During today’s FA Cup game at Anfield, Liverpool fans booed Patrice Evra every time he touched the ball. His crime? Being racially abused by Luis Suarez in the last game between the two clubs.
One Liverpool fan was caught on camera doing a monkey impression when Evra was on the ball. “This matter is now under investigation by specialist hate crime detectives and we are working with Liverpool Football Club to identify the man in question.”
In response, following kick-off, Liverpool fans started spreading the disgusting rumour that United fans had been arrested for spitting on the Hillsborough memorial.
The Merseyside police have quickly spoken out against these rumours, claiming that whilst two people were arrested and seventeen people were ejected from the ground, it was all for “low level incidents.”
Is there no limit to the depths those vermin will sink today? Why on earth would you make up a rumour like that?

Man Utd News 24/7

Liverpool are like school in the summer….No Class !
Classless cunts of the highest order. I hope we turn them over both on and off the pitch on 11th Feb. This is a club that have been mocking Munich for years but claim they still do because of what happened at Hillsborough. There’s30 fucking years between the 2 incidents. Vile bunch of cretins.
Fuckin rat munching , granny stabbing , workshy, horrible bastards , roll on two weeks we will put the twats in there place
Heywood & NRD
You fellas pretty much summed it up perfectly
I was in the away end today. And to be fair some of our fans sang about hillsborough. The idiot doing monkey jestures should be shot!
Booing evra fine we will make suarez feel the heat in the return
STR
They do it to try and justify their vile abusive actions. They are sub level scum who rob the tickets from their own fans, champion racism and never take responsibility for their actions. Their club have been doing the same, trying to shift blame onto Evra and trying to justify their actions by bringing up past events! Joke of a club!
Scott’s surprise about how low these Cesspool scum would sink to surprises me.
The Daily Mirror’s tweeter account says that the monkey picture could have been taken from a different game. Cunts!
Liverpool is a massive stain on the football garment. the black sheep of english football. the archaic assholes who have refused to move with the times. not to mention they were absolutely outplayed and snatched a goal at the end ( fair play to them for that though) but as for their racism, if liverpool football club is not punished and BANNED from europeab cup competition and dealt with by FIFA then football will have sunk to its lowest level yet.
Costas
Seems the term ABU is not a myth after all!
Costas
Like that even matters the fools!! So racism is ok so long as it’s not during a United match.
Soy Sauce
Do not get your hopes up on FIFA taking action my friend, the fool who heads that pathetic organization is a well known racist
Off topic
I see Necastle continue their post United slump. Someone should tell them that beating us doesn’t signal the end of the season, even though their players and fans celebrate as though it is!
@Mike, Cedars
Exactly. To cover it up, then they said that they were only talking about today’s game and how great the atmosphere was. A victim of racist abuse was booed, yet the atmosphere was great…
Something else about the game. Not that they were flawless, but Smalling and Evans have created a pretty good partnership back there. They look more solid than I thought they would.
Have you notice that the “famous Anfield atmosphere” only becomes vocal before kick off and when they are leading with seconds left?!
Fellas, Liverpool fan in peace. During the ame today not one song was sang about Munich (a terrible habit from the past), but I was sat in the main stand next to your supporters an there where numerous songs about Hilsborough throughout the game. There’s no place for that in football as there is no place for racism if that did occur in today’s game (or if it didn’t). Evra got booed as we believe our man, you believe yours. And Suarez was always gonna get booed at old Trafford-that’s life.
It must take an evil mind to dream up a ficticious incident like this one. What does it say about this sicko that he can even imagine something so disgusting?
To spread this rumour all over the web and cause untold hurt, upset, distress etc to the relatives of Hillsborough victims is absolutely vile and reveals exactly how little this creep actually respects the memory of those who died at Hillsborough.
Fuck the rumor spreading scouse cunts..
#####
Great game…I dont get into whether we deserved the defeat or not..
the fact is. we took the game to Anfield..
we played brilliant but on a sad note we were on the losing end..
I liked the approach for this game by our players..
Evra…the man with guts..played good…but was caught out of position for their winning goal BUT WE HAVE SEEN EVRA OUT OF POSITION SO MANY TIMES SINCE LAST SEASON..De Gea needs to step up…
I know we are out but i m happy with our performance.
I liked our young defenders..especially Evans ans Smalling…i know it was just Carrol but the way they defended and organised was superb..
Manchester United – Built on philosophy that never dooms us..
Marc – fuck off you one-eyed cunt. Go and read the fucking independent panel’s report into what went on at Anfield in October before you come on here spouting that “we believe our man, you believe yours” garbage.
Marc
If you believe your man then you believe that ge admitted to using a racially abusive term against evra. How does believing your man justify booing a player who believed he was racially abused?? It was the FA who found your man guilty, if you are so profoundly upset that they don’t believe your man than why play in their competition? Will lifting their trophy not go against your beliefs?
A very good friend of mine now living in Spain and a proper rent boy fan (Been so for 30 years) just sent me the following text…
’2-1 nuff said, Chelsea v Liverpool in the final’
My response
‘How will we recognize the players with both teams wearing white robes and white masks’
Fred
Don’t u mean one eared cunt? Convenient he was sat near us and heard everything but failed to hear Munich chants or see the sick fucker doing gorilla impressions!
Marc
Had and God forbid the found guilty player been at United then most of us would have crucified him, me included. Sir Alex would have shown him the door immediately unlike your Kenny who publicly supported him and in the process made a fool of himself….. Your club’s pathetic T shirt stunt at Wigan was in my opinion the final nail on how low a club can actually sink
i hate liverpool.
Liverpool, the foreskin of English football! Cut them off, the league will be far cleaner for it and they certainly won’t be missed!!
I’m still really pissed off at todays result. The fact we played really well for the most part but still got beat by a very average team, Aaaaaarrgggghhhhh! I hope we don’t just beat them at OT, but we batter them. I really want us to knock that smirk of the racists faces. As for their fans behaviour, I don’t expect anything els but classless, vile, verbal diarrhoea being spewed by them.
Mike
A question. Was there the traditional pre kick off act of both teams lining up then shaking hands at the KKK today? Just read that at Loftus Rd that was not the case, where by both teams just ran out straight to the pitch and started the game. If this is true than the FA are a lot worse than first thought. All I can interpret from this action is that they are protecting CLLC from further media scrutiny
I was born to be a United Supporter! Anfield makes me fucking sick, just to hear the booing sinks this assholes even lower. Classless cunts!! Drop the whole fucking scenario to its basics and you see the following: a racist twat that tries to get away with pleading ignorance towards cultural standards. It’s 2011+ you dick! Racism is for small minded ‘people’.. then the so called king kenny and club show their support for him.. the FA carries a full investigation that finds him guilty.. the ban is accepted.. and the person who was racially abused gets booed?? Carry on scouse scum! I celebrate your ignorance displays, I laugh at your lack of class, I’m amazed by your support’s arrogance.. but most of all, and sadly, I pain you bring the quality of football down just by existing..
Came on here being pretty nice tryin to explain somethin an debate, but Fred/Mike can ya not have a debate without insulting me you pair of bum nuggets??? I find it mad how the level of your thinkin is that it’s disgusting and goes against the possibility that your fans would spit on the Hilsborough memorial yet you disrespect the dead throughout the game with your vile taunts. There was no Munich taunts and out of 45,000 I didn’t notice the one man doing a monkey impression you thick cunts. If there was one.
Marc
Oh come on now, do not tell me you were insulted because some called you a cunt, like you’ve never referred to United fans as such (And you did in your last post)
You made a silly remark about we believe ours and you believe yours. What is there to believe exactly? One is a victim and the other is a convicted racist.
Grow a pair pal, you supporters are renowned for Munich chants along with them Leeds scum down the road so do not try and convince us that you were all angels today
Of course Marc. Liverpool are the true victims of all this. Always the victim…. 19
@CedarsDevil – just watching on TV, the disgusting chants from the United fans were clearly audible. Funny how the papers never report this eh??
Apparently the hillsborough memorial thing was made up. The United fans Hillsborough chants weren’t though.
@ costas. The daily Mirrors tweeter account says that because that picture may well have been taken at any game at any time or just photoshopped. It can’t be difficult to work out who the bloke is if it’s real so we’ll find out won’t we.
@ cedars. Apparently Chelsea and QPR both requested that there was no pre match handshake and the FA agreed, presumably to stop the press endlessly showing slo mo replays al la Bridge/Terry. Probably for the best in the circumstances.
Pathetic football team with a cunt of a manager/Fans and players. They lack the ability to reason or differentiate the wrong from right.
As for that clown making a monkey impression, why don’t he meet evra in person and do it? i’m sure he’d be given a good old smack around the face. what a coward.
jarvis
You actually heard it on TV? My guess is all the United fans had microphones linked directly to the ITV studios or else you can incredible hearing capabilities
Need to bombard the airwaves tomorrow and see if all those scouse pundits will condemn the lies told about our fans and Hillsborough
Cedars
You know as well as i do – if you go to the games, and know the chants, they are very easily picked up on the tv broadcast.
Not saying that both sides were not culpable, just pointing out that these chants were clearly audible……
Marc – You’re evidently the thick one because if you didn’t possess the brain of the size of a peanut, you would have noticed that cowardly weak mug making the impression of a monkey towards evra. You come here defending the indefensible, take off that liverpool tinted glasses, take your tongue out of “Queen” Kenny’s ass (i’m sure that would be difficult for you though. after all, you and your fellow fans heads must be stuffed right into it).
marc almond by any chance u spunk guzzlin twat fuck a duck scousers the most self pitying wankers on gods earth
heysel wasnt us it was the chelsea headhunters la
ask any lad who attended games in the 80′s you boys were vermin a back of wolves greatest scouse invention 2 matchsticks between a razor blade classy
love the moral outrage hillsborough was a tradegy so was munich strange you fuckers didnt seem to respect that thru the 70′s and 80′s with all the runway chants
and the saurez affair and these memorial rumours cant change your spots boys always someone else
embarrasing lads
jarvis
Not sure what is the point you are trying to make here? Some of our fans sing vile songs? I do not condone it however as United supporters we have had to endure crap from the likes of leeds and your lot since 58. As I said I would never condone songs or chants that mock the dead but please stop trying to come across as the victim here
Marc, there you go again. You’re only too willing to believe that United fans may well have spat on the memorial (a proven lie) but you’re sceptical about the Liverpool fan making a monkey gesture at Evra (despite the fact that there is a photo evidence of it.)
You’re clearly incapable of looking at any of these incidents objectively. You’re blinded by your bias towards Liverpool. Your frivolous comment on the racial abuse of Patrice Evra by Luis Suarez was very offensive to me, and made me doubt the sincerity of your claims that you came here in peace. I will give you the benefit of the doubt though: I’m willing to believe that you’re merely deluded, and not a WUM.
Just because the police didn’t see it – doesn’t mean it it didn’t happen. It’s funny how people like to look at things that work to their advantage.
The prick making the monkey impression should be shot down. Racism exists everywhere in this country and more by undercover snobs.
I have received racism in Manchester before and took it as being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Yes it shouldn’t be a topic of debate and I have ashamed that these people are associated with Liverpool football club.
Anyway getting back to the football…. What a great result today!
I just wish racism didn’t exist it demeans everyone. And Munich & Hillsborough chants are sick and vile. As a mixed race LFC supporter I would be disgusted with ANY racism, unfortunately it exists however all the season ticket holders I know abhor it.
Cedars,
You actually heard it on TV? My guess is all the United fans had microphones linked directly to the ITV studios or else you can incredible hearing capabilities
ROFL
…very funny my friend..
How are you buddy..
was watching the game with 2 Liverpool fans, one being my own brother..
They were screaming when Kuyt scored..(nothing offending towards me )
But i was man enough to accept it and move on for i know that winning and losing are part of the game and my time will come just like it has been over the years..
Gutted to lose, but not for the way we lost it..
Fred
However there is no evidence that the said scouser was making gestures towards Evra or even at today’s game, which in turn of course makes it acceptable….. It could well have been towards another black player from a different team, which is ok it seems!
Marc Almond.
Tainted scouse!
Good luck Diuof…if i m not wrong he scored a lob goal for us on his debut?
Cedars
Not trying to come across as the victim – just saying there are vile chants on BOTH sides that are clearly audible and unacceptable.
I’m sure we both agree that these chants on both sides have no place at a football game or indeed anywhere, and while there is a rivalry there are lines that should not be crossed.
Good game today, and good luck for the rest of the season……..
Marc
Could you tell me which part of your comment was there to be debated? You came on here pretty nice? You came on here to tell us that United fans were chanting bile (and I never said some fans did not) but conveniently fail to hear your own fans disgusting comments or actions. You even said “I didn’t notice the one man doing a monkey impression you thick cunts. If there was one.” in your follow up post, again trying to paint your fellow fans as whiter than white (forgive the pun) when there was a fucking photo of him doing it! You fail to mention that one or more of your own fans spread viscious and sick lies regarding your Hillsborough memorial, further desecrating their memory! I have never sang Hillsborough songs but unlike you I am acutely aware that unfortunately we do possess fans who do. You choose to pretend your club has no such individuals. I would love to hear your full defence of “Your man” and why it is ok to boo a man because the FA banned a player who admitted to using racially insulting language.
willie rednut
cracked me up ha ha
19 my good man!
Samuel..
well said pal
jarvis
Cheers fella, but do excuse me for not wishing you the same!
Jarvis
Your last post was exactly thepoint myself and Fred were trying to make, unlike yourself, however, Mark fails to admit that these fans exist in his own club.
Sandeep
Glad you enjoyed it my friend
@ Cedars and Mike
Thanks, this just came up on my newsnow, and felt the need to at least try to give a balanced view from the other side of the divide. Im sure we disagree on a lot of things, but agree on the most important things…….
I truly feel sorry for a lot of Liverpool fans who have swallowed the propoganda their own club have pedalled in the Evra v Suarez case. I’m pretty sure the majority of these fervent supporters of Suarez haven’t even taken time out to review the report or the evidence in order to make their own minds up. There was a Liverpool fan on twitter yesterday who was still saying Evra had previous when accusing a member of the Chelsea ground staff…has this bloke looked into that case before making his comments? I doubt it, as I doubt many of the Liverpool fans who come on here claiming to have irrefutible proof of this that or the other.
@mikekelly – re Suarez – I do have my own (I hope, balanced) view on the Suarez/Evra subject if anyone is interested in hearing it?
Jarvis
Indeed. I’m glad you are able to be objective unlike Marc. As an adult of sound mind and a regular at Old Trafford for many years, I am well aware that all clubs are saddled with followers (I hesitate to use the word fan or supporter) that let the club down. I am also aware that every club has level headed and well mannered supporters. I have very good friends who support Man City and Liverpool, as well as Bolton and Southampton (poor deluded lads!) and I do not tar these with the same brush as the individual making the monkey gestures.
Jarvis
I can’t speak for everyone on here but as far as I’m concerned feel free.
Quote by Roy Keane today “De Gea is lacking in presence. He needs to go out and nail someone.”‘
On other news, heard we are up for Harry Gregg testimonial game on May 15th in Belfast…
Mike
My own blood that is my nephew who as you know is a die hard pool fan admitted to me that he felt shamed at his club’s reaction to the whole Suarez issue. He also said that had it of been Fergie in charge then the said player would have become history.
jarvis
I for one is interested, give us your take
Gerard Piqué @3gerardpique
I was 4 when Giggs played his first official match with Manchester United! To watch him still playing it’s a joke!! #legend

