Man Utd News 24/7

hard to find a piece of footy news without rooney’s issue…hope this crap ends soon!
Just imagine Sven Goran Erikson along with David Beckham (and later Ronaldo) in our team. We would have been the Glam Sham team!
Thank God, Sir Alex (with help from Lady Cathy, thank goodness for her) decided to stay on.
this is my first first post…
i like sven goran erikson as he was one of the reasons that scholesy retired from england setup
Scholes retired from international football because the press where :Licking the arse of Lampard and Gerrard saying they were the best midfielders and Scholes had lost it!
Because scholes wasn’t scoring the same per game ratio they had turned as they often do!
Scholes went – I don’t need this crap, I enjoy playing for United, I enjoy spending time with my kids. Why should i go through the hassle of Playing for England & all the hassle it involves!
Granted i think Ericsson helped as he was a cock! I think the papers picked the team when ericson was in charge! He had no balls to make any decisions on his own!
What a complete plonker!
Capello will play Wayne. He is too desperate not to.
I say give Wayne the week off and get him back for the Rangers game.
Apparently Bebe is in our Champions League squad after all
Yep. Bebe is in the CL squad. Apparently confusion in the communication.
J-Lo’s a season ticket holder
Yes I see Bebe IS in the squad. Surprised Ritchie isn’t though. He was superb at right midfield the other night. Not enough to warrant him a place I concede but I like him.
Costas – I’d only drop Rooney if he’s not in the right frame of mind. Some are saying he’ll get stick, so what else is new? That’s been happening since moses wore short pants.
trevor – Are you the same Trevor thats been on here a while who’s name used to be in red?
Cannot believe some folk are comparing Wayne to Gazza. Wayne is quite sane , Gazza is a fucking lunatic. The bloke has always had mental health issues. Not the same. Added the fact he was ingesting copious amounts of Coke and Valium etc.
Yeah fucking typical. Wrap the ladyboy in Cottonwool till the dippers play their cup final then lo and behold he is fully fit to play United.

Apologies if been posted, but as I suspected ……………………………
BEBE IS IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SQUAD.
Anyone hear that Giggsy could be in the running for the Wales job?
@willierednut
I am not a fan of dropping him. And I really don’t want us to line up without Wayne for another away game seeing as it messed up our game plan at Fulham. There’s no guarantee that he will keep a cool head in what will be the most hostile crowd he has ever played in front of. So things could go from bad to worse. It will be better for him if his first game back in England was in front of a friendly crowd.
dont see what the fuss is about fabregas’s comments. isn’t it obvious he wanted to go to barca but arsene said no? the press are acting as if this is some sort of revelation but i think he was just stating the obvious.
everton fans will sing anyway, now they just have a new song. I dont think Rooney will lose his cool, he knows that is what everyone expects of him to do.
I think he will play his ass off and honestly will do better, that is all that he is now, a football player.
At the same time, I would like to see Berba/Chicha play as well.
Lets hope for no injuries to our players tomorrow and that Rooney plays well v Switzerland. Any drop in his performance will be viewed as “he is falling apart” from the media.
He didn’t keep a cool head two seasons ago, when there was no shit surrounding him. Everton fans gonna have a go at him no matter what, this is just something else for them to beat him over the head with. Stick a couple a goals in the net, that will shut them up.
Q. Why do pigeons fly upside down over Liverpool?
A. Because there’s nothing worth shitting on.
Hope you are right guys. There have been quite a few occasions where our players have used this extra hatred to motivate them. And then there was Roy Keane at Sunderland in 02. I hope Rooney reacts the right way.
P.S. Not that I am complaining that Roy elbowed McAteer mind you….
Costas – Yeah, Keano lost it then, though McAteer has one of those faces you’d like to slap.
@Ghht,
Because they were told that they’d see pieces of shit wearing some odd Red jerseys around, and they needed to see it for themselves?
Capello has just confirmed Rooney will play tomorrow.
Glad that capello is playing rooney tomorrow….besides he needs to worry more about that shit defence england has, rooney created all the chances for england.
@ GHTT
Birds actually dont even bother to risk flying over merseyside anymore for fear of being shot down and mangled for lunch
Let’s just hope the Rooney thing doesn’t affect what he does on the field for United.
I think in the immediate term if Rooney does the business for England it will do a hell of a lot to bury the story. The press know they can only stick the knife in when he’s playing badly, when Rooney plays well for England the public will be better disposed to him and will resent the press intrusion. So a good game for England would be great for Rooney in terms of placating the masses, and a good game is always a good thing for a player anyway.
I think it’d be wise to not play him against Everton because the fans do get to him and he probably could use that day of all days off. I would think on the balance of teams that we’ve got the beating of Everton without him anyway.
Torres to hit peak condition for Old Trafford game? How typical, we always play the dippers’ strongest line-up EVERY SEASON.
Agree with Doghouse’s first paragraph completely.
If I was Fergie I’m not sure what I would do re the Everton game. I definately wouldn’t have him anywhere near the bench. Either play him or keep him well away. I think Fergie will be waiting to see how things go tomorrow night. If he does rest him (and Rooney’s o.k. with that) we know he’ll come fired out for the next two home games against Rangers and Liverpool.
Can’t wait for that. Hope we give him a minute long standing Roo NEY Roo NEY Roo Ney to let him know who loves him.

A video of a 16 year old kid we have signed from Ajax.
Dave Mack – I’ll join you in singing Rooney name, I also want the number of the call girl, just in case I’m ever in Manchester.
Versus Everton get him out there what supporter is worried about Everton fans reaction.Not too many I would think and a brace from Wayne will do nicely.
Cheers for the link to write the letter to Must.Jaysus I can be the only United supporter in Westerross.
Nobody had written to Charles Kennedy our local MP. They have now! Its really hit an all time low, me writing to Alcholics. lmao.
My brother in law was at a bookies today when he overheard a scottish bloke say he was with paddy crerand last night paddy said THE MESSAGE FROM FERGIE TO ROONEY IS WHEN HE IS BACK DO NOT LET HIMGO TRAINING HE COMES TO SEE ME FIRST {HAIR DRYER ME THINK}
@pritch the red:
Ouch, wouldn’t want to be Rooney when the borefest that is the international break is over then. Let’s see what Fergie has in store for him, as in will he be dropped? Ronaldo (with his tantrums) was almost above all criticism but then again he was the best player in the world back then.
anyone else have the feeling that he will play on saturday and have the best performance of his career? it’s worth hoping for.
@ Sp why not think like that its called turning negativity into positive.
He doesna score much in liverpool though. Time for a change.
@GHTT
The reason why pigeons fly upside down over liverpool is to keep an eye out for muggers
Hitzfeld, Van Gaal, both tremendous managers and both would have done great at United. at least the board was thinking properly
