PICTURE: Kuszczak Signs For Brighton

“There were clubs in England and abroad interested in Tomasz, but it says a lot for the ambition of this club that he wanted to sign for Brighton,” said Gus Poyet. “We had been tracking his progress for some time and he will provide real competition to both Casper Ankergren and Peter Brezovan for the goalkeeper’s jersey this coming season – and that can only be a good thing for the team moving forward.”

And he reckons he had the quality to be united number 1, but then moves to Brighton to be a back up keeper there. Cheers pig

Bye dude, see you in the FA Cup or something. For what it’s worth, I liked you better than Foster.

  8. Costas says:

Just another case of the stars alligning for England in this competition. Chiellini is out of the game.

  9. United Till I Die says:

Never did call him Pig, but I will say in parting he sure bloody looks like one haha. As for Gus his gormless mug should come with a warning. Can’t stand the sight of him the inbred bastard.

He’s not going to sign for brighton in order to be a back up, he’ll be a starter. Kuszscak is decent but just not to the standards required at the highest level. Good luck

  13. FletchTHEMAN says:

Best of luck to Kuszczak. Under appreciated, moody, but did the business on several occasions and a worthy backup. Not a United No.1. Maybe it was to his credit that he was never happy as the back up keeper. So comes to the end slightly unsavory back story at United. Just glad he has found a club and I
    wish him luck.

  21. Sandeep1878 says:

    Redhot,

I dont think we gonna buy Ibra, to start with we wont shell so many millions and second, he may be a very light shadow of King Cantona according to you ;)

Rooney fealen his oats. Deliver 5 goal in the last 5 PL games until a extra time grat goal 5 of 6 year PL champ. Now with a winning goal lifting his starved, over zellious nation. He says watch me , we are good. I am unstopable in you must out do me. Just hitting his prime. With 6 games in midseason to slow his goal haul. With himself linking the MF to himself. He still has his best goal scoring season 36. Some eat their young.

  27. CedarsDevil says:

    Morning shit stains

Good luck to PIG, never really had what it takes to make it at United….Just hope he can get along with a cunt of a manager

  28. Sandeep1878 says:

    Cedars,

    Morning my friend..

  29. CedarsDevil says:

    Morning Sandy baby

  30. CedarsDevil says:

So Zlatan scores a cracker and now some want him at United?? Fuck me sideways, the guy is not United quality…. Hardly ever turns up in big games like the CL for example. I remember when we played Inter, Zlatan was a bag of shit in both games

  31. Louis says:

Have to agree with Cedars. Asking for Ibra after one game is ridiculous. We already know hes good, but goes missing too often. I think Wilhelmson looked even better, but hes too old too. What about Montolivo? Always liked him.

  32. Jeet says:

Sell Hernandez, buy the latest Apple lingerie – the sensational, sensuous, last word in erotic football – the i-Bra!!!

  33. Balaji Sivaraman says:

No hard feelings, Tom! You just weren’t good enough.

Cedars, This is the summer. Everyone wants their favorite player at United.

That said, Ibrahimovic is an asshole of the highest order. The cunt simply isn’t good enough to produce the goods when it matters most. But people talk as if he is on the same plane as Ronaldo and Messi. Those two are on a different planet when compared to this arrogant bastard. He is like a smaller version of Mario Balotelli. Thinks he is the next coming of Jesus. I absolutely fucking hate him.

  34. CedarsDevil says:

    Balaji

Spot fucking on my friend……..Some even saying he could be our next Cantona!! WHAT???

    Jeet

The iBra?? Ha ha ha, just spilled my coffee you fuck

  35. Balaji Sivaraman says:

God, I could write a complete thesis on why I hate Ibrahimovic so much. Egotistic bastard. Each time I see him, something wells up inside me and I just want to smack him a new one.

    Jeet, The i-Bra. LOL!

  36. Jeet says:

Morning, fuckwits – let’s welcome another mad, merry, Red day!!!

    Cedars – :)

  37. Jeet says:

Balaji, in fact one of the biggest reasons why I would be very sceptical of Pep’s managerial acumen is the very simple question – who, apart from a madman, would ever want to swap Eto for that useless lampost?

  38. Panderi says:

    Balaji,

I think Ibra has been pretty good in this tournament mate. Was the best player on the pitch against Ukraine. Scored a goal, hit the post and set up two gilt edged chances in the dying minutes which were missed. Also decent against England. That said, I have never seen him deliver in a big match for any club he’s played for. And I wouldn’t want him anywhere near United. Next Cantona? Yeah right fuck off..

Stayed up until past midnight to watch Wayne and Danny boy, on a shitty live stream and I’m still pissed off at the dross England served up. I know Scotty Parker gets brought up a lot of times here, but once again what the fuck is he doing in the starting 11? Stevie me puts in a couple of good crosses and he’s fucking man of the match? England’s midfield 2 is probably the worst in the Euros except Ireland. I can understand putting 10 men behind the ball against France but now you’re scared of Ukraine too ? I’m not a fan of the dodgy Italians but I’ll love it if they smash England.

  39. CedarsDevil says:

The Euros are like the drink who do not like but still gives you a kick……….Cannot wait for my ultimate drink and drug that is United……..Fuck I miss the lads…. Another season with Scholes, what a pleasure

    Jeet

Its mad summer time mate, life without United is boring to say the least even though its just a game!!!

  40. Panderi says:

Oh and all the best at Brighton Tom. Maybe we’ll see you back in the premier league sometime. I hope that racist scumbag manager of yours gets sacked before that though..

  41. CedarsDevil says:

Here’s wishing our Jimmy James aka The Noise a safe trip……….Bugger is flying to Cyprus for his holiday… Pity I cannot be there, what a piss take that would have been

  42. Jeet says:

But Cedars, isn’t United just a club? ;)

  44. CedarsDevil says:

Yes Jeet and our children are just kids, Nigella is just another chef, Robson is just another football player, George Best just wore the shirt, Duncan Edwards was just another young man……

  52. Balaji Sivaraman says:

I fucking hate it when any arrogant and troublesome player who comes through is compared to Cantona. First of all, Cantona is King, so no comparisons there. Secondly, his football talent was second to none and cunts like Ibrahimovic and Balotelli aren’t even worthy of sucking his dick. Thirdly, he was, is and always will be an honorable person. Sure, he was arrogant but so is any player who is sure of the greatness of his talent as Cantona was. But he also respected those around him and his manager. He was always controllable and the one time he lost his control was to defend his honor against some stupid cunt at Crystal Palace.

He always respected the fans and the manager and in general was the sort of person who you’d love to be mates with. In contrast, cunts like the clown Mario and i-Bra “only” love themselves. They don’t have the talent. They don’t respect fans or the manager. They don’t respect fellow players. They just think too highly of themselves. In essence, the only thing they share with Cantona is the arrogance and that too without having the talent to show for it.

And bloody British newspapers have the gall to compare these clueless fuckers with The King. Fuck them, that pisses me off more than anything else in the whole word. There is, was, and always will be only one Eric Cantona. The rest can just suck his dick.

  53. Balaji Sivaraman says:

On second thought, the rest aren’t even worthy of sucking his dick.

  54. CedarsDevil says:

    Balaji

That’s what I am talking about mate……….Let it all out……

    Ibra like Cantona my dick

  55. CedarsDevil says:

By the way Cantona was not arrogant, he was just special and he knew it……..Collar up and then fuck off

  56. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

There is not a hope of us signing him. Overrated and overpaid.

  57. Brigadier19 says:

Arrivederci Thomas, good luck and all the best. Thanks for the moments. :)

  58. Bobby Charlton's combover says:

    Headlines:

ROONEY: NOBODY WILL WANT TO FACE US

    HODGSON HAILS ROONEY’S CHARACTER

    GERRARD: ENGLAND ARE GAINING MOMENTUM

    ROONEY HAILS ‘BRILLIANT’ GERRARD

After getting out of an easy group with stumbling performances it’s
all getting to people’s heads. England are beginning to get carried
away on waves of their own hype.

As for Rooney’s ‘no-one will want to play us’ I honestly think they would be the team others would most like to play against.

  59. Balaji Sivaraman says:

I always say this but the only other sports team that can match the English football team in terms of media hype is the Indian cricket team. Football is to England what Cricket is to India. And the national team will suck for large parts everywhere. The Indian team will get buttraped in Australia and then come inside the subcontinent and win a bloody tournament against Bangladesh and the media will go all giddy on them. The same applies to the English football team as well. (TBF, the English have a habit of hyping anything, be it the English T20 WC victory or Andy Murray beating a wildcard in straight sets at Wimbledon or England scraping through from what was a relatively easy group at the Euros). All they have to do is get a small thing right and the media will start to wank all over them.

In reality, it is extremely sad that they do that. The media in both countries is made up of extremes without any middle ground at all. That is the main problem.

  60. Panderi says:

Why the fuck are people getting on Ashley Young’s back? He’s not had a great tournament but what do you expect him to do when the midfield can’t keep possession for 2 minutes and he has to do defensive work 80% of the game? If he’s that poor why not start with Downing against Italy?

  61. Panderi says:

    Balaji,

Spot on about the Indian cricket team mate. Don’t think you can find a better comparision. But we did win the world cup last year. Maybe its England’s turn to win a major tournament this year ? :D

  62. Redbilly says:

Cedars- Haha just watched the video. The chest beater he is. I imagine he’s a tad noisy .

  63. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Panderi, We were at home mate. Huge advantage. Don’t think we would’ve done it if that wasn’t the case. Just look at us in 2015, I doubt we’ll get anywhere with given that it’s in Oceania and we have exactly 0 players who can play in such conditions against top-class bowlers. Pretty much the same with England as well. Their only WC victory came in their own backyard (with a real quality team, might I add) in 1966. (Not that understanding the conditions matters in football like it does in Cricket.) They don’t have the technical quality to play with the top of Europe anymore, just like the Indian cricket team.

Yet, the media wanks over them. I just don’t know why that is the case. Are these people completely oblivious to the fact that their team simply isn’t good enough?

  64. philco says:

Tom, goodluck at Brighton. A real step up in your career. A team with a proper manager.lol.

And dont get me started on I Bra…..
More of an Over the Shoulder Boulder Holder. Hangs about up front, doesnt do a lot but sometimes nice things happen when you see him.

    Never utd class.

  65. King Eric says:

    Morning all.

    All the best Thomas.

