according to rafa it’ll still be us, at the end of the season when the title has been won by us he’ll say “we still have a chance and Manchester united know it!”
If they’re not shitting their trousers by now, they’ll definitely do it by Sunday, when we’ll be top of the table. We played like champions today.
pride of tha north…nuff said
benitez is a fucking joke, he comes out of this saga looking like an idiot. seems his words had the opposite effect on both teams. scouse rats next 5 fixtures could see them out of the title race everton(h), wigan (a), chelsea (h), pompey (a), city (h).
First class…Eat shit you gob-shite Rafa.
Even with a few squad players in the mix today we beat the “second best ” in Europe.
“I’d rather walk alone”
Where were the bananas for terry?
Brilliant performance to-day from a team crapping themselves about the scouse shite. You joking, you fat Spainish wanker.
Some stunning performances to-day Evans and Vidic so solid, so good. Boys can you give the Drog back , Vida you will find him in your back pocket!
Rooney pure stunning magic.
Please don’t start counting our chickens yet, still a long way to go. But it is starting to look good. God I so hate those Liverscumpool turds. Can’t fucking wait for the game at OT.
I like how you don’t celebrate your victory, you just focus on how you think you got one over on Rafa.
Good work fellers, how about you put up the score Man U 3 – Rafa Benitez 0 as thats what you all think happenend today.
17 games left…
Outstanding performance!!!, RentAFatArse will be pissin more kidney stones after that today, fucking gobshite!!!!……who said giggsy is finished?, he made ”them” look finished….FUCKING BRILLIANT!!!!
Congrats to all the lads for the passion they showed today.Yesterday i said no complacency and how right i was.I haven’t seen the boys so hungry in months.I have to make a special mention to Giggsy.I really love the man. What about that performance today? And he is 35!
How great was Giggsy !??! Man of the Match
We have missed evra soooo much!!!
Fantastic performance
I loved todays performance, brilliant!!!!
No bananas though:-(
But the crowd singing viva john terry was so deafening!
Apart from Giggsy and the lads,i would also like to thank the fans in the stadium. The atmosphere was fantastic and it clearly had something to do with Terry having his worst game in 5 years.Hey guys does anyone have any news on Rio or Wes for that matter?Evans has been a revelation but Vida needs a breather!
didn’t celebrate victory? I did….one over Rafa as well…17 games left? You wanted the season to be finished on 17 games Jane….come 38 and you’ll be about 10 points adrift once again…two-man teams don’t win premierships…better luck next time
Fantastic, its in our hands now but lets not get carried away. 3pts against Wigan please. Oh and Jane go away stupid girl, haven’t you got some washing up to do?
@ Jane
We wont need 17 games, hopefully Liverpoop will be out of the race well before!
18 years…. and still counting!
Oh Boy, what a reaction to the Derby loss. These teams seem to forget that whenever United lose a game, we play the next one like wounded lions with egos to restore. I predicted this score
Roma made the same mistake when they lost 7-1 at OT. In all fairness Chelsea didn’t play like cowards and i respect them for that. They could have easily just defended the entire 90 minutes and left with a draw but they actually tried to play football and i guess we are much better at that than they are.
Viva United,.. Viva Giggs, Rooney, Evra and Evans.
Ronaldo was actually outstanding too, everyone seems to forget that he had TWO legitimate goals disallowed today. The one from the corer and the one where he was wrongfully judged offside.
Correct Score: Man United 5 : 0 Chelsea
Marvelous performance…. Must admit when i saw the team sheet I thought we were in for a long day…. But that wasnt the case…. I guess thats why Sir is the Manager of our great club and not me…
5 Stars to the lads… And gotta love Evra’s celebration after his assist…. He was the happiest guy on the planet… This is the Red I know and fell in love with…. Please more of this througout the season…
The only way from here is UP!!!!
@ Laos Red
Totally agree, I was sh*t scared when i saw the team sheet. No Carrick, Rafael or Ferdinand. But damn, Was Fergie right or what?? He is surely the greatest Manager of All Time.
I give you brothers in england a lot of respect for putting up with scousers and loser ass blues of all sorts without commiting several grievous bodily harm felonies on a daily basis. How delude these humps seem to be from afar I can only imagine having to sit in a bar and listen to some drunk scumfuck tell you how United sucks with no valid arguments. I feel for you men.
Jane: Your growing sense of anxiety is showing.
Must agree with Laos and Vianney, when I saw Giggs next to Fletcher I thought our midfield would be swallowed whole by the all-centre midfield of Chelski, but the Welsh Wizard proved me wrong. Could’ve been 6-0.
