Looks like we’re fucking bouncing……….I am shit with chants though. Back in my day it was the old boring ‘we’re going to Wembley’ bollocks plus a few player chants…..

But boy did we rock at the Stretty with some fucking noise that could be heard all the way to Birmingham

    UNITED UNITED UNITED

  34. Zibbie says:

  39. Zibbie says:

When SAF feels offensive he can put out a team like

    Nani——-Rooney——–Young

    ———–RVP———–

  40. Giggs12Gerrard0 says:

  41. CedarsDevil says:

    Giggs12

Cheers pal, will be looking out for you and the lads on telly and dream of being there!

  45. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

My formation would be something like this:

    ———————————UNITED GOAL————————————————————–

    ———–CEDARS chasing—————————————————>>> RVP running—————————

    —————————————-CEDARS still chasing—————————–>>>>>>>>>>>RVP still running

    —————-RVP switching flanks——————————CEDARS still chasing————————

    ———————————-RVP caught by CEDARS——————————————-

RVP says: WTF is it Cedars?

  53. Zibbie says:

    Cheers!

  54. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    @ Zibbie

I couldn’t come up with anything better buddy. How are you doing? So, Rooney to rape shit with RVP then? Or Kagawa with Rooney? Or all 3 together supplied by Nani, Valencia, Young, Cleverley, Carrick? Goshh…I don’t know what formation we’ll play because this team is now loaded with so many options. One thing which is certain is that the fear factor associated with UNITED is back, if it had faded somewhat in the past season or so! Can’t wait for Monday! :D

  55. james21 says:

    Prasan
If Cedars runs as well as he drinks then we’ll be fucked.

  56. Zibbie says:

    Back 4 keeper

    Tony V- Nani-Carrick-Rooney-Kagawa

  57. 50 Shades of WillieRedNut says:

That’s that? Tuck your fanny in bitch.

    @ Giggs12 & Jimmy James

Evening guys! All set to sing your heart out on Monday then? :D

  60. Zibbie says:

  63. Sandeep1878 says:

    Net spending since 08,

    Manchester United -£60.15m

    * includes £24m for Robin van Persie.

During the period, we won 2 leagues, lost 2 leagues with the margin of just 1 point, lost 2 CL finals..
and the fucking ABU thinks we are sinking…god help them cunts..

We are just about there to rule the football world again!!

RVP signing has certainly upped the mood and also the stance of Sir Alex and his will to trash the opponents questioning his supremacy..

for me, this is gonna be the biggest season in our recent history..

time to be positive, time to be hopeful, time to be faithful..

The REDS goes marching on on on

  64. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    @ James

Don’t worry my friend, what I didn’t mention in the formation was that Cedars was also chased by a RVP firecracker behind his bum! So, we are safe then? :D

    How are you doing buddy?

  65. CedarsDevil says:

    Prasan

Not received any mail from you recently

  66. 911_DEVIL says:

Haha kagawa will feature at the expanse of young

3 in tha middle, come four
    Me think

But tjo is kinda hard to pick a starting line-up
Fergie has some headache here, which is good for the team

We just want a winning team
Pick whoever you want fergie, hem all are capable

    Rolling on 20…

  67. Sandeep1878 says:

    Prasan,

I m good mate, thanks, trip was good, hope you are well..

  75. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    @ Cedars

No wonder this RVP love-in has done your eyes as well. I resent it just now buddy. :-)

    @ Sandeep

I am good mate, been really busy with work this whole week. The weekend has finally come and can’t wait for Monday, my heart is already beating twice the speed it normally does! I have this feeling we’ll give a real thumping to Everton even if Goodison is a tough place to go on an opening day of the season!

    @ James

No worries regarding the FB request my friend. Hope you have a great time on Monday, we’ll surely kick some shit this season!

