I don't usually get too involved in this Ronaldo debate any more. I was sickened enough by the anticipated celebrations of a wonderful double(EPL and CL) being taken away from us in the summer. A big part of that was Ronaldo's and the Media's antics (although the decision not to allow a parade through Manchester was criminal!). Ronaldo did not have the slightest respect for the supporters of Manchester United. He could have pointed to the fact that we had just won the double and the need to celebrate that. After that was sorted he could have played his games with the media because the end result was obvious from the start, although the point I am going to make is that is was not the best result for this great club.

Putting Ronaldo aside though for a moment, how different is his stance than say Tevez's? I was disgusted to hear Tevez proclaiming his intent to return to South America only a few weeks after joining us. I thought at the time that he was making sure we didn't take up the option to buy him. He was talking about going in a few years time while he is still in his prime. He didn't want to be going there in his thirties when he couldn't make a difference.

I have never trusted the guy since. I tried to think along the lines that United will change those ideas but I hear the same things being attributed to him on a fairly regular basis. This guy expects United to spend more than £20 million when he might, at best, see out a four year contract?

It was Tevez who first broke the spell at United. No one comes here openly saying they want to move to another club in the future. He was the first I can recall and Ronaldo was following suit as far as I am concerned, although not being brave enough to be so brazen about it as Tevez is.

I want both of them out. I do not want United to be associated with footballers who court other clubs. We are simply not that type of club and can not afford to aquire that sort of image. United is associated with reaching the top in this industry, whether as a player or manager, and that is a part of the magic of this club.

Allowing players to remain while professing their love for and desire to play for another club is completely out of synch with this clubs identity. It needs to be dealt with by a management team that see's it as critical to remove any employee voicing these type of ambitions. It is one thing a player realising he might have to step down a league or two to get first team football but absolutely another when they are indicating the wish to move on to other big teams while they are in their prime and for reasons of love or attachment to another club.

I want those sort out on their arse sharpish, however good I think they are on the field of play, because the consequences for this great club are not worth that type of risk. We have had great players crawling on their hands and knees to join us and this was even happening throughout the years when we weren't winning the league. That has got to be the esteem this club is held in and nothing less will do. We as supporters must force this issue and any deviation should be dealt with - not tolerated and debated!

Spencer - just can't see SAF retiring with 18 titles each with dippers. He will want to go one or two better I would have thought.

Only your agent knows your future. STOP HIDING BEHIND GOD. Go to madrid and rot in a mediocre team, with a coach that couldn't last at Spurs.

we should sell berbatov, rafael, fabio, anderson and evra as well because they refer to us as 'manchester' only as well, something which actually, only city fans have a problem with for obvious reasons. mmmm

when sir alex ferguson goes so will giggs, scholes, ronaldo, fletcher and o'shea to name just five. anyone who thinks everything will be the same is living in cloud cukoo land. when that happens we do not know! he said he wants to stay here. now what if real madrid come in with a 150 m bid this summer and we decide to accept because the money is too good to turn down? hmm. future isn't so certain after all is it. look at scolari. I am sure he didn't leave portugal to be at chelsea for 6 months!

If i hear "As for the future, only God knows" ONE more time I will slap his stupid, smug face!

Sell him and sign Messi! Or at least someone who knows that we are 'UNITED' or 'Manchester United' not 'Manchester'.

Great player, but what a twat!

'Manchester are challenging for titles and I have to appreciate that'

You're playing for the greatest club in the world you stupid fuck! Try appreciating that!