Evans looked completely comfortable, Ronaldo, Rooney and Berbatov were linking up well all game, as well as Park, who worked his arse off.
Any news on Evra?

Rifraf: Thats fuckin awesome
Vianney: Ronaldo was actually outstanding too, everyone seems to forget that he had TWO legitimate goals disallowed today. The one from the corer and the one where he was wrongfully judged offside.
Correct Score: Man United 5 : 0 Chelsea
This is correct; Ronaldo was also hauled down in the area – not quite with the same GBH-intent displayed by Pogatetz – and nothing (nothing !) was given. He was kicked in the knackers by Belletti – a good two-plus feet above the ball – and again nothing was given. For all the talk about “protecting” skilled players, this was sadly predictable.
But, on a couple of more positive notes:
Giggs was truly majestic, awesome, and “legendary”; that was his best performance in quite a while. As I wrote on another thread, what a player – today he was the holding/defensive midfielder, on another day he has been a support striker, an attacking midfielder, and before that he was the best winger in the world. Sometimes it’s hard to understand why SAF persists with playing him BUT then he plays a blinder like today and we get to understand why SAF is not only a great man-manager but also the most astute strategist.
The RentBoyz collapse after Rooney “back door nut-megged” Ca$hleyHole was wonderful to behold. They just gave up, with JT (the Ingerland ManOfCourage) doing absolutely nothing to rally his troops. I wrote a few days ago that a shit-kicking for them at Old Trafford could open up some really ugly wounds. I’m standing by that – I’m not sure that they can presume to be in the “Big 4″ at the end of the season as the RentBoyz have seriously disintegrated since mid-November. Perhaps today’s rout was the first nail in their coffin’s lid. I can only hope so – and I invite the rest of you to join me in that hope.
Park Ji-Sung was also fantastic today – a real ManchesterTerrier. Sometimes we wonder why Park gets the nod and then – again, as with Giggs and Fletcherinho – we mortals see why SAF is the greatest of all “legends”. He knows his players AND he knows how to use his players to the best of their abilities to form a team.
On the down side – what’s up with Wesley and Rio ? It was gratifying to see Gary Neville come back with such a strong performance (was Rafael watching is defensive master ?); and Jonny Evans did a terrific job as Rio’s stand-in. BUT, to date, Jonny Evans is still no Rio Ferdinand because Rio is the best defender in the world – yes, he’s even better than Nemanja Vidic. It’s great to see that Evans can cover for him but the team is less powerful when Rio is not on the field. Similarly, Gary Neville played very, very well today but Wesley is bigger, stronger, and faster – and now he’s a better attacking player, too. So, the team is less powerful when Wesley is not suited up for game-action.
The up-side of down, as it were, is that if Rio and Wesley can join Evra and Vidic on the field down the back-stretch then this team has every chance to replicate last year’s double – and maybe even go one better and do a Second Treble.
Wonderful analysis Denton. With the whole squad fit we have a great chance.Evra’s looked more like a precaution.Brown will return at mid-January so i have heard. The real question mark is Rio.I really hope the specialist tomorrow doesn’t have any worrying news.I always remeber in fear that a back injury cut short Gary Pallister’s United career.
LOL, nice one Riraf!!!, wish it was true!!!, the fat manuel cunt.
Anyone see MOTD2? After Terry blocked Park’s shot the commentator said ‘they needed a BIG MAN there and John Terry was that BIG MAN’ hilarious
liverpool have exactly the same points as they did at this stage last season….so much for their improvement…..wenger has said the premiership has lost something with smaller teams not attacking and just looking for draws against the top teams…it looks like this season us and chelsea have lost something too if Liverpool have the same points and are top of the table…we will win the title again but not with the same outstanding brilliance of last season i reckon, even after today’s great performance…Chelsea are lacklustre at best, their poor performances, coupled with Liverpool’s average ability and Arsenal’s self-destruction are what’s going to win us the title this year more than anything…the bar has come back somewhere down to when Chelsea were under Ranieri, only Arsenal don’t pose a real threat at the moment whilst Liverpool are as mediocre as ever
After Sir Alex’s bust up with Madrid last summer, it looks like the fat
spanish waiter is trying is best to cause shit with United so he can get his name down for the managers job at Madrid after he loses his job at Liverpool for not delivering the title again.