Fuck off ITV you fucking set of cunts. “Bionic Parker”. That big nosed cunt Townsend silent every time a United player is praised. Wamking over Stevie Me every minute. “Heroics of JT”. Fuck off he was at fault in the first place. Disgusting commentary. That rentboy Townsend cannot bring himself to praise a United player, the jealous cunt. How giddy are folk getting now? Italy will turn them over.

  66. slim says:

what utter travesty. it’s blasphemy. putting the King name. and “look at my long hair” Ibrahimovic. transfer fever is at an all time high.

  67. King Eric says:

Actually liked PIG as a person. Quite an amusing character.

  68. King Eric says:

I would rather surgically remove my own testicles than have that arrogant cunt Zlatan at United. Greasy cunt.

  69. King Eric says:

Touche – Zlatan has played for very good sides and luckily won a lot of pots but has hardly been chief contributor to any of them. I detest the arrogant bastard.

  70. Harish says:

    Balaji

Yeah Indian media and british media are one at the same. But atleast our cricket team performs well unlike the english football team. The only time I remember us performing like shit was in 07 WC in Windies. But we overcame that and won the T20 WC . :)

  71. King Eric says:

Cedars – Hello mate. You well? Ha I didnt make that last game of season when James was on and I nearly spat my coffee out when it panned to him beating his chest. Absolute quality.

  72. King Eric says:

Bit gutted about this Kuszczak move. We could have brought Tony Grealish and Steve “headband” Foster the other way to United as part of the deal.

  73. Harish says:

    Balaji

Indian cricket team>>>>> English football team.

  74. Panderi says:

    Balaji

I’d have agreed with you a month ago that England have absolutely no chance of winning this thing, but Chelsea’s CL win has convinced me that they can ;)

  75. WillieRedNut says:

    Morning fucktoids!

  76. denton davey says:

    Wenger speaks:

“If you want to know why I am so certain is that Robin will remain with us is because there is no reason in this world why a great player like Van Persie should go and play for you, in Italy and in your competition.
“Your football (Serie A) is at an inferior level to the Premier League.”

    Gotta love it !

  77. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Harish, Don’t agree mate. I have immense love for Cricket and am patriotic about my country. But my feelings towards Indian cricket and the BCCI mirror the feelings of United fans towards the F.A. and British football. The entire bureaucratic structure has become a farce and everything is far too political. I did celebrate India’s victory last year but it truly was solely because we played at home. Put that same team anywhere else and we would’ve found it really difficult to cope under different conditions. Look at how we played in England and Australia, we were fucked beyond belief and this was supposed to be an easy-to-beat Australian team as well. Truly, the amount of politics in Indian cricket is beyond belief. I have zero respect for the entire structure but will support my team FWIW!

  78. OHH AHH Cantona says:

Now Tomasz shut up moaning and good luck to ya

  79. Touché says:

    King Erik:
His goal stats beg to differ…
No one wants him here, for obvious reasons, but that doesn’t make him a bad player. How some of you can have so much hate for someone you don’t know is quite remarkable.

  80. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Now I need to “sportsperson” to hate him. Seriously, where do you people come from. These are public figures. I can love and hate them for no apparent reason. They were prepared for that when they entered the public view. Some love Ibrahimovic for no apparent reason. I hate him because he is an arrogant bastard with little balls to perform when it matters most. Ibra will care little that I hate him though. I have Ashley Cole though I’ve never met. I don’t need to have met John Terry to know that he is the biggest cunt in the world. See, you don’t need to “know” someone personally to “know” their characters. I am just starting to “know” Cedars personally and have never met him, but I would say that this is a guy I just love being mates with. Same goes for half of the ROM members though I don’t “know” them personally.

  81. ClaytonBlackmoresTan says:

    Fuck off you twuntish PIG.

Always looked ropey and still think he tried to throw it at Slackburn. He’s no Taibi…

  82. Harish says:

    Balaji

we will agree to disagree mate. Yeah The F.A and BCCI are same but our cricket team has much talented players than english football team. I don’t want this to be a cricket banter as its a football blog but as much as our media loves our team they equally underestimates our success. SO what if it is in home soil. A win is a win. We defeated australia, pakistan and srilanka to be crowned as champion so we deserved it in my books. Even other teams only perform well in their home.
But yeah the best team I have witnesses is the Australian team which was captianed by great steve waugh. They used to win every where but currently every country is best playing at their home.

  83. Touché says:

Oh FFS. You speak to people on ROM regularly, ergo you know what they stand for and their views on many things. You read stuff about Cashley and Terry in the media, things that could make anyone loathe them. Whatever, if it makes you feel big and strong inside go for it!

  84. King Eric says:

Clayton Blackmore’s Tan – Alright pal. Agree about Blackburn away season before last. It was a piss take . Dwelling on the ball for ridiculous amounts of time and almost letting them in twice. Horrorshow that day by the Pole.

  85. Jeet says:

    @Willie: “fucktoids” is classic! :)

    …as is Monsieur’s rant !!

  86. Robbo says:

Gonna miss PIG. He gave us a an emotional roller coast ride every game he played.
My heart doctor will be pleased though!

On a positive note, Welbeck signing a 4 year contract after the Euros.

The future is so bright I gotta wear shades.

Ibra is a self centered bastard, but a brilliant footballer. Strong, fast and a technique most would kill for. Eight league titles in a row, please don’t make yourself look silly.

That’s the thing! Look people, calm down, I know that I said he reminds me of Cantona. First of all, we have our opinions, second take it easy it’s not like Cantona would step up for you and defend you.

i know Cantona is classier, legend, king, superior and more of a complete football than Ibra yes, but if Ibra played for us, you would be comparing him with him because of his arrogance and goals and celebrations. So calm down, you can always just imagine, because there is similarities between the two of them. I never said we should buy!!!!

And if it was up to my money, F””K YES I would buy him!!! SO THAT*S my opinion, but that doesn’t mean I am a gloryhunter or just recently found United. Been United supporter for 14 years and Becks was the reason for my support, and I grown with the team. ANd I know we are not up to arrogance.

And for them who said, just because Ibra scores 1 goal we say we should buy him. NO. He has scored similar goals for years so it’s not like that. We can share our opinions, and just speculate. Like you can see the downside of Ibra would be that he is self-centered, but we all were supporting Tevez and look how he became!!! so you never KNOW how the person would react!

Let people share their opinions guys!

  88. King Eric says:

A line from the Daily Mail ‘s match report from last night:

“Defensively England were terrific. John Terry was magnificent, just as he was against France. Just as he almost always is in an England shirt.”

Are these cunts serious? He is apalling and getting worse by the game. A fucking liability

  89. wayne says:

Ibra a big nosed wanker fuck why are we talking about him coming surely that’s not making the press, why the fuck would Utd want that cunt

  90. Jeet says:

@WeAreUnited: fair play then….i hope you dont resent my instinctive desire to call him a “lump of shit” though…:)

I know he scores some awesome goals…just not my cup of tea – find him too lazy, disappears on many occasions, a bit of a bottler probably and fuck the attitude

To each their own though, so like I said, fair play to you, mate!

  91. King Eric says:

See all the cunts like this Gorilla bastard going into overdrive about Stevie fucking Me. Fuck off, Townsend was at it all night:

    http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/euro2012/article-2161809/Euro-2012-Martin-Samuel–Steven-Gerrard-new-leader-Englands-band.html

  92. WillieRedNut says:

That cunt Hansen got me angry last night. Talking up all the defenders, then having a pop at Young. England were very lucky not to concede last night. In fact, they did concede, but the dumb fuck extra official had a Wenger moment and didn’t see it! Love how Hansen doesn’t mention Terry was caught out in the lead up to that clearance. Lets see how many times the Lampard non goal gets mentioned by the media in the UK? Even though, Germany spanked them silly. Errrrrrr

    Jeet says:

NO of course call him what you want, just don’t slate people for their opinions, not saying you are doing so, but some does her.

Look I have seen a live game of him playing, and he was SHIT on that game :D but then, I like his style of play, he scores goals, wonder goals and he wins everyhere he goes and I hope he doesn’t end at CITY, but I also don’t like his personality, but what can you do. for me I don’t mind you know. Just like Ronaldo, for me it’s not a problem. Though I can’t stand arrogance, but for some players, they need that arrogance so they can play better.

But you gotta admit that if he would play here, you would make those comparison, and maybe if he was here with Ferguson he would change his personality or SAF would change his hahahah. Either way he would get a shoe into his head to wake up :P

  94. Balaji Sivaraman says:

“How some of you can have so much hate for someone you don’t know is quite remarkable.”

“Whatever, if it makes you feel big and strong inside go for it!”

Look, it’s nothing personal but I hate snide, condescending crap like that.

Hating on a player is not new on any forum. I hate Ibrahimovic and I hate Balotelli. Do I need reasons? I fucking don’t. That is the beauty of it because these guys are public figures. I can hate them because I can. I don’t do it because I need to feel big and strong. I just do it because I can. I think Balotelli is a perfect candidate for institutionalization and I think no less of that arrogant bastard Ibrahimovic. I don’t think they are talented footaballers and I wouldn’t touch them with a ten foot pole even for free. There are no pre-requisites to doing it.

Now, if you don’t mind, you continue judging other members of this forum (people you have never met) while I continue to hate Ibrahimovic for the cunt he is.

As for Townsend, do not get me started mate, I fucking detest the ugly fuck with a passion

  96. redbilly says:

mmmmmmmmmmmmmm england believing the hype. could go all the way . Its a sure way to a choker. Terry is still captain in his own miind. cunt

  97. WeAreUnited says:

Just touching a little the subject of Balotelli, he is a player with potential but the guy is CRAZY, Loco :D of course you can hate him as you want,

but what TOUCHE is trying to say is, you don’t know him, that’s why it’s a bit strange to hate people you don’t know, but then you dont need a reason to know him to hate him when you are this public in the WEB:D

  98. CedarsDevil says:

I cannot believe that some are still going on about Ibra!! Fucking cunt is seriously not worthy of a discussion

  99. Jeet says:

Slow day, Cedars… better topic, let’s discuss Stroootman ;0

  100. WeAreUnited says:

Why just because you say so?

We all support United, but as a football fan I like players with football intelligence and great goals and character, so why not?

It’s like those who AAAALWYAS compares Ronaldo and Messi, why not just enjoy football?

  101. wayne says:

If we knew half this fucks probably hate them more, don’t see what’s strange about hating players who don’t play for Utd seems fucking natural to me

  102. WeAreUnited says:

And also there is no news for us so, ebtter than discussing why Gerrard and terry were so great for England :P when England played like crap.

