Evra: Heinze Will Get An Ovation From OT Crowd

Patrice Evra claims that Gabriel Heinze, whose place he took in the team, will receive a standing ovation from Manchester United fans when he plays at Old Trafford.

I can only assume Evra is underestimating the feelings Heinze’s demand to join Liverpool inspired in United fans.

“Gaby has been playing well for Marseille,” he said. “I am pleased for him because it wasn’t easy at first with him being a former Paris Saint-Germain player. There is a big rivalry with Marseille. I am happy to see him doing well and he will get a big ovation when he comes back to Old Trafford because he played so well for United. But I don’t want him to win against his old team.”

  4. Mr Santos says:

    I hope he fucking doesn’t!

  5. ravi_233 says:

anyone got a pig’s head ready to chuck at him?

  6. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Will he fuck Evra. How can someone who wanted to join the dippers be welcomed with open arms. He will get booed just like the argie troll who plays for the massive club. I personally can’t wait to “welcome” him. Evra you are way off the mark here.

  7. Raizzen says:

No Evra is just toying with him. He knows he’s gonna get roasted tomorrow and Evra is just making sure that happens. lol

  8. Stretty News says:

Doesn’t deserve one, fuck penny coins at em! LOL

  9. newton says:

This guy has no loyalty. He tried to join loserpool from us. He was here long enough to understand thr rivalry. He then joined marseille after playing for psg.

  10. willierednut says:

Hi judas? Meet Nani. Not only did he try to join the scum, he took the club, to court over It. The balls on this prick.

  11. Giles Oakley says:

I think Patrice is wrong about Heinze, for all the obvious reasons given here. But I hope he’s just ignored, not booed, which so often just motivates players more.Heinze’s a fighter, and we don’t want him all fired up. I feel indifference to him now, after he gave a fairly conciliatory interview the other day, saying he regretted the way he’s parted, praising Fergie and United, saying they’re a bigger club than Real Madrid etc. I doubt if he’s got the sophistication to say all those things out of calculation, in the way that, say, Becks might do. I think he’s probably being truthful, and maybe genuinely regrets leaving United, even with Evra keeping him out of the first team.

  12. roasty_mufc says:

    sorry pat- yer wrong!!
    fuck heinze the cunt!!

  13. Gorse Hill Red says:

Hope the crowd don’t boo him, think we as a club are better than that. Played his heart out for us and yes made the mistake of wanting to join The Dippers but only because he knew he was not good enough for United. I would clap him if say he was substituted.

  14. willierednut says:

I wouldn’t boo the cunt, but rather than clap him, I would hope he caught the clap.

  15. parryheid says:

Think he’ll get it tight Patrick.

  16. wiuru says:

He has made apologies to SAF as well . Ill never forget his antics or the tapping up of CR . Leave it with Fergie if he welcomes him back ,then a polite clap from me is all it will be .

  17. Costas says:

    Speak for yourself Pat.

  18. smartalex says:

Patrice is well read on United. He is also up to date with fashion, music and life. There is no way that he has been unaware of the hatred United fans feel for Heinze.

You can be sure that the underhanded self-serving reject was back-stabbing Evra at every turn. As Heinze flung himself of The Cliff, so to speak, Patrice privately felt satisfied and rewarded.

Now Evra innocently looks forward to the fans showing Heinze their appreciation.

  19. tryder91 says:

Wasnt arsed when he wanted to go to Liverpool at all. We had Pat waiting in the wings didnt we, whats the point moaning about it. Just before he went, he wasn’t first choice anyway. And has anybody else noticed, every united player that has fallen out with Fergie and left the club, has came out and admitted they were wrong and regretted it. Ruud, Stam, Heinze and Keano (kinda). It just shows how utterly brilliant Fergie’s man management is.

  20. willierednut says:

I would scratch Keane from that list.

  21. FletchTHEMAN says:

Can’t really forget the entirety of the move. The liverpool episode was just the first volley as I am remembering it. Then the virus came in and it started to be understood as a move to unsettle CR7 as well. Heinze and CR were best mates from all accounts. This is what started the 3 years of complete hell which ended in the CR7s move to the virus. Yeah Heinze, we remember you well. But it wasn’t you alone that you damaged. You really damaged a beautiful thing in the view of many fans.

    @ Sir Giles,
Well said. Ignore him. But if he cuts one of our boys down let him have it. Show him the respect that he doesn’t deserve might just put him off his game. Nani will serve him his beans on toast.

