Sir Alex Ferguson has spoken with Italian press today, showing his confidence ahead of our second leg against Inter Milan on Wednesday. Speaking with Gazzetta dello Sport, Ferguson claims we limitted Inter to just a couple of half chances and following intense preparation, we should make it through to the quarters.
“In the build-up to a match against Jose I have to expect everything from him,” said Ferguson. “But we are preparing in the same way as after the 0-0 in the Nou Camp. An intense and efficient preparation, which worked very well. We controlled them well in Milan – Inter only had a couple of half-chances in the second half. My players played with an incredible level of concentration. They have to do the same in the return leg.”

Man Utd News 24/7

well said sir alex… lets ensure the concentration is high again wednesday… couldnt fucking handle that classless prick mourinho winning at old trafford again
I’m expecting a great performance on Wednesday and I really believe we can give ‘em a good spanking. But, the nerves are there as it’s the CL and anything could happen (if they score early its gonna be epic).
I trust in Sir Alex, as ever.
Also, i want this to be Jose’s last visit to Old Trafford, in any capacity, ever!!
(to those ‘united fans’ who could accept Maureen in charge, FUCK OFF!!)
Of course we contained them with ease at the San Siro. But it will be for nothing if we don’t take our chances.Inter were depleted defensively then and are at an even worst situation now. There really is no excuse. We have to get 2 within the forst 30 minutes and then save our energy for the dippers.NO extra time time please.
The world Old Trafford is enough to give Italians (any Italian for that matter) goosebumps. At Old Trafford we can spank anyone in Europe never mind England. I want our boys to shut that cock-end Mourinho. FOLLOW… FOLLOW… FOLLOW The Boys In Europe!
My Brothers just popped in and dropped in todays Sun- as i”m recovering from a back op and cant get out…. even i’m not that lazy!!
Getting to the point i started to read an article on how Zlatan was going to dump us out of the competition…blah blah blah, i then read on about how he missed the first leg through injury, i know it was hard to re-call him playing but the guy was most definetly on the pitch or in either Vida’s or Rio’s back-pocket!!
A Monkey could do better research than that….SHOCKING!!
*Word I meant
just gotcha take d chances & finish off d game possibly in d 1st half
maureen has lost all friends in italy & possibly gonna leave inter at d end of this season.it wud be a pleasure if maureen wud get booed at OT
No matter what gets said by Fergie, Jose, in the papers or on here, its all null and void once we kick off on Wednesday night. Thats where we need to do our talking. I hate all this hype and mind games before a big game, especially when we’re in a very strong position. Its 90% waffle.
Any developments on Rio or John O’Shea?
he just told it like it was …even inter knows he’s telling the truth
I’ll take 7-1 again, just like the game against Roma !
I think we’ll beat Inter 2 or 3 nil. It’s one of those games which give you a funny tingle in the spine. Got the same feeling about playing the Dippers as well.
Maureens only chance is to park the bus and hope for 0-0 and penalties. Once we score it will open up the game, which will give us chance to finish them off once and for all. 3-0 United.
