   EVRA is legend, this guy is awesome. After the 2 high profile depatures during the summer ,SAF said everyone had to raise their game, Evra has done that he’s raised his game BIG time (fletherino as well)

   Fletcher is awesome, I would not have said that 2 years ago. He covered every blade and scored a cracking goal. He commanded the midfield yesterday and in the Chelsea game – well and truly stitched up in that one – just shows how important he has become recently. Looks like Fergie’s peserverence with him has paid off – in Fergie we trust. Off topic – Ruud to Liverpool….surely not???

   I doubt he’d want a return to england. I can’t really see it happening either, probably just a rumour. Although imagine having him back in this team. We’d have to clinical finishers in Ruud and Owen.

    they had 70% possession because the Ireland team gave them too much credit in that first leg.
    they created nothing with it, only getting a goal from a 20 odd yard deflection. this is a nation of nearly 70 million.with some of the best players in the world. which can also trawl Africa and the Caribbean for its squad. They were awful. Ireland are a poor team who played out of their skin and dominated France in Paris. A better team will destroy France which will hopefully happen at the world cup.
