He is a player with a lot more worth than tevez. His game is also suited more to the English game than the Spanish one. Given his age, he could be a great player for Utd for many years to come. He missed a very large chunk of this season due to a serious injury, but before that, he was the one carrying Real. The fact that they had to go out and get Van der Vaart midway into the season shows that they have no one there to take over the mantle. Yes he may not be in the Messi & Ronaldo mould, but he more than made Beckham's 40 yard passing & freekicks look simple things to do. Isn't that something we can look at?