‘And Suarez was always gonna get booed at old Trafford-that’s life.’
And Dalglish, and LFC and every player who came out in defence of a Liverpool player making racist remarks.
Hoping that Evra now issues a writ against Dalglish for slander. When Dalglish first heard that Evra was reporting a case of racists comments said to him Dalglish’s words were ‘He’s done that before’
Well no he hasn’t. Dalglish has had 3 months to apologise to Evra. Its about time to bring Dalglish to account.
Cedars
Like I posted earlier I have a number of non United supporting fans who take great pride in trying to blacken the name of United whenever they can, however, even they reluctantly agreed that Liverpools reaction to the whole affair was both amateurish and inappropriate.
Did not expect anything better from a scum of a club and its low-life supporters.
Cannot wait for 11th Feb. We’ll show them at OT what a real support is! I hope the racist cunt plays!
I hope our players will be fired up as much as us and humiliate them!
Thanks Mike – I actually do enjoy the debate on here, there is a lot of sense spoken, when you sift out the 4 letter word posts.
I’m actually married to a South American, and have spent a lot of time there (although in Ecuador actually, not in Uruguay, so all my in laws love Valencia which i hate!!).
The term negro is not considered racist, whatever anyone may say. In South America, they just have a different attitutude to race relations, which is refreshing.
As has often been quoted the word negro CAN mean mate. HOWEVER, it is obvious that in the Suarez/Evra context, the word was used as a wind up.
Do i think Suarez is racist? No. BUT he used this word to wind up his opponent, so his defence was clearly a load of cr@p.
Not sure what his punishment should have been, as I’m not sure I entirely believe Evra’s version of events either, but I do believe Liverpool as a club handled it very badly, and also that Suarez should have apologised to Evra.
Well there is my view on the subject – hope you guys find it balanced, I think it is as removed from club prejudice as I can be!!!
Banner in the United end: “MUFC – defending champions. LFC – defending racists.”

jarvis
It not about what is acceptable in the country of origin, more so what is NOT acceptable in other places….. You’re married to a South American? Lucky bugger, some of the best looking women on earth
Cedars
hahaha yeah I am lucky – she’s gorgeous!!!
I know what you’re saying but the conversation was in Spanish so whatever anyone says that is a mitigating factor.
However as I’m told by the missus, negro is fine between friends, but absolutely NOT fine when you are not friends, so Suarez is in the wrong…..
Kev – and you thought you’d come share your delight about your usual cup final victories at anfield on United’s board? and are we suppose to care? fuck off you fool.
jarvis
Good man, so the missus must be a United fan because of Tony V eh? I could just imagine the household debates!
StR via Sandeep – Good one!
Fair play to Jarvis for his sensible, unbiased views. If he posted something like that on the RAWK forums he’d be accused of being a Manc and banned from the site. Good to know not every scouser is a complete lunatic! The booing of Evra and chants about him being a “lying bastard” were a disgrace though. Very, very nasty.
Cedars
The missus is on side with me……… all the extended family however love United because of Valencia……makes it interesting whenever I’m over there!!!
negro is not fine even if you are friends and it certainly isn’t when you are not. Call people by their name, not intentionally make racist dig at their race. Don’t come here spouting absolute tripe that you dug up from uruguay, the well known racist country (although many countries can be placed under this category. England for examply, a country where people can pretend everything is fine when clearly, the racism issue still erupts regularly amongst simple minds) ….
jarvis
In that case pass on my greetings next time you visit them and pass on the email ID of your missus, will have her converted in quick time! hahaha
de gea is responsable for the 2 goals, but very poor defending, the second goal left me in rage, huge mistake by de gea, evans let carool head the ball easily evra out of position, soft goal,
hope i am wrong but
we need miracle to win epl this term
maybe edwin will come back before 31 jan,we miss him badly
any fresh injuries today?
since hargo leave us i don t think he get one knock
saha have a good run of match without injury with everton
cleverly make 2 loan season and played more than 60 games
sir alex clealy not helped by his coaching team&medical team
Here’s the video of the monkey gesture: http://www.break.com/usercontent/2012/1/28/liverpool-fc-soccer-fan-caught-making-monkey-taunt-racist-2292991
Dalglish to a reporter when asked if he was disappointed by the abuse Evra got today:
“Why should I be disappointed for Patrice Evra?” he snapped at his inquisitor. “Have you played football? I’ve been booed.”
What a twat.
“since hargo leave us i don t think he get one knock”
Eh? He’s only made about 2 appearances all season.
Fred
You were the first to identify the fraud, what is the point of debating with a creep?
@ mikekelly 21.04 – I envy you buddy, having mates that support the enemy but being sound. The vermins fan I know from scouseland is deluded as hell, the rest of them don’t even come from anywhere near analfield yet feel its okay to take the piss out of United fans that don’t come from Manchester.
Has anyone seen that youtube clip of the vermin fans giving Nasri shit after winning at wastelands? They all have brummie accents fucking minky cunts.
I’m beginning to lose my tether with liverpool fans. The whole victim thing, this jarvis fella does give a balanced view and I’ve never asked this and I think its a reasonable question.
Had Hillsborough happened in 58 and United fans took the piss for 30 years and Munich happened in 89 and liverpool fans started to take the piss back and United fans responded with “Thats out of order it isn’t right.” How would they feel about it?
The older fans will know more because prior to 89 although I liked football I was equally impressed with Thundercats and Transformers. I do have vague memories of seeing Hillsborough footage on TV, not sure live or on the news thinking what on earth is going on. But when Liverpool fans come out with
“Theres no place for Hillsborough and Munich chants”
I wonder if that was their stance pre 89. When I read that its a bit fucking precious.
Conversely not all our fans are saints when Park scored the winner a few seasons back at OT, one of the vermin players put in a bad tackle and two of our fans (not sitting together) started a Hillsborough chant they got one line in.
Do you know what happened next? Everyone in EAST STAND TIER 2 started chanting United United United to drown those cunts out? Funnily enough at the same game when a bus full of vermin fans came into OT there was a middle aged woman doing the aeroplane gesture.
I’ve heard some teenage yobs do the same on the tram on one occasion and had a word their reasoning seems stupid to me now but certainly seemed reasonable to me when I was their age, but hopefully they will grow up like I did. Having to hear taunts from one of my leads mates at school everytime I did him at footy or we beat the sheep shaggers I took the piss for about a year by buying him Turkish delights. We were both kids then and we’ve both grown up.
The HUGE difference is we’ve had to put up with bile for years and the second we don’t show respect we get more bile. Something here doesn’t make any sense. Relations between us and the vermin are at an all time low and it wouldn’t surprise me if their isn’t a fan death at some point.
The point about Cleverley is valid though. I am saying this because he’s also getting a reputation among fans for being soft or injury prone. That was hardly the case in the last 2 seasons.
cedars devil
it s so easy to abuse someone, even if my view or smartalex view is wrong no need to try to make yourself funny by saying sily comments
yes my english is bad,but i love united more than anything, and love this blog,
i have huge respect to smartalex
and fred respond to my coment with class
Costas – I don’t think that reputation is fair though. The injury that’s keeping him out atm is the same one he sustained at the hands of Kevin Davies isn’t it?
I am class personified.
iced earth
If it is eventually proven that you are not part of a weird multi character personality then I will be the first to hold up my hand and apologize. For the time being the jury is out on that one.
Right….. I’ve got the result out my system! Role on Tuesday and a Stoke wooping!! Not enjoying the amount of defeats we’re experiencing this year so all victories from now on please lads! Cheers.
Kenny Dogleash is a fucking rat faced racist loving cock the best part of him rolled down his mothers leg 60 years ago fucking bitter assfaced CUNT!
@Fred
Yeah, I believe it is. I also feel it’s unfair. It’s only one injury that’s plagued him this whole time and for whatever reason, it’s taken him longer to get over it. And that’s the reason why people assume he’s injury prone. But we don’t know why that’s happened. He may have had an operation for all we know.
Cedars
I will join that jury.
Fred is in a class all by himself.
Cedars – told you we’d win 7-0.
Mike
Wonder what you’d write on that slip though!
xol
You were almost there pal! haha
Costas – yeah, exactly. You can’t call someone a “sicknote” due to one serious injury that kept them out for several months. It was the fleeting appearances against Everton and Aldershot and subsequent disappearance that have given some people the impression that he is injury prone, but the reality is that he was rushed back too soon.
“Queen” kenny is part of the reason for this racism debacle that keeps rumbling on.
He still hasn’t put hands up and accept suarez was in the wrong. The twat saying he isn’t bothered that evra keeps getting boo’d for something he was a victim of. Classless pathetic manager, backed to the core by brainless fans that can reason for themselves, they only see through one thing and that is through “Queen kenny’s” ass. They also possess idiotic scums for players.
Pissing off to bed and before I do so……
A prayer for the insane for some sanity
A prayer for the sane to remain that way
A prayer for MG and his loved ones

Believe it or not I missed most of the second half entertaining a girlfriend from Liverpool. Family all red. Hates football. After explaining that the fans she could hear booing were booing a player because he’s been racially abused she suggested Evra should have hugged a random ‘pool fan. She thought he looked a nice bloke and said she’d have given him a hug. haha
cedars devil
what is the story of jury are you speaking about?
when someone, said what he think it is not a crime,
i don t understand what s the problem with me
i admit that somtimes i don t use the right word to explain something but it s not that bad
i consider all united fan as brother to me,no matter there culture or nation or ……………,

