  5. gotta hate tiny tears and co. says:

    im going to italy

  6. haha says:

Devilish – I’m not worried about the Italians in the slightest. You’d have to be very unlucky to get singled out for a blade up the arse. I’ve been to Rome and Milan in previous years and the only people I was worried about were their ape-like police force.

  7. toonfan says:

    good luck in rome

  8. redmojo says:

You know that shirt should really say “El Pele Blanco”…

Sorry to be the spanish grammar police, but it’s always bugged me and I just needed to get it out.

Devilish, dont worry bout all that, like haha said its more hype than anything. Last year was meant to be worse, between the Chelsea fans and the local police and army, but there was very very little trouble out there, Ive never seen a more well behaved (and quiet) crowd leave a stadium. As long as you stay on the beaten path over there and dont look for trouble, you should be ok.
Theres a group of us flying to Milan, and then then the train to Rome. Still aint got tickets, but would be hopeful enough we’ll dig up something. Anyone else looking for tickets? Any idea what they’re going for now? They vary on the internet from £200 each (being sold by a very suspicious Italian so we left it) up to £2000.

  10. Mark Moore says:

@Toonfan: cheers mate and good luck on sunday, rather you stay up than those boring fuckers Sunderland.

  11. haha says:

North stand – I’d suggest waiting till you arrive before hunting them tickets. Try the reception desks of some of the major hotels they usual get their hands on tickets. I got sorted in Milan a few years ago this way and I know of others who did the same. The price was cheaper off the hotel staff than they’d been going for online.

  12. North Stand,Tier 3,Back Row says:

Cheers haha, never thought of something like that. We’ve been told we’d be better off waiting til we get over there alright (unless we got a good deal on tickets), but its a great feeling going over with a ticket already sorted, no stressing bout tracking down tickets over there, just the tracking down of beers and pizzas!!!

  13. corea says:

Thanks Scott. At least you’ve listened to my moaning. That’s great to here.
But unfortunatly they won’t do one lonely fella a favor.
    great work, mate, anyway.
