Red-Manc, I take my hat off to you! Thank fuck someone is bigging up the wee man. I’m sick to death of reading on various sites so-called united fans saying to get rid of Tev.
I don’t see a problem with his fee to be honest, given the fact that he’s only 24 and if we sign him up for 4 or 5 years we’ll be able to enjoy him during his prime.
Hopefully the whole thing can be sorted out soon, as there’s no doubt it’s been a cloud hanging over him.
Players who show loyalty to the club should get the same back.

Red-Manc. If Tosic at 21 develops in the same way as Ronnie has, we will undoubtedly have the world class player to replace the retiring Welsh legend. Yet ANOTHER world class player born at the United School of World Class Players Inc. I’m dreading the day SAF hangs up his mortar-board for the last time. Although unfair on Kathy, I hope he decides to carry on until he goes the way of Jock Stein and Tommy Cooper, but in about 15 or more years from now.

They proved last season even though they are similar players (Rooney & Tevez) that the strike partnership works wonders.

We win the League and the Champions league but our squad needs improving? Nah mate, saying that Berbatov is here now and gives us another option up front, in my opinion signing Owen is a step backwards not just because he’s a ex dipper just because of the type of striker he is.

Also with Fergie retiring soon well hopefully its a couple of years yet he is signing alot of young players who by the time he is leaving will be top class, signing a striker who is injury prone and nearly 30 isnt good for the future.

If anything we need another world class winger/midfielder for when the legends that are Scholes and Giggs retire.

I fully appreciate what your saying about him being an ex-liverpool player, and i’m not saying i wanna suck him off or anything, i’m saying he would give us an option that we currently dont have, thus he would improve the squad. Does that logic not add up for you? And the reason we wont sign Tevez is because he’s too similiar to Rooney, and Wayne’s going nowhere. It’s not a slight on his ability, it’s because he’s essetially a worse Wayne Rooney.

Ferguson has been after Benzema for the last 3 or 4 years and now that he has fallen out with Lyon, you can bet he’ll be wearing the world famous red shirt emblazoned with AIG next season. Carlos will be wearing the all white of the merangues or the stripes of TNSSO’s Inter. He will NOT be wearing the insipid pale blue of citeh because, like Blackburn did with not selling Shearer to United (turned United down twice and won fuck all – HUGE mistake Al), United will not sell Tevez to Hughseys mob even for all the tea…..oil in the middle east (well maybe ALL the oil LOL!