shame on you dalglish
Off topic: after the proper self mutilation…. time to get back to laughing at City and Pool.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2012/jan/28/liverpool-andy-carroll-carlos-tevez
The irony of having a post decrying the extremism of some Liverpool fans followed by comment after comment by extremist United fans is lost on some, I see.
Our capain today is more then a man! Playing the whole game, kept hearing some 40.000 racists booing him just for being black. He held his head high and it was fuckin sad he was on the wring foot at the last goal. He deserved so much more. My hero!
Guess 19:th century never leaves Liverpool. Classless cunts!
http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-manchester-16775767
To the Daily Mirror and any cunt who said no racist gestures from vermin fans a big Fuck You.
Another one sold today (Diouf). Squad weakens.
As for the rumour: low life scum of the heart.
Our season needs to pick up against stoke. No more injuries.
http://i.minus.com/ijUesU4W4Vbsc.gif
Hello again. I’m objective, I just didn’t explain fully when I was called a one eyed cunt as I just felt it pointless. I wasn’t defending the Hilsborough memorial accusation, I just found it funny that this is disgusting yet the singing isn’t, I also said I don’t condone our fans singing those songs but I didn’t hear any today. This is the truth so I’m not gonna say otherwise just to make me seem more objective. Racism has no place in society, the monkey gesture (if indeed true as someone says it can be photoshopped etc also has no place in Football or society in general) an as for Suarez, that’s a subject I could go on about but I basically said Evra was booed because a lot of Liverpool fans believe Suarez wasn’t Intentionally racist, Man United fans think otherwise. And I don’t believe somebody should be convicted on ‘probability’. If racism is to be taken as a serious crime then it should be beyond reasonable doubt, as all serious crimes are dealt. That’s all. I wasn’t here to wind anyone up but I think things where missed out in my initial post, but no need for the childish response so yous got one back.
sometimes im ashamed at the dickheads that call themselves united fans, first the did it with gibson and spammed his twitter with messages of hatred now they have a new target de gea,are you sure plastics?
i mean leave him alone everyone makes mistakes and yes he made a few but to attack OUR own players is just pathetic. a defeat is hard to swallow dont tell me that but to post idiotic messages on social networks wont change it.
Marc – “Wasn’t intentionally racist”. That has gotta be one of the most pathetic excuse i’ve read for a while. I guess all the racial crimes that has taken place in history weren’t intentional then?.
Suarez has always been a racist and he finally gets exposed for what he really is, i have no doubt that he isn’t the only partaking in this sad sad ignorance. Racism is a bad stain on society. 21st century and people are still referring to people by their colour instead of their name. We all know it isn’t a coincidence that this happened. “Negro” is friendly? keep debating that amongst your deluded clans
I can’t even be bothered to read your unreasonable crap and i doubt any united fan wants to either. You like many other pool fans still can’t accept suarez is a racist. Off you go you blinkered muppet.
Rat1p – i haven’t noticed that. If that is the case then they have to be ashamed of themselves. One thing is not favouring a player, another is to pile vile abuse at them.
He needs the support of the fans in this hard time of his career. Although he could have dealt with things better and be more dominant of his box, i still think wasn’t solely at blame for the defeat. He needs more work to adapt, more confidence to impose himself. A lot more developing has yet to be taken place. Perseverance is the key.
@john
nice video of the racist ugly deformed mutant teeth sewar rat now maybe u might fuck off and get a job u dead beat scouse asswipe, im gonna add u to the sperm that should have been swallowed category.
captaink9 – We certainly do need to pick our season up against Stoke, but I’m fearing the worse with injuries against those fuckers. Horrible dirty team of skill-less twats.
I was so happy to get my ticket as a Utd fan of 53 years, but really disappointed to hear our fans calling them murderers. it wasn’t all of us, but I saw quite a lot of our younger fans doing it. We don’t need to fo that – we’re such a better footballing team than them, and that’s all that should matter. Let’s take the defeat and move on like we always do. MUFC
i must admit… i’m sick of racism… in boths sides, i mean call us “Sudaca” cause we are latins is just unfair, i love united but this needs to stop
Unfortunately, such people will always exist, even after another 100 years I think.
Rather than waste time thinking of such twats, let’s all hope that our run of injuries will come to an end, whilst sparking off an unbeaten run until the end of the season.
Best wishes for Diouf for his career to advance in new horizons. He’s got definite talent and a strike skill set highlighted by his scoring acumen in the reserves but he was never going to get a 1st team shot hear with the strike force we currently have and with Keane and Petrucci coming up he wouldn’t have got in ahead of them either. His wing play just isn’t developed enough to move out wide with our team either. Hopefully he gets plenty of 1st team game time and develops to the point we all look back and think of what might have been. Once a Red always a Red, good luck lad.
Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes, Scholes,
Holy Freaking Crap, everyone should stop the whole Scholes’s replacement thing, he’s his own bloody replacement as yesterday showed. What can i say. For the entire first half i kept thinking this is the best formation Ferguson has put out ever since Ronaldo left, and then when Scholes came off i realized why.
You would have been blind not to notice it. If ever the terms ‘playmaker”, “Midfield heart”, were ever created for someone, it was Scholes yesterday. he put out the best midfield performance I’ve seen by any United midfielder this season(Carrick is a close second.) I mean he was sprouting action, literally. The ball came from him, any attack being coordinated came from him, back to him, to someone else, back to him, to player b, to player c, back to him, and so on, and then the defense splitting pass. He did it all yesterday, the mid-bogglingly precise balls to the wings, to the strikers, to pretty much anywhere, were summed up by the stunning first half statistics (97% completion rate) from sky that vanquished the 10 man excuse designed to underplay his statistics at the Etihad. I only counted one passing mistake yesterday, which almost led to a goal it has to be said. But even then it wasn’t because he gave away the ball or failed to get it, it was a pass probably too good for the recipient, a pass any Barcelona player would have looked at as one received on a plate.
i understand Fergie probably wanted to win the game. And this is how I’d like to think his thought process went.
1. He sees how overwhelmingly Liverpool were being dominated.
2. Puts it down to the entire team’s performance, and understandably so.
3. Figures he could afford to take off Scholes, maybe conserve his energy for another match, maybe he had picked up an injury we didn’t know about, maybe he asked to be taken off.
4. Decides on Chicharito, a super-sub, won several games for us.
The aftermath
1. Our midfield falls apart.
2. Chicharito and Welbeck effectively become passengers, even more than Chicharito in the Champion’s league final.
3. The passing game dies, the team becomes restricted to long, hopeful, admittedly precise balls, one of which almost results in a Welbeck goal.
4. We settle for a draw more or less.
5. In the absence of Scholes, the now resurgent Liverpool midfield forces Evra into a mistake. And i dont want to put even 50% of the blame on him.
6. We lose the game.
Unless i watched a different game, that is the best summary of the game i can put out.
NEGATIVES:
-i have never criticized Alex Ferguson in my life, and i feel wrong doing it. The only management experience i have would be FIFA 06, 07,08,09,10 and 11 which i haven’t had much time for.
But like the commentators all said, we lost control of the game when Scholes went off. And barring some injury we didn’t know about or personal Scholes withdrawal request, yesterday was Ferguson’s very own “Oxlade” moment.
POSTIVES:
Have Injuries forced Ferguson into discovering our most potent formation in the absence of any new signings now and in the summer? Dare i say our best formation since the departure of Ronaldo. In the face of pacy playmakers, the likes of Silva and Valencia, that can only be countered by very good defensive midfielders, 4-4-2 now looks a thing of the past that we cant afford to stick to, someone is inevitably going to waltz through your midfield like it doesnt exist. Yesterday’s first half formation would have dominated even the current Barcelona team. Whether we should stick with it for the rest of the season is another matter entirely but the pre-Scholes substitution stats and the post-Scholes substitution stats make an overwhelming statement for that case.
About De Gea, it didn’t do much for his confidence watching Lindegaard warming up after his mistake. But here’s the thing. Several people have said he needs to bulk up, Roy Keane yesterday said he need to take physical control of the area. Ronaldo somewhat metaphorically said he’s built like a sausage. Allow me to add my own metaphor, he’s like a pencil, easily snappable. Brilliant shot-stopper, and in such situations you know he’ll easily condense a powerful shot, and in that respect(and the signing for the future c, many years in him, blablabla…card)he was a great signing. His weakness is the now an obvious one. Even a native from the islands who has watched the premier league for one season will tell you that, AERIAL DUELS. He struggles to impose himself in his own goal. I hate to make the cruel comparison but Van Der Sar filled the goal like the wings of an Albatross. And this is why I wanted us to sign Maarten Stekelenburg, a brilliant signing for Roma I should say. I was overjoyed when Manchester United through Rene Meulensteen confirmed their interest in the 6 ft 5 1⁄2 giant. A successor to Van Der Sar in Ajax and the Dutch National Team, with whom he reached the final of the 2010 world cup(conceeding 6 goals the whole tournament, 2 of them penaltiesm, and keeping Spain at Bay till Iniesta’s winner in the 116th minute of the match.), I was disappointed when he didn’t sign. The modern goalkeeper should be tall and big ,at least 6”5, period. Van Der Sar’s stunning record was in no small part due to his 6”5.5 frame. Set pieces have evolved over the last decade or so and corner-kicks have now become more or less like penalties due to the precise deliveries.
About his eye condition, here’s what an indepth definition reveals. “Hyperopia, also known as farsightedness, longsightedness or hypermetropia, is a defect of vision caused by an imperfection in the eye (often when the eyeball is too short or the lens cannot become round enough), causing difficulty focusing on near objects, and in extreme cases causing a sufferer to be unable to focus on objects at any distance. As an object moves toward the eye,(which in this case would be the ball, maybe dzeko’s ball in the community shield) the eye must increase its optical power to keep the image in focus on the retina. If the power of the cornea and lens is insufficient, as in hyperopia, the image will appear blurred.People with hyperopia can experience blurred vision, asthenopia, accommodative dysfunction, binocular dysfunction, amblyopia, and strabismus.” This is obviously a considerably big concern for the club because their reaction to it shows they didnt know about it when signing him. Someone on here recently wrote it away as a condition lots of everyday people have, well those people dont play as goalkeeper for Manchester United do they? After the club saying yes he has the defect and is set for an operation, why would they play him in a knockout match, and then after the first blunder, make Lindegaard warm up anyway and in in plain view of De Gea? For a Goalkeeper thats not the best way of telling him he has your confidence.
It should not be noted that am in no way stipulating that De Gea is a poor goalkeeper, nor was he a bogus signing. Yes Maarten for me would have been a better signing. But the thing is, De Gea has the potential to become a world class goalkeeper. The only problem is, its not going to happen at Manchester United, simple as that. The pressure, expectation , media coverage, unhealthy rivalry with Lindegaard will all stack up to make him go numb with failure sooner or later. The obvious thing is loan him out to somewhere where he’s not under as much pressure. Joe Hart is the best goalkeeper in the league right now, but he was loaned out first, got playing time, experience and look at him now. The hefty price tag makes things hard but we need to face facts. Lindegaard is our best keeper right now and he should be playing every game. Quit the juggling of the defense and particularly the goalkeeping position. One goalkeeper needs to establish himself, establish an understanding with the defenders, an understanding that wont be interrupted by some need to give another keeper confidence and reassurance. I don’t see Barca, Real Madrid, and yes even Newcastle, juggling keepers like strikers. A goalkeeper and his goal(posts) are like a man and his wife, as he begins to see other women on the side the relationship will inevitably die down. We cant afford to be experimenting, maybe in pre-season, but not at this stage of the season.
In conclusion, Marcus Kwesi O’Mard pretty much sums it up for me;
“Ferguson’s faces the same dilemma many manager’s face when it comes to young players. De Gea needs to play games in order to restore his confidence and fulfill his potential. Lengthy stretches on the bench can only hinder his development. But his mistakes are costing Manchester United games and points in the standings. Old Trafford is not the best place for on-the-job learning.”
“Results are often harsher on teams with a shaky goalkeeper, because they concede goals that their play may not deserve.” (Fergie’s exact words yesterday, we didnt deserve to lose)
“United shelled out £18 million ($28.3 million) to buy De Gea from Spanish club Atletico Madrid. The club thought he was a worthy investment, and that his addition would secure its future between the posts. That could happen one day, but De Gea is robbing United’s present day fortunes.”
@Marc
Suarez wasn’t intentionally being racist? Does that matter? If you killed someone, it does not matter if you did it intentionally or not, nor does it matter if the country you are in has capital punishment or just a simple jail term. The fact is you did something wrong. It is bollocks of the highest order to believe Suarez called Evra a name, in a friendly manner given the exchange they had. Only Kenny Daglish and the Liverpool fans would believe that. Utter bollocks.
Injury update from the manager:
http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2012/Jan/tom-cleverley-can-be-key-to-manchester-united-title-bid.aspx?
I agree that Tom could be the key to the title race. If we are close to City by the time he returns….
@Marc
Couldn’t agree more, united fans shouldn’t sing hillsbrough songs, despite the obvious anger at the constant Munich bile, why bring your own level down to that of 95% of Liverpools scumbags, it just makes them not seem as quite as large of bunch a cunts that they clearly are.
However, to deny that knobhead in need of a visit from trinny n susana or whatever they’re called, there’s pictures & footage to prove it.
& let’s be honest, even then, do we really believe he was the only one?
Last years cup game highlighted one particular mentally challenged, skinny virgin clearly mouthing off Munich Munich.
He gets dismissed as the bad apple, every clubs got one etc, & its ok.
Now, others will know better than me, I’m no longer a match goer since the gimps stole the Ronaldo money, final straw for this camels back til they fuck off, but that wasn’t really the story of that day was it?
Sure, one idiot breaks rank & does it in front of the cameras, but a very quick YouTube search under either the titles, LIVERPOOL WANKERS, or also, WHO’S THAT DYING? give a fairly more accurate picture. Along with the toilets being smashed up, & Munich daubed in excretement on the walls(what is this obsession with handling shit in your cup games all about?), don’t try & kid us that of you do begrudgingly accept this evidence, though footage never did stevie g any harm did it, that he’s the only one.
Pretty sure king kenny will protect him & point out how it was Evra’s fault anyway.
What a kunt.
Sorry if I get any double, treble posts etc, keep getting a comment publication failed message on my phone!
Some more injury news:
http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2012/Jan/rio-ferdinand-could-return-against-stoke-city.aspx
Rooney and Nani could be back for Chelsea, but Jones is out a bit longer.
One of the worst play acting you would see in a football match. This player must watch Barca on a regular basis! Really hilarious
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BJbSxMt7oH8&feature=player_embedded
that one was a painful defeat. rafael and valencia played really well.
now let the stories of another united decline begin.
we are still just 3 points behind city.
and for a squad so stretched im glad we’re just competing for the league.
hopefully cleverly will be back and so will anderson. might lead to some good football
costas thanks for all the info
Liverpool’s tactic against us was something along the lines of -if life gives you lemons, make lemonade; if your centre-forward is a giant lump, use him as an immovable object. it actually worked
Sometimes the dawn of a new day lessens the pain of defeat but it seems yesterday’s loss is going to take longer than normal to get over. I suppose when all is said and done; I look at starting De Gea (mistake), taking off Scholes (mistake), but the overriding moment that lingers most in my brain, is what in the name of God was Patrice Evra doing. The more I’ve seen Kuyt’s goal the more and more angry I get at our captain. I mean if ever there was time for a top class full back to have the time to access and read a situation and smell potential danger it was Liverpool’s second goal. Basic basic stuff really and based on the wonderful display from Rafael I’m certain that if the same situation had been switched to the other side of the pitch, a run of the mill kick out followed by a headed flick on would have gone unoticed. Poor stuff from Evra who should be dealing with moments like that one hundred per cent of the time.
I’ve said it time and time again that Evra, like any of our players, needs to realise he’s not a nailed on certainty for a starting place. Injuries aside, the twins are as complete full backs you could ever wish to see. They’ve got absolutely everything you need to see in that position and I believe both of them should be given extended runs in the side. If they get injured then fair enough but their injuries will become less frequent the older they get. When fit there’s no need to waste Valenica at right back, or play Jones or Smalling, when Rafael is better than them all in that position, and then some. This is not having a go at any of these lads as I would not play Rafael at right wing (Valencia), or at centre back (Smalling), or in midfield (Jones) if any of them were fit. Equally I’m not suggesting Evra’s time is up or anything of the sort, but lack of competition breeds complacency and I feel that is what the French man has been found guilty of in recent times. Giving him a genuine real fight for his place will only be to his benefit and might see him return to his old self when he was one of the top two or three left backs in World football.
tevez for carroll, joke of the day.
Marc
Oh that’s ok then…. Feel free to persecute a man because you thought someone had racially abused him accidentally! Makes complete sense, my mistake!! I suppose the police arresting the Neanderthal gorilla impersonator were also photoshopped?! As will the court hearing! You can tart it up as much as you like but you came on here in an attempt to claim Liverpool fans are angels and we are scum!! I may be mistaken but I didn’t see you on here after the incidents Eric the King mentioned?? I think this is why Fred called you a one eyed cunt! Even after the arrest you’re trying to claim it might not happen!
Redound
I agree with a lot of your post, nobody I’ve heard from on hear has slated De Gea, just pointed out some very clear mistakes that have cost us. We will all support him but we need to find out how that support I’d best served. We can not afford anymore mistakes. People used to comment on how many points VDS and Schmeical used to win us, something Hart is doing across town, unfortunately the glove is on the other hand for us. In terms of lindergard warming up, I’m not sure of how true it is but apparently De Gea had complained to the sidelines of a side strain, hence lindegard warming up do wouldn’t read to much into that being a confidence shaker! What I would note as a confidence shaker is Liverpools attempt to offload their £35m heading post piss head for a horrible lying little fucking mercenary cunt! Classy club, that twat would fit right in!
It makes me laugh pool fans coming in here saying they heard Hillsborough songs but not Munich. In a actual fact both are vile and both sets of fans should respect the disasters. The thing with pool is they only here what they want to, paddy Evra was subjected to awful abuse why? Suarez was found guilty and admitted to saying what he did plus the low life even pinched his skin yet pool fans will believe their man?
It beggers belief to me that their fans take the moral high ground yet sweep events like heysel under the carpet. They stained English football in a way that could never be forgotten.
basing on yesterday’s performance, this would be my ultimate squad
Lindegaaard
Phil Jones. Smalling. Ferdinand. Fabio
Carrick
Valencia Scholes Cleverley Nani
Rooney
First English team to win the European Cup – Manchester United
English clubs banned for 5 years from Europe – Because of Liverpool
First English team to win a European trophy after the ban – Manchester United
Redhound – I’m afraid I must disagree as if you are going to name a team based on yesterday’s performance I just cannot see anyone else at right back other than Rafael. If he can’t nail down that slot after what he did yesterday then he might as well pack it in. Big twins fan right here as you can probably guess. Actually loving Jones in midfield, from what I’ve seen, so I’d be excited to see how a Jones Cleverley partnership would work out.
I was a bit worried that both Giggs and Scholes were both starting yesterday as were many others. Both are at best 45min players now and both should share the one position ie midfield and get a half each then we need not worry about the legs going in the second half.
Byron
You beat me to it mate Rafael was fantastic yesterday and he needs become our first choice right back. Raf and Valencia were excellent on the right.
United were really good yesterday add clev, vidic, Nani, and Rooney to our 11 and it woukd be a different result.
I am concerned about our keeper Lindergaard is not world class and De Gea is not ready.
Issa fakt! Need we say anymore? Oh and if anyone can find the rent boys on that table let me know, did not look below 20 to be honest.
http://www.statto.com/football/stats/england/all-time-table
Parry
I agree mate I was really surprised saf didn’t bring Ando on after 50/60 mins for energy.
byron1970.
Snap and Tony V and Darren Fletcher all combine well and tie up the whole of the right side.and Jones defo should play mid for the rest of the season.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RlHMyp_jIyw&sns=fb
Not sure if anyone’s seen this before but it just shows how disgusting those scouse cunts are.
Red Hound..
That is one hell of a post..
A good review of the game..
