to be honest, the girls knew why they were being invited: to act as eye candy for a pool of wealthy young men. their complaints that they were treated as pieces of meet are a tad naive. of course we cant rule out the fact Evans is guilty, but from all i can gather of his character, i sincerely doubt it. the sun just wants to sell more rags to the great unwashed and whose to say the girl didn’t fabricate a load of bullshit for a few grand. united will put in a collective performance on sunday and take the three points as a result of this.

We all only know what we read in the papers, us fans are as devoted to Manchester United as the players are but time and time again claims such as these crop up.. not just at our club either.
How dare anybody question the fact that Paul Scholes was in the vicinity at the time. He IS a family man, he always HAS given his all for our club and I’m sure him, Neville and Rio will continue to do that.

I’m in management AND even I turn up for Xmas partys as much as turn them down. We have to allow our players space and opportunities to get carried away. Not in an irrisponsible way but in a human way.

It is what it is. Rio has always been upfront with his commitment – to bling AND to United. He may be something of an idiot, BUT he’s our idiot. Captain – well, that’s a stretch BUT, hey, if the RentBoyz’ idiot can be CaptainIngerland then why not ?
