This article and pretty much every comment by a Man Utd supporter is soaked in arrogance at the sheer nerve of Spurs not bending over so Fergie can fuck us.

If you seriously think that Man Utd are not the worst club in the world at tapping up, then you are as delusionally conceited as your manager.

The difference between Real Madrid and Man Utd is a lot bigger than difference between Spurs and Man Utd.

The past instances of tapping up i posted are merely meant to back up allegation that Man Utd are the worst when it comes to tapping up. Would you prefer i make such an allegation without backing it up? Of course, everyone is free to evaluate the credibility of this.

What happened with Ramos? We didn’t tap him up and that’s really all that is relevant here.

You can have Berbatov, just hand over 30mil. Then we can all be friends and get back to hating the Gooner Scum.

Michael: No one’s berating Spurs as a small club who don’t know their place(at least i’m not), but you’ve gotta admit that the difference between Spurs and United isn’t as big as the difference between United and Madrid. i’m not here to debate on who’s worse at what, but if you seriously think United are worse at tapping up, then this whole saga has seriously blinded you.

You posted some past instances of so- called tapping up which i really don’t know what that has to do with this, or is this the so- called dossier that Levy has? We’ll never know what truly happened with those player will we? Since everyone digests everything the press say. The illegal behaviour dossier handed in by Levy is meant to be only on Berbatov. Now please answer me this, what exactly happened with Ramos?

You are still focusing on semantics in a transparent attempt to avoid the real issue. One month ago, Fergie and all you Man U supporters were absolutely outraged with the behaviour of Real Madrid towards Ronaldo. Now, the shoe is on the other foot, and you berate Spurs as a small club who should just shut up and know their place. This is bitch-like behaviour and you know it.

So you will keep going on about one alleged comment that Fergie made, and ignore the “Dossier” of illegal behaviour by Man Utd handed to the F.A. by Spurs today.

1. Real Madrid are the biggest, most successful club in the world.
2. Man Utd are worse than Real Madrid when it comes to achievments, honours and tapping up other teams’ players.
3. Here’s an incomplete list of the tapping up committed by the Old Wino.

your probable right, with regards to being forced to take it down. However i have it that it is very rare that quotes are just ‘made up’ in norwegian journalism, thats not to say that this is an exception to the rule. Yet it is also unlikely that a fan site would want to attribute quotes to their manager that would obviously land him in hot water, therefore perhaps the utd legal team wanted the evidence removed!? either that or the site is run by on dumb supporter!

Yido. or they were forced to take it down in Scandinavia, because of misrepresentation of what Fergie actuallly said, seeing that none of it is in the original tape transcript. But we will see. Truth will always out in the end – well except when the media hacks are involved that is lol!.

it is all certainly very interestting. The plot thickens further when you discover that the article in question (from the scandinavian supporters site) was removed shortly after the allegations were made…something to hide maybe?!

Ummm – latest news from MEN on the allegations in the Spurs/Fergie Berbatov situation.

Spurs spokesman, “We have confirmed the comments (reported in the Sun article), came from Sir Alex talking at a supporters meeting.

United’s take on things. “Sir Alex had an interview with United’s Scandinavian supporters club last week. We have checked the tape of the meeting, and there is nothing untoward in the transcript.”

So the plot thickens lol!.

Yido, congratulations on your 1st class honours Uni degree, THAT MAKES TWO OF US THEN. I got 1st class honours as well – touche!. Nevertheless you keep harping on about our club’s illegal approaches over 12 month period. I will say again, IT IS ALL HEARSAY, nobody, including Levy has shown any proof so far. So we will comment again when we do. We cannot agree, as you are demanding we do, to something that has yet to be proven fact. For someone who has a 1st class honours degree, you will surely have learned that to lose your composure, is to lose any arguements. If you feel you are having better interaction with the Scousers, then feel free to frequent their blogs, and give us a miss if you feel so offended by our arrogance!.

OT Red – Very good reasoning mate. I would like answers to those questions you put to Michael too, though I suspect he does not have the answers yet.

Michael, you should really learn to read and digest peoples posts before you come back so quickly with inaccurate comments. I have said consistently, in much of my posts, that Levy says one thing, and Fergie says another. So that I WAIT to know by real tangible truth the fact of the matter, BEFORE I judge. I am not saying anywhere that anyone is right, because none of us know, and in this country, our law system is still as far as I know, that people are innocent until PROVEN guilty.
