Shitty paraded the cup yesterday, they had to call in extra police in plain cloths to move about in the crowd to make up the numbers.

If the bin dippers had won the title, I would have left the country and moved to outer mongolia, to get away from the scouse loving media, I could not be doing with that.

I would like to see Giggsy stay on the staff, he is mr Manchester United, I watched that interview were he said he likes to keep on staff already at the club and that man should be Ryan although for Ryan I would imagine he would need a senior position now he has had a taste of management.

Rooney will flop again at a major championship, he can take as many fitness coaches as he likes on holiday with him, it wont make a blind bit of difference, he will be back home from Rio in 3 games, no doubt about that

The 2 best moments I remember Rio for was the winner against liverpool in the last minute a few years back and the final goal by a SAF side at Old Trafford, he had not scored in years up until that momet either.

I feel bad for Rio,not because he’s leaving,I’m sure he will get a great contract if he decides to come and play in USA,I feel bad because I believe he deserved the chance to say goodbye to the fans (maybe in the last game in Old Trafford).

I’m not sure if Giggs will stay,Van Gaal is a very special character and Ryan deserves respect and a good position inside the club, otherwise, would be better for him if he starts (like Solskjaer) his manager career away from United and wait for a better chance to come back.

Oh the irony of the scouse fans calling Scott bitter on the comments section of the metro article. Standard scouse education at work.

I know I sound like a broken record but I can’t believe they dumped Rio just like that. This is bullshit. The guy had done 12 world class years at the club and has helped bring a truck load of trophies. It’s not like he is useless now like Championship quality. He has plenty to offer. Nesta,Puyol,Lampard,Giggs Scholes,Maldini etc have all been given a chance to end their careers at their clubs. It’s not like Rio doesn’t know he can’t do 40-50 games a season anymore. But at least 1 year extension. Geez, honestly. No respect whatsoever. Bring in world class defenders fine, but keep Rio for cover. No way Jones, Smalling and Evans are on the level that Rio is at. He can be utilized to cover the incoming defenders. Anyway it’s done. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth especially the hating he gets from United fans. He’s not perfect but he loves United and had helped bring so many trophies. I wish him well wherever he ends up. I guess this is the perfect news to complete this nightmare of a season. Guess all the bad things had to be bunched in together. Life goes on

  7. Dev says:

To be fair, Ferdinand should’ve bowed out before he became completely long in the tooth. The writing was already on the wall a few seasons back. The fact that he hasn’t exactly been great this season didn’t help either.

I don’t think that he has been “dumped”, he has already had a testimonial and the club will probably offer him an “ambassadorial” role.

One thing for sure though is he’s not going to Australia, judging from the recent news.
