Man Utd News 24/7

Good reads Scott. My view of all is
1.The debt is a huge worry and something needs to be done fast.if not we are screwed big time.No one will buy us till the debts are cleared to some extent atleast. Is that the reason SAF isnt spending much? maybe. But as King Eric said some time back if SAf isnt being given the funds or is unhappy he will walk out.
2.As for the Berba issue, been discussed many times before. His problem is he drops too deep. he has to change. United fans are at fault too becasue everyone says being a United player you should work for the team. Thats bollocks and does not mean he has to track back and run all over the park when there are other players doing that.
3.There definitely has been an overreaction after the Leeds defeat. Certain players were not good enough on that day and deserve some criticism but to say SAF should go is shameful.Hadnt it been for him United would have been ‘Just another average club’. Credit to him we are the most popular, most valuable and one of the most sucessful clubs. We dont need such Glory hunting fans.
4.The fact that Veron rejected such a huge offer from CIty and they are after Vieria now as compared to Kaka last season shows who wants to and who dosent want to join them. Mancini’s theory is contradicted by their failure to sign etoo, kaka, ronaldinho, berbatov, mourinho and hiddink
5. As for the transfer window,i honestly feel a few addtions will be good but even if we dont sign anyone i will be more than happy as this squad with players returning from injuries is more than capable of winning the league and doing well in the Champions League
I watched a program on MUTV yesterday about the Irish connection to UNited and they were talking about and showing highlights of Harry Gregg and I couldnt believe the state of the pitch he was diving into. it was the craziest mud bath Ive ever seen . someone would toepoke the ball from 10 yards and it wouldnt even make the goal line due to the pitch been in bits

The debt thing seems to be “all the rage” at the minute. Why after a bad defeat? As I did say last week and some months ago if Fergie was told his hands were tied he would walk.
As for Berbatov I watched the Spurs v United game from the 07/08 season on ESPN last night. He was all over United like a rash, especially first half. He did however keep dropping deep especially to the left hand side. When he tried a piece of skill and it didn’t come off the Spurs fans still applauded him. Most people inside OT just groan or moan. It is purely a confidence issue.
kng eric
your right
united dont turn up against leeds, maybe overlooked a team.
and do you know whos fault that is
the fucking glaziers
wait???………what ???
Why can’t we have a fan bond scheme. I’d be honoured to lend out money to United, I may only be able to manage a couple of hundred quid, maybe a little more. In exchange for a certificate, free game programe and a newsletter I would be glad to help. United give me a lot in my life and I already spend over 70 pounds a month just to get to see them on tele (live in sweden). I would rather help then be a fekkin whinger, If I could feel big about myself knowing me and my fellow comrades had put the money together to allow the Ronaldo money to go to debt and the fans loan to buy a top notch striker Id do it in a heartbeat. I realise it would take a few people out there but for fuck sake just ask on manutd.com, involve the fans. United do more for me in my life then the addidas top on my back, old nike trainers on my feet, the nintendo toss machine plugged to the flat screen tele and Id be happy not to upgrade. Hell I wont even upgrade the wife, I’ll keep the low mantainance one Ive got. Come on Glazers involve us fans, we all wanted the club to be the for the fans, heres you bleeding chance. We might not own it and thank god with some of the idiots on here we dont make any of the decisions, but we want a share.
it is a miracle one jurno on the telegraph is actually giving positive feedback on united and I thought mirracles come at christmas. Someone said on unitedrants this debt interest cant sustain come 2012, isnt the world ending in 2012. So people are right afterall the future is not bright LOL.
on a serious note the debt is a disgrace but united are still here, since people said in 2005 we are doomed 4 years later we are still champions.
