Reading Paul McGrath’s autobiography at the minute and can’t help comparing his upbringing and background to what I’ve so far learned about Bebe. Really hope Bebe comes good like McGrath did – alcohol addiction aside lol

ii. When is Mike Phelan’s contract up
Some of your comments take the piss. Phelan is United through and through and Keano’s favourite coach. But no lets sack him and get back CQ who will then leave us again. Fuck sake. Did we not win the league and get to European Final under Micky?
Eric, I take your point about Phelan, but Keano had him as a fitness and technical coach. Think that saying he is a help recruiting the worlds finest is a bit of a stretch. CQ has been head of the virus and a national coach for several countries, including Portugal twice. Been praised by Ronaldo, Nani, Figo and others. Not saying that Phelan is a slouch, but there isn’t much of a comparison in terms of tactical and managerial credentials.