  22. tryder91 says:

@willierednut, thats why i said kinda lol

  23. willierednut says:

tryder91 – You said kinda lol. There’s no kinda at all.

  24. tryder91 says:

The way he left was bitter, no where near as bad as the others but still… I’d rather players just left quietly than making a noise

  25. Gudjohnsen says:

Standing ovation? Where has Patrice Evra been all this time? Not amongst the fans, that’s for sure. He will get no such thing. I rather expect boos…

    Fuck Argentina…

  26. Kings says:

I don’t think so Pat. He’s a sneaky scouse loving cunt.

  27. Doghouse says:

I think Pat’s just winding him up, so he expects an ovation then gets crushed. Pat’s a bit of a joker that way.

  28. FletchTHEMAN says:

    @Doghouse,
Spot on! Evra showing Heinze how to earn respect and winding him up. Ha ha~!

PE “Hola me amigo, hace mucho tiempo que no los veremos.
    Mi casa es tu casa!”
    O, cuidado con los perritos……
    Parecen carinosos, pero se muerden.

Translation. Welcome to my home. Watch out for the dogs, they are cute, but the bite.

  29. bchilds says:

Um I love you Paddy but you’re wrong on this count, fuck him!

  30. KING ERIC BG says:

    smartalex, totally agree with you!
Evra is very interesting type of person, dont you think? lol

But he is obviously smart enough to make the proper long term descisions. Unlike others…

  31. chughesmufc says:

Wasn’t fit to lace your boots Paddy so he tried to force a move to the scumiest bastards he could think of just to piss us off. .. . . . . . ..

  32. dannysoya says:

isn’t this the guy that was begging profusely for a move to the scum? no way evra. there will be no standing ovation.

  33. willierednut says:

Not so much ovation, but elevation, when Fletch gets hold of him.

  34. GJG NZ says:

He came from PSG originally and now he’s playing for their hated rivals Marseille. What an absolute cunt face.

  35. smartalex says:

Heinze has already started ovulating. The periodic tables are churning.

But as KING ERIC BG says, Evra will outsmart him at every turn.

  36. United-Sthlm says:

” I can only assume Evra is underestimating the feelings Heinze’s demand to join Liverpool inspired in United fans. ”

    HAHAHAHAHHA

  37. PissedOffRed says:

No way am I even going to cheer for Heinze. He wanted to go to Liverpool and even engineered the bloody transfer!

  38. wiuru says:

I Feel the big lesson here is that these experiances Gabby , Teve$ etc get passed onto our youth system . The grass is not always greener .

  39. redpete says:

    don,t think so, Pat….

  40. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

    Come on, Evra, you sure?

  41. gazzer says:

I think you have to cut him a bit of a break – he was a top player who had lost his place and he wanted to go elsewhere. Mascherano was at Liverpool (I think). It’s not as if he was our top player and asked for a move and accused the club of lacking ambition and pretty much dissed all his teammates. If Rooney is someone that we root for but no longer love, then Heinze is hardly a scumbag in comparison

  42. Supatrice says:

Evra is just fucking with him! Heinze will get the reaction the traitor deserves and I think Paddy, knows this and is just playing with him a bit.

  43. Supatrice says:

And Evra is 10 times the player Heinze ever was. Sure he gave 100% on the pitch but he couldn’t run with the ball, he couldn’t cross, he dived in two footed all the time and spent more time on his backside than any defender i’ve seen.

  44. willierednut says:

Rooney signed a new deal, he didn’t have to do that. He could’ve seen his contract out and then left for nowt.

  45. nemzthered says:

Evra is smart, he’s just winding em up. standing ovation is reserved for legends and players who respected club and the fans.

  46. King Eric says:

I liked Heinze I have to admit. Won’t boo him. Won’t clap him. Will remain silent. I notice people saying he took us to court. Fergie said yesterday that United took HIM to the court of arbitration. Anyway dipper scum,

  47. GoatinaUnitedShirt says:

By ovation does he mean hes going to get pelted with eggs.

  48. Nesh Eric says:

well I remember him a 100% giver on the pitch but I believe is manner of departure…no love lost with the Fans. Still I would rather he is not booed

  49. Konjour says:

Hehe..i hope Pat is not being sarcastic..we’ll wait to see what happens, though.

  50. smartalex says:

His standing ovation, is walking on eggshells at Old Trafford, else he’ll be shelled with eggs, then the yolk will be on him.

…and a whole lot of corn.
