Manchester United draw 1-1 with Aston Villa yesterday after Radamel Falcao equalised following a first half goal from Christian Benteke.

Jonny Evans, who was at fault for the Villa goal, has spoken of the team’s frustration at not getting all three points in a game that they dominated.

We felt we should have gone on to win, especially with them going down to ten men. We got the goal early in the second half and had a lot of possession but didn’t create many chances other than the goal. Against ten men I thought we’d create more but it wasn’t meant to be. It’s a busy period now and we’ve got to keep that momentum going of not losing. We know what we have to do in the next couple of weeks with lots of games. We have the experience and it does test the squad, but I think everyone will get a lot of playing time and it’s always a great period to be involved in.
