De Gea’s Wisdom Teeth Troubles

David de Gea isn’t in Manchester United’s squad for their game against Norwich after having some problems with his wisdom teeth.

De Gea pulled out of the Spain U21 squad a few days ago to have the tooth removed and seemingly the issue hasn’t been resolved in time for today.

    off topic

why the fuck is mike phelan our assistant manager? i cant see what input he brings other than ‘united experience’, tonights game saw three of the most stupid substitutions i’ve ever heard of, yeah bring scholes and welbeck on but take off valencia and chicharito?? how the fuck does that work? put ashley young on the right then replace him wiith anderson? it makes no sense on any level at all.

  3. bilko says:

Don’t think phelan offers much but surely he has nothing to do with the substitutions or team selection. It was probably the worst substitutions I’ve ever seen fergie make in 22 years of watching united. Young, Giggs and Carrick should have been hauled. Anderson, scholes and Welbeck on.

  4. Adeez says:

Ferdinand was subd off when Anderson came on not Young I wouldn’t blame you if you thought he went out cuz he was anonymous really

I wish DE GEA quick recovery

giggs/scholes can NOT start a game in a 2 man midfield. its suicidal! atleast scholesy can pick a pass/spread play. giggsy biggest strenght was running with the ball and now he cant do that so he tries to offload it as quickly as possible to the nearest available player, adding absolutely nothing to our play. how must anderson be feeling after the performances he has been putting in this season and still not get in the starting line up ahead of giggsy? unbelievable!

Thankfully I never had to remove any of mine, but I hear the whole thing can be a bitch. Get well soon DDG.
