Giggs: My New Banner Is Brilliant

The 20th anniversary of Ryan Giggs’ début for Manchester United took place last week and Stretford End Flags have marked the occasion by making him a new banner.

“It is brilliant,” said Giggs. “It is where I used to go as a kid so to have a banner there up with the legends who are already there will be great.”

The new banner will be unveiled tomorrow for our game against Arsenal in the FA Cup. It cost £430 to make. You can send donations to: stretfordendflags[at]hotmail.com

    @ Costas.. if you get a little bit more intricate, 1991 adds up to 20. This year is #19 and now that Giggsy’s staying on to next year that would give us #20 !!!