  76. 911_DEVIL says:

    Bye :D

50 Shades, you gonna keep them shades until the summer is over? :P

  78. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    @ Willie

Seems like you have a fan! ;)

  79. Redbilly says:

    James21-20:55 like the song

  80. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

Apart from RVP, another huge news has been that of our dear Darren Fletcher resuming training with the first team. Sir Alex has stated that he has put his weight back on and is coming along well. If he joins this squad, then hell we don’t need anyone else for our midfield, although in my opinion, he’ll still take some time to be considered for selection! Great news nonetheless! :-)

    Darren Fletcher, footballing genius!

  81. 911_DEVIL says:

    The premier league returns tomorrow
    This should get you pumped

  82. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    @ Cedars

Good night mate, missed your mosquito sign-off in between of other comments! :D

  83. 911_DEVIL says:

    Still pissing myself here

    What a great feeling
Of killing a mosquito? To million pieces :D

That was one of the best standup jokes I laughed to for a while.

  84. james21 says:

    Redbilly
Hi mate. Yeh just playing with words and using the Diago chant as inspiration. Might try and get it going with giggs12 on Monday. COME ON REDS.

  85. 911_DEVIL says:

    L8ers prasan, 50 shades
I know your have my back

  86. Redbilly says:

Has Morgan honoured his pledge and topped himself yet ?.

  87. Sparkz says:

Haven’t been on here much this summer due to family stuff/working at the Olympics/wanting to avoid the summer madness that usually occurs here…..but had to drop in now. Season’s almost upon us and we’ve just made a quality signing (I’m guessing Cedars almost exploded with joy this week?)

Have to admit, I was lukewarm to the idea at first, purely because I didn’t think it was the area we needed to strengthen….but you know what, who cares? He’s a world class striker, it can only make us stronger, and hopefully he stays fit and produces the goods! Bring on the new season!

  88. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

    He just signed for UNITED,
    And, his name is Robin,
    Delighting every RED,
Will score screamers and some will be a tap-in!

Coming from North London to Manchester,
He takes the biggest leap of his career,
His talent now has no barrier,
The more of him, the merrier! :D

  89. 50 Shades of WillieRedNut says:

Yes Sara, I’ve got your back.

  90. james21 says:

    Spoon
Turn the other cheek it’ll soon get bored.

  91. xol says:

Pirlo then? Carrick back up, seeing as he’s going to be important (again).

  92. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

So, the noisy Italian has started the noise again,
Thinks we’ll squander the lead & fuck it again,
Better he worries about his mercenary shit stains,
Coz Shitty’s season is going to be full of arse-pains!

  93. Redbilly says:

James21- good one , sing your heart out.

  94. prasan_UTDfan4life says:

@ James, Willie, Zibbie and all REDS,

Off to bed now fellas, it’s 3:15 a.m here in India. Take care, stay healthy, stay happy and stay UNITED!

    B.E.L.I.E.V.E! :-)

  95. FletchTHEMAN says:

Welcome to United Angelo. U de Chile confirm Henriquez will join United in a £3.5m deal.

    http://www.football.co.uk/manchester_united/chilean_youngster_henriquez_joins_man_utd_-_club_rss3448336.shtml

  96. 50 Shades of WillieRedNut says:

James – I’ll give him twisted blood if he wants to play silly buggers. ;)

prasan – No fan of mine! Night mate. :)

  97. Redbilly says:

Fletch – it jeeps on getting better, great news.

  98. 50 Shades of WillieRedNut says:

FletchTHEMAN – Good news day? Few people on Twitter who have watched this kid play, reckon he’s the real deal.

  99. FletchTHEMAN says:

Redbilly, Cheers mate. Great day innit! This one was in the cards and was talked about last week. Most on here are speculating that Angelo will have to be loaned back because he is unlikely to get a work permit at the moment. This article seems to indicate a move, but I think there will be more on this soon.

  100. FletchTHEMAN says:

TalkSport say we also put in a late bit for Dembele. Article in the mole seems unsure who the bidders are.

