King- totally agree. i guess it is the price we have to pay being supporters of the biggest club in the world. unfortunately, we attract supporters who only know big names- villa, aguero, silva, etc. and they think those players are the end-all-be-all for united. those of us who religiously follow the team know those ‘supporters’ are full of sh*t, but it is tough to hear such nonsense time and time again from people who are a disgrace to the club and proper supporters who ACTUALLY support the team rather than slagging off great players in our squad. what’s even worse is hearing idiots like micheal/manutdslagger2009/danny who think they have greater insight into football than the greatest manager of all time.

Sanj – Yeah I saw that one, he is a fucking disgrace. The sad thing is that the media probably see those kind of comments, assume it is what most United fans think then print it. Thus making it look like we all think United will do shit this season and how we all hate Sir Alex for not buying Villa, Ribery, Benzema and Aguero. In a way as much as it pains me I would settle for UNited NOT winning anything if it means these plastic, glory hunting cunts would fuck off and “support” the next big team. I have wanted to post on that site myself and give “danny” some stick but can’t be arsed, he ain’t the only idiot on there.

Van der Vaart ,like Sneijder, looks very ordinary. Never seen him have a good game. Those two tend to be the standard midfielders that United “should sign” from muppets on 606. Nothing to offer United.

Van Der Vaart is a good player, starts for Holland but I doubt he’d get in our midfield. He never had a chance at Madrid but I think that’s because he has a bad attitude and is very greedy.

@Linvoy: I am not doubting you. I don’t have a negative opinion about him, but SAF has never seemed interested in him. I think that’s the biggest obstacle here.