  103. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

Much rather discuss Nigella’s tits mate

  104. CedarsDevil says:

    wayne

Spot on mate…………May be Tevez is a nice guy after all and we should love him

  105. WeAreUnited says:

Well the point wasn’t who is nice and who you would be friends too.

Like it or not Ibracadabra is a great player with football intelligence!

As a person he seems very arrogant and probably for 99% he is that. And you can hate him for that reason, though you don’t know him, so in that way it’s a bit loco to think like that, and I am not talking about him becaues I am the greatest fan of him, NO,

    I AM NOT,

I just enjoy what he does on the pitch with those amazing goals and plays and tricks. I enjoy the football and the character.

  106. WeAreUnited says:

    I

would bet all my money that if he’d play for us you would be singing and chanting his name, and saying yes he is arrogant, but he has skills and so on…..

So don’t be hypocrite, like with Ronaldo, as soon as he went you started slating him ( not all), but that’s a different topic, with different reasons.

  107. CedarsDevil says:

    Redbilly

Glad you enjoyed it mate………The little fucker always gets in trouble with the stewards for being too noisy……United legend he is

  108. fergie is the boss says:

CedarsDevil – well any guy that has done what he does, putting signs up etc, is a horrible piece of work

  109. fergie is the boss says:

WeAreUnited – yea united really need moody players who flopped at barca, because the workrate temperament and style was not up to the standards. Ibra is a good player but I would not touch him with a badgepole

  110. CedarsDevil says:

    WeAreUnited

Fuck me sideways you’re so righteous its unreal……..I seriously hope that people actually listen to you when you speak

  111. Balaji Sivaraman says:

WeAreUnited, Thing is mate, I didn’t like the condescending way in which Touche spoke about hating players.

You can love as a player Ibrahimovic all you want. I don’t have a problem with that. I personally don’t rate him too highly as a player as well. I saw him play for Barca/Inter quite a lot and always thought, “How does this guy generate comparisons with Messi and Ronaldo? Are people fucking mad?” I don’t think he is a great footballer, a very good one maybe, but definitely not in the bracket of those two and even our own Wayne Rooney. Added to that, as I said, he is an arrogant bastard, so he lacks the character as well. All in all, I absolutely hate him an don’t want him anywhere near Old Trafford. Furthermore, I am happy because I don’t think that move is ever going to happen.

Plus, the second part of your post is way off. We don’t hate Ibrahimovic because he is an asshole, we just don’t like him as a footballer.

Just like calling anybody who wants Ibrahimovic at United a fanboy is wrong, calling anybody who doesn’t want him at United a hypocrite is equally wrong.

  112. WeAreUnited says:

I never said we need the player! I just said imagine him doing that at United, scoring goals and winning 8 in a row, well a moody player yes!!!!

Not saying we should get him, if it was up to me, I dont care what you say, I would get him. PERIOD.

TEVEZ WAS A CUNT, we sand his name and now he did what he did, so in football you never know what it would be turned.

SO if Ibra signed right now for us, you would make an adress for taking him off???? F¨¨¨NO, you would be happy and say he wins everywhere!

I never said sign him up FERGIE :D just take it easy mates. hahahah

  113. Cyril Sneer says:

Oh please, like I need to meet someone to know if I hate them or not. I never met Pol Pot but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t like him.

Personally, I find the likes of JT and Balotelli more amusing than hateful. I can appreciate a proper cunty bastard. It’s guys like Townsend I can’t stand, snidey snivelling toadies… That said, I absolutely despise StevieMe so there you have it.

On the flip side, I can also love someone without meeting them so it balances out. Like Cheryl Cole for example… :)

  114. CedarsDevil says:

What next? Saying leeds fans are ‘nice’ and we should love them?? Na, much rather stick with my current attitude………Zlatan is a cunt that I would never want anywhere near United

  115. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Cyril, In the latter case, my list would be humongous, uncountable, infinite, and any other adjective you can think of.

  116. WeAreUnited says:

    BALAJI,

that’s fair enough, now I got you, of course, and I respect that, that’s the beauty of football. Maybe I understood you wrong or said it wrong. For me he is a great player, with some problems hahah.

ANd no, Ibra is not near with MEssi and Ronaldo.

But now I understand you, and maybe you understand where I am coming from also, and what I am trying to say. You gotta admit that you would be exited if he would be signed for us, anyway.

NO hate man!, just discussing after all we support United

  117. WeAreUnited says:

The beauty of football is that everyone has his idea and visions of football. That’s why it’s hard to say why something is what it is.

  118. Cyril Sneer says:

Balaji – Ya see, it all works out. Besides, if you love more people than you hate that’s got to be better eh?

  119. wayne says:

Fuck me didn’t realize Ibra was the next Bestie every time I watch him goes missing for long periods never seen him do amy tricks and his specialty is scoring ugly goals
Must be talking about a different player to the overrated wanker I’ve seen in CL matches

  120. WeAreUnited says:

Well, I also hate all the cunts of Liverpool starting from StevieG, but then as a football fan, I know what he is capable off, that’s what I am trying to say.

For example I NEVER like Raul as a type or his style of play, just hit me offf, don’t ask me why, but I knew that he is a great player I appreciated his work and play.

    Do you get it? hahaha

  121. Jeet says:

Aww fuck it, you lot – We are Man United, we hate who we want!

  122. CedarsDevil says:

    wayne

You know shit mate…….Ibra cunt is the next messiah and we should all worship him…….. Please do not call him names, its wrong because you do not know him

  123. Jeet says:

@Stroot Sneer: Teaching the laws of karma to an Indian? The cheek on you!

  124. Jeet says:

    OOH AAH – i-BRA !!!

  125. Cyril Sneer says:

@Jeet – Karma? I don’t know anything about that, but I do know a bit about Cheryl Cole…

  126. CedarsDevil says:

You hate Liverpool cunts? Why? Do you know them personally?

  127. Mikekelly12 says:

    Eh up bell ends
Who’s this Lazio teenager we’ve signed?

  128. WeAreUnited says:

scores ugly goals?? fuck no, and only MESSI is capable of being 89 minutes in the game so you notice him so, take it easy.

nobody said don’t call his name, nobody said he is the messiah? NOBODY,

fuckin hell, I don’t care who you hate hahahahahha, for me hate SAF also, I don’t care, shit, I just tried to defend TOUCHE’s opinion hahhaha and got for it, I also hate some players.

I am not your father or anything, just don’t hate UNITED :P for me is the same, just sometiems is good to realise that there are other players also outside United, and you can apprecuate football.

  129. Jeet says:

    Hooray!!! We signed someone!!!

  130. CedarsDevil says:

Indians are gods of sorts, I mean seriously, their food is heavenly……..Just so many of them fuckers around its unreal

  131. Balaji Sivaraman says:

WeAreUnited, Unfortunately, you are wrong mate. I absolutely would not be excited if we signed him. He is the anti-United just like Ronaldo was the anti-United. At least, Ronaldo played for us from a young age and he was a real good player, so I could overlook his bad qualities. Not sure I can do that with Ibrahimovic because as I said, I just don’t rate him highly as a player. So, no excitement from me if we signed him, which, in reality, is ever going to happen.

Cyril, I am pretty sure the population of hot females in the public (and even private) eye is much larger than the population of cunty men like Terry, Cole etc. So, I win! I do love more people than I hate.

  132. WeAreUnited says:

CedarsDevil , that’s funny yes, but I was just trying to explain that you cannot hate without knowing, fuckin hell this is crazy, not explaining anymore anything.

    CMON UNITED CMON 20!!!

CMON IBRA!!! oh wait, I hurt your feelings cause for me Ibra is a great players, oops sorry guys

  133. WeAreUnited says:

Balaji yes i get what you trying to say, and that’s your opinion. period, fine for me no problem :)

    let’s concentrate in United.

  134. CedarsDevil says:

    Mike

No fucking clue dip shit……. By the way, the ankle biter is on his way, fucker might be thrown off the plane

  135. wayne says:

Gerrard is a scouse cunt who should have his balls cut off end of story.

  136. Balaji Sivaraman says:

wayne, What gave you the impression that Gerrard has balls at all mate?

  137. CedarsDevil says:

    WeAreUnited

Ya whatever pal, enough with them smiley thingies, makes you look a bigger fool to be honest

  138. samuel - united WE stand says:

I read some ukrainian press criticising Rooney for not playing pele. Ok, with all due respect to wayne and his undoubted talent, i don’t think he’s anywhere close to the brazilian. Pele is a 3time world champion, the comparisons need to diminish.

  139. samuel - united WE stand says:

    *For not playing like pele

  140. WeAreUnited says:

    now for smiley thingies? thingies?

:D :D :D :D :D bigger fool for having my opinion? so you have perfect opinions? all should have same opinions with you cmon mate,

be real, fuckin hell. for me you lookin a bigger fool then me, when you say like that

  141. WeAreUnited says:

how can a miley thingie annoy you, is it too immature for you, cmon man, we supporting the same team, this was only talkign about Ibra who is a person who you either hate or love, period.

don’t start being personal with me. never said wnythign bad abpout you, until my other post

  142. Balaji Sivaraman says:

samuel, I think any comparison between present and past players need to diminish. There is no way anyone who plays in today’s circumstances can be compared with anyone who played in the 60s and 70s. It’s just a different time. That is the reason why I always say to all of my less-knowledgeable friends that I know Messi would not hold a candle on George Best. The latter played at a time when little protection was offered apart from shin guards and you could get the shit kicked out of you. Still, no defender could touch him with a 10-foot pole. Nowadays, players (especially strikers) get so much protection it is unfathomable. No disrespect to Messi, Ronaldo etc., there’s no way they hold any comparison to greats like Pele, Best, Beckenbaur etc.

I say the same thing about cricket as well. There is no way Sachin Tendulkar is even a shadow of Sunil Gavaskar. The latter played against the fiery West Indies fast bowlers at a time with no helmets and produced some of the stunning knocks ever known to cricket. Same for any player who played in that time especially greats like Sir Viv Richards. Nobody from the present generation can hold a candle to such players.

Sadly, we always love comparisons. It is not going to stop any time soon. But I generally feel that no present player should ever be compared to people who’ve set the standards for that particular sport.