our formation and domination of the game yesterday was by far the best we have seen away in few years bar the score line..
we stamped the authority on the game…
I understand your view on DDG and loaning him out, but the problem we then face is that we dont have a back up for Lindegaard..That would put us in more trouble than the current one..
I for one thinks that the 1st goal we conceded is not because of De Gea..it would harsh on him..
the penalty area was crowded..he was blocked…and none of our defenders jumped to defend the corner which put Agger in Free mode to out the ball into the net..
May be why De gea started this game was because of his exceptional performance at Anfield in the league..he pulled one of the best shows back then..
as i think, when Scholesy was subbed, it not only gave room and control for Liverpool midfielders but it also took the confidence of our midfield, thus making unforced errors and losing of posession..
Lets face it, it was the most calm, composed and confident performance by Scholesy and that had put us in driving position…
I also would like to tell that their winning goal was harsh on us…agreed De gea could have done much better but it all started way back..
Evra makes a long run into Liverpool box, Welbeck holds the ball, brings it in and shoots a skier..with Evra making that run is clearly out of position, which is well known by Reina, kicks the ball straight to Carrol, who nips a heading pass and the rest is devastating…
agreed that De Gea has weaknesses but the way you out and out say that defenders are not responsible for it then it doesnt makes sense,
he is a Rookie goalie and he needs perfect cover from his defenders, if we play out of position so many times and there is not stopping of goals we concede..
These kind of results just happen, as its been told million times, one mistake of goal keeper will be magnified larger than 10 misses of a striker..agreed De Gea needs a lot of improving i dont think the competition of Anders will hinder his growth..
since we are stretched so far on the injury front and the we played yesterday with current available players, i m more than happy with the show we put, i will be glad if we maintain this – Nani, Rooney, Young have been the creative players and we have missed them big time, not an excuse but i m really happy with the way we have played and i know it will be few years time before these young lads will become powerhouse..
I leave with a note that i m chuffed why none of our defenders jumped to win the ball for their 1st goal..
and i m also of the opinion that its not Sir Alex.s “oxlade moment” as you put it,
if you watch closely, Scholesy’s legs were dying and he was sweating which i happen to see the 1st time with Scholesy – that substitution made sense
You cant play with dying legs such as scholesy’s in this particular incident because though he doesnt look like out of the game for 7 months but it is still too much to ask of him to go through grueling 90 minutes of play, especially after he was the best player on the pitch in the first 70 minutes or so..
He was tired and it was evident with the sweat beads on his face…
Yup hard to taste the defeat at a bitter rival but i m sure as hell that we are ready for such bad things when we can enjoy the glorious moments..
Manchester United
Giggs12Gerrard0 and parryheid – Cheers lads, as you can see I’m slightly in love with the twins and I don’t mind admitting it. I’m a defender at heart, albeit I wasn’t a very good one, and I am just overjoyed to watch them whenever they play. By the same token I get unusually upset everytime they come off injured.
The situation with our keepers is quite interesting and I think it’s worth taking a long hard look at Arsenal when it comes to De Gea. The general opinion is that they now have a world class keeper in Szczesny and it’s an opinion I’d be inclined to agree with. But does this mean that Wenger is vindicated in persisting with his refusal to go and buy an ready made experienced keeper for all those years. I think even the most biased United fan would agree that Arsenal would probably have an extra trophy or two in their cabinet if they didn’t struggle so badly for so long in the goal keeping department. Yes they have a good keeper now, but at what cost, and do we want to persist for so long and at the same expense with De Gea? It’s just a thought that I think is worth considering.
Speaking of goalkeepers does anyone know what the story is with the Italian lad Pierluigi Gollini, that we signed, at least I think we signed?
Byron,
Rafael is almost like a second winger going forward(vs Arsenal in the FA Cup last year) and his cross for the goal was class, if he loses a ball near our area he will fight tooth and nail for it but the word rash comes to mind, hot tempered eh?
The other advantage of having Jones, Smalling and Ferdinand/evans is the increase in height during set-pieces. Its a higher chance that one of them could get the ball. But yeah Rafael was brilliant yesterday. If he gets Brazilian temper management classes we could be seeing a long, long, long term right back right there.
Redhound – It goes without saying I respect your opinion but I’m afraid my opinion is not for swaying on either of the twins. I think the word rash is something that seems to get stuck to them, and unfairly so. Rafael yes was rash in his early days but I just don’t see this in him now whenever he plays. I see agression yes, but not rashness and I believe this is something he is learning to control as I would expect with any young defender the more experience he gets. I know you haven’t called Fabio rash but I’ve heard other United fans call him rash but I’ve never really seen that in him. I think he just somehow got tarred with the same brush as Rafael who came on the scene a little bit earlier.
Sandeep1878
Thanks mate. The issue can be seen from two angles and as a matter of fact SAF seems to agree with you as he says De Gea had no room to operate as he was squeezed in from all angles, am downloading the entire match right now to reanalyze that moment. About your point on Evra,is it me or is he doing much more attacking than defending these days? with his defense mistakes made up for by his continued ability to beat the opposing side’s rightback and put in a dangerous ball. Going foward i feel he has amazing pace, but re-tracking back to his position leaves a huge gap for the opposing winger. Of course i could be wrong but i think he has lost some pace and like Fergie told Ferdy, he needs to adapt to step up his game.
Giggs12Gerrard0
Now lets get some facts straight according to the KLANFIELD world view
H’boro the police killed all those people nothing at all to do with ticketless liverpool fans.
Heysel – that was the Chelsea headhunters again Liverpool fans get blamed wrongly.
All those years ago it was the man united platers that gassed temselves coming off their coach at KLANFIELD.
The United fan that had the dart in his head at anfield did that himself thought it was his comb.
The guy yesterday making those monkey impresonations was misunderstood – was just telliong his mate about the great trip he had to london zoo recently.
Suarez is Evras mate and he was just exchanging greetings.
Yeah right! I have shit better class than KlanFans
And when they have a bonfire in Uruguay it is traditional to have a burning cross on top of it – nothing racist in that!
So hard for KLANFIELD fans to admit he is a racist! end of
I actually keep thinking of Fabio as the more held back of the twins, just something in my head i guess. I can now perfectly distinguish them due to the fact that Fabio’s hair falls down his forehead lower than Rafael. Different people of course have different perceptions of Rashness. Wrongly Channelled /Uncontrolled aggression will lead to Rashness, but whichever way one puts it, Rafeal is definitely learning to control his Aggression.
Redhound
On the twins I like them but they are so often out injured I feel like they have not had a real run in the team to establish themselves.
I agree that yesterday I thought Rafael was maybe our best player. Put in a great performance both defensively and going forward.
Fabio was I believe considered the better of the two when we signed them as youngsters but again has spent most of his time out injured. I like them an think maybe they can develope into great players but they can only be great players on the pitch not in the stands injured
De GEA will become one of the greatest goalkeepers of all time and be up there with Van Der Saar – No one will ever be as great as big PETE Greatest keeper ever
Is anyone else not surprised by this in the slightest?
Klu Klux Kenny shows his class again
Booing a victim of racist abuse … its just “friendly banter”
My United team for nxt season.
Lindergard/Degea Rafael Smalling, Vidic, Evra, Valencia, Carrick, Jones, Scholes/Gaitan, Nani, Rooney.
Sandeep1878 – this is the problem with the united squad since 2009/10 season, playing older players for far to long. No question standards have dropped since the CL win a few years ago, scholes should for me be resting up after a great career with the club, and giggs should be a good squad player not relied upon. We played well, but if it was a great united side I would bank on a 3 1 united win
RedHarry4Life
You have the whole thing wrong pal. You see, it was all lost in translation, Suarez racially abused Evra in Spanish and NOT in English and that makes it acceptable. That is why KK Kenny was so adamant in defending his star racist striker.
We need to keep hold of the facts here
Monkey
Wee Thomas and Welbeck?
RedHarryForLife.
DeGea will become one of the greatest keepers of all time?Maybe but it wont be with this club imo.In fact he wouldn’t play in any league games for the rest of this season points are to valuable now to gamble.
Still in a foul mood after yesterday.
Alas amongst the darkness, I spotted a perculiar coincidence.
The scorer of Liverpool’s winning goal – blond hair, blue eyes, squad number 18? Hmmm
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Combat_18
And agreed, Rafael was the best player on the park yesterday by a country mile.
Had a night to sleep on it. Still pissed we lost to those cunts, but I woke a happy and content United fan. Thank God my old man brought me up that way. Don’t know about anyone else. When we lose any game, it makes me love the club even more. Red till I fucking die! Red Army! 19
Well done to the Red Army yesterday. Outsung the vermin again. You only hear them cunts at the start, or when they’re winning. We’re bigger, bolder, brasher and more glamorous club than they’ll ever be. Proud to be part of the Red Army. 19 bitches!
And it’s funny they’ve stopped on 18 titles too. As if to hammer it home… *double hmm*
F.i.t.b – Shit happens, united got plummeted out of the cup. evidently lacking quality in key areas, something every united fan with a brain knows, you banging on about how united should have won emphatically on a ground they haven’t done so for a few years now makes no difference. There are deficiencies, it’s evident. We all know……
REDHOUND – POST OF THE YEAR !
May I add, the manager had a Arsene moment when he decided not to make subs at the right time.
We had Berbatov, Chicharito and Rio on the bench.
Giggs/Scholes – Welbeck, Rafael/Evans could have all come off to bring on experience to see off the game.
However the boss waited till 78th min to put Chico on for Scholes?
Giggs for Berba in 91 mins.
WTF is that? If thats tactical, bring in Harry to sort out the Utd finances with his great “skills”.
I still think Utd put in 100% and the managers reluctance and indecisiveness cost us in the dying minutes. Liverpool was smart, made the changes and did a hit and run on us with no remorse.
( I stick by saying the team reflects the manager which means Sir Alex = Determined = Utd…..This season Sir Alex = Indecisive / Uncharacteristic = Utd. )
Many believe my critcism of the management staff is ungrateful, rude and crazy. But The manager cannot be allowed to be immune to criticism or pressure, he enjoys it, as long as im not booing him or calling for his head its doing no harm being constructive so please don’t bite me head off.
http://www.manutd.com/en/News-And-Features/Football-News/2012/Jan/tom-cleverley-can-be-key-to-manchester-united-title-bid.aspx
“I expect [Ashley] to start training in the middle of the week, so he’s on his way back. Cleverley is two weeks behind that. Anderson will be ready this week, too. He’ll start training with us on Monday or Tuesday and then it gives me a collection of midfield players that should cope with anything that happens in the run-in.”
@Red Nation
No one should bite your head off. If SAF believes that the manager is the most important man in the club then I’m sure he knows that when failures happen, he has to be the first to take responsibility and he has to bear the brunt of it. I do agree with that assessment of yours about how United play. His substitutions this season have not been of the inspirational kind, the kind that have won us so many games in the pat, most recently when he brought on Kiko against Aston Villa in the 08-09 season.
I’m a little flabbergasted by SAF’s comment that Cleverley is still “nowhere near to the first team”. I’m sure Costas has something to say about that.
Thought this is great and shows what a liar Suarez is http://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/news-and-comment/vivek-chaudhary-i-lived-in-south-america–theres-no-doubt-negro-is-racist-6285002.html
@Saad
i think you’ve got it wrong here, He doesnt mean hes not good enough for the first team. He means he’s nowhere near ready for the first team in terms of the fitness.
@Saad
I did at 8:33 lol.
He meant he’s still 2 weeks away from returning to action. It’s not another setback. I just don’t know if I can agree with the manager that his return could make a difference. Maybe in the Europa League, but what if the gap with the City opens up even more? And who knows what kind of form he’ll be in anyway? Tom did make a difference this season. Sadly it was by his absence.
Hello everyone.
As sickening as it was to have outplayed the Klan yet lose, we simply do not have the squad to go on a cup run and expect to stay in the running for the league.
By squad, i mean of course the ridiculous amount of injuries.
At the end of this season we will be thankful for number 20 and perhaps realise that a prolonged cup run/replays would have made that impossible.
We’re stretched super thin.
Yes, under normal circumstances i’d feel we should be more than capable of going for (and winning) everything we enter, but, given the depleted squad we should thank our lucky stars that with SAF at the helm we are still firmly in the running for number 20.
There is no other team who’d be remotely in the running with the injury situation we’re experiencing.
Unless that situation improves dramatically, it leaves us with a similar scenario regarding the Europa League.
It’s highly unlikely that SAF will throw the kids in a-la-Carlig Cup-style, although, personally i’d love it if he did.
However, the prospect of a side like that being steamrollered in Europe may cause lasting effects and so is not realistic.
Going out early would not be a disaster IF the injuries have not improved. If we get significant numbers back, then hey, why not.
The Premier League remains for me, absolute priority.
It was hard enough having to give up several of my favourite chants (34 years..fuck all) when the bitters won the FA Cup, can you imagine life if they actually won the title?
Thank you Saad….im hoping the return of these players fires us to having a decent season with at least something to look back on.
Michael Owen defends Manchester United team-mate David de Gea
Read more at: http://menmedia.co.uk/manchestereveningnews/sport/football/manchester_united/s/1472328_michael-owen-defends-manchester-united-team-mate-david-de-gea
What if at the back of SAF’s mind, he was thinking either win or lose it, rather than a replay? With a depleted squad, an additional game doesn’t make sense, and it gives them another occasion to injure our players (Carragher-Nani). Of course, with us having control for the majority of the game, he probably really thought we had a chance at it, so why not try to switch to 4-4-2 and go for it? Carrick was having an excellent game thus far at that time, making tons of crucial interceptions and tackles.
Whatever it is, by not sitting on the draw, it also implies that the club is not in that bad a shape to have to hanker after a replay at OT for gate receipts.
Whatever it is, I really hope this is the end of our injury run. We’ve been handicapped by the injuries for nearly a third of the season already. Time for us to get a break until the season is over, no?
Davirob
Fantastic account by Vivek Chaudhary, well researched mate and adds further fuel to the fact Suarez is a lying racist bastard. I’m pretty sure Marc and his fellow scouse misted chums will choose not to read this article and those that do will call Vivek Chaudhary a lying bastard!!
Cedars
Nice spot buddy, the only one to spot my deliberate mistake! Surprised nobody else picked up on the fact I included a player who doesn’t even play for us!! Of course I meant Clevs/Scholes and not Gaitan! Danny will play in rotation with Rooney, Chica and Berba and up top with Rooney when we change our system.
I don’t think anyone here is saying taking Scholes off was a bad move by Sir Alex, whoever suggested it was a “Oxlade” moment is clearly silly. Everyone could see and understand that Scholes was on his last legs.
We are just pointing out that our midfield is in such a dire state now that taking off a “retired” player made us lose control of a game completely.
New medical team, new player, whatever, our central midfield have been crying out loud for someone to take over the mantle left by Scholes for a good 2~3 years now.
Scholes retired, Fletcher supposedly has been ill for some time, Anderson unconvincing, overweight and injury prone, Gibson left, etc. That is 4 players out, and who have we brought in? None. Only Cleverley came back in. So that is 4 out to 1 in. Even by insane logic that you count Pogba and Morrison in, we are still at 4out : 3in. Surely we have room for 1 player to come in? An experienced player infact, is exactly what is needed.
Arsenal finally caved in and brought in Arteta to balance the ship. Are we going to follow Arsenal’s path and throw youngsters in, in hope that they can perform? Surely Arsenal’s example showed that as much as we hope youngsters can come good, we need proven players stay competitive.
Willie
Spot on pal!! I woke up this morning and thought, fuck it, we’re out. Pitty it was the dippers that did it but could be a blessing in disguise! Extra fixtures with a depleted squad and tough games coming up, a replay is the last thing we needed! And look at it this way, I’d rather be in Uniteds situation this morning in every aspect of life than Liverpools and I’m sure a fair few Liverpool fans would too. I’d rather have our players, our stadium, our manager, our history, our 19 titles and our fans and if a fairy godmother said, you can swap with Liverpool and we’ll give you the FA Cup, I’d say FUCK RIGHT OFF, I’ll take my chances with Manchester United you crazy little bitch!
On the scholes issue, I’m sure if Sir Alex thought he had the legs to continue he would have left him on. He’s a better manager than anyone of us here on ROM and as we did, he too will have noticed the impact he was having. Scholes’ asthma and average fitness levels are well documented even before his short retirement.
“He’s a better manager than anyone of us here on ROM”
Speak for yourself, mate.
Soren – thank you for the article. Great comments from Owen. It was good of him to stand up for De Gea. He has just gone up in my estimations.
Don’t think taking off Scholes had too much to do with the result. We still had 11 players on the field and they have to take some responsibility for not finishing off the game. It is football, and there is always a chance that the opposition will score regardless of how well you play. We got caught by one of those, and we paid the price. Not the end of the world and as a lot of you point out, a less congested fixture list is a blessing in disguise with our injuries. Let’s hope we can get some more players back to fitness and stop those c***’s at city winning our title.,
I thought it was pretty obvious that Scholes was tiring. His influence on the game was decreasing at that point. I think any pair of fresh legs would have been useful, but sticking Giggs in his place didn’t help. We ended up with a midfield quartet of 2 guys who were knackered from all the football they’ve played recently (Carrick and Valencia haven’t missed a game in 2 months), Giggs at 38 and Park who was also tiring. No wonder KKK’s changes switched it in their favor.
Anyway, the racists got Brighton at home in the next round. Want to bet that we would have got Arsenal away?
@Marq
Well said at 15:04
And I believe Gus Poyet is Brighton manager isn’t he? Mutual racist admiration society..
Fred- You’re welcome, I think so too, good lad Owen.
Good Sunday!!
Taken from RedCafe, another lying scouse bastard carries out a “false flag” attack in an attempt to smear our reputation: http://img717.imageshack.us/img717/7025/aaaavll.jpg
If you do an internet search for his handle “brianom76″ you find that he is a Liverpool fan. Dirty lying bastard. As I said yesterday, these lies are incredibly disrespectful and hurtful to the families of Hillsborough victims.
Good Sunday to you too, Soren!
Fred
http://replyz.com/p/2802247-brianom76…. he appears to be based in Ireland…….
fucke me that was fast ……..now it is “unobtainable”…. funny that
I don’t think Scholes was that tired. We were still in the game, when he departed. Giggs struggled all day. He was the obvious choice to get hooked. Scholes never relied on pace anyway. He was the master at finding space. And passing ability of course. Lets put it this way, keeping Giggsy on didn’t work it out either lol. Maybe in the end though, lack of options cost us this game. A dare say a midfield of Cleverley, Jones and Carrick would’ve seen us comfortably past Liverpool.
Utd in decline since 92
Fred
I meant real life, not on you PS3 or xbox ! That bloke must be a really sick individual to come out with that shit! Bryanom76 you complete tool. If you were trying to fool anyone as a life long “Man U” fan you would have been best served not using that abbreviation you sick bastard! Is there anyway we could get him on here for a quick Q&A??
Liverpool get drawn against the racist sympethiser Poyet!! Should be a pre game lynching for that one then.
Costas
You’re right, we’d never have been pulled out at home, let alone to one of the weaker clubs!!
villa 1 up
What a goal by bent vs Arsenal !
Tony
2-0 up
fukkety fuk that was fast as well
@RedHound
I know SAF was referring to Clev’s injury. Some of us here have been discussing the possibility that our medical staff are probably not doing a good enough job.
Brighton at home! Give the cunts the cup now ffs! A depleted United team, they barley managed that!, Then a home game against Brighton? At least Gus and Cilla Dodd can reminisce about the good old days of Klan!
Villa committing suicide ……FUCK ME……..
Seriously?? 3-2? So fast?
Whyy?
Hate them!
Is there a game on tonight???
Wow, that could’ve been our game…FA love to stick that knife in, don’t they?
How nice, Liverpool get three home games in a row.
Here’s one for all conspiracy theorists:
There is a committee inside the FA (or maybe just one man) who’s job is to make sure that no one team ever completely dominates English football like Celtic/Rangers in Scotland or Real/Barca in Spain. Hence, this “moderating committee” rigs league schedules, cup draws, referee selections and media reporting…anything to destabilize a dominant team all under the shelter of plausible deniability.
Why not?
Saad says:
How nice, Liverpool get three home games in a row.
Didn’t you get 3 home games out of 4 last year plus an away game against a lower division side?
Previous year you got a home draw in round 3 against a championship side and lost.
Sky is reporing Liverpool fail in a bid to swap Carroll for tevez. Is that Kenny admitting that he made the worst Signing in football history
Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

Yep, although why anyone would want to trust tevez (good as he is) is beyond me. Might ask for him on loan though. City might go for that what with games against Spurs and Man U in the next 2 weeks.
Must be nice for Carroll to know that his manager doesn’t want him. That will do wonders for his confidence!
We cant even Replace Scholes….how the fuck we gonna find the right man to replace Ferguson in 19 years time?
LOL….Names mentioned now will be has beens by the time the Master retires.
All we can hope for is the likes of David Moyes,Ole Gunnar, Laurent Blanc,Pep Guardiola are ready and qualified after Jose Mourinho takes the fire out of directly replacing Ferguson. Imagine we still have the Glazers sponging for another decade.
@Mike
Thank you for pointing that out. Are you guys done patting yourselves in the back for your shameless defense of a racist scumbag?
When your club gets back to competing on several fronts simultaneously on a regular basis, you can come point out any biased scheduling in United fixtures. Until then, piss off back to garlanding your Dogleash posters.

Fred says:

I’ve done any of that have I? Simple fact I pointed out to you. In addition we were drawn away in every round of the league cup this year. The stuff about you was basic info, you should have known it before you spouted off about the luck of the draw. You knocked us out last year with home advantage.
Red Mikes in town? Looking for company….
@Mike
If you’re not condemning it, you’re condoning it.
And thanks for the good laugh about the reasons why we’re able to beat you last year. Oh, dont worry, I won’t ask you to dwell on what might have happened to your shite club last night had we not been in the worst injury crisis in recent memory. After all, I wouldnt want Cesspool fans getting anxiety attacks, no matter how pathetic they are.
Good evening Red Devils around the world..
Holy shit..some of the criticism at Sir Alex in this thread is very much disappointing..
If a certain player has hit some low when tracking back and if a team scores the winner in the dying minutes of the game..
where does that relate to indecisiveness,..?
the way we played yesterday, did anyone think we would lose the game? none..Sir Alex is amongst us..
Yesterday was one of those bad days and it is no way related to indecisiveness or bad tactics..
Berba came in 91st minute…the substitution was to drag the clock so that we could get extra half minute of injury time and if anyone thinks that Berba change was tactical..then its silly..
just one moment of quick counter attack and out of position by Pat is driving people to these conclusions?
any home team would play that kind of game in the last 10 minutes or so..more so when the game is 1-1 or 0-1 etc..
agreed we lost bit energy in the last 10 minutes but make no mistake about the goal we have conceded..its no way related the tactics put in by Sir Alex…we done it thousand times to our opponents..
My point is – this indecisiveness theory on Sir Alex is bullshit..
Saad says:

Not that I actually care what you think, but, as it happens I couldn’t be less impressed if I tried at how Liverpool have handled this. I didn’t boo him yesterday but that’s because I never boo anyone at football it’s totally pointless.
You started a thread about the luck of the draw which you were completely wrong about, i’ve pointed that out to you. Your response is to witter on about cesspool, being pathetic, shite club etc etc. The irony here is that this thread is about how awful some idiot liverpool fan is and you in your ignorant bitteness show yourself to be no better. Anybody can blindly insult someone from the safety of their laptop.
Has anyone had the chance to check out Micah Richards twitter page? Was wondering if we’d been drawn against City in the 5th round of the moral cup after our moral victory yesterday???
M19k..
Hello pal, thanks for popping up..i thought the other Mike was M19k but when i went through his posts i know who is who
hope you are well buddy..
cheers
Just to go against conventional wisdom I suggest you watch the replay of the Kuyt goal closely, to me it looks like Pat got fucked over by Smalling instead of Pat being out of position. Everyone else pushes up on the kick and then drifts slightly back except Smalling who runs back to play Kuyt onside for some reason. If he holds the high backline like the rest of the defenders then no goal can be scored of course that doesn’t play as well in the press as Racial abuse victim gives up goal at Klanfied but that’s my analysis.
Also I must ask what mystical force is pushing down Carrick on the 1st goal, he surely wanted to jump and you can see him gather himself to jump but then he doesnt jump, it almost defies belief watching it in slomo.
@Mikekelly
You definitely spoke for all of us at 16:47.
http://a8.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/s720x720/400020_2702788162874_1051810426_32876797_1737714883_n.jpg
this is more than enough to prove how useless, demeaning and classless the scouse scum are.
Speaking of the FA cup, I wouldn’t call Liverpool the (conveniently) luckiest team of the draws. That honor goes to Chelsea. I’ve lost count of how many home games they’ve played against teams from a lower division.
@Mike
I got a problem with pretentious Cesspool fans coming onto the #1 United fansite and saying anything about anything. And my attitude towards Liverpool fans is very well justified especially after last night. Evra did nothing to provoke that scumbag to get that racial abuse and when it happened, Evra chose not to let it slide because he, like all other civilized people (i.e. non-Cesspool ppl), know that a wrong can never be allowed to go unpunished or unanswered. So he reported it, an independent commission found that scumbag guilty and punished him. But instead of condemning the shameful act of a person who wears their hallowed No. 7, what do Cesspool ppl do???
The players wear Suarez shirts in support of him. And after the report came out, none of them apologized for defending a racist. Conclusion: all Liverpool players condone racism.
The fans inside Klanfield booed Evra, the victim of racial abuse. If they had any sense of righteousness, they wouldn’t have booed him, or given him the usual boos that are given to all United players. Conclusion: majority of the Liverpool fans condone racism.
Dogleash defended the scumbag and defended the booing. Conclusion: Dogleash condones racism.
StevieMe said he was proud of the Kop last night. Proud of what? Amongst other things, the booing against Evra? Conclusion: StevieMe condones racism.
And then of course, there are the few fascists like the degenerate doing the monkey imitation.
For as long as I’ve been coming to RoM, I’ve always seen the regulars here shoot down any kind of disrespect towards subjects like Hillsborough. That’s the difference between a United fan and a Cesspool fan.
Now have some self-respect and go back to your own club’s forums and celebrate the condoning of racist behavior in that pathetic excuse of a club.
Jc
Have to disagree mate smallong drops back perfectly as we Carroll is strong in the air and smalling had bellamy covered. He read it very well which unfortunately paddy never.
Jonny Evans got raped by cordoza in benfica but Roy Keane got it spot on saying paddy read it poorly and didnt cover his position.
It was school boy defending from paddy unfortunately.
@mikekelly12.
Quality mate, raised a laugh from me, I’d forgotten what a knob he made of himself just a couple of weeks ago
If it’s school boy defending from Evra, then he needs detention! Naughty boy…
He also needs Fabio giving him a breather.
I spoke about Valencia and Carrick being knackered. Evra definitely falls in that category. He’s only missed 5 games this season.

Self respect? It’s not me chucking about pathetic insults.
The conclusion I’ve drawn is that you looked a bit of a tit with your ridiculous comment about luck of the draw. As a result you’ve gone off on one to make yourself feel a bit better.
Con;ulsion 2. You’ve never been near OT in your life, I’ve been there more often than you have. Which were it only once would still be true. Night night little boy you were hauled in good and proper.
Yep, Mike at 16:47 spoke for all of us, no doubt about that (Fergie style)
We’ll have to agree to disagree on that, I still think when only 1 defender drifts back and the others are all in more or less of a line straight across the field then the one that drifted back bears the responsibility for playing the man onsides.
We could go back just a min before as well and even say that had Danny played a layoff over to Pat on that lung busting run he made into the box that was all to naught then the Carroll to Kuyt play would never have happened and we’d have had a pretty damn good shot at being up 2-1 with mins to go instead.
From all the so called top teams left in the FA Cup I hope it goes to Arsenal, much rather them than any of the others if I had to choose. Of course a smaller club winning it would be ideal and probably bring back some of the romance that was once associated with this historic competition.
Oh, and that RVP is some player eh? haha
Sandeep
Evening pal! Hell no that scouse Mike ain’t nothing to do with me!!
Eric the King
Haha, they can’t help but make themselves look like knob ends!!
Cedars
Evening pal. How was your night with the rent boys (Chelsk fans by the way before people get the wrong idea!)
Mike (The one posting with the red moniker)
Personally I have a short attention spam and very little time to waste on reading essays. My question though is why on earth are you bothering wasting our time with your presence here?
I am sure that by being an essay writer you must have some sort of intellect so my advice is save it for your fellow fans as I am sure they would all agree with you. You’re not going to get anywhere with an argument here. ta ta
@Mike
I dont insult people. But I do berate them for supporting or condoning wrongful behavior. You and your fans are fully deserving of all the flak you get because you lot condoned racism…you did so by not actively condemning the scumbag. There’s widespread proof of it. And yes, you should get some self-respect. You’re the wum still moping about here in our forum. Piss off.
Yes, I’m losing sleep coz you pointed out how we had three home games in the cup last season. I’m really going to need therapy after that! But tell me, how well are you sleeping knowing how low your club and its fans have degraded themselves?? Can you ever honestly respect your club and its fans after the way they debased themselves with their handling of this issue?
Goodnight, fool. I’m done lowering myself to your degenerate level.
@Cedars
He’s not writing essays. The moron copy-pastes my msgs before writing his pathetic two lines.
Mike i.e. our own original Mikekelly (there is only ONE Mike)
Evening pal, it was fucking bonkers, both bastards past out where they were sat! haha
Had to tuck them both in…. rent boy supporting softies!
Saad
Thanks for shedding some light my friend. To be honest I only bothered reading the last two lines in his post and thought to my self ‘fuck it’
Mind you it takes some skill to copy and paste, not many scousers I know can actually do it!
Cedars
Well, they could always go take a few lessons at the Council House at Manchester. Those lowlifes copy-pasted the Poznan.
Mike
con;ulsion 2. You’ve never been near OT in your life, I’ve been there more often than you have. Which were it only once would still be true. Night night little boy you were hauled in good and proper.
Do you not know how many times you’ve been to Old Trafford??
@ Whoa Cedars – If the FA Cup goes to l’arse they draw level with our record. I don’t want that to happen. Steady on with the Van Rapist man crush! He may be a quality player but just need to look at that ponce Jack Wilsheres demeanour to see what type of club and their supporters l’arse have.
Have you forgotten our friend mattcunt? Which btw did he ever come back? I’d like to see Spurs win it. Not everyones cup of tea on here but have always got along with their fans even if we did pay too much for Berba.
Conclusion 3 – Fuck off
Saad
Haha, good one!
Also have to say Nice one Frazier Campbell. 500 days out injured and grabs himself a goal against derby opposition. Hats off to you fella.
NRD
Hahaha, you know I just take the piss most of the time, but seriously if the choice was only between the gunners, the rent boys or the scum bin dipping bastards who would you choose?
Not a bad call on Spurs, they had that epic 3-2 final win against the bitters in the 80′s, one of the best finals I have seen. Cannot remember the Argentine player who scored a brilliant goal for them, Villa was it?
Jc
We will have to agree to disagree mate, I played semi pro for ten years at centre half and imho (which counts for fuck all
) Smalling was in yhe perfect position, Evans went to win it and smallong dropped back, play a flat line at your peril in that position.
It all boils down to jealousy. United>Liverpool and they know it as well as us.
Cedars
Haha, they’re even worse at drinking than you. Conclusion 3. Fuck Off! Like it!
NRD
Nice goal it was too.
Liverpool are not condoning racism, they are just blind, death and mute to it, so they barely have the senses or the intelligence to come up with a point of view on the issue being discussed this is why they come up from non sense like……….
“Lets wear a White t-shirt for Suarez woooppeeee, lets wank together and leave out the black dude”
Fucking inbred, rat swallowing baboons who are decendants of the actor in planet of the apes.
Look at Chelsea, they aint half the pussies Liverpool are, at least they shut up to avoid media attention but these scum scousers can’t resist displaying their animalistic nature of being baboons with needle dicks, the guy in the crowd was probably one of many cunts who are retards and mistimed their gestures. Scumfield is probably the only stadium in England to get its income directly from the JSA offices, where the fuck has Princess Kenny been for a decade? most likely getting his arsehole ripped while standing in the JSA queue with Stevie the G’s Wife penetrating him with her big dick and balls.
im sure they get the five finger salute out and shove it up each others arses in a mass orgy in Scumfield whenever they see Carragit pronouce a sentence without a
“EEEEEEEEEEEEUEGHHHH”.
Papii
You bugger, that was fucking hilarious! Missed you pal
@ Cedars – It was Ricky Villa. Seen it on some TV Programme.
chelski, vermin or l’arse? Thats a tough choice. Its like that new marry fuck kill with hot women except this time you want to kill all these trampy clubs. I’d have to pick chelski I’m afraid they have won shit in the past and if l’arse win it might give them the belief they are actually good. chelski win it they are still nowhere near our record which hopefully we add to by winning one FA Cup in the next couple of years.
05 and the year Atkinson was playing for Pompey in 08 were both unlucky years but other than that we only have ourselves to blame for not doing better in that department. 09 Fergie didn’t take it serious enough for me, last season we just didn’t recover when the bitters scored and as for 07 neither team deserved to win it. That was one of the shittest game of football I’ve seen in my life. 06 we didn’t recover when Smith got injured (I can’t believe he’s moved to McDons) and 2010, the less said about that game the better.
Jc
Where you from pal I think I remember you mentioning Minnesota v green bay last week. I lived in Wisconsin for a year its a great part of America.
NRD
There was also the year we were told to pull out by the FA/govt only to be stabbed in the back once we did!! It was at this point all the magic surrounding this trophy vanished for me!
LMAO @ Clint.
Simple test go to Youtube type in Munich chants or words to that effect and see how many results you get.
Now do the same for Hillsborough you’ll struggle to find any. Ditto on google, its an absolute ball ache to find any Hillsborough chants in print on the internet and theres a valid reason for that we’re far too classy.
I asked a simple question yesterday about what if the roles were reversed with Hillsborough happening in 58 and Munich in 89 with our fans taking the piss for 30 years before we suffered our own tragedy? Not a single vermin cunt had the balls to answer because I’ve got them on the rocks.
To the classic fans (older is too disrespectful) answer me this Did you ever hear any vermin fans pre 89 say words to the effect that “Those Munich chants are bang out of order, deplorable, disrespectful.” The way many of them recite now like 6 year old does his times tables?
I’m guessing a BIG FAT NO!!!
More Wee Wes talk from van der Kraan. Does the man not give up?
http://www.talksport.co.uk/radio/transfer-talk-show/blog/2012-01-28/van-der-kraan-wesley-sneijders-come-and-get-me-plea
NRD
That is one great recollection my friend. Personally my short term memory is getting fucked, I can tell you where I had a piss on any given day in the 70′s but I can hardly remember what I had for breakfast this morning! haha….. Yes it was Villa then, Ricardo Villa… Spot on
Mike
You mean the 99/00 FA Cup right? I was disgusted with that and like you I lost the love for the cup since. That pathetic tournament in Brazil was a joke…. Mind you the lads had some fun in the sun back then
Nice read in on Evra holding head high.
http://www.unitedrant.co.uk/latest/evra-stands-tall-in-the-cauldron-of-liverpools-hate/
Take a look at the picture of Suarez banner (in my previous post). See if you agree with the biassed defense of the same by a ‘fairly’ well spoken liverpool pundit.
http://tomkinstimes.com/2012/01/united-we-stand-united-they-fall/
They really don’t get it then
Where is King Eric?
@ MikeKelly – Don’t get me started on that. The fact opposition fans still have digs at us supporters to this day about that, riles me. I was just going through the years since we beat Millwall, I could go on but won’t.
99/00 – We all know what happened screwed by the government, left hung out to dry by the FA and the false tripe written about the club and why we pulled out was nothing short of a disgrace. Since then I have read a couple of reports that have tried to set the record straight but more often than not its a snippet the damage has been done.
50 years from now I can see Grandpa Stokie telling Lil Billy Bob Stokie about a tale of when we pulled out of the FA Cup because it was beneath us (whilst simutaneously telling him to buy a chelski shirt and he can make his stokie shirt out a market carrier bag) That myth will perpetrate for eternity. The fucking pundits go on about it enough.
All we wanted that year was a bye to the next round and just like in 58 where the FA fucked us for being the PIONEERS of english football. They refused to negotiate (that Fat Fuck Ken Bates didn’t help). As it was we pulled out of the FA Cup and didn’t even take that World tournament seriously.
The whole FA Cup ‘debacle’ was ridiculous.
As the leader of the 2006 World Cup Bid said if United had not participated in the World Club Championships the bid would have been dead in the water there and then. I don’t suppose the little Englanders would have been complaining though if that World Cup had been handed to England.
It’s hard to accept that as the most successful team in the FA CUP history that we are the team that is being accused of devaluing it.
Forgot to add by pulling out only the United fans suffered not the FA Cup not the other teams just us. We’re still suffering the abuse today.
For me I want us to win every competition we’re in or at least give it a good go. If we end up playing in the LDV Vans trophy I’d want us to win that. It pisses me off when I hear our own supporters have a pop at certain trophies. The league and the CL are the big ones but we don’t know how lucky we have it.
Everyone is berating the Europa League if anything the away games in that fixture will just be good experience for the CL games next season. Away games are always hostile and in europe my opinion is you can’t play enough of them.
NRD
’50 years from now I can see Grandpa Stokie telling Lil Billy Bob Stokie’ hahahaha
And our next opponents are?
Where is Lord Lucan?
That one was just for you cedars and so is this
our next opponents chelski northern rent boys supporters club, and in case anyone else hasn’t read one of my posts regarding them and doesn’t already know they actively sing Munich chants too.
NRD
And it will take a tragic incident involving Chelsk before you hear any rent boy fan say how terible the chants are!
Willie
Where’s Wally?
NRD
Your hate for Stoke is admirable and always makes me chuckle. Fuck em
Willie
He’s off for a piss
Who killed Kenny?
A sheep shagging leeds fan once looked at me and smiled. I smashed him in the face and knocked him over and smiled right back
Willie
His soul died when he signed for Liverpool.

@notorious 20.33
Too bloody true mate.
As has already been pointef out on here, hillsbrough stuff gets shot down by reds as unacceptable.
I don’t know why are Suprised they are not condoning targetting of a racism victim though, when its the same club who freely let its fans fly Munich banners in their ground weekly pre hillsbrough
Cedars – Glad you enjoyed my post buddy.
Check this lad out fellas, word is he’s the not the next Ronnie he’s coming for fucking Messi !!!!
We let this boy join Arsenal …. I will choke Martin Ferguson, lousy scout
Check it Dawgs;
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qNPINCD5drI
———————————————————————-
Did I not say 6 months back we should sign Alex Oxlade Chamberlain? Fucking Hell we flopped again, Ramsey part 2 ….. I wanted to Cabaye him but FFS who do we get instead?
fucking Scholes !!!!
Scholes !
Scholes ?
Who the heck is this kid? He comes off, we lose ! He obviously distracted Evra while coming off with that glowing red hair….fucking goood for nothing prince of something.
(Im so glad he’s back, wouldn’t even trade him in for a Fit Rooney )
…..and also on that point, although I’ve berb away from games for two years now I doubt very little has changed. I’ve never seen a pre match pub with hillsbrough chants going on.
I doubt very much this is the case on the Munich stuff, which despite been disaster victims themselves, seems to still bring so much joy to the twats.
As I pointed out earlier, YouTube WHO’S THAT DYING? And also LIVERPOOL WANKERS from last years cup game. That ain’t just the odd bad apple…..
Does anyone really know the way to San Jose?
Oh come on Marc don’t be an idiot all of your life. The Merseyside Police have confirmed that any offences of spitting on the memorial were news to them. Clearly this is yet another ridiculous invention by Liverpool fans. It is hardly the first outragious lie they have invented either is it. As Michael Owen has said a few times “Liverpool is a rumour city” i.e. they make up a story spread it around and then beive that makes it a fact. Do you want me to enlighten people on here of the other malicious lies invented by Liverpool fans? You probably don’t but I was always taught by my parents that honesty is the best policy so here goes.
1. Liverpool fans spread aound the stupid story claiming that Gerard Houllier and Michael Owen were having a homosexual relationship which resulted in your fans daubing the words ‘hope you die of aids Houllier’ on walls all over the city. What a lovely way to treat a thoroughly honerable man who almost gave his life for your club.
2. Michael Owen was accused by Liverpool fans of being a serious junkie you even tried to get the press to print it as if it was fact. However it was deemed far to stipid and far fetched even for them so consequently it never was printed.
3. You invented lies claiming Owen had viciously attacked Milan Baros and sent this story to the national television. this story led to Owen being shamefully abused by that other plonker Alan Hansen on a match night screened during one of the European Championships. However when the truth was revealed Hansen had to apologise publically to Owen. Incidentally Owen left Liverpool shortly following this and I personally have always wondered if this caused Owen to think to hell with this I don’t need this. Could anyone really blame him if he did?
4. There have been other vile stories accusing Everton players and fans of various things raging from urinating on the memorial, vile chants during a silence for the Hillsbrough victims(none of which were ever made).
There have been many other stories made up by Liverpool fans. Believe me this is just the tip of the iceberg. The abuse meted out to Patrice Evra is disgraceful hower as we all know it is entirely in keeping with your many other racist actions such as the abuse the Oldham player got. Oh by the way what is your excuse for those disgraceful chants? He hasn’t upset poor baby Luis has he? as we all know Liverpool or their fans are never to blame for any wrong doing are they it is always someone elses fault.
Willie
I do. Drove through it on my way to San Diego, which translates to a whales vigina. Which is different from the bloke arrested for the monkey gestures…. He is a cunt from Wales!!
Is this site censoring comments about the murderous thieves actions at Heysel. in 1985.
Whales vagina.
They’ve also conveniently forgotten how Liverpool fans beat upland stole tickets from their own fans in Istanbul !!
Denise hates the scousers!
The cunt from Wales will get off as he is innocent.
He will use the STEVIE G defence. “I only did it because I thought Evra was going to call me a stupid racist cunt from Wales”
I wonder if this guy is a Heysel Hero?
Damn, the only big team I can stomach winning the FA cup is Arsenal and like Notorious said, that must not happen.
Although, with our FA cup record in the last 12 years it’s amazing no one has overtaken us yet.
@Giggs12 – MN lately but AZ for a long time before that. Made it over to the United v Chicago Fire match this summer but the wife knows that we’ll be making a trip to OT sometime in the next couple of years when we can find the time.
Hi Everyone, Shameful treatment of our Captain, Let’s not pretend we didn’t expect it though. We all know what Liverpool Football Club have become of late. King Kenny and his bitter ways have dragged them back into the dark ages. Kenny Dalgleish, great player, shit man. Ms Williams, Your posts are always intelligent and funny but your last post was bloody hilarious, Goodnight
Good morning Red Devils around the world..
Our fans the are the best in the world – the best need not necessarily be vocal all the time.
The way we behave, support and love the club is model study for other football fans..
Bring on Stoke, its better we concentrate and talk about on field than off field..
Good day pals..
Just read somewhere that Manchester united, liverpool, Chelsea, and many other teams have sent scouts to the Rennes vs Marsielle game. Chelsea have scouts? Who knew. I thought abramovic writes the name of 20 world class players, puts them in a bowl, randomly picks up a chit and goes “okay, 30 million for this chap”.
@sandeep : nice one mate,.
how’s bengaluru?
Rohan19..
Bengaluru is good buddy
Where do you stay?
I have to say, the Bangalore weather was perfect a couple of years ago but its gradually becoming very bad, but still one of the best in the state
by the way,
Happy birthday Berbatov
May god bless you with more class and composure
Joining Sandeep1878 in wishing happy birthday to Berba, may be a special post to follow soon from STR or another author only for the classy lad
Concerning the liverpool defeat aftermath, it was a hard defeat to swallow, and may be improper tactical formation by SAF for that match, as having both Berba and Chicarito on the bench should have been one of them starting alongside Welbeck. However still time to clean up this unholy mess in about 2 weeks, and I hope we send dogleash and his bunch of wankers to hell at OT
type above
Chicharito
ON THIS DAY: In 1932, Man Utd’s only ever player-manager Clarence Hilditch made his last appearance in a 3-2 win over N.Forest.
TOP 3 teams in BUNDESLIGA are level on points… Only goal difference separates them… 4th is Gladbach who are just 1 point behind them!!!
Scousers – scum, scum, scum. They would rape their own mothers for a fiver.
Scousers used to come into my pub. Nearly all coke users, some of them evil bastards, dealing most of the towns drugs. I banned the lot of them. I f***ing hate them. There is no other group of people in Britain as evil and as low as these vermin.
Costas,
This is a stat i grabbed mate,
United have played 34 games in all competitions this season and used 22 different starting back four combinations.
this much variation is purely due to our bloody injuries..
This is Sir Matt Busby Special:
QUOTES:
These are some of his wonderful quotes and other quotes about him.
Quotes By Sir Matt Busby
1. “It was a very simple team talk. All I used to say was ‘Whenever possible, give the ball to George’” (George Best of course!)
2.”Nobby Stiles a dirty player? No, he’s never hurt anyone. Mind you, he’s frightened a few!”
3. “He (George Best) was able to use either foot – sometimes he seemed to have six.”
4. “I never wanted Manchester United to be second to anybody. Only the best would be good enough.”
5. “In all modesty, my summing up of 1955-6 and 1956-7 must be that no club in the country could live with Manchester United.”
6. “He (Bobby Charlton) was idolized from his twentieth year on.”
7. “If you don’t put them in, you can’t know what you’ve got.”
8.”Resting in Interlaken, Germany was one thing and facing Old Trafford another. When I approached the ground and moved over the bridge along which our supporters had squeezed fifty abreast in there tens of thousands to shout for us I could scarcely bear to look. I new the ghosts of the babes would still be there, and there they are still, and they will always be there as long as those who saw them still cross the bridge, young, gay, red ghosts on the green grass of Old Trafford.”
9. “Over the years people called several players the new Duncan Edwards…first Dave Mackay, the Bryan Robson. But none of them came close. He was the only player that made me feel inferior.”
10. “I do not worry about conceding goals because I know my forwards will double it at the other end.”
11. “Manchester is my Heaven.”
12. “Winning isn’t everything. There should be no conceit in victory and no despair in defeat.”
Quotes About Sir Matt Busby
1. “Matt was the eternal optimist. In 1968 he still hoped Glenn Miller was just missing”. – Paddy Crerand
2. “It would have been Sir Matt Busby’s 90th birthday today, but I think he was up there doing a lot of kicking.” – Sir Alex Ferguson
3. “I’m privileged to have followed Sir Matt because all you have to do is to try and maintain the standards that he set so many years ago.” – Sir Alex Ferguson
4. “How would you like to be manager of the best club in the country?” Shankly replied, “Why? Is Matt Busby packing it in?” – Bill Shankly (when being approached by a Liverpool director to be offered the vacant manager’s job at Liverpool).
5. “Im not fit to polish Busby’s shoes” – Bill Shankly

The legend built our club on philosophy and that very philosophy will never take us down
Manchester United..
@DohaRed: You say that scousers would rape their own mother for a fiver. Rape = non consensual carnal knowledge. Puzzling – not sure why the necessity would arise in their case, mate …
@All: Keeping very busy at work these days – still read some threads, and watch all the games, but may not post frequently for some time. Keep it RED.

