Fergie and Giggs The Best

Sir Alex Ferguson has been named the best manager over the past 20 Premier League seasons whilst Ryan Giggs has been named the best player. Unsurprisingly.

Well done.

  5. Marq says:

Actually, I wont be surprised if we went for someone like Dembele, won’t cost a bomb, with premiership experience & does the dirty work. Kagawa looks a good player, but he seems to be playing off a single main striker, so where does that leave Welbeck?

  6. zelh says:

Marq – That’s the question SAF has to answer. Would hate it, if we go back to 4-5-1, but as long as we get overrun by the likes of Wigan, I see no other option.

  7. CedarsDevil says:

Count me in……. On the opposite side of course!!

  8. Marq says:

Btw, we should try to poach Dortmund’s scout. How many good players have they produced over these few years?

  9. Jeet says:

    Ok…that does it I guess… :)

Cedars – you fucking cruel bastard, you nipped my creativity in the bud…actually, to counter the gay criticism, I could have changed it to Bromancing-the-Reds

Balaji – would it have helped if I removed the hyphens? :)

Albert Ross – thank you for your words of encouragement! Sincerely meant no doubt, but the shrieks of disapproval from our non-appreciative fellow reds makes me feel that you WOULD say that, of course…haha! Kidding!

Anyway, there goes the good luck charm…

…and I’m a superstitious man. And if some unlucky accident should befall our season, if Rio misses a game, or if Rooney suffers a dip in form, or if Sir Alex grows a year older… then I’m going to blame some of the people in this room… and that, I do not forgive. But, that aside, let me say that I swear, on the soul of Tevez & Terry, that I will never change my moniker again

  10. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Jeet, It would’ve helped if you had removed the capital M in-between. I couldn’t figure out what that meant.

Them HR fuckers are straight in your face.. Bastards the lot of them!!

  14. Red Neck says:

Let’s all pray that looserpool doe keep KKK. The thought of them bringing in a manager who might actualy take them forward and not back is a horrible thought. Keane > Gerrard.

  15. CedarsDevil says:

No arguing that mate, its just your frail attempts in trying to impersonate a trilogy of sorts that seems to be your downfall!!! ha ha ha

  16. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

Indeed no surprise with the awards they have become the moat successful player and manager in English football.

The prem league team you can’t argue with apart fron one for me which was Henry. He was a great player but more so than Cantona?

  17. MG says:

Fight the good fight Cedars ;)

Your not a bad back up Trilogy

Who else comes close? Both dfefine greatness and lead by example.

Bombarded by emails from City fans who I knew back in Manchester and have not seen or heard of for years – coming out of the ground like zombies from the living dead (which is actually what they are anyway)

Just remind them “Our greatest glory is not in always winning – but that when we do fall we get back up”

They generally shut the fuck up when reminded of what we have done consistently over the years

City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal none of you can say the same – FUCK OFF TWATS

  20. Jeet says:

@Cedars: Whatever happened to the good old sandwich principle? Only for use with RVP and Jenna, eh? ;)

  21. CedarsDevil says:

RvP yes, but Jenna?? What the fuck! Meg Ryan is my babe, always was and always will be….

The likes of Willie and Costas drool over Jenna, horny buggers the pair of them…

You cannot beat an original my friend, copies will always be just that…. Like Chinese fake DvD’s ha ha

  25. CedarsDevil says:

Sequel? No no no, we are part one, first on the creation list!!

Seriously though, you always put a smile on my face my good friend….So what will it be next after Arry and issa Mancini phone calls? We need us something from you for the summer

Going to watch the mighty reds in Belfast, pay tribute to the legend that is Harry Gregg, and the modern day legends of Manchester United FC. Strong squad so hoping for some goals. If I get a chance, I’ll as Fergie if he wants me to nut carlos the jackass for him :-)

  29. MG says:

  30. CedarsDevil says:

Sounds like fun mate, enjoy the day out…….. Fuck me I remember attending Lou Macari’s testimonial..Was v Celtic, what a bunch of great supporters the Celtic fans are, fucking bonkers the lot of them

  31. Red Tash says:

Congratulations Sir Alex and Giggsy.Thats no mean feat and i have to say its well earned and deserved. We are Man Utd,we will never die.
    In other news:
An Arsenal fan mocking a United fan is like a homeless man mocking a guy who has misplaced his house keys. This made me Lol.

  32. Red Neck says:

    City’s players = 850 million, Bryan Robson = priceless. Carlos Tevez =brainless.

  33. kanchelskis says:

“Manchester City will emulate Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona this summer by spending heavily to target Champions League success, boss Roberto Mancini has promised fans.”

How you gonna fucking afford that you stupid twat? Spend anything like you have over the last couple of seasons, and you won’t be in the Champions League, let alone winning it.

  34. CedarsDevil says:

    Red Neck

Is it really you? I mean the original Robbo loving Red Neck poster??

If so, I hope all is well mate and where the fuck have you been?

  35. Red Neck says:

Mancini is going to great lengths in the press to explain why city deserve to be champions. Could it be because they only won on goal difference, despite all of our injuries and no bottomless pit of cash ?

  36. kanchelskis says:

    @Red Neck

I love it. It’s two days since they won the fucker, and already they’ve had to 1) issue a public apology to United and Ferguson and 2) outline exactly why they deserve to win it.

The hat really isn’t fitting so far…

  37. Red Neck says:

Hello mate, yes it is the Robbo loving original. Haven’t been on for a while,as I banged up. I am well thanks mate, hope you are well also.

  38. Red Neck says:

The hat Doesn’t fit at all does it. Showed themselves up on their big day like chavs at a posh wedding. No fucking class

  39. TheCANTONA says:

Sir Alex & Sir Ryan WELL deserved!!!
Henry, Bergkamp, Zola better than Giggs? They don’t even fit to lace his boots! Ha..ha..ha..ha!!

  40. kanchelskis says:

    @Red Neck

‘like chavs at a posh wedding’

Couldn’t have put it better. Perfect analogy.

  41. TheCANTONA says:

Sir Alex & Sir Ryan WELL deserved!!!
Henry, Bergkamp, Zola were better than Giggs? Sure! If only they could play untill age 38 in the highest level, won 12 league titles, reach 700 milestones of playing for the biggest club in England, scored most memorable goal in the FA Cup’s history, won 2 Champions Leagues, won treble, playing & scores in every season in PL &UCL.
Untill then they don’t even fit to lace his boots! HAH…!!!

  42. Redbilly says:

Red neck – being champions is inconsistent with city’s deep seated self image. It feels fake , not natural. They don’t really know how to conduct themselves as champions. The unlimited money , mercs and lack of moral strength all begin to sep through. The issue of winning their first title in over 49 yrs and only 100.000 lining the streets. Imagine if united, the scouse , rents or arse had just achieved that. Would have been close on ten times that.

It brings home with fact how small time the club really is

  43. Redbilly says:

    Typo – over 40 yrs

  44. Red Neck says:

Spot on mate. The blue fools can’t even fill their own stadium. No surprise there then. Small time fuckers.

  45. Redbilly says:

Red neck – sad really . Thank god it’s not the size of OT :-)