  143. CedarsDevil says:

Yeah, come on man………Lets just tweet and make up

  144. samuel - united WE stand says:

Ibrahimovic is undoubtedly world class. His attitude can sometimes be questioned but his ability never. That goal against france last night can only be executed by footballing technicians, he had the confidence to do that and that shows what he’s capable of. Every club he’s been to around europe he has had success, scored bucket loads of goals e.t.c. Sometimes great players can’t always express, it make ibra no flop. Quality player that may be detested due to his moody personality while playing but then again, no fan knows him beyond the pitch.

  145. Panderi says:

Shebby Singh is the new director of football at Blckburn.. :D :D .. If you thought Steve Kean was bad Blackburn are now well and truly fucked.. I’m sure people here who watch the ESPN broadcast of the league know who this clown is.. Fuck me, Blackburn are the new comedy club.. Oh and he’s said Steve Kean’s job is safe.. :D

  146. Panderi says:

ESPN’s broadcast of the premier league in Asia*

  147. CedarsDevil says:

    Samuel

World class?? Really? How so……….Please do tell, perhaps I am following the wrong sport

  148. WeAreUnited says:

maybe tht’s the solution, fuckin Ibra broe our relationship, now I hate him for that and smiley for you :)

    hahaha

  149. AlphaRS says:

    Ibra > Berba

  150. Mikekelly12 says:

    Cedars
    17-year-old midfielder Danilo Cataldi?
Ankle biter will be pissed when he lands in Larnaca. He’ll fall off the plane when it opens it’s doors!! You nipping over to see him?

  151. CedarsDevil says:

    WeAreUnited

That is funny shit, got me pissing all over my self

  152. WeAreUnited says:

    THANK YOU

    samuel – united WE stand

we are always on the same page with opinions, thank YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    fuckin hell finally someone

  153. WeAreUnited says:

    hahaha

Cedars yeah a bit crazy fuckin Ibra hahahahahahha

  154. FletchTHEMAN says:

“He was unbelievable, so good I never thought that I’d play for United again” -Nicky Butt

Must read on Juan Sebastian Veron by AndyMitten

  155. CedarsDevil says:

    Mike

Sadly no, little fucker might be visiting me mum though………Doubt if the fucker will make it mate, probably be thrown over in the sea for making too much noise

  156. CedarsDevil says:

Now where the fuck is my Willie??? FUCK!!

By the way Jeet is a complete nut job, I vouch for him……….Love the fucker to bits

  157. jeet says:

    Thank you, Cedars

  158. jeet says:

@panderi: does that mean we’ll be spared the sight of his twitchers on tv? Sandeep broke the news to me last night, and we LMAOed like clowns on acid

  159. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

No mate. we should all thank Costas

  160. jeet says:

    Thank you, Corporal Costas

  161. samuel - united WE stand says:

Cedars – don’t let his personality cloud your judgement, look at his natural ability and tell me why he is not amongst the very best currently playing.

He’s built like a powerhouse, an imposing figure in and around the 18yard box. his first touch, awareness, vision, intricate passing skills are evident. He’s never settled at one big club but he’s always performed for each one of them (ajax, ac milan, juventus). His move to Barca didn’t work out as well because he fell out with pep and probably messi and you know you can’t upset the golden boy from argentina. Despite that, he still scored at least 19goals (not entirely accurate with this) and won the title. He’s not the most loved character in football but then again, those that succeed in football always have a dark side to them. His all round ability is unquestionable for me, perhaps he hasn’t always stepped up in some games, especially against english opposition and that obviously points to the reason why fans underestimate him but for natural ability (and i’ve watched him for a long time) i think he’s quality.

People say he isn’t messi or Ronaldo but then how many players can reach their level at the moment?. Not many can match the likes of xavi and iniesta let alone those two. I think the likes of ibrahimovic, wayne Rooney e.t.c are the ones just about trying to get close to the consistency of these players.

Like i said, his attitude doesn’t seem great, he seems easy to detest but we don’t know nothing about him off the pitch.

After saying all these, i don’t think united would ever sign him and he’s not needed.

  162. CedarsDevil says:

He made Corporal?? Flukey bastard, probably greeced his way through it all

  163. Panderi says:

    Jeet,

I’m kind of disappointed he’s leaving mate.. Watching him and scouse cunt Steve McMahon together was absolute comedy gold.. :D Looks like all the laughter is going out of football.. ‘Arry, Kenny and now Shebby.. :(

I really feel sorry for Blackburn fans though. Venkys have reduced that club to an absolute fucking farce.. Won’t surprise me if they go out of business pretty soon the way things are going..

  164. CedarsDevil says:

    Sammy Sam Samuel

Well, you see I like you even though I do not know you……..Now if you think for one minute that I would read that essay of yours than you must be mad mate………….If you want to like Ibra than be my guest, personally I hate the cunt

  165. jeet says:

@panderi: well, you’ll still have burridge on tv

  166. Singh7 says:

@FletchTHEMAN …I read that this morning and was really good .It’s so true he was the right player at the wrong time for us but i still loved him and always wished him to do better having said that his second season at Utd was much better than the first .
I remember reading an interview with him saying that it was his and not Utds fault for him not having a bigger impact and. for wandering the streets of Manchester at all times of the night wondering what was going wrong with his game ….
I dont care what anyone says but to me he was quality and never moaned about his stay at Utd ..

  167. wayne says:

Never seen fifa 12 does it give a break down of the attributes of all the players?

  168. CedarsDevil says:

Fifa 12? Is that the one where we see Platini being shagged up the ass in 3 D???

  169. WeAreUnited says:

    WOw what prejudgement

Cedars I started liking you a little, but dude, are you just trying to provoke others or what? First you ask why he is world class,

and samuel gives you an world class answer, then you being like a cunt, no offense.

liek it or not, what samuel has written is a perfect answer to the question is he a great player.

for the question, do we need him, I also say NO, for the question would I, not you, want him here, YES.

PEACE. and a smiley for you Cedars :)

  170. samuel - united WE stand says:

It’s a shame that some people severely lack in intelligence but then again, this is the internet where stupid animals roam and camouflage effectively.

  171. CedarsDevil says:

    WeAreUnited

You started liking me? I feel so honoured mate

  172. wayne says:

Never a truer word spoken Samuel I agree 100 percent

  173. WeAreUnited says:

I don’t know Samuel, but I have noticed that some here have been longer on this forum and feel better here,

so they can and will stick with their opinions that you are an asshole if you think other then the forumist, so I don’t know.

For the intelligence part, I don’t want to start all over again, cause I just started getting along with cedars, just a little. :) :) :)

  174. jeet says:

…And some are man eating carnivores

  175. CedarsDevil says:

    Sammy Sam

I agree, most people out there are dumb fucks

  176. WeAreUnited says:

No problem Cedars, I know you are honoured :) :)

  177. samuel - united WE stand says:

Cedars – my bad but it’s not an essay mate, it’s an accurate assessment of ibrahimovic’s ability and secondly, i do not hate or like anyone i’ve never met, i simply judge a player on ability alone. My united tinted glasses are off when it comes to that. In my opinion, based on his ability, i can’t really question him but i’m sure he’s not everyone’s favourite buddy and i certainly do not know him, perhaps he’s a cunt, i don’t know.

  178. CedarsDevil says:

    Sammy Sam

No need to over analyse mate, the guy is a cunt………..Now crucify me for saying that

  179. samuel - united WE stand says:

Cedars – crucifiy?, we don’t live on the land of the barbarians lol. Of course he may be a cunt like many players are, it’s your view after all. I don’t think anyone should criticise you based on how you feel about him and like i said previously, he doesn’t give the impression of a likable character but for me, i don’t know the guy.

  180. redindian says:

if venky’s goes out of business, where will i get chicken nuggets from ??? :O i guess their CEO thinks Shebby Singh is an all knowing legendary footballer just cuz he’s on TV… has he even played football????

  181. Ash says:

Tell me how different is Ibra to berba. Berba is equally better but was never given a proper chance to shine. If he was getting game time I can bet he would have scored plenty classic goals. Berba’s time at united can be compared with Ibra’s time at BARCA.

And for the records Rooney is much better than Ibra.

  182. CedarsDevil says:

    WeAreUnited

No worries mate, just avoid me, I am just an uptight bastard

  183. Ash says:

United Topic- I just hope we don’t give up on macheda so soon. He is just 20 and deserves a chance. I hope we send him on loan to a good club where he gets chance to play regularly.

  184. CedarsDevil says:

    Sammy Sam

Would love to be a Barbarian mate………..Raw meat and killing for fun, what could be better eh??

  185. Redbilly says:

Poor old Blackburn . It gets worse .

  186. Cyril Sneer says:

Alright, I’ll settle this for y’alls so you can get along nicely.

Zlatan is a twat but he’s a funny twat so that makes him a great character. Behold the wisdom of Zlatan:

Zlatan – “First I went left, he did too. Then I went right, and he did too. Then I went left again, and he went to buy a hot dog.”

Reporter – “Is your playing style Swedish or Yugoslavian?”
    Zlatan – “It’s Zlatan-style.”

Reporter – “You’ve got some scars on your face, Zlatan. What has happened?”
Zlatan – “Well…I don’t know…you’ll have to ask your wife about that”

Zlatan – “Absolutely not. I have ordered a plane. It is much faster.” (Zlatan about the rumour that he bought a super-Porsche)

Reporter – “Do you think it’s even possible for Ajax to lose nine points in nine games?”
Zlatan – “According to my calculations it is possible to lose nine points in only three games.”

Reporter – “What would you name your son?”
    Zlatan – “Zlatan Jr.”

Zlatan (about how time stopped as he stood waiting on the side line to come in against Argentina in the World Cup.) – “You could have punched me in the face, I wouldn’t have noticed.”

Reporter – “How many one night stands have you had in total?”
Zlatan – “I don’t do that stuff. For me it is romance and love…right?”

Zlatan (Answer to criticism from John Carew that Zlatan’s moves are pointless.) – “What Carew does with a football, I can do with an orange.”

“Arsene Wenger asked me to have a trial with Arsenal when I was 17. I turned it down. Zlatan doesn’t do auditions.”

When asked by a female reporter about rumours he is gay: “Come over to my house with your sister, baby, and I’ll show you who’s gay!”

  187. AlphaRS says:

Makes me laugh that all these boys who were blowing smoke up Berbas arse are saying Ibra is a cnut. Ha :D
Ibra is a better player than Berba. For a start look how many feckin trophies he has won…!
He might be a moody cnut on the pitch but I like that about him. He doesn’t give a shit what anyone thinks about him.
Berba was a waste of money. £30 odd million and how many games did he start?
Never fit in to the United system of play.

