    Lmao, look at Mikel being “forced”. Twat.
    Surprised that Fortune racked up 7 years at United – I always quite liked him though, he wasn’t great but he put in a good shift and wasn’t a twat

  13. Costas says:

    Where’s Manucho?

    @bigphil

    Right. He was a bit like O’Shea. Didn’t excel at any position, but always did the best he could. And I have to say that once CQ came to the club, he found better ways to utilize him as a central midfielder. Lots of respect for Quinton.

  14. Gyan Riggs says:

    I read a story a while back about a United player (bobby Charlton?) that wanted a tenner in raise. Whereupon Sir Matt responded by putting the player on the transferlist to teach him a lesson. Do anyone remember this story and where it was posted?

  15. willierednut says:

    Was It not Denis Law? ^

  16. Gyan Riggs says:

    yes I think your right willie. Was it posted here on ROM?

  17. Gorse Hill Red says:

    Is Hargreaves sitting on a wheel chair while signing?

  18. willierednut says:

    Gyan Giggs – I’m not sure mate. I remember the Law man telling the story. Things have changed, from those days, though.

  19. Saad says:

    I feel bad it didn’t work out for Fanghzhuo Dong. It would’ve been great for United’s popularity in China if we had a marquee Chinese player in our ranks, kinda like how Park Ji-Sung makes United the darling of South Koreans.

  20. Saad says:

    @willie

    You are right. It was the LawMan.

  21. Saad says:

    @Gorse Hill Red

    Harsh…but hilarious, mate!

  22. Zulu-Malta says:

    Those where the days mates, when we used to sign players.

  23. jb123 says:

    Jeez ! John Obi Mikel !! we had him in our hands !!! If we had him now , carrick wouldn’t be playing and that’s a good thing right ?? If only The Chelsea Scum weren’t around !!

  24. 20legend says:

    David Gill strike a pose

  25. willierednut says:

    Some say, Obi Mikel has been missing since he signed for Chelsea. 12 million we got for him? He’s a dud. Great piece of business.

  26. james f says:

    Where’s the legendary Djemba-Djemba?

  27. TheRadLegion says:

    We just signed Gary Neville.

  28. matt says:
