yeah i have to agree. His free kicks apart (worst run in recent years) he has been brilliant. People tend to forget that the EPL is the toughest league for forwards as the defenders in this league are some of the most ruthless. did any one see Barca vs Athletico madrid last week? If it was us against Barca, Ron could have easily banged in three. If we were agaisnt Athletico, 5 bare minimum!

I have to disagree with this, I personally think Ronaldo has been hitting top form again recently in certain games.

ronaldo has matured a lot. however, he is still temperamental. rooney has also toned down loads, thinking really clearly and much more level headed. berbatov has also shown he can up his work rate, and still keep his languid style. ji shows his continued development even keeping his bags of energy and 3 lungs…the list goes on and on…it’s proof that our team, coaches and of course Sir, do excellent work with all our players!! no other team can boast of such successes when working with their players on a consistent basis at such a high level!
ronaldo certainly got the credit and it is with the help of the team and vice-versa, what’s more important is that the team doesn’t resent him for it, but are actually proud of him as he belongs to the team!
i’m sure they feel the same if any other player of our team wins individual awards too.
such is the brilliance of our manager and cohesion in out team!!
may it long continue

I’ve always thought Ronaldo’s physical presence in the air is so so vital. Ronaldo will put 9 out of 10 away with his head, that’s how powerful and accurate his headers are. Superb player. Personally I’d go for Nemanja Vidic for the Player of the Year gong over anybody else, and that’s saying something. Undoubtedly the best defender in the world. There’s no competition trust me!!! Nemanja will fuckin murder you… Yes I mean you Ibrahimovic!

Nice of Messi.Personally though,i don’t like to tie any award to the team who has won the trophies.If God forbid,Liverpool win the Ch.League will that make Stevie Me player of the year?Even if Barcelona don’t take the Ch.League,for me Lio Messi is the best player this season.And after him,it’s Nemanja Vidic.
