I prefer his Spurs hairstyyle. Congrats on the new kid Becks.

  2. fergie is the boss says:

Costas – I was about say that, he defiantly got his hair sorted out, he looks like some washed up player at arsenal. Becks stick with your current style LOL

  3. Old Trafford's finest says:

    Legend.

  4. United says:

    Congrats on the kid!

    AND good luck at Spurs!

  5. FletchTHEMAN says:

Good luck to him. Also best wishes for a comfortable pregnancy and healthy birth of your 4th child.
Hope he/she is raised a United fan!

  6. smartalex says:

    Good luck Beckham.

Hopefully Bale, Modric and co are dithering like blithering idiots in His presence.

  7. Costas says:

    @FITB

Personally, I thought the near bald look from 00-01 suited him better. However, his blond locks brought us a lot of luck (the treble and the title in 03). It’s funny how you can’t have a Beckham convo without mentioning his hair, lol.

  8. FletchTHEMAN says:

Costas, HA ha ha, to right you are mate. Thinking back, did the hair styles predate Victoria? Is it a Beckham thing or is it down to Posh?

  9. bigphil2003 says:

Hmmm, I wonder was Alex Song around when Beckham was at Arsenal… inspiration?

  10. Costas says:

    @FletchTHEMAN

I think it was after they started dating. Until then his hairstyle was pretty much the same. Brown and a bit long. After 97-98, it got out of hand, lol.

  11. Linvoy says:

Good luck Becks… Hope he is only training with them as would be difficult to accept him playing against us for a premiership club! Shame he didn’t come to us!!

  12. fergie is the boss says:

Costas – 00 01 united really got stale that year, PPL blame veron for disrupting united’s play. But even in 2001 pre van nistlerooy era united’s play had become very pridictablw has the football got worse, even with stam at the back united’s defending was still poor.

  13. gerkeo says:

This site is turning into heat magazine, who gives a squirt of shite about his hair style or his offspring.

Didn’t he say he’d only play for united in england. He’s still trying to work the spurs move.

  14. RedLife says:

who said nice hair cut at spurs?? haha. I like his bobby style sweep over too.

  15. Costas says:

I think the Spurs move is off. He is training there untl February.

  16. Aig alex is god says:

    RIP Richard Butcher

  17. FletchTHEMAN says:

Fergie commenting on seeing Kenny on the opposition bench on Sunday:

“I didn’t think I would see this day,” admitted Ferguson.
“When you have been out of the game so long you don’t expect it to resurface again.
“But obviously Liverpool see that as the way ahead and it is their club.”

Fergie, pushing 70, thinks kingkenny is past it and the the Liverpool board are a wee bit too desperate. Too too funny that! Given Kenny’s rant at the ref post match, one would have to worry that he is already cracking under the pressure. There just has to be an FA probe. Their manager called the ref a Joke. How is that not bringing the game into disrepute?

  18. heinnlinn says:

Henry went back to Arsenal. I can’t deny that I was disappointed Becks couldn’t join United too. They were both legends. Would have been awesome to see them both playing at their “home” teams again.

  19. hammons says:

has becks become a grease ball? … yep.

well hopefully the loan deal does not go through and he does not play against us next Sunday.

  20. Aig alex is god says:

    Babel charged by FA. Cunt

Are we the new heat magazine? Can we get Ladies on here please – ha ha ha!

Of course any with red shirts will do just fine ;)

  24. fury12 says:

Hair Style doth not maketh a #Footballer …Football Booties DO! I cannot comprehend how Beckham can join #HarryHooDunIt whether it be in a ‘Training OR a Playing Capacity’ If its just for training purposes, why can he not train at #OldTrafford and as for ‘Playing’ he forgets that he said he would never play for another PL club…

I think there’s more to this than meets the #Eye Since his participation in the FIFA World Cup Bid for England, regardless of the LOSS David Beckham appears to be evolving and I feel there will be a transition in the offing once his ‘Contract of Duty’ with the LA Galaxy expires coupled that with the “talk” doing the rounds about Harry Redkrapp being a front runner for the position of Manager for the England national squad- I am also mindful that he may wish to return home to the UK and also his children and expectant wife as well…NO PLACE LIKE HOME DAVID…Old Trafford and Sir Alex are HOME not the Bloody Neighbour and NOT HARRY

My face always cringes when I type that “I’m a f***en football manager[s]” name :(

  25. MG says:

I signed Beckham for Wolves FM manager 2011

He wanted 110,000 pounds I got him down to 40,000

Not doing too bad – 6 assists 2 goals 9 games

  27. Costas says:

  28. willierednut says:

    Ask RedScot lol.

