Having turned down a move to Manchester City in preference for playing at United, Angelo Henriquez says he is keen to play straight away. There had been suggestions that he would stay in Chile on loan but the young striker wants to come straight in to the team.
“If I go Manchester United it is to play,” he told El Mercurio. “The team will be involved in several competitions, so I have the opportunity to get minutes on the pitch with the first team. I have spoken to Alex Ferguson and he said that I would be under consideration this season. That excites me. I know that I will have a very difficult task because there are players in the team like Rooney, Van Persie and Chicharito Hernandez, but I couldn’t let this chance go by.”

Clearly has the belief and confidence in his ability to make it at united. Always baffles me when youngsters are instantly tagged with “Going off on loan” or whatever without realising sometimes, their fearless attitude makes them thrive on the biggest stage. FERGIE will introduce him into cup games, he shines and he’ll add him to his first team plans, he’s that sort of manager.
Despite injuries united currently have, i fail to see how this applies to united bringing in a talented younger player, i always welcome them. Anyway, another player added to will keane for kiko macheda to worry about. Good fortune to you angelo.

He wasn’t given opportunities even Rafael was chosen ahead of him in midfield.All Pogba needed was game time.We missed out on a talent in Pogba and anybody who disagrees is just bitter.Ferguson told him his too young.Sunday he started alongside Marchisio and Vidal and he flourished.Ferguson only gives british youngsters game time eg Cleverley,Welbeck and Gibson.
I would prefer Chicha on the bench anyday, in place of Welbeck, They scored the same amount of goals despite welbeck having all the time in the world to score atleast 20goals. We should transform Chicha to be in the mould of Solskjaer, he has some characters that resemble the later, he doesn’t complain about whatever role he’s given, joyful and has an eye for goals.

Once that was a player CR7 was a player with a price tag of 12million?As much as he was a youngster,he was an expensive buy at the time.
I’m from Chile and I can tell you he’s a pretty decent player. I’m not sure he’ll be as great for us as Chicharito was in his first season. I think he’s a long way for being a real contribution to the team, but he certainly has some potential!
I follow a guy on twitter who watches him regularly and is overjoyed that he has signed for united but also felt that he should have stayed at La U for another couple of seasons..