Kind of doubt Fulham will want to loose both Dembele and Dempsey.

    http://www.sportsmole.co.uk/football/fulham/news/jol-confirms-dembele-bid_40631.html

  101. wayne says:

Fletch hi mate don’t think Fulham have much say Dembele only has one yr left so unless he signs a new contract Fulham will lose him anyway

  102. FletchTHEMAN says:

Wayne, Interesting, but Jol says they rejected the mystery bid. In any case, can’t believe it would be us.

We need midfielders….. so the logic seems that we will never sign one

  103. Rai says:

I must say I’m going to eat my words very quickly in regards to RVP.

I’ve only just watched his interviews and a few things really stood out.

1 – His respect and humility when talking about Arsenal.

2 – His obvious desire to join us for football reasons. Also the fact that although he was asked about Rooney, he mentioned Giggs and Scholes :)

3 – Not seen many of his interviews before, to be honest never really paid attention to them, but he comes across as a very humble man.

Very very impressive even before he’s kicked a ball.

  104. Zibbie says:

One more, maybe here one more. Here dude. MUFC kit waiting for you.

  105. Zibbie says:

He did look good, fuck yes. Finally some smack at the #9 , Give me the ball for goals.

  106. JC says:

    Guess Henriquez’s squad number… 21?

  107. Clint-Iamyourpapii says:

    If Nani is for sale….
His price tag at the bare minimum is £35m.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ugt9cMIxapw&feature=player_embedded

In my opinion on his day he’s better than Valencia but theres no point in making comparison between two great players when they can play in the same side easy.

If Lucas Moura is 35m, Nani’s starting bid is just as absurd !

I hope Nani has a smashing season !

  108. Clint-Iamyourpapii says:

Up until July I always said… “something about RVP screams CUNT”.

Why? He forearmed smashed Asmir Begovic 2 years back, similar to Rooney-McCarthey and got off scott free.

That was unforgivable for me, you don’t do shit like that and same for Rooney who continues to do this (England red card). I was delighted to see Wazza punished and suspended during the Euro’s because he deserved it.

However my stance has softened
    Why?

Because we had a fella called Keano and footballistically… he was King Kunt 8)

  109. samuel - united WE stand says:

United take forward step by signing VanPersie, sell nani now and the squad would be weakened in a certain area. I honestly do not know why is presence at the club is going through the rumour mill. He’s one of united’s top players. Shouldn’t be up for sale and i’m sure he isn’t.

  110. samuel - united WE stand says:

willie – mate, i know you’re a gentleman but you better watch whose back you have, it could be a hairy damsel in distress.

  111. mybloodismetal says:

did anyone see the news about a bid from us to fulham for dembele ? He would be a good addition, and provide some competition for anderson/cleverly

    http://www.talksport.co.uk/sports-news/football/premier-league/transfer-rumours/120817/exclusive-%E2%80%93-man-united-see-%E2%80%98very-low%E2%80%99-bid-fulham-star-reject

  112. Tonka Norris says:

RvP is gonna take some getting used to. I pretty much loathed the little shit at Arsenal, and loved it when he got set off for peevish fouls. But it feels like we’re going to leave the 1:0 games behind us.

I don’t see Roo and Poo being the automatic starters either; plenty of competition for all the front positions. Be curious to know the penalty stats for them but suspect Poo is sharper. Roll on Monday. Beeb reckons a draw but I’m hearing revenge for our last fiasco against Everton.

  113. Cantona got me here says:

Rooney Rooney Rooney! Just watch him this year. Just wait. This RVP deal is going to light him up. Love it.

  114. Robbo says:

Anybody have any idea on how many pre-season games RVP has played? I can only think of the 30 odd minutes in Arsenals last game.
This is why I think he will start on the bench on Monday and possibly make his starting debut at the Theatre.

  115. Red Robin says:

Two nights away from the Everton game. I never thougt that two nights are gonna be a long waiting.

