@Stephen – I was merely just mentioning this since someone mentioned signing Deco would be a cheap move, that’s why I put a smiley face at the end of the sentence. I agree, I don’t think we would have any room for Eidur, his best position is to play behind a striker and he’s turning 31 in September. But I do hope my countryman goes to England again, he is a good player and it’s a shame to see him sitting on the bench all the time at Barca. He needs a team where he can play every week, I hope he signs for West Ham and plays for his friend Zola. Fergie was close to buying Eidur from Bolton in 2000 but Chelsea got him first.

Gudjohnsen, I can’t see the point of your name sake, signing him would solve nothing, for me he is an off striker not a midfielder I would rather sign a specialist midfielder rather than a jack of all, master of none.
