This week here in Malta we lost the golden chance to recieve our beloved MAN UTD! As a fervent, sometimes crazy MAN UTD fan I can assure everyone that we are very very disappionted because on this beautiful sunny Island we have got the oldest supporters club in the world for MAN UTD and last year we have celebrated the 50th aniversary.It might have been a fitting occasion to celebrate this milestone. Our club was founded in 1959,a year after the Munich air crash ! Having said all this we understand the situation and we wish from our heart the best of luck to our beloved club !

Didn’t the news say that he MIGHT need surgery? I hope the med team knows what they are doing to let him play…I love Berbatov as a player, but am worried.
Do you guys know if Nani is in Qatar with the team ? I haven’t spotted him from the pics yet and haven’t seen any roster on who’s on board.

Don’t join the ABU bandwagon trying to dump Berbatov out of United…
He is a class player, one of the most naturally gifted at the club.
Don’t believe the hype about him being lazy, the OPTA and ProZone stats don’t bear this out, he runs as much as anyone – just because he isn’t a headless chicken. He sees the game several steps ahead – witness his pass with the outside of the boot to Valencia who then set up Carrick against Wigan. Valencia was able to pull the ball back to Carrick because of the diversionary run of Berbatov beyond the ball following his pass.
Diego Forlan has been the leading goalscorer in La Liga over the last five years, imagine how it might have turned out for us if he’d stayed and gained confidence and experience with us? Instead of supporting him, we allowed ourselves to be influenced by the haters.
Seba Veron wasn’t a good fit with Keane, but we could have done with him after 2005! Again, we believed the hype of the ABUs…
If Fletcher was thin-skinned, he would have left and joined Birmingham a couple of seasons back – don’t you think the players hear the groans from some of you idiots when their names are mentioned on the PA? Everyone was telling us that Fletcher is crap, so that means it must be true!
Let’s support our players for God’s sake!