That was DEFINITELY written by a ‘Man U’ fan….. Ha ha ….. Nice try
You scousers defy the odds with how dumb you actually are
Bob Da Builder
Wow. I certainly believe it now, thanks to that highly authentic, verified blogpost. I mean, we can see what website it’s from, thanks to the fact you’ve provided a direct link to the site, not a fucking PICTURE of the post. We know for SURE it’s a United fan who’s posted it. Why would we have ANY reason to doubt the veracity of it?
Shit for brains.
Bob Da Builder
how did you find it mate?
it was I who wrote that shit..
oh god, hope the police wont arrest me now
Surprise surprise, Maureen now saying he is adamant that we wants to leave Real at the end of the season and hopefully return to the premiership. Wankini had better start packing his bags.
To think some United fans had Maureen as their preferred successor to Sir Alex! Ya right
@Bob Da Builder
Cock infested rat faced Scouse prick thats disgusting even by a scouse fan to dececreate Hillsbourough to implicate United you are a sad little man in need of serious help to make up lies and donkey bollocks like that.

Da truth like milk arrives in da dark

Loved that poem and the use of the word Da! Excellent stuff pal
Indeed. Happy Birthday to the Berb. 31 years young.
@Sandeep
Hi mate. Yeah, I’ve been keeping tabs on that stat. It’s a ridiculously large number of different back fours. But it’s not our highest I believe. It was about the same in 09-10. Like willie said recently, our injury crisis in defence is exactly like the one from that season. What makes this season even worse though, is that our CMs are also out with injuries.
Cedars
Thanks pal…
@Knob Da Builder
We don’t care about your Facebook posts idiot.
gaz
Not getting soft all of a sudden are you pal? That last post of yours was way too mild by your standards! haha
well, to parphrase the immortal words of Bob Dylan, they are “just one too many trophies, and a thousand miles behind…”

Where the fuck have you been you lazy git? Sent you an email ages ago! Hope all is well and I know you have been busy so no worries my friend.
@CedarsDevil
Early morning mate! just getting warmed up!

Costas,
Cheers pal.
Hello cedars my friend, hope all is well..
gaz
In that case get warmed up and lay it in to them scouse bastards, include the bitters while you are at it!
Sandeep
All is good my friend, just hate Mondays!
Just nipping on for my break .
Bob “the” builder…. If you are indeed a builder, I’m not surprised you’re late!! This was posted last night. The scum bastard who wrote it is indeed a sick, pathetic cunt who has quite readily desecrated the memories of his fellow fans with this attempt to frame United fans. Fred managed to locate this pathetic individual on line via face book I think. So take your lies and your sick moronic excuse of a fan back into the hole you crawled out of!!
Cedars
Brainless fucks, if they wanted to be half convincing they wouldn’t have used “Man U”
Mike
They’re just daft fucks, in fact too daft. This Bob fella is the perfect example, even an ant has a bigger brain than the most intellect of scousers.
They are just so dumb it makes you want to pity them at times! Well, no pity from me

That is more like it, seems you’re all warmed up now! haha
Mind you, I would not mind Kelly Cates in my bed, would show her a proper United banging of the highest order!
I see theres no reactions thread yet so this will have to go here.
Our depleted 11 played brilliant until Scholes went off, and given our injuries the lads fought till the last, so hats off. Thought Lindergaard was a stronger candidate (upstairs) so his absence was a shock. De Gea didn’t look comfortable at times, and thats not to blame him, as it was a huge game to be thrown into after all. Still, its valuable experience for the lad.
I had a go at Rooney when he played Fabio instead of Welbeck before RVP scored. FFS Welbeck has gone and done the same thing. Evra burst a lung to get in a good position and a simple pass from DANNY could’ve resulted in a shot or trademark delivery across the box. Instead, like with Arsenal, it was obvious a counter was coming.
Some blame Evra’s positioning for their winner but we don’t know what instructions Ferguson gives. Im just amazed he got back at all, as after a good run forward it doesn’t help when we sell our wing backs short. Rooney and Welbeck have both made that point within the space of a week, hopefully we can iron that out and get out balance back.
Scholes was our best player by a fucking mile. We bossed it when he was on the pitch, our real problem was the weak bench when Kuyt and Bellamy came on. We had fuck all real options to stop them getting in the game.
Disappointing result but its worth mentioning Evans and Smalling had a great match, and Evans had Carroll in his pocket all game except for that final nod. Quality seeing Rafa on song, and apart from a really soft yellow he didn’t put a foot wrong. Valencia was top and unlucky not to score, and Evra was reliable and alert all match until Danny’s thoughtless shot.
Anyway… a win would’ve been sweet but all I expected was a performance and I have to say we got one. A typical Park finish was always coming after their soft goal, and we dominated the tempo after that. Only problem was subbing Scholes, as that took our foot off their neck and the whole match changed. If we had Fletch, Ando or Cleverley on the bench I doubt we wouldn’ve lost that. Sods law. Cruel result but thats football.
As for missing Wayne Rooney, with him out and Scholes and Park IN we passed the ball much quicker and kept better possession than recent games. Hopefully watching the lads play well without him will help Rooney return to his season’s best a bit quicker? With the Title and Europa to play for this Season we need Rooney on song – big games are coming up – and as much as a win would’ve been nice I’d always chose 3 pts over FA Cup progression any day. The Scousers can have their Wembley final, and considering we went out the competition fighting I couldn’t give a flying fuck. As much as I was gutted with the last minute goal we still battered them for most of the match and with a depleted squad thats nothing to sniff at. Cannot wait for Ando and Cleverley to return.
@CedarsDevil
LOL! Turn her to the right side but she has scouse in blood now shes poisined goods she a cunt of cunts because her dad is the King of the Cunts. He is a fucking shit manager if any one else was there with the way the klans season has been going hed be out the door (if the doors are still there in that shithole) I wait for the OT game i want to smash those racist cunts to hell and Cheese Grater teeth sewar rat to get fucking done!
As for that racist silly old cunt, I think its hilarious some people here and there reckon all this “racism stuff” is going a bit too far. Bollocks, he should have the fucking book thrown at him. Try taking a piss on the Cenotaph and see if you escape prison. One teenage first time offender got banged up in an adult prison for nicking ONE bottle of water during the riots. Sorry but people are going to prison for not having the right bloody motor paperwork or for doing a little bit of graff – so I say lock that old fucker up for his troubles, after all UK Prisons are like butlins init? I bet he’s out there right now SHITTING HIM SELF.
Call somebody a monkey face to face in jail YOU DAFT CUNT.
@sandeep : i stay in pune.. great weather here too. though the traffic is becoming more like banglore..
was in manchester till i was 10. that’s where the united love began. .
… and good luck Diouf! I hoped he’d go Wolves on loan but at least with Hanover he’ll play games and thats what he’s been asking for this season. He scores for fun in the reserves and it makes no sense staying there when he’s obviously got the talent. Just our luck we’ll probably see him in Europa!
So, when is Bebe back from injury?
Laters RoM.

@paul parker : love your reactions. concisely put and great analysis..
@cedars: sorry, brother. Was away on a whirlwind work plus seaside vacation trip last week. Discovered a place where you get large vodkas at 1/4 the price in New Delhi LOL
Work keeping me terribly busy, which is better than the fucking recession induced idleness.
and speaking of l’pool supporting birds, my wife’s best friend is one. Even if she wasnt. and I wasnt married, wouldnt dream of doing her. But she’s so fat and round, you could actually chip her and score
Just watching our old boy Frazier Campbell score a goal for Sunderland after being out for 18 months. Cracking finish! Well done lad!
Its funny that in Malaysia, the largest crop of Liverpool fans are of indian origin with dark skin, almost like africans….
WillieRedNut,
I saw the goal too…. Sunderland have my full support second to United! They’re still in the race for FA cup and half of the players are united old boys… so its just natural to follow and support them. Btw i love O’neil. Have always fancy him as SAF’s successor… all he needs now is some decent european football experience. Far better than that fancy Mourinho..
Park scored a goal yes… and runs amok all over the pitch tirelessly yes…. but one thing i dont like about him is his tendency to fall down or get fall unbalanced even with the slightest body check. Granted he is small figured than the rest, but he should be stronger and stay on his feet most of the time. He passes the ball well but lacks that creativity in creating chances IMHO. But because of his work rate and discipline, he always score goals….. Ronney needs to learn a few things from our korean veteran.. Nani too…
Mike
are you atill on for a beer tomorrow
It was bad enough watching United lose, depressing to see the level of abuse directed at Patrice Evra, but what makes the whole thing worse was seeing how classless United fans can be at times. I hope it’s not true that there were Hillsborough songs on Saturday, but the level of hatred and hysteria displayed here, over and over again is shameful. Yes, like everyone else I have been shocked by how Liverpool have handled the Suarez affair, behaving disgracefully before and after the FA Inquiry delivered a well-reasoned guilty verdict. I’m certainly not defending them since their behaviour has legitimised certain manifestations of racism and they have rightly attracted opprobrium from neutrals and even their own ex-players for setting back the Kick Racism Out cause in such a damaging way. With the woeful Dalglish being put on the defensive, it would have been smart to just let him squirm, if you want to be tribal and partisan about it. You can even see the embarrassment and shame of Liverpool as some sort of ‘result’ and bask in the pleasure of seeing our rival’s discomfort. But no, for some that’s not enough, there have to be endless badly written rants full of foul mouthed abuse and truly obnoxious invective directed at :Liverpool supporters.Yes many of them should hang their heads in shame for their unthinking support for Suarez, but anyone non-United from outside dropping into this site seeing stuff about ‘pikeys’, ‘mongs’ and all the other hate directed at Liverpool would reel in horror at the language used by people speaking in the name of supporting Manchester United. Well, you don’t speak for me. For those of you trying to debate the issues properly, or those trying to focus on the football, thanks for doing your best not to make RoM look like a stinking dung heap of intolerance.
@bob da builder
Unless I’m mistaken, I’m not by the way, this brianom76 character has been outed as posting this shit on redcafe site. After people followed up his details he was a liverpool fan from Ireland, & shortly after people did out him he removed his details.
Not that anyone here would believe a cowardly Liverpool fan would make stuff up to try & draw the shame on his own club away, or have any sense of responsibility.
As other have been pointing out, what a way to treat family members of the hillsbrough victims to hear such false disturbing shit…..
Strongly worded post there, Giles? Can’t ever see the United, Liverpool vitriol subsiding.
Agree with Giles there…
Totally agree with Giles – can’t criticize terry for “not calling Antoine a black cunt” and then go on to call Tevez an “argie cunt”. Sorry, but that smacks of double standards to me. And then you got Munich-Hillsborough. Have to say that most United supporters don’t seem to do that. I saw a comment on a United video on youtube from a sick prick saying “Hillsborough was mint”. All other posters replied saying “That’s a sick comment no true United fan would make”. Sadly, such sick fans are there as “fans” for every club I guess.
Dont seem to remember you speaking out about the anti Glazer jew’s gimps etc.or were they speaking for you Giles.
@parry: I DO remember Giles absolutely tearing into RedScot (?) when he made some such comment about jews (came from glazers being jewish, of course). if I’m not wrong, Giles has family that lost near and dear ones in the holocaust, so there’s no question of him not condemning (forget condoning) such speech.
Jeet.
Then I stand corrected, not got a photographic memory just don’t recall the criticism.
As a regular at OT durning the big ron days, as a young pup, songs about the Munich plane crash were always more apparent and audible against LFC. I never forget them holding a banner up at the FA cup semi final at Goodison with Munich 58 on it. And we all know how much trouble they go to with their ‘banners’. I never really noticed it against other teams. They have since learnt a lesson the hard way, well so we thought, via the damage their fans caused at the rarely ever mentioned Heysel and the always mentioned ‘not their fault’ Hillsborough. It mellowed for a while, and we would give it back for a while after with the “where’s your famous munich song?”. So we’ve dished it out a little ourselves. Nowadays its seems like theres been a resurgence of Munich abuse from LFC, not that they are the only ones as many time i have heard Man City fans and BWFC fans refer to us as “munichs”. It never really bothered me because i always believed those who chanted such songs in attempt to offend us were wortheless individuals. And besides, Munich 58 is our Munich 58, nothing to be ashamed of, infact we celebrate the legends of that generation. Since that era we have become nothing short of the worlds greatest football club. Without that part of our history we probably wouldnt be the club we are. Let us, MUFC, stick to our great songs like Eric the King etc…we are better than them after all, a better bigger club, a better team, better stadium and we have the worlds best manager, hell we even have a better crest and kit than them!. Who cares how they behave, they show themselves up time after time through history. We arent the only club that see LFC for what they are….just ask the older generation of Juve fans what they think of them. Anyone remember when they played Juve a few years back they had a banner saying “friends”…kind of reminds me of the inbetweeners….”football friends”.. Leave LFC behind in our wake, and let them stew in their own gutters and cling to their 5 european cups for dear life, their club is their mess to clean up, not ours.

