To me, la liga has always been a over-hyped league. The only decent teams in that league are obviously real/barcelona, and them beating the lower teams is sometimes a piece of cake. It’s just too predictable. The spanish league is tactical and they play technically, whereas our league is openly physical and fast allowing counter attacks and more chances to be created. Also it seems like the big four no longer exists, the lower teams we’re playing play the game of their life against us and are more challenging than before. The premier league deserves it’s best in the world claim.

Regarding your ‘champion swap’ note, I have no doubt that all utds season ticket holders will not mind in having to travel to spain week in week out to watch the games. And, it would be a chance to see how the big stars from spain adapt to the premier league or basically flop.