Enough of Benitez, otherwise he will start thinking we are in love with him, haha. My thought is that Park was man-of-the-match. Giggs did some wonderful tracking back but Park was at it all match long, if not for Terry, Park would have gotten our first goal as well. And 1 more thing, its seems there is little said about Berbatov’s goal, it was a terrific strike! Many keepers cant even touch Ronaldo’s freekicks, but Berbatov made such a clean connection with such accuracy
Would people get a grip? I too believe that the corner that resulted in a disallowed goal was perfectly valid, but for all the people rattling on about the fact that the score should have been 5 – 0, where’s your head? The fact we scored two goals off successive corners (the first disallowed) doesn’t add up to two goals on the score sheet. The second corner would obviously not have been taken had the first one not been pulled up by a befuddled linesman in dire need of rereading the rules of the game. Hence the score would, or should, have been 4-0, factoring in the Ronaldo goal that was incorrectly deemed offside.
Great performance by United .We played like true champions especially Ryan Giggs and EVRA .Giggs was majestic in the midfield . Giggs used his short bursts of pace extremely well and he was able to keep the ball extremely well.EVRA HAS shown why he is the best leftback in the world . Although fletcher was not as good as i expect him to be but still his performance was good enough.Wonder if anderson is going to get chance considering giggs and fletcher performance today and Carrick and paul waiting in lines. Some credit to chelsea for not parking the bus.
Great to see park and ronaldo creating all sorts of problems for the chelsea fullbacks. Park and ronaldo interchanging their position’s to such effectiveness was great..
Rooney and berbatov were great..
And As for that FUCKIN’ SPANISH WAITER he’s either paving his way to go to real or he has gone mad.Although his ranting are quite senseless they good enough to make you laugh you out of your head.
VIVA UNITED !
VIVA GIGGS RONALDO PARK ROONEY EVRA VIDIC!!
THE KINGS ARE COMING TO RECLAIM THE THRONE..
Rafa is an idiot and will learn from this. Guys forget Rafa what about Michel Ballak, who said this week that UTD aint going to be competing for the title race cuz they aint good enough, its gonna be Liverpool as Chelsea’s main title rival (he reckons). WHAT DO YOU GUYS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT HIM AND HIS HIGH CONFIDENCE???
By-the-way What scares me most and should scare rest of the Premier League is that UTD still haven’t found their last seasons form back and seems to be running away with the league. According to Alan Hansen its a huge warning for the rest of the league if UTD start play like they did last season.
timbo: “Hence the score would, or should, have been 4-0, factoring in the Ronaldo goal that was incorrectly deemed offside.”
OK, but what about the penalty-not-given when Carvalho wrestled Ronaldo down to the ground ?
Denton’s right.
I really think Ronaldo deserves some credit for his performance yesterday. Maybe they all played very, very well; especially Giggs and Evra but to see a glimpse of the Ronaldo we all got used to last season was quite refreshing.
So, in the last year, we’ve beaten Arsenal 4-0 and Dippers / Rent Boys 3-0…
Not bad eh?
we played like champions.
end of
What a performance, Giggs def man of the match IMO, Berda, Ronaldo, Evans, Wazza, christ everyone really, As a few have pointed out played like champions yesterday. Awesome.
Ditto, Denton is right, Ronnie was unlucky to be flagged off side.
Its amazing how things change in the space of 4 days. Last Wednesday we were outplayed by Derby, and many of us on here were a bit disillusioned to say the least. And over the next few days, we see the Spanish Harry Potter lose the plot on friday, then the scousers get outplayed by Stoke on Saturday, and then we put in our best performance of the season to shatter the rentboyz title bid yesterday. Fucking brilliant.
Its a funny old game…
benitez has lost the plot and thats a bad chelsea team with obvious problems.
isn’t life great
Get in, what a result. What a turn around from the the Derby defeat!
“That’s why we’re Champions”
Was that the real start of our season? Lets hope it continues against Wigan and Bolton.
U Ni Ted!
Great win, and great to see Evra back – boy have we missed him, best left-back in the world no question. Rafa’s now having a pop at David Gill !
Jane: Jake was spot on. You ‘dippers were banging on as though the title already had your name on it. Funny how quickly it’s gone from “Top of the League”, to “17 games left”, isn’t it?
Enjoy your Christmas Premiership.
Rafa trying to console himself because he is feeling the pressure and resulted having stone in his kidney. His captain is also another problem for becoming a jailbird overnight. Rafa boss must have screwed him so badly
that he started making cracky and childish statements on non other than Sir Alex. This kind of attitude may caused him the title and his job.
Stone in his Kidney ?
More like a block in his head !
All I can say is the following:
Englands Best Club + Englands Best Player
Europes Best Club + Europes Best Player
Worlds Best Club + Worlds Best Player