It’s all uniteds fault!
Parryheid, I have spoken out strongly more than once about the nasty anti-semitic stuff that has cropped up here from time to time (thanks for remembering Jeet). I did so because I cannot stand racism and its bed-fellows , and not just because my wife had family who died in the Holocaust.
Nothing I am saying about the excesses of some people here on RoM in the last couple of days can be taken as minimising my criticisms of the appalling way Liverpool and their supporters have behaved over Suarez. Quite the opposite, it’s precisely that that makes me feel angry, as I can see them getting off the hook, helped by the stupidlity of some United fans. Sadly any chance of United taking the moral high ground together with directing proper attention on the failings of Liverpool is greatly weakened by the sort of bile coming out here. Far worse , undoubtedly, was the singing of Hillsborough songs at Anfield, which I am now certain happened, based on the credible reports in several papers. I just can’t understand anyone at any time singing those kinds of songs celebrating the deaths of 96 people, just because they supported their local football team. But to do it on a day when the whole world, and I mean the whole world, was scrutinising spectator behaviour at Anfield simply beggars belief. The Hillsborough songs have taken much of the heat off Liverpool and Dalglish, reducing the Suarez issue to tribal rivalries, rather than an instance of racism.
As for whether the Liverpool- United vitriol will ever subside, I hope it does. It wasn’t there in the Shankly-Busby era, as far as I recall. Giving vent to the most vicious sentiments about rivals shouldn’t be taken as some kind of proof of being a ‘true supporter’, it merely shows the person lacks class, and should maybe grow up. It wasn’t always like this. For years I have had plenty of Liverpool -supporting friends, just as I have City, Chelsea, Arsenal and others. Banter with all these friends is part of the fun of football. Sometimes it’s claimed that extreme behaviour, including obscene verbal abuse and actual violence is some sort of working class birthright and mamby-pamby middle-class folk like me don’t ‘get it’. Well, I have been going to football now for over 52 years and when I was first going the game was far more working class than today, yet there was nothing like the kind of animosity routinely now seen here, let alone violence.Problems began in the late Sixties, getting steadily worse in the ’70s and ’80s, when overt racism was a real issue, notably on Merseyside, which, rightly or wrongly, had the reputation of being the most racist city in the UK .
Never used the Hillsborough disaster to get one over a Liverpool fan. Wouldn’t lower myself. I have used scouse, or dipper as a term for Liverpool fans. They call us manc cunts, so I return the favour. The banter can get out of hand at times. I don’t see it changing in the immediate future. If you try and sanitize football too much, it will lose some of the passion, that comes from strong rivalries built up over the years. There is a line though, that shouldn’t be crossed. Be that singing about football disasters, or homophobic chants. I’ve attended Rangers, Celtic games in the past. United, Liverpool is similar in terms of the toxic atmosphere that surrounds the game.
Giles.
Like I said I stand corrected. Not got pinpoint memory and remember the bile rolling in post by post with no counter as I recall but obviously I was in error so if offended my bad scuse please.

It’s all uniteds fault!
Of course, only one person in the whole ground was being racist as they have full footage of every attendee through the whole day, yet the majority of united were singing hillsbrough songs. Be incredibly Suprised, & on the latter, very disappointed if that is the case.
Sir Giles
Its a fact of life that vile, hateful and ignorant people exist in every society, culture and country. The same goes for football fans and as United we are not exempt from such characters as so called supporters.
Whist I know for a fact that the rivalry between United and Liverpool was no where near as intense during the Busby/Shankly era it is something I personally enjoy these days, without the hateful dead mocking chants and racist abuse of course.
My favorite nephew lives and works in Sheffield and he is a die hard Liverpool supporter and I just love the banter we both share on match days or other wise. Furthermore we have had a couple of decent Liverpool fans who come on here with valid points and some decent banter, jarvis springs to mind.
I agree with Willie that things should not become too rosy all of a sudden, it would take away a lot of the fun and I also agree with you that such fun should have its limitations.
Giles Oakley- As always you are right, the intolerance is an evil in our days. I understand the rivalry, not intolerance. Take care!!
Out of all of the rival teams – Leeds, City, Chelsea, etc… Liverpool will always be the main one, irrespective of league positions. I always hated them, and remember the first United V Pool game I went to as a kid at Old Trafford. 1984-85 season, finished 1-1. Strachan scoring for United. The fighting outside that day was full-on. Inside the ground, bottles and coins were flying between away end and the old scoreboard paddock. The rivalry was so much deeper than results on the pitch. The style of football and history, the intensity of your support, outsinging the opposition, who had the best chants, wit and banter.
For me, it was also a cultural thing – pride about Manchester itself, music, attitude, politics. I saw Manchester and United as institutions that were out on their own – rebellious, republics that welcomed anyone with the right attitude – more about where you were at than where you were from, or the colour of your skin. I loved the fact that even back then, United drew loads of fans from Ireland, Scotland, London etc as well as all the Mancs.
As a teenager I’ll admit that I looked up to the hooligans a bit, saw them as representing the club, and I was proud that United had some left-leaning firm members – vocal anti fascists and anti racists. I thought that our team, club and support stood out from the likes of Liverpool, Chelsea, Leeds in these ways.
I’m ashamed of it now, but when I was younger, I’d shout ‘Shankly, 81′ at the scousers as a comeback for all their Munich chants. The rivalry is a battle, and you use whatever ammunition you have. I didn’t really think about what I was chanting, I just wanted to hurt their fans.
As a(slightly) more mature adult, I’ve got the greatest respect for Bill Shankly, his humour, his attitude towards the game and his politics. He was a top man.
I’ll probably always have a strong dislike for Liverpool FC. Their players, their songs, even their shitty football kit, their accent (the scouse ones), but I think their needs to be a limitation, a line that shouldn’t be crossed.
Hillsborough reduced me to tears – what a fucking tragic loss of life. Anyone who went away with United in those days will know that it could’ve been us that it happened to. In fact , my brother recalls a bad crush in Leppings Lane end that same season when United went. Fans travelling without tickets? Blagging in to games? United did it all over the shop.
I’d ask anyone with any doubt about it being a major police fuck up, a cover up by the authorities and terrible lies by tabloid media to read into it a bit more. It was an injustice for which people were never made accountable.
I think Liverpool have been well out order with the whole Suarez affair. They could hardly have handled it worse. Players who suffer racist abuse in the future are more likely to keep quiet than risk the same treatment that Evra has received.
I’m glad that United and Evra have been dignified. But if we’re confident of our position on this as United fans, we should be capable of holding our own and debating it when a few Liverpool fans come on the forum.
WillieRedNut you are so right I do hate scousers. Their behaviour over the past ten years has been nothing short of disgraceful. I now read how Sir Alex made a very generous donation to the Hillsbrough appeal yet does anyone really believe Dalglish would do the same for any Munich appeal? The answer to that is a resounding no. To me this clearly demonstrates the difference in class between the two men

This happened on TAM airlines.
A 50-something year old white woman arrived at her seat and saw that the passenger next to her was a black man.
Visibly furious, she called the air hostess.
“What’s the problem, ma?” the hostess asked her
“Can’t you see?” the lady said – “I was given a seat next to a black man. I can’t seat here next to him. You have to change my seat”
- “Please, calm down, ma’am” – said the hostess
“Unfortunately, all the seats are occupied, but I’m still going to check if we have any.”
The hostess left and returned some minutes later.
“Madam, as I told you, there isn’t any empty seat in this class- economy class.
But I spoke to the captain and he confirmed that there isn’t any empty seats in the economy class. We only have seats in the first class.”
And before the woman said anything, the hostess continued
“Look, it is unusual for our company to allow a passenger from the economy class change to the first class.
However, given the circumstances, the commandant thinks that it would be a scandal to make a passenger travel sat next to an unpleasant person.”
And turning to the black man, the hostess said:
“Which means, Sir, if you would be so nice to pack your handbag, we have reserved you a seat in the first class…”
And all the passengers nearby, who were shocked to see the scene started applauding, some standing on their feet.”

That’s how you fight racism. Zero tolerance, quick decisive actions, total public condemnation.
hulme 69 & giles great posts
too right do not let them self serving fuckers take the moral highground here
hillsborough chants are a no no a disgrace in these days of twitter facebook and a thousand cameras all it needs is one bellend singing rgds hillsborough and the whole world sees and our reputation sinks as low as theres
older fans know of the runway songs and the munich flags but there is’nt the media evidence of it like todays events
but fans of that generation of all clubs know the scousers are scum munich was fair game before those terrible events in leppings lane

Denise – I only found out today, that Fergie made a donation to the Hillsborough fund. Lovely gesture by the boss. Do you know that Liverpool in their match day programme never address Fergie as a Sir, when they play United at anfield? They’re still pissed at Paisley not getting his knighthood. As if that’s our fault. I’m sure Sir Alex would be more than willing to support any calls for Bob Paisley to receive the said knighthood. If they asked, of course.
Unfortunately there will always be those of any social background who don’t give a damn about respecting the dead and are quite happy to spread hate, racism and xenophobia disguised as banter. I certainly agree with Giles that IF our support had been well behaved without exception we would’ve won the hearts and minds of the International public. But thing is, thanks to the continuous stream of bile coming from LFC, this occasion was always going to boil over for a selection of our outnumbered away support – regardless of our own Managers plea for calm, or well argued points to the contrary.
To be clear, I personally wasn’t raised to hate LFC or Scousers so I never have, and I’ve never criticised Liverpudlians purely because they come from Liverpool either, as every City has its fair share of Cunts. Likewise, I’ve never mocked the dead and I never will, so as an objective United supporter I must say that Kenny Dalglish has gone out of his way to indoctrinate this old entrenched hatred to a whole new generation of football supporters. Although Benetiz, Keegan, Mourinho, Mancini and others annoyed me I wasn’t driven to HATE any of them, but I really can’t say the same for Dalglish. He genuinely disgusts me, and in the space of a few months he has brought a detrimental change to English football with his conduct. Without doubt our sport is the worse because of it.
Again, a dignified display from all our supporters would’ve been the ideal outcome, and I for one would’ve been delighted to hear the media report that none of our crowd caused trouble. However, just as I can fully appreciate Giles’ distress that we missed this opportunity, in light of LFC’s conduct in recent months I can also appreciate the genuine anger from Manchester United supporters who visited Anfield on Saturday.
Hulme 69 @ 18:49 commendably paints a vivid picture that many of us are not old enough to know personally. For many supporters born after Munich, Hillsborough and Heysel the deep seated hatred between our Clubs missed the EPL generation. Like many my age and younger, when the history was explained to me it was all past tense as I wasn’t around for it. But thats all changed now, as this racist incident with Suarez is unprecedented in the modern game, its happened right n our face, and its pissed off a lot of people who otherwise held no real ill-feeling towards Liverpool. Sure we’ve always been huge rivals but Dalglish has made the old hatred between us tangible for kids today who can’t even spell Hillsborough. No supporters should underestimate how the younger generation are interpreting this modern incident, and imo Dalglish will be remembered as the main culprit in all of this.
Im certainly no Scouse-Basher, there are too many Scousers in my life! But I cannot deny that LFC under Daglish is a filthy stain on the modern game, and nobody can play that down or ignore the lack of apology from player, manager and Club. Their initial response was a sure fire way to incite violence, as was their branding of Evra as a liar, and their decision to wear t-shirts that mocked every right thinking football fan. Im sorry if it sounds harsh but fuck it, there is no other way to explain what I have personally witnessed from LFC this season – THEY ARE A FUCKING DISGRACE AND EVERY ACTION HAS A REACTION.
In my book Dalglish is practically inciting racial hatred – as the racists within LFC have taken their cue from HIM regarding Evra. Yeah he may have called for calm but Dalglish isn’t exempt from the laws of the Universe – obviously his actions have material consequences and they will continue to reverberate with us for a while longer. So although I don’t condone the Hillsborough abuse, and although I do agree with Giles that a dignified stance would’ve been the wiser move – I can’t pretend I don’t know where all this anger towards LFC comes from. Yes there is a history between our Clubs, but KKK has spread old hatred to a new generation, and no amount of focus on a minority of away United supporters can change that im afraid. Kenny Dalglish is fucking scum. End of Story. If he was a working class man in the street he’d be widely condemned just like that racist old cunt at Anfield, so I for one refuse to dress it up just cos he’s a wealthy, influential public figure. He’s fucking scum.
Excuse my English^ hope theres not too many typos in that. Needless to say thats just my opinion on the topic and nothing more.
As for RoM, we’ve got everybody from Goat to Giles and Willie to Wakey posting on here and it works, so as long as an overall balance is maintained I think the integrity of the blog will stand. Posts like Giles @ 12:43 are essential to ensuring that balance however, and to bring about some much needed self-reflection after a contentious match. As long as bloggers continue to think for themselves and strive NOT to lose their own voice of reason I can’t see the blog descending into shite. Thanks again Giles for stating your opinions with conviction, they are much appreciated mate.
Laters RoM.
@rohan19, cheers mate.
The FA have awarded the 4th round FA Cup tie to Manchester United, accepting Patrice Evra’s claim (after the referee had blown for full time) that his team had in fact scored at least ten goals and not just one.
The fact that no players, supporters or officials, nor TV cameras’ were able to confirm the other ten or more goals, did not mean that Mr. Evra’s claim was false.
When interviewed (through an amateur interpreter) immediately after the game, the accused Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina admitted conceding one goal. This damning confession was enough to convince the FA panel that he must have conceded the other ten or more as claimed by Mr. Evra.
The FA found Mr. Evra to be a very convincing witness on account of the fact that he is such a lovely bloke, has never been in trouble before, and claims to be fluent in several languages.
Mr. Reina’s testimony on the other hand was found to be totally unreliable in that he is Spanish (and we all know what they are like) and spoke mainly in Spanish through an interpreter.
As Mr. Reina had admitted to conceding one goal, the FA panel concluded that the probability was that he had conceded more than one. Mr. Evra would not have been so adamant if he hadn’t.
The FA has therefore settled on Manchester United winning by a margin of 7 goals to 2 as the true final score.
Pepe Reina and Liverpool Football Club have the right to appeal the score within the next 24 hours, but not overturn the defeat.
If they do decide to appeal and lose the appeal, they will be immediately kicked out of all FA competitions for the next 50 years.
@Paul Parker-
Great post. Agree about Dalglish – I think he’s played a big part in stirring up loads of shit with his actions and words on this issue.
@Red Sea – shit self-serving satire. Also lifted word for word from some Pool blog.
THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION AND LUIS SUAREZ – REASONS OF THE REGULATORY COMMISSION – PARAGRAPH 214
This is not simply about one persons’s word against another. Whilst there are conflicting accounts of what happened which were presented to us by Mr Evra and Mr Suarez, there were other relevant evidence which we were able to take into account in reaching our decision. This other evidence included video footage of the match; the evidence of others as to what happened during or immediately after the match; documentation in the form of the referee’s report which was based on conversations he had immediately after the match; transcripts of interviews with the main protagonists and other witnesses conducted in the course of the FA’s investigation before witness statements were prepared for the purpose of this hearing; and the evidence given to us by other witnesses quite apart from Mr Evra and Mr Suarez, including expert witnesses on Spanish language. We reached our decision on the basis of a consideration of the totality of the evidence, attaching such weight as we considered appropriate to the different elements of it.
@hulme 69 clearly my bad for not mentioning that the above was a quote taken from one brilliant individual whonhas written it. Sorry!
Paul Parker,
Thanks for well-thought-through reply. I totally agree about Dalglish, a man who indeed now disgusts me for all the reasons you set out. That’s why I want the whole world to focus on that, not on United fans singing Hillsborough songs, or RoM folk posting shite (‘Pikeys’, ‘mongs’?? Come on ffs) I really don’t want that sort of talk here, any more than I want racism and anti-semitism, which I have chellenged here before. We can’t have it both ways, attack Dalglish (correctly) for inciting racism and then use de-humanising and discriminatory language of a very hurtful, sometimes dangerous kind. Hate crimes are a real issue, and no amount of righteous anger at other people playing with fire, as with LFC, justifies us doing the same.
Now I want to forget this and worry about Ravel Morrison leaving, and Stoke tonight.
@hulme 69, cheers mate.
@Giles Oakley – well said, and agreed. You’d think the English language had sufficient non-discriminating insults to make the use of genuinely discriminatory terms redundant on RoM?
As for Ravel it seems he is off after all, but at least both fixtures at the top have gone our way tonight, which should stave off the abu-doom mongers for a while. All the best mate.
