Lets hope he starts. The future of Anderson and Possebon is a exciting prospect.

Just need to add Neymar in the summer. GGMU

    This isn’t football manager ffs!

Just saw Possebon and in one word he is steady. He looks like Carrick without the magnificent passing and vision but very steady, good retainment of the ball and distributes it easily and soundly. I think he’s part of united future, but as a main player? I have my reservations.

Haven’t seen him play. He did start in the reserves game which we lost 1-2 but report said he was a steady influence in the centre.

I view this purchase as prospecting in youth to try to get a young alternative to Hargreaves (instead of buying one like Veloso) who can play in DM and other defensive positions later on.

Picture shows a strapping lad for one just turned 19. Was struck by the size of the South Americans (excluding Argentina) and continental Europeans of latin origin versus our British boys in the Champions Youth Cup (U-19). Good to see we got some extra height and size.
