Pereira: My Dream Has Come True

Andreas Pereira, who agreed to join the club last year from PSV before signing when he turned 16-years-old this year, has spoken of his happiness at being a Manchester United player.

The Brazilian-born Belgium youth has that he is settled in well, thanks particular to his countrymen in the first team squad.

“It’s fantastic. I can definitely say that my dream has come true,” he told Voetbal International. “Everything at this club exudes professionalism. I had to get used to the club suit that we have to wear. Especially the tie. I’m here 24 hours a day with football. At school we are as players of Manchester United in a separate class and we get lots of individual attention. Every day we eat at the club with all players, including those of the first team. I have been very well received, especially by the other Brazilian boys from the senior squad, the twins Fabio and Rafael, and Anderson.”

He is an attacking midfielder who likes to score goals and turned down offers from other English clubs to be at United.

such a pity that he can’t play for the youth teams this season cause we cocked up.
club made an error in paperwork now he can only train.

  11. max says:

No mention of the cock up we made by not registering him properley…means he can only start playing competiveley from next season. Get with it Scott.

  12. Ironbrand says:

Goodluck son. No need reminding you of the greats that have come through the ranks. Sure that is probably thought in school. Welcome anyway. In other news, Paddy, Giggsy and the silky bulgarian have been dropped from the squad to ajax. Smh*

You’re welcome Willie, thanks for your thanks! haha (Bet this drives some bonkers!)

Oh, and yes I was a Coventry fan last night, actually it carried on till mid day today!

  21. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Keeps with the plan in the larger course of things. Good luck to him and hope he is a Rafael and not a Kleberson.

“Every day we eat at the club with all players, including those of the first team.”

Hearing quotes like that really makes me proud. What a fucking great club we are privileged to support? No ego, no hang-ups, everybody gets along well and the seniors throw a rope to the young lads rather than taking it away. That is what a club culture should be.

Blessed are those that support Manchester United.

  22. WillieRedNut says:

    Not problem Cedars.

  23. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

Ajax coach Frank de Boer worked with Luis Suarez during his time in Holland and admits the Uruguayan is capable of ‘stupid things’.

 Hilarious …Capable was a very sensible word to use

  24. CedarsDevil says:

    Balaji

You are getting carried away my friend, we are average, our season is over, Sir Alex has lost the plot and both Carrick and Evans are rubbish.

  25. CedarsDevil says:

    Papii

Only thing hilarious here is you! You always crack the fuck out of me……..

Really happy you got back posting…….. You’re fucking mental and I love that

  26. Redbilly says:

Balaji- spot on . One if the few truly great clubs which, though it has it’s issues keeps the lads grounded. Privilege to support the club.

    Privilege to s

    http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11095/7523600/De-Boer-urges-Eriksen-stay

Ajax Coach urges United Target; Eriksen to stay for 5 more years. Eriksen, who celebrated his 20th birthday on Tuesday.

“Christian is a smart kid,” he said.
“Of course maybe he will play for a big team like Manchester United in the future. But I think he wants to show what he is capable of in this kind of team. It would be better for him to stay until he was 25 because you learn a lot in the Netherlands. If you leave afterwards you are a more stable player and ready to play in the big leagues.”

This is the same kid that Chelsea’s youth system rejected citing he was too small, reminds of Certain United lads that was written off past and present !

  29. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

Thanks Cedars….we are all red nutters here ;)

  30. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Cedars, You missed Berbatov, truly the single reason we are not going to win the 20th this season.

  31. Redbilly says:

Off topic. I love how the waste fans who, prior to Xmas wanted to lynch Tevez now seem to be mainly focused on defending their clips ‘ honour and integrity’ by citing Rooney and ambitiongate. Maybe I missed something but did Rooney fuck off and ingnore SAF instructions for a couple of months, then , when SAF tried to make peace out of sheer desperation have Rooney insult him?.

They would sell their soul for the title, well if dogs had them that is.

  32. Redbilly says:

Cedars 17:14- your not letting the bitters and dippers get to you with their propaganda are you?. Haha

  33. smartalex says:

Balaji – I too was moved when I read:

“Every day we eat at the club with all players, including those of the first team.”

I felt quite emotional, imagining myself as a young boy sharing meals with the First team.
The camaraderie and support for each other is enough reason for me to support United.

  34. CedarsDevil says:

    Redbilly

Not made a post at 17:14! haha…….. Seriously speaking, of course not, I just vent out my anger at stupidity in a sarcastic manner

  35. Ryan7L says:

this makes me so jealous to see someone my age at United grrrr

  36. Clint-iamyourpapii says:

I like this boy from Ajax, he seems like a real promising prospect & looks like he has more substance than guys like Goetze, Sneijder etc.
He’s rejected Chelsea’s attempts at re-signing him because of their disrespectful judgement of his potential.
He’s got vision, a decent shot and great awareness. If he can prove to be of “United Quality”, SAF should make his move quick and early well before the Euro’s.

However he is linked with the likes of Barcelona
So im not going to be too optimistic if he has a good 2 games against us. This is the 2nd time United have mentioned the dane kid, 1st Rene now SAF, so hopefully its a postive sign we’re looking to bring a lad to connect midfield to attack.

Ok im getting carried away now 8) check him out for yourself….his birthday was yesterday 20th.

    off topic
My firm asked me to come on here and abuse everyone in some reserch to see if anyone on here really had any mates.

    So here goes.
    @ Cedars, East Stand>>>>>>>> Stretty :)

  38. CedarsDevil says:

My firm asked me to do some research to find out if I was actually alive!

  39. WillieRedNut says:

I was emotional too? Supporting Coventry? Judas! :)

  40. CedarsDevil says:

Judas was a nice chap, just got tempted by gold coins near the end…..

    So says the Devil! hahaha

  41. CedarsDevil says:

Club officials have confirmed that if anymore alleged noise comes out of the K stand than they will shut it down and turn it into a museum as originally proposed..

Seems 2 trouble makers who go by the name of James and Giggs12 are disturbing those going there just to relax and enjoy a quiet day out. The said pair will soon be ejected, given Stretty lessons and then if lucky enough will be allowed entrance to the holy land

  42. James21 says:

Trouble makers them two thats why the club refuses to give them away tickets. :D

  43. Redbilly says:

Cedars- must be going loco like Carlo . James21- the only firm our scouse friend is employing is a firm right hand . Dipping idiot .

  44. CedarsDevil says:

  46. Redbilly says:

Cedars – we all are . Carlos crazy to win title for Mr ( your a dog) Mancini but crazy for fergie and team mates. No . I think we are not quite there yet.

  47. James21 says:

    Redbilly.
:D What a fool he was.

    Cedars
    No boiler babies yet.

    Come on England !

  48. Strik3rr says:

welcome to United! welcome to success!

let your playing do the talking, for it, your attitude and your effort will pay your wages, dont let your agent take control of your life, here your wage will reflect the hard work and preperation and dont let anyone tell you differently, if your becoming a world class player your wages will go up accordingly, dont let anyone tell you otherwise

  52. Vilhelm28 says:

Would be fun to see the stats on all the players who have made it on our senior team and where they grew up. Lets say until they were 18/19 years of age…. Is there a pattern?