On RVP, SAF clearly is making a statement. If Barca took the heart (Cesc), City took all-the-small-spare-parts (Clichy, Nasri, Toure, etc.), then SAF says ‘Let me take the crown!’ :D

    So Etihad are u listening?
You better keep our trophy glistening.
    We are coming on May.
    To take it away.
    Walking in the Fergie wonderland.

    UNITED!

  116. Robbo says:

Noticed that Chel$ki are still chasing Moses.

Should we be making a bid for him????

After all we do have God (SAF)
Jesus Christ (Bryan – Life of)
    and the 12 apostles

    Georgie
    Eric
    Paul
    Ryan
    Robin
    Wayne
    Dennis
    Bobby
    Nemanja
    Roy
    Peter
    and thet judas one Cristano

  117. Sara says:

RvP will not start at Goodison. He should be content with a place on the bench.I’m no Fergie but expect him to be brought on for the last 20 minutes.
Thing is he will be unleashed at the Theatre of dreams (and titles) and given a reprieve for the last 20 minutes after banging in two goals. What a standing ovation he will be getting.Pretty much like the Beatles.
Like some on here have posted,i just wish he can replicate his form at Arsenal. We looking terrific at the moment lads and lasses.Opposition teams will be quacking in their bloody boots.
    Happy days.

  118. Red in Taipei says:

Any v. Persie shirts sighted yet?

  119. Justin10RvN says:

im really hoping to see a 4-3-2-1 once RvP is ready to start maybe something like this

    De Gea
    Valencia-Rio-Vidic-Evra
    Carrick–Ando/Clev/Scholes/whoever
    ——Kagawa——–
    Nani————Rooney
    ——–RvP———

could be goals in that, or Fergie might go back to the ’08 4-6-0 formation which also rules

  120. jeet says:

Justin, that’s exactly the sort of line up I’m hoping to see as well. I have a feeling that Fergie is trying to recreate the roo-ronnie-tevez axis, hence the desire to sign players like hazard and lucas. Can someone remind me who were the mf 3 in those days? If memory serves me right, it was some combo of carrick, scholes, hargo, ando and fletch.

  121. jeet says:

Kagawa behind the flexible front 3 of rooney, nani (with tonyv overlapping on the flank) and rvp, all interchanging positions could be bloody frightening. Carrick-scholes or ando-clevs as the twin pivots. Fucking hell, IF the key players can stay fit, we could have some season on our hands, eh?

  122. feedemscraps says:

Yeah Jeet, exciting options, its something thats been missing.
    Bring on Monday!

  123. Vishal S says:

Funny isn’t it that one player signed, and now we look like world beaters! Just last week, we looked so short of a spark in the team. All sorts of combinations coming out now for the starting eleven. One word of caution- STOP PREDICTING.
Sir Alex himself wouldn’t know the best eleven right now. Maybe we could wait until the year end and see what would be our best eleven.

  124. Atin says:

Considering the many formations people have been sharing on RoM, does anyone also think that SAF is possibly thinking of converting TonyV into a Dani Alves type RB while waiting for Rafael to grow into his natural Brazilian successor. A right wing of TV7 and Rafael was devastating last term while we’ve also seen some brilliance from Nani and TV7 on the right together. Is this versatility that TV7 is being groomed into a way to ensure more and more attack-minded players/ game changers are available on the pitch? Given that TV7 is one of those who does his job well both in attack and defense + is a tactical player (by this, I mean he will do what he is told and curb natural instincts if asked, akin to JS Park), I dont think there is gonna be any major foul-up defense-wise also.

  125. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

Just my two cents worth on this whole thing.

I’m definitely exciting. We’ve got a big name player in our hands. He’s proven and he’s a great player. Rooney with RVP sounds so exciting and I’m sure it’ll be. We’ve got Kagawa, Powell. All in all, its a satisfying summer and I can’t wait to bring the trophy where it belongs.

