Injury Update – Ando, Cleverley, Smalling and Valencia

Following Manchester United’s 3-1 win over Tottenham Hotspur, Sir Alex Ferguson was pleased to share our latest injury news.

“The good thing is I’m getting players back,” he said. “Anderson is back now, Cleverley will be fit for next week [against West Brom on Sunday] and Chris Smalling will be back for Thursday [against Athletic Bilbao]. Valencia should be back for the away trip the week after. If we’ve got a full squad it gives us a better chance [to win the league].”

Fuck Townsend the Cockney cunt. Irish my arse Fackin Jellied Eels geeza.
Who does give us credit? Not to many of the eejuts.

We fight on all fronts and we win. That was a battle yesterday the defence were fantastic and our little skirmishers struck when the time was right. That General Sir Alex Ferguson isn’t half bad.

  2. James21 says:

Zibbie is a Roonytic. Go Rooney Go Rooney Go Rooney.

  3. Saad says:

Wee Thomas needs a wee bit of adamantium injected into him.

  4. CedarsDevil says:

Someone mentioned that Townsend is actually alien, I tend to believe that!

I guess you know what zibbie means in Lebanese then? ha ha

Good evening my chemically castrated friends.

Apologies for the lack of posts, but i was oh so close to accumulating great wealth only to fail miserably at the last moment!
    However, i shall persist!
In the meantime, i do not think our game against the lemon eaters will be the huge make or break most think it will be.
We’ll be clear of them by then.
Had my deal come off, i would’ve had the odd £20k on it.
It didn’t, so it’ll have to be £20.

  6. Saad says:

    Sure I do. Does he???

  7. CedarsDevil says:

Yes he does, we have shared a few laughs on it for a long time here….

Alcohol aka It’s in my blood

Where on earth have you been? Bet you were gutted after that shit win yesterday…. Was terrible

Hello mate, working my bollocks off whilst trying to look after mum, bless her!
Regarding the win, i know, poor team, poor result, poor management, team selection, players and travelling fans. ( Apart from Giggs12 haha!).
    So disappointing!
Mate, i honestly feel we’re witnessing history being made.
    In SAF, we are blessed!
Blessed, as opposed to bless-sed, as in the cheese makers. ( in fact all producers of dairy products…)
As Giggs12 just said on the other thread, stop whining people, get behind the lads and believe!
This season has the feeling of importance about it like our first title winning season under Sir Alex.
For me, it’ll rank as one of the greatest achievements of our unique club.
“From the banks of the Irwell…..”

  9. CedarsDevil says:

Bless your mum indeed mate, will be visiting mine next month… She lives in Cyprus

Have to agree, if we win the title this year for me it will rank as one of the best and will feel just like 93 all over again!

  10. It's in my blood says:

You’ll be in good company with all those Reds out there!
    Wheres James disappeared to?
    Helping Mike with his homework?

  11. LoneStarRed says:

Tony V absolutely. Nani has been too hot and cold. But he did come good yesterday. I think Tony V is much scarier to defenders and the strikers love having him in there. He WILL run at defenses, create pressure and force them to commit thus opening up the middle for Rooney and company to ghost in.

Steady as she goes. No game is to be taken lightly! 20 here we come.

  12. WillieRedNut says:

    I sense the impostor’s presence?

  13. CedarsDevil says:

Where? Who? Seems fine, may be I missed something?

I guess I will, no mention of the women as far as I am concerned though! ha ha

  14. It's in my blood says:

    Haha, hello mate!
This sixth sense thing of yours…..

  15. NBI Red Onion says:

I have to admit, I don’t really give a shit about the Europa league, nice to win it but not at the cost of the league, I would rather we gave our youth team experience in the Europa league plus games for player needing them, but we are so close now, we really need everyone fit for the League, Citeh CANNOT under any circumstances whatsoever or howsoever arising be allowed to win the league, just thinking it makes me ill.

I will be watching Europa games with a sick feeling in case anyone gets injured, I cannot see beyond beating that prostitute City now, especially as we have the easier run in, but injuries to defenders or Rooney…this is actually already stressing me out. Off to the gym!!!

However I agree with @ its in my blood – this would be right up there with SAF’s greatest achievements to beat City after the money spent on their team at a time when we have tons of injuries, our weakest midfield in years, changing the team every game and 400 million plus of debt plus bastard youngsters refusing to sign – would be great – I mean AMAZING….!!!

Fuck Europa – NO MORE INJURIES.

Hope your well mate. Fucking awsum win yesterday but some fans are spoilt, I mean we win 1-3 away at Spurs and our shit Jonney Evans and DDG put in fantastic performances yet still our over indulged fans moan. Anyway I’m still buzzing and already looking forward to Sunday. Hope your Mums ok.

SAF didn’t bow to the Stretty it was the Noise waves from East stand that blew him over. :P

    What imposter, wheres sachu?

  17. WillieRedNut says:

Cedars – You responded to him at 19.49? Not like his usual posts.

It’s in my blood – My spidey sense is tingling!

  18. CedarsDevil says:

You could be right, just not sure anymore to be honest….. Still it seemed ok to me

  19. CedarsDevil says:

    Jim Jimmy James

Sir Alex never looks East on match days….. His eyes are either on the pitch or looking West where the noise comes from

  20. It's in my blood says:

Hi mate, yeah, great win. Like you, when all said and done, i don’t give a flying f about performance, just the 3 points. However, i suspect the performances will come too!
Btw, did anyone ever figure out the 21 yet?

    Spidey sense, haha!

  21. James21 says:

Its them Streford End flags flapping in the wind that makes the noise. :P

Where’s the Lebanese drinking champion, Our Red Linda tonight?

  22. It's in my blood says:

But it could be said that the faithful in the SE always look East…

  23. James21 says:

    Its in my blood
The 21 is a closely guarded secret. If I tell you I’ll have to kill you. :D

  24. WillieRedNut says:

21 is his record at flogging the bishop!

  25. James21 says:

    Mr WRN
    I wish. :D

  26. Raizzen says:

I kept missing Valencia all throughout the Spurs game. Wondered how much difference would it make had he been on the field. Just like that game against Ajax where he picked up the injury. Out of nowhere and out of sheer will, he created that goal for us only to be so unfortunate and injure himself.

He’s been a very very instrumental player for us and its good to hear he’ll be back!

  27. WillieRedNut says:

We win 3 1, so Tony v wasn’t missed. All the same, it will be good to have him back in the squad.

  28. Raizzen says:

But that was because we won mate. As Scott pointed out, he wouldn’t be ‘surprised if it was Spurs who were leading by 3-0′ the way we play the other day. That was when I missed Valencia the most. Particularly the last 30 minutes of the first half.

Frankly, I would settle for a point that day.

How, did we end up leading 1-0 and went on to win the match at the odd scoreline of 3-1 is anybody’s guess.

But again, as Scott has pointed out, that wasn’t luck, we created chances, no matter how scarce, and took them. While they wasted the abundance they have. Simple as that ;)
