Three shite performances, three wins for the bindippers. After being held at home for all of normal time, and almost all of extra time, up pops Dirk Kuyt (who alarmingly scored less than Louis Saha in the league last season!!) with the winner.
Following the battering Liverpool received from the Belgian club (yes, Belgian!) in the away leg, with a legitimate goal wrongly being ruled out in their favour, they have scraped in to the group stages.
Some dippers will say this is the performance of champions, to win when you are not at your best. However, Liverpool have been doing exactly that for the past 18 years, yet the League title still eludes them.
I can only hope they play such poor football in a fortnights time, because unlike Sunderland, Middlesbrough and Standard Liege, we will bury them!

Spending a season of scoring in the last minute on a regular basis after being behind is immensely poetic if you win something, some kind of trophy..or three. But if you spend your season scraping at 2-1/1-0 wins with quite a few last minute goals just to qualify to Europe with 15 points over your nearest rival anyway then what’s the point? You’re still nothing.
To be honest, teams who win when playing absolute shite usually get rewarded with silverware. However, it’s not grit and determination that gets them their wins, it is luck!

It makes me sick to the stomach seeing them skank performances, I know every team has luck but fuck! What do they do pre match to justify it all? Do they know something we don’t? In the few hours since I wrote my previous comment, it does indeed seem that the scousers’ luck is turning – StevieMeeeee has had to go under-the-knife and will probably miss the game against TheLads in a fortnight’s time. I don’t know whether to laugh – or guffaw !

Denton Dave…you’re wrong mate. Stevie me and his groin op has been planned brilliantly by the dips. Had it last night straight after game..this means he only misses 1 prem game. Dips clever to realise england fixtures take up 10 days in between. so he’ll be out for 12 days tops. which means back for our game. Flamin dips and their luck just beggars belief.
