

Is Adnan injured? What possible explanation is there for him not being in the 18? Our next game isn’t for a week and a half, so the “rest” rationale makes no sense!

  22. Gary Mitrovic says:

We don’t have a game for a week and a half so anyone saying Januzaj is being rested is just wrong. I too really feel for Kagawa. His best performances this season have been in Europe. I was watching a video of his performances at Dortmund today and his quality was there to see which is why we forked out 17k for him. He should be sold in the summer for the sake of his career. A sad state of affairs when a limited player like Young is starting games ahead of him.

  23. NBI Red 21 says:

The important thing is that we are 442!!!

Is Nani alive? Is he ever going to play? He is better than Young and Valencia imo. Is Rafael injured?

Time for that transfer request Kags. Wasted talent.

Still Olympiakos is a conference team in a poor league, any XI United put out should be better than them. We should easily win.

Not sure this frequency of games is going to help Rio and Vida. Tough on the old legs.

  24. iamMatty says:

Smh and this exactly why its a disgrace this clueless man is incharge of the biggest team in england. Shame really!!!

  25. Fletch™ says:

Nani Jones Evans Rafael all injured
    Mata is cup tied.

Line up is VERY experienced. I feel that this is what Moyes was after

In his prematch, Moyes noted a worry about their set pieces. Wants a mature focused team.

    Come On United.

    Team in the tunnel!
    Up the reds!

  26. Fletch™ says:

Have a feeling Giggs might come on if we get this under control:

    @OptaJoe:
Ryan Giggs is only three games short of equalling Raul’s record of 142 appearances in the Champions League.

  27. RepeatOf99 says:

Not so much worried about the wingers.

    Cleverly on the other hand…

  28. Gary Mitrovic says:

Fletch, Giggs already holds the record for most champions league appearances.

  29. Jose McG says:

2 subs used FFS! I’ve backed Moyes all season, but my patience is wearing thin. What did RVP do tonite really? Resting our best player this season when we hav a free weekend? No player staying forward on defensive corners, just inviting pressure.

  30. Jose McG says:

Guys I’m pretty bored of people talking if how good kagawa is. I honestly haven’t seen him do it in a United shirt to be honest. Mayb a couple games. But more games have passed him bye. He is ‘NEVER’ gonna take the No. 10 slot from Rooney, and had failed to make an impact on the wing. That leaves central midfield. Does he have the power for here? Not in the prem..

  31. Jorge Curioso II says:

Bravo, Moysie, more records smashed. First United loss to a Greek team, first Greek win over an English team, first Greek team knockout stage victory.

There’s only one thing for which Fergie deserves blame, and that’s saddling this great club with this inept manager. C’mon, Fergie, a word in Dave’s ear that clown time is over.