  188. CedarsDevil says:

    Cyril

Your full of tits mate, that was crap bollocks of the highest order…………Sending Nigella after you

  189. Cyril Sneer says:

Cedars – Please do, I love Nigella. she’s actually one of my best friends and her sexy food talk makes me very happy.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrDhYiWXTp4

  190. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Who the fuck is Shebby Singh.

Ibrahimovic is a tournament player. You like to see players like that at big tournaments because they can produce the unexpected. He comes across as a total bell end but as an individual footballer certainly up there. Can’t even argue he isn’t a team player. He’s won the league 9 years out of 11 or something.

@ Fletch – Cheers for that link. A great footballer has called it a day. Can’t believe its been 11 years since we signed him. It was a great shame it din’t work out. I thought we should have kept him the summer we decided to sell him to chelski. Always be fond off his goals vs Olympiakos and l’arse especially.

@ Cedars. – I have nothing to say about the northern branch of the chelski rentboys belligerent racist munich chanting supporters club with free oatcakes for members who attend meetings.

  191. Ash says:

One goal and ibra becomes the greatest footballer. Hell no one said a thing when danny scored against sweden. :)

  192. CedarsDevil says:

    Cyril

Just spoke to them….err I mean to her……….

    NRD

Come on mate Stoke are OK, play like shit, have crap fans, idiot for a manager but still a decent football club!! Or are they???? ha ha ha ha

  193. CedarsDevil says:

    Cyril

I would die a happy man on her breasts mate

    Has anyone been sold yet?

  195. WeAreUnited says:

Well Ash, Danny Welbeck hoipefully will score more that kind of goals, he is a top player also and becoming even better.

For Ibra, it is not his first goal like that, he is a funny arrogant player who doesn’t like the press/media, that’s why he keeps playing games with them and becomes a bit arrogant in our eyes.

Just read what myself, Samuel we are united and alphaRs has said and you will get it.

Meantime http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BUhBwOrHKVI watch this and you see he isn’t an asshole as you all think, maybe it’s only towards the people he doesn’t like, this Ibra thing wen too far guys,

Why can’t you just admit that a player with finesse skills and loads of goals and tittles is A great player.

  196. Cyril Sneer says:

Cedars – She’s definitely top of the “yummy mummy” list and still looks good for 52. No summer on the ROM is complete without Nigella :)

  197. Ash says:

    WeAreUnited

Dude calm down. I didn’t say Ibra is a bad player. No doubt he is a quality player but my point is We don’t need him. Honestly I have never been so impressed by his play. What bothers me is when some say he is equal or better than rooney. Ibra for majority times goes missing in big games. But again I will say looking at his goal scoring record he is a quality striker but I don’t think we need him.

  198. King Eric says:

I REALLY do not seee this world class Ibra bollocks. He is fucking lazy and saunters about like billy big balls. Oh and AlphaRS why the Ibra greater than Berba thing? Berbatov is a United player at this moment and a class act. That lanky ponytailed cunt is an arrogant bastard who thinks he is it. No need to throw that Berba cheap shot in just to get a rise.

  199. CedarsDevil says:

    Cyril

Too right, too fucking right mate

  200. CedarsDevil says:

    King Eric

But you do not know him personally, therefore you cannot call him a cunt!!! Let me do it for you, he is a cunt of the highest order

  201. AlphaRS says:

    @WeAreUnited
If Ibra was called Berba these boys would be calling him the best player in the world…! Ha.
That goal he scored against France could only be performed by someone with a top level of technical ability. The same people that call him a cnut would be cumming in their pants if that was Berba. Makes me laugh.
As for some saying that was his only good goal..?! Says it all really…!
    The guy is top class.

  202. samuel - united WE stand says:

Not the berba issue dug up yet again. He’s leaving, he has had his chance to prove his worth and didn’t live up to the lofty standards expected from him consistently, Fergie’s lack of trust in him in key games showed that, let it go. Secondly, ibra is not the greatest player ever, i would laugh if anyone suggest such ridiculous nonsense but you suggested it. Ibrahimovic’s quality is clear as it can be, He’s one of the best centre forwards out there, not the greatest ever as you exaggerated nicely.

Cedars – you don’t really want to get into that cave-man routine mate, raw bloody meat? yikes!

  203. NotoriousRedDevil says:

In comes the calvary. Spot on King Eric. Everytime there’s debate about a player whos quality but not a United player everyone has to drag Berba into it to make a point. The other day it was Hazard today is Ibra. Then it transcends into Rooney vs Berba and so on and so on. I’m not surprised the club doesn’t sign many top players for big money. If they don;t score 50 goals and make 36 assists in a season they’re considered flops and wastes of money.

So will anyone answer my question, has anyone been sold yet?

  204. NotoriousRedDevil says:

    @ Cedars – I don’t know John Terry does that mean I can’t call him a cunt?

  205. King Eric says:

Alpha mate. People like Berbatov because he wears the United shirt and in my opinion aside from Giggs and Scholes is the best player technically we have and I don’t like the fact he will be going. Why shouldn’t we call that Swedish streak of piss a cunt? He has nowt to do with United. He has no loyalyty whatsoever, just moves from club to club for a year , picks up trophies as that side is usually at their peak then fucks off for another pay day. Tosser.

  206. WeAreUnited says:

    Look @Ash

I had nothing against you, for me also we don’t need Ibra, but if it was my money and my decision I would go for it. Just saying.

And for Berba, well I appreciate his playing skill and his scoring on that very season, but he lacks Character and that’s why he didn’t make here. Berba seems an honest guy, but then when you think about it, you never know what he really thinks, maybe it’s just for the press.

REMEMBER Berbatov when he wanted out of Tottenham and refused to play??? ANYONE?

Look Ibra is arrogant, that’s it, but a world class, maybe not with ROnaldo and Messi, but near that.

  207. King Eric says:

NRD – Hello pal. Absolutely . Cheap shots at Berbatov everytime.

  208. TheCANTONA says:

Christ, people getting a “temper” debate about Ibra??
    @WeAreUnited:
chill out mate, no need to use word c*nt here (not to people who support the same club as u do)

  209. King Eric says:

samuel – Awaiting your write up of lasts night game pal!!!

  210. AlphaRS says:

    @King Eric
It was a response to someone else posting about how if Berba had the game time at United he would have been just as good as Ibra.
Berba might be close to some United fans hearts but the guy was a flop at United. Simple as.
Cantona has been described as an arrogant by many none United fans but his ability was always acknowledged and respected. Why should it be any different for Ibra?

  211. Ash says:

    WeAreUnited

I know Ibra has scored many goals but my point is no one spoke about signing Ibra before yesterday’s goal. So what does that tell you? One goal he becomes like cantona, rooney etc etc. Thats why i said why no body said a thing about our danny boy when he equally scored a class goal.

Alpha- For your kind information Berba did score a classic goal against liverpool (The hatrick)

  212. AlphaRS says:

    @King Eric
Yes mate you can call him whatever you want.

  213. samuel - united WE stand says:

King eric – to be fair, how many times have people criticised berba for prancing about on the pitch like a prostitute with a tied up shoe-laces but yet produces moment of quality and we all shower him with praise.

Like i’ll say, definition of world class is open to opinions. Throw aside his obvious moody unlikeable character on the pitch, can zlatan’s over-all technique be questioned?. Judge the ability on the ball.

  214. WeAreUnited says:

    That was great comment @AlphaRS

this is what i’m trying to say, we see him arrogant his fans not. Same was with Ronaldo, we supported him others said he was a cunt.

    You see?

  215. AlphaRS says:

    @Ash
He scored a classic goal against Liverpool? How many classic goals has Ibra scored?
I don’t personally think we should sign Ibra. Just appreciate the guy is a top player.

  216. King Eric says:

Ha . Thats it just blame “The United Trio”. Two bob fucking blog:

    http://www.footballtradedirectory.com/news/2012/june/manchester-united-trio-must-improve-if.html

  217. WeAreUnited says:

@Ash I understand what you’re saying, but that’s why GREAT players will make you start talking about them, with the good and the bad,

As for Danny, he is unknown YET, that’s why nobody said anything, and we have seem him score goals like that for United, so it was a no surprise for us,

But then you are right on that, WE should HYpe more our players goals! because bloody hell it was a brilliant goal from DANNY, I was going mental at home.

  218. ClaytonBlackmoresTan says:

King Eric, easy geez. I always give any player countless chances of redemption but when he fecked about that game I nearly smashed up the TV.
Up for next season in a big way- enjoying he Euros to a point- when Danny scored I loved it but that’s about it. Decent for Wazza last night but it may be a stay of execution until they go out.
I love the fact that every pundit bar Roy is giddy at scraping draws- if it was United they’d be calling us lucky, workmanlike and stubborn.

Next season and the flight of the tea towel shirts can’t come swiftly enough- especially as my new season ticket (shared, but I’m still claiming its mine) is in the scoreboard paddock.

Townsend- How’s your medal collection? No-mark Twunt.

  219. King Eric says:

Alpha – 48 league goals in 108 games. Erm not that BAD a flop is it considering thats almost one in two.

When Did I Say he is not a top striker. Read My post and then reply to me.

  222. Cyril Sneer says:

Erm, surely it’s not just about the individual player’s skill? What about environment? Zlatan has a great record in the Spanish/Italian Leagues but would he have as much time on the ball in the Prem?

Berba comes in for criticism over his ‘languid style’ but if he played in a slower league then he would dominate. It’s not just him, look at guys like Forlan and Rossi. They couldn’t do shit in the Prem but stick them in the Italian league and they’re world class.

In my opinion, Zlatan would be no better than Berba in the Premiership, especially at this point in his career.

  223. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ King Eric – Just read that. Ingurland wouldn’t even have won a game if it weren’t for the United boys sticking it in the back of the net. It’s not as if there’s better replacements waiting on the bench. Carroll? Don’t get me started on him. This nations obsession on having a tall CF up top so you can hoof balls to him is one of the main reasons why Ingurland will never be as technically as good as say Spain, Germany, Italy, Holland, Brazil’s of this world.

  224. Ash says:

I again say I rate ibra as a striker eventhough he is not that special. I don’t care about player’s attitude unless its like BALOTEELI OR Tevez’s attitude. My point is we don’t need to spend 30 fucking million on a 30 year old striker.