  29. Costas says:

I’ll get to him when I want to wax my butt, lol.

  30. Costas says:

Mourinho won the best manager award in the FIFA gala. Next season, King Kenny will win that..

  31. keano86 says:

Hahaha top slogan on the photo :D

    LEGEND

  32. willierednut says:

Costas – Who won the goal of the year? There’s a lad who plays in the Irish premier league, his goals on the list. Matty Burrows you call him.

  33. parryheid says:

Hope he does play against us we will then be playing Ten men.Bonus.

  34. Costas says:

I think Hamit Altintop won it willie. I’ve seen Burrows’ goan and it was Cantona-esque. Shame it didn’t won.

  35. Costas says:

    *win*

  36. rat1p says:

  43. FletchTHEMAN says:

Off Topic: Congratulations to Messi, Ballon de Ore. Proper winner, second year in a row. Hope he continues to improve as an ambassador for the sport. Only 23!

  44. willierednut says:

    The Hacienda lol.

  45. Costas says:

    @King Eric

Hi mate. I meant compared to the hair he was sporting when he was training with Arsenal. As someone said above, that’s probably where Alexander Song got the idea…

  46. willierednut says:

    Tony Wilson, what a legend.

  47. smartalex says:

Babel has been charged with improper conduct by the FA for his Twitter photoshopping.
“The charge relates to comments and images published by the player on Twitter concerning referee Howard Webb,” He has until 13 January to respond.

  48. TonyBee says:

  51. MG says:

    Now listen you lot

Don’t take the piss out of RedScot without him here to defend himself – level playing field and all ;)

  52. FletchTHEMAN says:

SmartAlex, Not surprising about Babel, but I think Daglish should be charged as well. I agree with those who say that it is just free expression. But if our manager is going to be charged, then everyone needs to be held to the same standard.

    Daglish from the Telegraph:
“The penalty was a joke,” said Dalglish. “I have seen the replay and unless they have changed the rules it is no penalty.

To say that a call is up to debate after review is one thing, but to question whether the ref was in a joking mood is a bit off. Also, the image that Babel circulated was also circulated by Daglish’s son with language highly critical of the ref and his recent honors. While Kenny thinks not much has changed, he may be surprised to find that it has. I think he should be charged. He didn’t say anything less offensive than what many managers have been charged with.

  53. TonyBee says:

Mg …Har har….dont worry Redscot can and will be back dishing it out he will get his say ….

  54. TonyBee says:

  75. TonyBee says:

and as for you Oddysey….fuck right off ….lol

  76. smartalex says:

    FletchTHEMAN
Surely Sir Alex saying the ref is not fit, is not much different to Kenny calling the ref a joke.
Babel should be shot. (He’s not dead yet, so I can say that..?) He has falsely accused Webb of cheating. Impartiality is a cornerstone of refereeing, so I reckon Howard should take him to the cleaners.

  77. RedScot says:

Great result for the United youth tonight, I would give you my “5 quick responses” but as you lot are just taking the piss, I WONT! lol. I am seriously offended bye you lot of wankers on here and yer beginning to irratate me! lol

A wee song for my mates taking the piss.Costas, Willie,MG, TonyBee, and Cedars of course who will be laying somewhere pissed.lolWhen I was just a little wee lad
I hopped on the lap of my dear old dad
Something jumped and poked me good
‘That’ he said ‘just me morning wood’
A little tin soldier’s marchin by
    Sergeant major unzips his fly
Pulls his weapon from his camouflage pants
Slaps away til it starts to dance
A shootin star’s above my bed
Changin colors of my mushroom head
A rainbow jizz flys across the room
Little white spermies meet their doom
    (Ah!) The amazing Willy Wanker!
    (Aaaah!) The amazing Willy Wanker

And my scrotum sack he says
    Lalalalalala, tickle me!
Little green men from outer space
Here to exterminate the human race
Drop their ray guns and retreat to their ships
When marshmallow sauce squirts from me tip
Like a knight of olden Camelot
The goo takes off like an arrow shot
Gwynevere drops to her knees and begs
For the spittin dragon between me legs
I’m using my thing for what it’s for
    Gentle knock upon me door
Mumsy drops her cup of tea
When she sees my wank standing tall and free
(Ah!) The one and only Willy Wanker

Have A good night Lads. pmsl. As you know I take it all in good fun.

