    Berba does not need an operation. great news for me. Dont think the majority fans who are Berba Slaggers will be too happy with that

    Interestig read on the rotation. I didn’t know that the last time we played the same team in two matches was Barca and West Ham in 2008. While I agree that a team needs to remain fresh all the time, I think that the back 5 must remain constant from now on. It’s the only way they will develop an understanding.

    @AIG:
    Good morning mate. Probably not lol. What can you do though? I feel better that we have as many fit players as possible. Especially in the strikers department. Despite Berba being healthy, I would prefer it if we didn’t loan Kiko out. I think he is someone that Fergie needs to keep a close eye on. If he goes to a country like Spain, I fear that he might loosen up.

    Speaking of loans, has ayone heard what’s the deal with Possebon? I looked at wikopedia last night and I saw that he has only started one game for Braga this season. Is he injured?

    Martin Edwards has always stated that that Mark Robins goal had nothing to do with the manager keeping his job that they were fully behind the direction Alex Ferguson was taking the club, there was no way in blue cheese hell anyone could of taught what was gonna happen over the next 20 years

    Morning my friend.

    I was surprised by the kiko rumour but i want him to go and dont want him to go.Cant decide on that. He clearly hasnt done much this season adn hasnt exactly done as well as he was expected to after his blockbuster entry last season. Agree that chances have been limited and for that he needs first team games which clearly wont be the case at United. Same for Welbeck although it seems SAF prefers Welbeck more than kiko these days. So Kiko is 5th choice striker. However given the fears surrounding Berba and Owens injury prone nature you are spot on. We need as many fit strikers as possible.Maybe kiko can improve if he goes out on loan by playing week in week out. Just look at Cleverley. Difficult to call on that one.

    @Costas

    Possebon supposedly coming back after a failed Sporting Braga loan. But that he picked up an injury and that would have cost him some time to recuperate from ( the fear was it was a ACL injury but I havent heard anything after that) But now in the reserves with Petrucci’s back in action after an 8 month injury (growth-spurt) we should wait a little longer in Possebon. I’m sure he’s still in Fergie’s plan. Saw him last year in one of the Carling Cup matches with Rafael and Anderson and those 3 really put on a show together, neat touches and all
    I think the loan is done and he did play one match, 30 odd minutes i think, of shit football but its believed it was due to this injury. Braga didnt take any chances and cancelled the loan. One thing is for sure Sporting Braga will never get a player on laon from manchester united again sending a kid who some believe is better than carrick out with an injury taking him off and sending him home , could of fecked up the kids football life

  6. Gotta hate tiny tears says:

    Micheal “injury prone” Owen got taking off one match injuried and was fit for the next. Anyone who had a chance at picking up this 29 year old and didnt *cough* FSW *couch* is an idiot

    @GHTT:
    Morning. I think it has become a myth that sensationalistic tabloids like to refer to once in a while. The young startlet who came to Fergie’s rescue. Martin Edwards and Ferguson(in a DVD showcasing the 2000 goals in the Fergie era) have said that he wasn’t going to leave after that game win, lose or draw. To be honest, I think the truth lies somewhere in the middle. There was a lot of pressure on him in that time and I wouldn’t put it past a few anxious shareholders asking for Fergie’s head. But I doubt he would have got the sack after only 3 years at the club. Look at how long Roy Evans stayed at Liverpool!

    @AIG:
    I think Danny could be on the verge of a breakthrough. What works in his favor is his confidence. The games against City will give us a hint how far he has come. Kiko, as you said, isn’t there yet. He can become very useful because he is the only striker we have who can lead the line. But given a few habits he has developed recently, I think that if he goes on loan, it has to be somewhere in England, so that Fergie can keep a close eye on him. Maybe Newcastle.

  8. Darknight says:

    @ghtt
    lol who would have thought it… its almost ironic how he has not been injured nearly as most of the others…

  9. Costas says:

    @GHTT:

    Thaks for the info on Rodrigo. Sorry to hear about that. I hope he can start playing regular football in the second half of the season. As far as Michael goes, why should Rafa be interested? He has N’Gog! Besides, it’s not like Torres is as injury prone as Owen. Oh wait….

  10. NotoriousRedDevil says:

    @Costas. They have a 25 man squad rule in Portugal and at the cut off point for the squads to be registered they decided to send Possebon back as they had 27 players and needed to reduce it to 25. Whether he’s eligible to play due to rules I don’t know. No 100% accurate reports but what do you expect its harldy headlining news for the media!

  11. NotoriousRedDevil says:

    The Mark Robins story of saving “Fergies job” reminds me of the parable of the stick and the shit. “If you say the same shit over and over again it eventually sticks!”

  12. Gotta hate tiny tears says:

    I still find it crazy that rafa didt try for Owen, He broght back Robbie Folwer to shut the fans up cause they needed new signing and all that cost was busfair and a bag of coke. Micheal Owen will win the 19th english league title with Manchester United and Liverppol wont make the top 4, Micheal Owen will also score in the deciding match that wins united the league. Off topic but i love this WHAT HAVE THE JEWS AND THE MUSLIMS GOT IN COMMON

    hi mate. FSW thought the legendary Andrei Voronin is better than Owen.He did well for Hertha Berlin last season and FSW thought that piece of crap along with ngoo would be good enough for his side especially with Fernando Torres, Stevie me and Alberto Aquilani having a better injury record than Louis Saha.Cant blame him,can you?

    on a serious note, i agree that Owen will get his 1st league crown this summer but disagree that the dippers wont finish in the top 4 becasue they will finish 4th and that too very comfortably

    Speaking of youngsters it really got to my attention and wanted to share it with you my fellow reds……
    its about this kid ravel morrison , there is no doubt he is massively talented and destined for a big big future BUT ! his behaviour off the pitch has to be dearly addresed….
    Lot long ago he was damn lucky to escape punishment after been busted with guns in a car together with his crew and that leaves a big question mark for the boys character. Also i happen to be his facebook friend ( which if he happens to read this am gonna be deleted anyway) and the way he conducts himself over there clearly shows ravel got his attitude all wrong.
    One encouragement though is, on the pitch he gives it all for the team and is always available in the hour of need but one thing is, for mcguinese,ole,phelan and saf needs to take great care for this boy cause not only us even ingerland has high hopes on him.

  17. King Eric says:

    Sam the Kenyan Red – Is that what happened to Morrison? He was in a car found with shooters? Didn’t know that. I knew he had a reputation but didn’t know he was a wannabe gangster!