Alpha,Weareunited and all ibra’s lover boys- I would have never got involved in this argument if not for some one saying he is like cantona or rooney. Thats when My blood boiled. Honestly I rated etoo more than Ibra.

  225. NotoriousRedDevil says:

“Berba might be close to some United fans hearts but the guy was a flop at United. Simple as.”

Had me in stitches that did.

Like I said before if you cost more than £25 million at United and you’re over 25 you best bring 50 goals and 36 assists a season otherwise you’re a flop.

  226. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ Ash – Who (other than Barcelona) doesn’t rate Etoo better than Ibra?

  227. samuel - united WE stand says:

King eric – i was wrecked last night but same old england, nothing new. Terry did not only look cream crackered, he looked like a hobnob soaked in piss. Slow cunt got away with a major clanger yesterday, yet they all claim he’s a brave warrior e.t.c, more like an imbecile made out of tin foil.

Parker, scotty fucking parker. Still can’t pass to save the life of a drowning cat. He made one straight line run when a simple pass would have made things easier. One article said he made a lung bursting run, he looked more like a rat trying to escape a wind tunnel.

I hear muppets saying carroll should start ahead of Rooney and welbeck. Why? because he scored one unmarked header against sweden, the ponderous clumsy fucker did nothing else worthy in that game, appalling all round footballer.

All england’s deficiencies are ripe for the cunning italians to exploit, they’ll be sent packing.

  228. AlphaRS says:

    48 goals in 108 games?
Stat sounds good. Shame he didn’t score many if any against the top teams.
Please don’t tell me Liverpool are a top team and make me throw up…!

Now to direct my anger elsewhere…! :D
All this bollocks about United players in the Ingurlund team is a joke. This is why they just shouldn’t bother because in the end somewhere along the line a United player will be hung out to dry.
It was stand up if you have Man U at Wembley stadium when the United players were on the pitch, Beckham, Ronaldo. This country loves to hate United because we are successful.
These cnuts overlooked the best English midfielder the Premiership has possibly ever seen in Scholes and now they’re doing the same shit with Carrick.

  229. TonyBee says:

    Cyril Sneer says:
@Jeet – Karma? I don’t know anything about that, but I do know a bit about Cheryl Cole…

you fucker …lay off my fantasy bird ……. if anyone gets to do the dirty with her in one of your stories it had better be me or else…..

the thing is with her though….you would take her out and to stop her god awful accent you would just have to fire your purple headed trouser snake into her gob to shut her up….

sigh…getting a touch on here thinking about getting a chew off our Chezza …..hur hur hur

  230. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ samuel – I’d book the day off for when Ingurland play Germany in the semis (sorry Costas). Beating the Italians is as easy as pizza pie.

Just send each member of the squad a brown envelope filled with £50 notes. That should do the job.

Oh Chiellini is injured you say…of course he is ;-)

  232. bayoRed says:

Scott, thanks for the Zlattan Ibrahimovic thread. Sorry to be off topic but Tomas’ move was long overdue, I wonder why we kept him for this long. Didn’t benefit him or us seeing reserve goalkeepers picked before him.

  233. bayoRed says:

Oh its Tomasz, well can’t be blamed only rarely saw the name on a team sheet.

  234. samuel - united WE stand says:

Personally, i would never say Berbatov is a flop. I just feel the price-tag weighed heavily on him, he didn’t really get going till a few seasons later and to be honest, i always felt he lacked something that is required for longevity at the highest level. There’s a reason why maestros like scholes, Giggs, zidane, seedorf, del piero, pirlo, paolo maldini e.t.c all survived under massive pressure and are legends. I think Berbatov has all required technical qualities, i just think he lacks something extra and that’s why his stay at united has been good but could be better.

NRD – It’s treason to turn down a bribe in italy, it’s like turning down Silvio berlusconi secret parties.

  235. TonyBee says:

    becoz yur woth it

  236. TonyBee says:

MrsBee cant understand my obsession with Cheryl Cole.

She said “you take away the fake tits, false teeth, liposuction, botox and the rest of the cosmetic surgery that she’s had and what have you got?”

    “You”. I replied. ….. SIGH….No dinner again tonight…….

  237. Costas says:

One could make the arguement that Tevez was also a better striker than Berbatov. But like Ibrahimovic, he wasn’t United quality when it came to attitude. And that’s 50% of the package, like it or not.

When Ruud left, Ibra and Torres were my 2 prefered choices to replace him. But as history went on to prove, we didn’t need a big centre forward who would be the focal point of our play. We were becoming too predictable that way. So as good as Ibrahimovic is, don’t be so sure he would suit our play…

  238. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ samuel – Well put about Berba. I can’t disagree with some of the statements made about him about not scoring in the big games. 2 vs chelski. A hat trick vs vermin.

He has still scored some important goals for us. The big game tag has been with him as people blame him for being poor vs chelski in 2010, the whole team was poor that day.

However a lot of fans felt he couldn’t step up and fill in for Rooney if Rooney was injured. He goes and does and still gets slated.

I agree with you about his time being better here it should have done but by the same token some of the labels donned upon him by his own fans are way off the mark and bang out of order.

  239. Brendan says:

Any 1 of them England midfielders would walk on the utd midfield , wouldn’t mind gerrard or Parker in our side..

  240. Redhot Concepts says:

Oh fuck! I started this ibra mess, got ppl riled!
Didn’t mean to…must be the anticipation of Goodison park in mind. Cheers lads

  241. AlphaRS says:

    @NRD
I will never forget when SAF played one legged Rooney instead of Berba against Bayern at Old Trafford.
That pretty much told me he wasn’t considered good enough to play against the top teams. I mean SAF even picked Michael Owen ahead of him on the bench Champions League Final 2011.
Obviously the guy is top class though…! :S

  242. WeAreUnited says:

    @Redhot Concepts

I think I started yesterday when I put some similarities between him and Cantona hahahaha.

Shit never thought Tomas Kuszzak would be this missed in his own thread hahahah

Anyway the conclusion is, Ibra is self-centered, arrogant, world-class, not liked by mancunia people and is not wanted at United.

I would be the only one to bring him to United hahah, I don’t care. But I would bring also Messi so, Maybe I buy them at PES13 just to say we have him hahaha.

And as for Eto’o well he is or let’s say was one of the greatest strikers for me.

    Peace.

  243. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ Costas. Well said about the attitude part. We want a good attitude from our players and in this day and age thats becoming increasingly difficult. People have brought up Berba and the way he left Spurs, how the fuck can anyone on here considering the abuse I’ve read directed at that club, that clubs players and former manager compare us to Spurs?

He had the right attitude at United and those who understand the history appreciated that. However I’m not so sure many do feel that way. Type it so it looks good to everyone who reads it. and then state things like

I have an issue with people who say they understand the traditions and values of the clubs and want players to play for the shirt then spout out drivel like Berbatov is a flop, he’s bile, or don’t let the door
    hit you on the arse.

  244. NotoriousRedDevil says:

Good point AlphaRS. But we all know if Rooney had 1% match fitness Fergie would play him He played him injured during the end of season run in. So you have a point. A very good point

But calling him a flop. – Well that’s just a fucking asinine statement. Simple as. ;-)

  245. samuel - united WE stand says:

NRD – He’s the epitome of players that have it but can’t quite impose it. I’ve never agreed with flinging abuse at berba. His attitude is exemplary and he’s the sort of player we want donning the red shirt. I admire his respect for the club when he could have easily done a tevez. he’s a quality player but not one that will take us to where we want to be. The club will demand a good fee for him and rightly so because he’s a very good player, i hope he enjoys the rest of his career, wherever that may be.

  246. Cube says:

Imbrohimovic or how ever you spell his name should be english. Looks great, plenty of promise and then fails to deliver when it matters. Oh and I forgot over-rated. Scores a great goal when it’s all over, story of his life. Plays for himself, not the team just like Robben. They have the ability to be great, but fail because of attitude.

  247. Cyril Sneer says:

If anyone wants a change of pace, you could read my article about belief at Manchester United and how it affects us as fans:

    http://www.agentoffergie.com/2012/06/believe.html

  248. samuel - united WE stand says:

I would rather have a blindfolded turkey in united’s midfield than parker and gerrard.

  249. Costas says:

    @Alpha at 17:38

Hi mate. Well that doesn’t mean Fergie was right about those decisions. ;) Especially choosing Owen instead Berbatov for the final. That was pisstake imo.

    @Notorious

Regarding his Spurs exodus, obviously not his finest moment, but that was also down to Levy playing hardball. I think Berbatov knew that he was going to get sold, but Levy’s constant attempts to raise the fee kept pushing the deal back. The whole transfer sage could have ended a month earlier and with a significantly lower fee. And that’s why it will be a long time before we do business with them again (sorry Modric brigade).

But from then on, at United he showed whether he was a sulk or not, even under more difficult circumstances than those he encountered at Spurs.

  250. Balaji Sivaraman says:

    Samuel, Awesome joke.

  251. FletchTHEMAN says:

    Ibra this Ibra that?!

Move along then! Ibra is a slow version of Berbatov and doesn’t have the dress sense.
The big lug has talent enough for Italy and Spain, but he couldn’t keep up in the EPL.

If Berbatov can’t get a game at United that would tell you something about the Swiss’s chances. Nice goals in a slow league, but no chance in the EPL.

  252. Redhot Concepts says:

Pardon me..I just feel like we have lost a lot of steel, attitude n bullishness. Over e yrs, Robbo, Keano, Sparky, Le King, Incy, Gary, Ronny, a young Wazza have provided us wit ‘Dont fuck with us’ attitude complimented by determination n skills. Miss those days when our players were to hound refs n opponents bout a decision. Vida was sorely missed last season.

That’s where the player ibra came to my mind. No doubt he is nvr e class of King Cantona but he might b worth e trouble. Just a thought.

  253. Fred says:

    The Swiss

  254. Costas says:

Something else about Ibrahimovic. I admit I wasn’t aware of his 8 consecutive titles stat. Pretty impressive. However, when it comes to influential strikers, I find another stat more impressive. Drogba scoring 9 goals in 9 finals for Chelsea. He only failed to score in the final he got sent off at. Guess which one that was. ;) On the other hand, Ibra only came good in this tournament after Sweden got knocked out. :P

  255. NotoriousRedDevil says:

@ Costas – I tried to elaborate on the whole Spurs/Berba on the Hodgson leaving Rio out the squad thread but that descended into a Rooney vs Berba debacle with the usual suspects involved.