    @smartalex

Damn, Park’s team will probably go a long way. I was hoping to have him back soon. Rio was tweeting about the game and he said that Park was getting a lot of shots from the Bahrain players. I hope he is alright.

  82. FletchTHEMAN says:

  83. Xyth says:

Bexks would walk all the way to Manchester if only Fergie would have him back. As it is, he is only trying to get the best of the other options. Can’t really blame him!

  84. TinManUnited says:

  89. smartalex says:

    A great goal from Pogba.
Sir Alex, Sir Bobby, Paddy and David Gill there.

  90. MyCowIsTheBest says:

    nice goal from pogba!

  91. smartalex says:

    Costas
We miss Park and we want him back. Sooner rather than later. Although I really want him to do well, and come back firing. And if he were to return a winner, that surge could give us the impetus needed to drive for the 19th, maybe more.

  92. Samuel - united WE stand says:

This is ridiculous, who seriously gives a flying fuck about his new hair style? football should be football not fashion, the hype expands even more i see, can we wait and see if he Can hack it in the fast paced premier league, i really don’t see why he’s moving to spurs, fact is redknapp is getting becks in just for the sake of publicity and one last chance to manage a famous player, not really for the benefit of spurs, but hey that’s my opinion.

  93. fergie is the boss says:

LOL arsenal say the future belongs to them, WOW aston villa 10 arsenal 1. Canrtwait for the future for arsenal if scorelines are like this LOL

  94. Samuel - united WE stand says:

@ f.i.t.b – i wouldn’t read much into that if i were you, its the reserves so a long way to go yet to know if a young player will make it, but i agree that arsenal do overhype there young players too much and they end up getting shipped out, they’ve brought a japanese young player and he is being compared to c.ronaldo already

  95. fergie is the boss says:

Samuel – united WE stand – dont worry I aint rerading much into it, but it is still hilerious when I see arsenal creamed 10 1, especially when they are hyped has the best youth team in the UK. What does make me laugh the media never rated CR7 when he was 18, heck even wenger himself said ronaldo was 2 expensive when I thought at the time we got the bargain of the century. Still the media go on and on about how much proft wenger got for anelka which does get old now

  96. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

Congrats on the 4th kid Becks! Raise him/her into United fan please. If i’m not wrong, the 2nd one is a chelsea fan. Come on Becks, do your daddy job well-focus.

  97. Ash says:

Hope our youth team wins the fa cup youth trophy this season.btwn anyone know why didnt morrison play today. But pogba keane, tucuncliff(sry dont know his spelling) and especially that italian centre back looked great.I think his name is fornaisser(again dont tknow the spelling lol)

  98. ajopaul says:

Welcome back becks to England, we will always love you.

  99. jespermoses says:

Dunno why you lot are all wishing him good luck.Spurs are a threat to our title challenge.I would have thought he’d have gone to a club that wasn’t in direct competition with us tbh.

  100. Costas says:

Lets see if he actually plays for them. Don’t see Spurs as potential title challengers. Not with the Ch.League in their agenda.

  101. Gorse Hill Red says:

Imagine if he does play against us, hope Rafael kicks him into row z. Him and the ridiculous media circus that follows him everywhere. No wonder Fergie and Scholes used to get so pissed off.

  102. United says:

    Spurs are not title challengers…

Don’t believe the media, its us, City, Arsenal

  103. AlphaRS says:

    @Gorse Hill Red
That’s the first sensible comment on this thread.
Yes Beckham contributed to some success at United but no fcukin way is he a Legend and for anyone to say so is putting players like Scholes and Giggsy to shame.
Can’t believe how quick people forget the circumstances he left United under and some ofthe thongs he said like he never said he would end his career at United or how he couldn’t play for any other Premiership club other than United. Then a few weeks later he is wearing a Tottenham shirt.
Beckham might have been in it for the football in the beginning but as soon as he got married it was all about fame and fortune. Not about football.
Legends are in it for the football and not the money.
If ever anyone doubts this look at his move from Real Madrid to LA Galaxy. It was purely for the Beckham brand and for the money. He wasn’t concerned about his football career or playin for his beloved Ingurlund.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t begrude him chasing the money but to make out like this guy has some kinda amazing loyalty to United or is a United Legend is a joke.
    That is all.

