Fergie: Suarez Incident Got Dalglish Sacked

Sir Alex Ferguson has claimed Kenny Dalglish’s attrocious handling of the Luis Suarez incident after he was found guilty of racially abusing Patrice Evra.

“I wasn’t surprised at Kenny leaving,” said Ferguson. “I think John Henry has obviously looked at the Suarez incident and felt it wasn’t handled in the right way. I think that must have been part of it. It certainly wasn’t a nice thing to happen, you know.”

I’d probably argue that finishing 37 points behind United and City didn’t really help his cause either…

  7. CedarsDevil says:

Dalglish great as a player, daft as fuck as a manager, especially during his last stint with the dippers

    Wow!!! :’) cedars

Dalglish a disgrace to english football
A shadow of his past success as a player.

    Maradona alike
Hopefully he can take the reins

Makes me laugh every time I see it. Queen Kenny made a complete mockery of himself that day and showed the world what a low calibre of management material he really was.

Benitez and Queen Kenny both idolised by the Dippers and both losing the plot when faced with Sir Alex.

Errm. Was that a question? Go on then, Costas, enlighten us. What does happen when you have shit for brains. Must have something to do with hanging on Fergie’s every breath, though?

  17. WillieRedNut says:

Contrary to media reports, Fergie and Dalglish get on with each other. It was probably Kenny who told Fergie this. Though, I’m sure the boss had already known this to be the real truth.

  18. Denton Davey says:

Actually, to understand the termination of KKK’s managerial career at LiverPoo it’s crucial to take into account two things: first, the FenwaySportsGroup might be absentee owners but they have a very acute sensitivity to having their asset linked with racism; and, second, LaBron James is a part-owner of LFC and I doubt that he was best=pleased with KKK’s on-going support for Suarez’ pranks, lies, and failure to face the reality of his workplace.

  19. FletchTHEMAN says:

Only other thing SAF could have said was,

‘Well he only was going to be a temporary solution, wasn’t he” ;)