I know quite a lot of spurs fans and the thing is it was common knowledge through fans that Berba was to be leaving in the summer of 08. Then the whole Robbie Keane thing happened and Levy reneged on what he promised Berba. If Keane hadn’t of gone then we would have paid what the vermin did for Keane for Berba.

Spurs were left without any top strikers as I believe Defoe wasn’t there at the time. He knew at that point CL qualification was unlikely so tried to make cash through other means. In this case player transfers. Then by highlighting Berba’s sulking deflected all the criticism away from himself and straight to Berba.

At that time Spurs had made some shocking decisions with sacking Jol, the signing of Bent which wasn’t needed, the hiring of Ramos. The used the loyal servant card with Keane, the sulky foreigner with Berba. Made a shitload of cash, and came out with very little damage to their public image. He then used cit-eh to get more out of us.

The same thing is happening with Modric. He can go if a big club comes in and pays the right fee, the only problem is only chelski came in for him last year. Levy wants a bidding war with any of his top players. Now that Real are interested and chelski still are that may well happen this year.

Just watching the Paul Gascoigne story. Can’t believe we missed out on Gazza for a house, car and a sun bed!!! Maybe we should offer modric some vouchers to Tan-tastic!!

  291. CedarsDevil says:

Right, doing a Zibbie here……..i.e. talking to my self ……..

A fit Wee Thomas will be the next best thing at United, I honestly have so much faith in the lad

Was High Hopes by Pink Floyd, just thought it was appropriate with the moment!!

  293. JC says:

Well sorry guys I havent been posting much lately, got broadsided by a left turning pickup truck while on my motorcycle 2 weeks back. Tore up my knee and on a lot of Oxy, etc so I’ve been in and out of it for much of the time. For ME at least, the Euros came at a great time, otherwise I’d just be laying in bed bored off my ass.

  294. CedarsDevil says:

    JC

Damn, that sounds serious mate……..Must be painful as fuck

You haven’t missed much on here, King Eric has a man crush on De Rossi and some are calling Ibra the next Cantona………..Thats about it

  295. JC says:

So to sum it up, no to Ibra that suavely coifed smarmy cunt who I now find out is Swiss… yes to rooney’s new hairdo and good luck to Kus, he gave it a good run (up til that last game at BB) not his fault he wasn’t up to snuff at United.

  296. Mikekelly12 says:

    JC
Fuck me pal. Best wishes for a speedy recovery!
Cedars – good lad. How dya find these things so quickly?!

  297. JC says:

Thx Cedars, it is painful as fuck still, cant sleep most nights without the Oxy but hey it could have been much worse… my leg is still attached, no broken bones or head injuries, because it was a truck it pinned me to the bike instead of flying off or over the hood and no one else was riding with me.

  298. CedarsDevil says:

    Mike

Its easy mate, I am just super talented!!

  299. FletchTHEMAN says:

    JC, Crickey mate.
Quick recovery and all the best.

You being a cat, now down to 8 lives or what. Sheeessh.

  300. CedarsDevil says:

  304. JC says:

    @Fletch – I’m not NOT licking toads lisa… :D

  305. Shebangsthedrums says:

Hugely enjoying watching “one night in Turin”. It’s a great football documentary even though it’s England. The memories, the music, love it. Although always tinged with sadness for me as my dad passed away in 1990, but was also the year I really discovered Manchester United and this club has had a place in my heart ever since.
JC – sounds nasty, wish you a speedy recovery.

  306. Mikekelly12 says:

    Shebangsthedrums
Loving the MADchester tunes! Quality. Loved the two United fans they interviewed getting searched!

  307. Mikekelly12 says:

    Cedars
Your missing some great Robbo footage pal!

  308. WillieRedNut says:

The media were lousy cunts back then. Planting stories. Not much has changed!

  309. WillieRedNut says:

Ah bollox! Robbo’s injured! Gazza was unreal. If he had joined United…..

  310. FletchTHEMAN says:

Not sure any comments are in order, but the run in to our opener will be very busy for OT staff.

OT will host 7 Olympic games over the summer. The last of these only raps up on
Aug 7 according to United’s Mandy Henry. Given that the pitch normally sees 19 EPL matches plus an extra 15 or so for various cups, this is a sizable increase in activity over a very short period of time.

Some have suggested that United requested the first fixture to be away, to give the grounds crew an extra week. Aug 18 Everton being to close to allow any repairs.
Aug 25 Fulham will be the first game and gives the crew 18days. I am sure the grass will be in good condition by the 25th, but if there are complaints about the turf come January, it might be down to the extra wear and tear and the short turn around.

  311. WillieRedNut says:

Are you the missing the link?

  312. Mikekelly12 says:

    Robbo noooooooooooo!

  313. WillieRedNut says:

  316. WillieRedNut says:

England were gifted against Cameroon. Roger Milla! :)

  317. United Till I Die says:

With Ibrahimovic I do rate his record in Italy, but if he scores 1 in 2 until the end of his career he still won’t surpass Shevchenko in his prime. Same thing with Eto – Ibrah replaced him but will he retire with the same league, CL, International goal record? Thats why the R9′s and Ruuds of this world are undeniably world class and players like Ibra spark debates.

Tbh Mario Gomez is on the same level as Ibrahimovic imo, and thats no insult as Gomez has the better goal record Internationally and in CL! Each to their own though.

  318. Walter Sobchak says:

Oh would you shut up about fucking Ibrahimovic.

  319. Sandeep1878 says:

    Morning reds around the world,

    i think the next is,

Shebby singh will appoint that twat McMhon as his number 2 ;)

Holy hell JC, get well mate.

Cheers Lads, is it August yet? No Community Shield this season….eerie, just saying

  324. ididnotzeeit says:

You lot’d be proud. Had a Dipper tell me “they’ve the best defense in the premier league” and I kept a straight face. For my next act, I’ll be turning water into wine ;)

  325. eric keane says:

@balaji : you do know that sachin tendulkar has scored a century in each test playing country right?
He has the technique to play on the moon let alone oceania. He has been dominated in ocenia exactly 0 times and he gave that ass wipe warne nightmares in sharjah. Also you dumbfuck we won the world cup in 83 and that was in england.
Indian cricket team witnessed its golden generation for the past 6 years. And they will carry on. The media is as it is because of idiotic fans such as you.
If you don’t understand cricket and indian cricket on top of it then you should shut the fuck up. Stop taking the high horse. Talk about football and lay off our cricket team,

  326. eric keane says:

@balaji : guys like you do not deserve the genius of sachin tendulkar. Fans like you will always find faults.
Rahul dravid, sachin tendulkar, sourav ganguly. These players are once in a generation players. So enjoy while it lasts. Then you can go back to being the sad petty indian critic.

  327. Andrew says:

I don’t know anything about Brighton, but is Kuszczak going to be their starter? They seemed to have a few goalkeepers on their squad that were all around 30.

  328. Sandeep1878 says:

    easy boys…

  329. Louis says:

Bit of a step dpwn, what!

  330. Harish says:

Lol funny to see the cricket argument still going. Yeah I agree with you eric, Sachin is a class player and he is regarded as the best by many. Only jealous people say he is not great etc etc.

Our people underestimate our cricket team. Everyone talks about engalnd and australia debacle but no one talks about the WC victory which for me was well deserved. Even in the tri series in australia this year we almost qualified for the final if not for the fixed australia-Lanka match. Same with asia cup where those bloody lankans rolled over the bangla boys to deny us in the final spot. People say we are over rated I say we are very much underrated.

  331. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Eric Keane, Way to go in misinterpreting my point and talking respectfully to me as well. That is something I try to do and you’ve done it.

My argument was really simple: Don’t compare present greats with past greats. They lived in a time when the game was evolving and they laid the foundations of the sport that we witness right now. This is true for cricket, football, basketball and any other sport in the world. There is no point comparing Manny Pacquio or some boxer to Muhammad Ali. There’s no point comparing Lebron James to Michael Jordan. There’s no point comparing Lionel Messi to George Best. There’s no point comparing Sachin Tendulkar to Sunil Gavaskar. Those guys were true greats who played at a time when the game was evolving and in more difficult times as well. The players of the present may be supremely talented but comparing them to past greats is grave injustice to the quality of those players.

Virender Sehwag scores a 300 on flat Rawalpindi track and suddenly he is better than Sir Viv. Sachin scores 100 centuries and suddenly he is better than Sir Viv and Sir Don. Kohli plays well in Australia and suddenly he is an amalgam of Sir Viv, Sachin and Sehwag. Lebron beats Kobe’s record and suddenly he is as good as Jordan. Messi does wonders with a once-in-a-generation Barca team and suddenly he better than Pele, Maradona and Best. Rory McIlroy win the U.S. Open with an unforeseeable lead and suddenly he is compared with Tiger.

See where I am going with it. That is what I have a problem with. No doubting the quality of these young players but in no way should they ever be compared with greats.

Oh, and once and for all, don’t try to educate me on cricket. I am not a very big fan of Sachin precisely because some people think he is the be all and end all of cricket, but I do appreciate his quality.

  332. Harish says:

    Balaji

You say past players are better than present generation because they didn’t have any protection or they laid foundation etc etc. But you also have to admit there was no media pressure in the past like it is today. One failure he will be said as a flop or over rated.

You are not a big fan of sachin is your personal thing but the reason you say that you don’t like him that much because everyone says he is the best is pure baseless and pointless. The great Don bradman,Sunil gavaskar,Sir viv richards,Clive lyod,Michael holding,Ian botham,Kapil dev ,Shane warne, glenn mcgrath,Wasim akram,Javed miandad and many other greats of game have said that he is the best. Now they must be knowing much more than us. I consider sachin as a great.

But like you said Comparison should not bemade. The contribution done by Gavaskar and Viv cannot be forgotten. SaChin for me is the best in modern era.

  333. Jeet says:

Can’t believe we spent the whole day debating iBra…
And the past ve present debate comes up again
What next, the Berbabate?? Ohh wait, we’ve had that one too….

Fuck me, I hate off season…at least the Euro q/f-s coming up should make things easier…

  334. Harish says:

I don’t want boring spain to win this tournament. My bet is on Germany.

  335. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Harish, Fair enough mate. Our opinions are different. But at least we go about it in a respectful manner which cannot be said of someone above.