  104. johnboy says:

couldn’t agree more alpha – the geezer is a top bloke, and what he’s done for english football has been great, but to call him a utd Legend is a joke. Yes he was part of the great Utd teams, but the moment he upped and left for Madrid at the peak of his career meant he cant be a legend, just like ronaldo.

giggs, scholes and even neville – they are true Utd legends

  105. Always Be Closing says:

Much like your post, quite the joke.

I regard him as a legend, and up yours for being so bent on trying to sully his name.

I believe he wanted to end his career at United, but sadly couldn’t. The guy loves football, what has he got to gain by promoting this stupid “brand” people are chattering about? What benefit is that going to bring about when he’s already so rich?

He’s not playing for Spurs, he’s training with them – just like he trained with Arsenal.

  106. parryheid says:

    Always be closing.

Think your asking the wrong person what he has to gain, and it’s brand Victoria that’s the brains of the organization she is Jordan without the tit’s (oop’s forgot about David) stand by for the every other day update’s on the pregnancy will it be a princess? and sixteen week’s later Yes it is rapture till’s tinkling think I’m making this up? Wait and see.

  107. United says:

Wow, its the whole is he a legend is he not sh*t again.

We wouldn’t have won what we did during the period without him, he was loyal till SAF didn’t want him around, yes his wife was a pain but he NEVER let us down.

Way too many bitters when it comes to Beckham, you guys sound like Liverpool fans

  108. indiandevil says:

Beck’s will always have a special place in our history no matter what he does from now on. But possibly that place could have been on par with Giggsy and Scholsy had he been with us.

Anyways guys do read this :

    http://www.thehardtackle.com/index.php/man-united%e2%80%99s-corner-surpassing-the-cult-barrier/

  109. Gorse Hill Red says:

The whole Brand Beckham circus was an utter joke and massive distraction away from football. It’s one of the reasons why Fergie was not too bothered when he left and the reason why most genuine fans were not too fussed either.

To put Beckham in the legendary status is insulting to the likes of Cantona, Charlton, Best, Law, Robson, Giggs, Keane and Scholes who in my eye are true legends of this great club. Maybe if you around ten at the time of 1999 people will regard Beckham as a legend due to the weekly pages of Match magazine.

Don’t get me wrong I will be the first to clap if he plays at Old Trafford; he is ex United after all, but a legend? Well you can fuck right off.

  110. AlphaRS says:

    @Always Be Closing
Up mine? Why thank you for your kind words. Is this something you like to do?
You are quite welcome to call him a Legend. However, I disagree.
If Beckham wanted to end his career at United then why did he say that he never said he would end his career at United?
Also The Beckham brand has much to gain. People who make money want to make even more money. People who are famous want to come ever more popular. There are many examples of this in the world today.
Is he not playing for Tottenham? Just training? Then what if ‘Arry gets his way and he starts playing for Tottenham? He will be playing for Tottenham then won’t he? Unless he is gonna refuse because he has so much loyalty for United.
I bet you had tears in your eyes when he pulled that great PR stunt of putting that green and gold scarf around his neck infront of the Stretford end and then claiming he had no idea what it meant. Yeah some United Legend there!

    @parryheid
I’m waiting for the media circus surrounding the new Beckham on the way. Daily updates on progress. Perhaps Victoria will be on Twitter so her fans can follow her progress. Oh no wait that won’t make any money. Sell to the highest bidder for an exclusive. That’ll make some money…! Ha.

    @Gorse Hill Red
    10 years old…! LMAO!!!!
Apparently Beckham is level with Cantona, Charlton, Best, Law, Robson, Giggs, Keane and Scholes…!
I think some of our faithful need to have a rethink about that one. Ha.

  111. wayne says:

beckham contributed to utds success but lets not kid ourselves he had a ltd skill set, take away his crossing ablity and free kicks he wouldn’t have even been a premier league player.george best’s classic quote sums beckham up
“he cannot kick with his left foot,he cannot head a ball,he cannot tackle and doesn’t score many goals, apart from that he’s alright.pretty well sums beckham up to a tee
beckham was a good player in a very good team, not a legend

  112. Zed says:

He didn’t make his ‘I never said I wouldn’t leave Utd’ comment to try and get a transfer – He made it once he had been pushed out.

And considering how his every word is in the paper he really doesn’t say a lot wrong! Vocally supporting the Green and gold campaign would have screwed up any chance of him ever having any kind of role at utd – but him wearing the scarf gave world wide publicity to the campaign

He made it clear he wanted to come back to utd but if fergie don’t want him he really has no other choice than to train/ play for another club

The man is a Utd legend – the manner in which he talks about Utd on such a regular basis makes him probably the most influential embassador of our club – and for everyone who says he is all about the money – he could probably be get paid for that!

  113. MG says:

    Beckham was pure class

But that class had a trade off that he wanted more in life and so chose to be a celebrity more than a footballer

The truth is that he was and still is entitled to that – we are Manchester United fans and we know that he is one too – but he is a player who is entitled to change his mind for the betterment of his family and his himself – we however do not go changing clubs when the going gets tough for us.

No one doubts his passion but to say it’s SAF fault for kicking him out is at best premature. I don’t want to go into it again because I have done so already but Beckham called SAF bluff – and SAF sold him.

Beckham isn’t the only player that has called SAF bluff. SO many have done and so many have failed. Other’s like Pique Forlan Ronaldo have gone with his blessings for all sorts of different reasons and have flourished respectively – though in Ronaldo’s case we all know that he wanted to go.

Beckham was and still is a part of United history – no matter what if you like him or don’t you cannot deny him that – but he wasn’t a legend – a legend by definition is a player that will literally die for the club – and Beckham at the end didn’t want to do that

It’s understandable – I mean why beat around the bush – he did it for personal gain and he has literally done it over and over again – hell he fucked Madrid when he decided to take all that money and go to the Galaxy!

Let’s just remember him for what he was – and what he was – was beyond words for United. But ultimately you only have to look at his football after he left United – the man was never the same player again – he never achieved so much and never had that aura about him – the one that he had when he wore the 7 shirt for United. But maybe his significant world standing because he has one and none of us can deny that and his wealth justifies his decisions of doing all what he has done.

At the end good luck to him – there will never be another much like a Ronaldo or a Cantona – they all were exceptional players in their own right with varying degrees of talent and skill. In their own way the were destructive.

One chose to finish with the game because their was nothing after Manchester United

One chose to walk away to better himself

One had a dream other than United

In a nutshell this is exactly how all roads lead to us – we are still here.

  114. Costas says:

Sorry, but if Cantona is a United legend, Beckham is too. It’s not just about quality. Both players were influential for us (Eric more than David of course), but one was at the club for 5 years and the other was for 12. Don’t get why Cantona deserves to be called a United legend more than Beckham.

At the end of the day, it’s up to everyone’s own perspective what constitutes a United legend I guess.

  115. King Eric says:

Gorse Hill and Alpha – Spot on lads. Great player for us but a legend my arse.

  116. smartalex says:

Legend – an extremely famous or notorious person, esp. in a particular field.
Hero – a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities.

Seems to me that a fan chooses his heroes. Legends are chosen by all.

Is David Beckham an extremely famous person? Yes.
Is he your hero? You are free to choose.

  117. MG says:

they not the were destructive – typo

  118. MG says:

    Costas

Kebabs are legend – and no disagrement their

    ;)

  119. Costas says:

    @MG

    That’s the only guarantee. :D

  120. smartalex says:

    Foot is leg end.

  121. AlphaRS says:

    William Prunier – Legend…!

  122. AlphaRS says:

Eric Djemba Djemba – Proper Legend…!

  123. smartalex says:

    Wayne
How dare you… just kidding mate!

  124. willierednut says:

    I am legend.

  125. Aig alex is god says:

Dzeko “i have heard most fans in manchester are man city fans” . Oh dear

  126. smartalex says:

    Willegendaryrednut
    Your infamy abounds.

  127. smartalex says:

    …or should that be Willegendaryredsmith.

  128. willierednut says:

Tell Dzeko, Vida will fucking eat em!

  129. United says:

    Dzeko, hahahaha FUNNY COMMENTS

  130. fergie is the boss says:

Costas – It is an irony with both ronaldo and beckham for me.

    - beckham I do not think he was a great united player , a quality playet but becks was a legend.

    - Ronaldo was a great united player I never considered CR7 a legend because he saw the grass was greener the other side.

I never had a problem with brand beckham when he was at united, what becks never done he never was a two face SOB, by flurting with the fascists through out his career. He was always commited to the club.

  131. Costas says:

Taibi is the biggest legend of them all, if we are going to bastardize the conversation.

As for Dzeko, didn’t expect anything less. You’d be surprised how wide spread the proganda about Manchester being “their city” is. Plus, don’t expect anything classy when Gary Cook is writing your arrival statement. Dzeko will get his answer next month.

    @FITB

I think you might spark a whole new debate with that, lol. I’ll just say that it’s not only about being a top quality player. For me, and for what he contributed for 12 years, Irwin could be classified as a legend too. It’s all a matter of perspective..

  132. parryheid says:

Forget Beck’s,get to the rumour.s United are being reported about to bid for Flash Gordon any truth?

  133. willierednut says:

Irwin is a legend. Lee Martin is a leg end.

  134. Costas says:

Sure. Martin’s leg did put an end to Fergie’s dry spell at United. ;)

  135. fergie is the boss says:

Costas – true there. cantona may not have been here for 10 years, but what he gave to the club and changed the clubs fortunes, he is a legend no questions asked

  136. willierednut says:

He played his part, but SAF changed the clubs fortunes.

  137. fergie is the boss says:

willierednut – he started the wildfire, and from then on the rest is history

  138. willierednut says:

    Burning bush?

  139. Costas says:

We know that Michael Knighton was the real architect of the club’s revival. :P

  140. willierednut says:

Na, he just seen a few space ships.

  141. fergie is the boss says:

I wonder what knighton is doing now

  142. willierednut says:

    He’s on Mars.

  143. Costas says:

    Shooting the Total Recall remake?

  144. willierednut says:

    Get your ass to Mars.

  145. MG says:

Talking about Total Recall they are – Hollywood that is – apparently remaking it with Colin Farrell

Fuck me can’t they leave classics as they are…

  146. willierednut says:

Colin Farrell drunk in Mars? Could be good.

  147. Costas says:

See you at the parti Ricter.

Yeah, just heard the other day that Farrell will star in the Remake. What a joke. Never do a remake from an old film starring Stallone or the Governator.

  148. Costas says:

    *party*

  149. willierednut says:

I got 5 kids to feed.

  150. Costas says:

    Consider this the divorce.

  151. fergie is the boss says:

MG – remakes are nothing new, like nightmare of elm street, friday the 13th, psycho, halloween, the list is endless. It annoys me, but what can we do when directors use other PPL’s hard work to make a phew extra bucks

  152. willierednut says:

We’re going ever so slightly of topic lads. Colin Farrel a legend? Not for me.

  153. Costas says:

Not even going to bother watching the Karate Kid remake. THey should have had Paul Scholes as the teacher…

  154. smartalex says:

Scholes probably has Anderson polishing his car.

  155. Costas says:

Get him a body bag. Yeah!

  156. RedScot says:

I hope he plays on Sunday that would be just the best! I bet if he scored the winner! lol.
He would do a Denis Law and hang his head in shame when an Icon sent us down to the second Division.
He is a United legend!(Beckam) lmao.
That word(Icon) which means so much is bandied around like sweeties, he is a Sweetie.

  157. Mark says:

Welcome back to England Beckham. You are my hero and you are a legend too.

    Good luck.

  158. wayne says:

In regards to remaking classics there’s a whole generation out there who have never seen the originals it’ll make money, same as classic records,I hate steve martin for remaking pink panther, peter sellers a legend
@costas new k.kid is not bad will smiths kid is the new k.ki
    ,

  159. Costas says:

    @wayne

Yeah, I’ve heard details about it. Nothing against Smith’s son or Jackie Chan of course, but I really liked the original one and I don’t feel like watching the story retold. As profitable as remakes may be, you can’t recreate magic imo.

  160. DanS says:

162 comments for a photo, christ! Why have some people even bothered commenting…

  161. Dave Malaysia says:

Beckham is a legend here at United.

Beckham is a brand ,he cultivated it.

He is no longer the player he use to be but can still influence games some.

He chose to leave and shud not have turned around to say he was surprised.

He made decisions that made him rich, made him more famous, put L.A galaxy on the map , made madrid millions but it did not help his career much.

There is a circus around him.

I did think he might do well on loan back with United.Fergie dosent think so.

He is desparately trying to make something of his football thats left, wants to play for england.
    hope he makes it.

he shud not have said only United for him in the league and go back on that.

Love and respect for the man though.Peace.

  162. Dave Malaysia says:

@MG , I have tried on the laptop but cant make the damm smiley.grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr dammit
