Not too sure about the V colour – why not white or red?

I’ve only just STARTED getting used to the AIG shirts and now from next season we’l have Aon on our shirt, its going to start looking weird all over again.
I miss the Vodafone jersey so badly now. Not our performances in them though!

It’s pretty neat but I can’t help but feel that it would look much better if the blue strip is red or gold instead.

The picture shown is of a fake shirt, made in Thailand from word of mouth and speculation on what the shirt will look like.
Probably from the same place where those supposed home shirts with white Chevrons were made and the ones with Saudi Telecom as the sponsors.
Lots of these shirts get made, some look like the real ones, but miss off details such as things on the back or design elements specific to the shirt.

One key giveaway on a fake shirt is the way in which its presented.
They always stick the same tags hanging from the arm. These tags arent even on genuine shirts.
They always have them either on a manakin or lying ond a dodgy floor/bed.

The away shirt is black and will replace the blue shirt, given the similar style to the home shirt, I doubt it will have a chevron, if it does, it wont be that colout blue.

I can’t see the point in buying the new shirt if we are just gonna have it for one season.

I hope during this credit crunch they reduce the price!

The away kit is fair if what am seing is black but the v shd be red or white. H’ver we need s.aguerro to bring in some talent. In sir alex we trust though.

With regards to my comments its my view. I have read reports that the V is also a sign for Victory or something like that. If this is true its way over the top for me!

Dreadful … as is the new home shirt … I’m afraid the only new jersey with style and which actually works from a design point of view is the white/red goalkeepers one. The problem with the new jersey’s are basic design issues … for black (the ‘V’) to work on a red backing, with a black round neck, instead of a slight V shape neck shows there should be more subtle alteratins to the one we’ve now got. It looks like a design in an early stage … It’s been a number of years since I’ve liked a Man U kit. I buy the retro classic ones (the yellow and blue being the last one Ipurchased) … we need a new design team ASAP!

I see the pros and cons with Owen… A little… not really… I hate ‘em still… but now I have to see that twat in the ugliest kit I have seen in a long time! Woe is me and you…

Also, It’d make sense if this was our new away shirt as it is a reversed colour of the new away keepers jersey.