What you said is the essence of my point. Comparisons are disrespectful to both generations of players. Comparisons should never be made across generations. It is an exercise in futility. (The latest fag in cricket is comparing whether Kallis is as good as Sir Gary Sobers.) You want to compare who is the better player between Sachin and Lara or Messi and Ronaldo. Be my guest. They both played/are playing in the same era in the same conditions and as such can be compared.

Just don’t compare them with past greats. You are comparing apples and oranges. People who played in entirely different conditions and different times. There’s no point to it. It is like banging your head on the wall.

Jeet, I say bring back the Stroot.

  336. Harish says:

Balaji- I agree comparing two generation is not fair. To be frank I hate comparison in any field whether past or present.

Ok now lets talk something about football. Germans to win the cup. :)

  337. Harish says:

    http://hereisthecity.com/2012/06/20/what-happened-to-zoran-tosic-after-leaving-manchester-united/?

Honestly I thought Zoran could have clicked in Man united. He should have been given a chance to show hi skills. Still it remains mistery on why zoran was never given a chance

  338. Jeet says:

The Stroot needs The Sneer….mere mortals like us can’t wake him up at odd hours….we risk the eternal StrootCurse

    Hmm…Euros…

Well, a bit of a confession. I’m actually beginning to root for England a little bit simply because there are some United players in there. Some pretty shambolic cunts as well, but look on the bright side and all that, eh?

The other team I’d like to see win it would be Portugal. Because Nani is in there, and Ronnie too. Ronnie may be a bit of a vain cunt at times, but I’ll always have a soft corner for him. By the way anyone noticed this lad Joao Pereira (spelling?). Liked the look of the player (and I’m NOT saying “Fergie sign him up”). And I like the way Portugal play. Attacking and full of flair, always potential for bums off the seat. If only they had some striking options better and deeper than Postiga…

  339. CedarsDevil says:

    Morning shit brains….

So what’s the topic of the day?

  340. Harish says:

    Jeet

I like portugal coz of ronnie and nani. Eventhough my bet is on germany I would love to see a country featruring a united player winning (Except France ,hell evra is not their regular starter). I would be ecstatic if england or portugal wins coz of a united player. I know many don’t like england here but imagine if rooney or nani scores the winner for their in the final and helps them to win. :)

  341. Jeet says:

    @Cedars: Morning mate!

Quick word – my wife in her blessed carelessness packed both our mobiles (same make) into her purse (one of those cavernous jobs that women use) – so don’t waste money texting today…just hope StR doesnt put up a video blog!

  342. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Do you guys actually feel that United players will be in a better mood for the season on a back of a Euro victory?

I certainly think so, though we shouldn’t overestimate the effects of such a victory. But, at least the English lads should come back into the season with their morale completely boosted by the victory.

Having said that, I don’t think we can say that there is a clear favorite in this tournament so far. Even Spain look like they could be beaten this time around which wasn’t the case in 2008 where they were pretty much untouchable. Italy have been making some noises but don’t really think they can go all the way.

England have a great chance especially with what Panderi said yesterday about Chelsea’s CL victory. All they need to do is keep it tight in the back and one of the United players up front are bound to do something to get them a goal. It will be really difficult to beat Spain if they go through Italy. But we said the same about Chelsea and Barcelona and the rent boys did fluke that one, so who knows.

  343. Jeet says:

@Balaji: Don’t you get the feeling that the Barca greats are nearing the end of their cycle? The difference is Messi, clearly. With Pep leaving, it will be interesting to see. Or is it just wishful thinking on my part?

  344. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

Thanks for the heads up mate, wouldn’t want the Mrs to read any of the nasty stuff I send you!! ha ha ha

  345. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Jeet, Oh absolutely mate. Would Chelsea have been able to beat the same Barca team circa 2009? I highly doubt it. Their legs are most certainly on the wane. Messi was the difference last season and take him out, Barcelona would’ve had it slightly more difficult than they did. It wouldn’t be too far to make comparisons to United and Barcelona right now. We’ve been reliant on our greats for far too long and as good as their service is, the human body is ultimately a machine that deteriorates with age. Barcelona will do well to not make the same mistake we’ve made in these past few years.

  346. CedarsDevil says:

Spain will not win this tournament and neither will England……..I can sense a surprise finalist along with probably Germany

  347. Jeet says:

    Thank you Cedars

  348. Harish says:

I think we would be fairing better against barca if we play them in two legged affair. I doubt whether chelsea would have beaten them or madrid in a final.

  349. Panderi says:

    Jeet,

I really can’t look past the “shambolic cunts” when it comes to the English team. I want the United lads to do well, but I really don’t see what difference they can make when the rest of the team is shit. Terry and Stevie Me are fucking cunts but what has really riled me is Scottie fucking Parker being deemed fit to get into the team ahead of Carrick. I hope the Italians turn them over on Sunday.

I personally hope the Germans win it. They are a young team, play fast attacking football. After coming so close in the recent past maybe its their turn now. And I really can’t find any cunts in their squad. If not I hope its Nani, Ronnie and co. That second goal against the dutch reminded me of some we scored b/n 2007-2009.. :)

  350. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

Thanks for the thanks mate, I also want to thank Willie and Costas

  351. Balaji Sivaraman says:

BTW, those linking for a great morning read as they bite into their toast and scrambled eggs, here’s Cyril’s supremely awesome write-up on the word “Believe” and what it means to United fans.

    http://www.agentoffergie.com/2012/06/believe.html

  352. CedarsDevil says:

Got the telly on in the background……Had the movie Con Air playing….Funny thing is, the literal translation of Con Air in Lebanese means Be A Dick!!! ha ha ha

  353. CedarsDevil says:

    Balaji

I read it yesterday, great article

  354. Sandeep1878 says:

    Morning all,

    Jeet,

does that apply to only cedars or all text senders ? :P ha ha ha..

    ##

    Cedars,

Germany will be knocked oout by Greece,

Italy will be knocked out by England, because Manchester United always plays better against the Italians, u got the point? ;) :P

what do they say, two words that every fucking Italian football fan know is Manchester United :) .

    ###

By the way, fuck this off season, porn has consumed too many GBs when we arent playing :P

  355. CedarsDevil says:

Should England progress than they meet the winner of Germany v Greece?? Is that correct?

    Sandy babe

Not into watching porn mate, more like producing it!! ha ha ha

  356. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Ah, that explains it then. I was watching some Middle-Eastern porn a few days ago and a large part of it was vaguely familiar to me. The video focused on the relationships of a middle-aged man and his supremely hot nurse. Even the setting reminded me of Nigella’s Kitchen.

It is all slowly coming together now.

  357. CedarsDevil says:

    Ha ha ha ha

  358. Jeet says:

Sorry, Sandeep – forgot about you…but then your texts are fairly innocuous (Cedars makes himself sound like some sex starved gorrila, which he probably is, for all I know), and besides you would waste less money :)

  359. Jeet says:

    @Balaji: Some “coming together’ I bet ;)

  360. CedarsDevil says:

Sex starved gorilla?? Fuck me sideways…….. I am not into sex, I just make love…..

    Ya baby!!

  361. Sandeep1878 says:

    Cedars,

    You are right,

    its

    QF 2 winners x QF 4 winners

    QF1 = Czech x Portugal
    QF2 = Greece x Germany.
    QF3 = Spain x France.
    QF4 = England x Italy.

    ###

    by the way,

yeah we all know you have been producing them porn and porn stars since a long time and as Balaji put it, everything is coming together now :)

  362. Sandeep1878 says:

    Jeet,

    Sex Starved Gorilla :P ;) :)

    ROFL,

    Cedars,

The ball is in your court and

the balls are in your pants :P

  363. CedarsDevil says:

Frigging Indians, that is what you get on RoM in the mornings……….. Buggers making me out to be a porn star now!!!

    Sandy

So if England do make it past Italy they will surely be fucked by the Germans? Cannot wait

  364. CedarsDevil says:

    Breaking News

This just in…………Cypriot police have arrested an English man nicknamed The Noise in the Western city of Paphos, seems the said man was wearing a United shirt and singing United songs in the streets during the early hours of the morning……..Complaints came in from retired City fans

  365. Jeet says:

    @Cedars: Think of it, mate…

    1. You are 6’4, and if height is an indication of, erm…you catch my drift, right?!
    2. You are bald

Grow a moustache, put on a heavy Rolex, take off the rest, and you would fit right into some of them german/swedish flicks

  366. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

Ha ha ha……..Good thing I won’t walk into a Japanese porn set, fuckers sensor their porn for some bizarre reason!! Not sure but it seems we are off topic here

  367. Jeet says:

yes, and please improve the standards of humor on here…this fucking lowbrow stuff on here is detestable…execrable taste….give me technique, I tell you, we are doomed without technique!

  368. lordrt says:

Hmm seems we are heading for a “San & Jeet” Making a Porno: starring Cedars :P

Well read some news that SAF is now looking at the Liga for some mids, with Gago and Alcantara being linked for a move to OT

  369. CedarsDevil says:

Technique??? Doggy style all the way, grab the hair and shout out loud ‘Fuck ya baby’ !!! ha ha ha

On the other hand you can just beat the shit out of a leeds fan for laughs

  370. CedarsDevil says:

Not sure if I mentioned this before but I fucking detest anything to do with leeds football club……If you do not believe me, then make it a point to visit elland road, especially when UNITED are in town….

Vile hateful bastards sicken the fuck out of me

  371. Balaji Sivaraman says:

Cedars, You’ve been hanging out with TonyBee too much mate. And yeah, doggy style FTW! Nobody does low-brow humor better than our Watson. He’s not posting frequently these days but, fuck it, this place could do with his posts over the summer.

I remember one post where he wrote an entire script for a porn film. Pity nobody produced it. Would’ve made TonyBee rich beyond belief.

  372. CedarsDevil says:

    Balaji

TonyBee is without doubt funny as fuck, like me though he is a dumb fucker……..Him, James and me self in a pub……The mere thought!! We would wreck the place

  373. Dave Malaysia says:

@Balaji Sivaraman: Son, free yourself from hate. Fill your heart with love and see how far u can go.

On ocassion there will be a need to slaughter someone like Tevez, leave the hate for specifics like that , then let go.

Otherwise yr acid will double or triple.

    Be free son.

  374. Dave Malaysia says:

    Where is @MG ?

  375. Dave Malaysia says:

    @MG: Where art thou?

  376. cubs says:

Hello to all own remote control but plugs.

MG be well mate. 2 days ago last we heard eye trouble and he was off to the Dr.

  377. Louis says:
