Things aren’t looking good in Merseyside at the moment, with Liverpool picking up yet another disappointing result in Europe last night, which puts them five points behind the team above them and six points off the top of the group, with just two matches to play.

In the league, they are currently 6th with just three points distancing them from 10th placed Burnley.

So to add insult to injury, they have to see their former hero playing for United. The two goals he’s scored for us in the past week certainly can’t help! Just ask Stevie Me…

“I don’t like it,” he said. “It’s weird and doesn’t look right. I played with him in the red of Liverpool since I was 10, so to see him in the red of United is difficult for me. Obviously it was a chance he needed to take so I wish him well personally – but I do not want United to do well at all.”