However, I just can’t help but think. I see most of us here welcoming RVP with such great happiness, and we talk about how the gunners are all being bitter and all that. But really the gunners being bitter-isn’t that justified? RVP at United. As much as that sounds exciting. I can’t help but cringing a little. It’s like if Rooney joins city. Would we be rejoicing? Nope, we’ll be bitter for sure. This clearly shows the lack of loyalty in the world of football nowadays. We United fans expect loyalty from our players, yet we seem to welcome when players join us leaving their clubs-especially the high profile ones. Just finding it a little hypocritical. And please don’t get me wrong. I love it that RVP’s with us. So I’m a hypocrite too. Just being a little philosophical now. Well, I guess in football, its not about how you gonna win. Its just about winning it.

  126. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

    *I’m definitely excited.

    Urgh typos.

  127. jeet says:

KoSE – ohh absolutely. There’s a tiny part of me that cringes at the thought of the toothy dutchman in an united shirt. People talk of mercenary players, but IMO fans are the bigger set of mercenaries. The only difference between rooney and van persie situations is the fact that rooney did his thing after one season of losing the title to the chavs, whereas rvp didn’t win shit for what, 8 yrs? Big difference if you ask me. Sometimes I wonder if our legends like rednev, scholes and giggsy would have stayed on if they were winning fuckall year after year. So, to conclude, football is a dog eat dog world, with players, managers, clubs and fans all being selfish mercs, seeking their fattest pound of flesh at all times. The only antidote, the only sheen that glosses over the ugliness and the claws out mentalities, is victory and sustained success on the field.

  128. james21 says:

    Kingofstretfordend
Good post. I think it comes more down to football fans being fickle rather than hypocrites.
We have been spoilt over the years with the loyalties shown by the Nevilles, Giggs, Scholes and so on. Most fans can only dream of such loyalties. The game has changed and players know that shitty, chesea and PSG will pay stupid wages. RVP chose football and deserves a little respect as these decisions may become rare. In my view do players like Rooney actually need more money, he gives any libal money he wins to charity

  129. CedarsDevil says:

I do not agree with the concept of calling RvP a mercenary, if that was the case then Ronaldo should be labelled the biggest cunt that existed. Players change clubs all the time, be it for footballing reasons or money reasons.

RvP chose us over city and Juve where he could have gotten a lot more money , can we not at least rejoice at that fact alone?

  130. CedarsDevil says:

I fucking bet even if we signed Messi you would still have folk moaning and complaining or questioning his motives……….Grow the fuck up and enjoy the fact that we now have on our books a world class striker with combinations up front that is going to scare the shit out of defences

  131. Redbilly says:

Neither arsenal or RVP. Above reproach for the exit situation. To be fair to him , be stayed longer than he wanted to in regard to silverware . His age probably is a thought too. Byes, one year free transfer, but at 29 those years are precious as a player.

In that yea he could sit out for a free or be in the running for the title and Europe glory, possibly. But now he has that chance in the next 12 months.

Good luck to him and good luck to arsenal too.

  132. jeet says:

True that Cedars, I don’t think rvp moved for money alone, he could have gone to city and arsenal were ready to pay him 5 mil signing bonus. My tiny cringe is more to do with seeing a rival, who you have trained urself to hate, wearing our red. My comments were more to do with the general state of football and the fact that most football fans are just as much of mercs, or fickle minded, or whatever you choose to call it, as players.

  133. ClaytonBlackmoresTan says:

Giggs 12 Stevie Me Feck All,

Mate, you almost had it perfect I reckon- hope you don’t mind that I’ve amended your blinding little rhyme- your track, CBT remix (ish)

    Mancini, said to van Persie,
“Do you want to sign for man city?”
“No fucking chance, I’m a fucking red!
The city is yours? You must be off yer head”

    United, always.

  134. Red Robin says:

    RVP to pop Cedars:

Alright pop that’s why we call them football fans. Always deluded with their own search for perfection. Never mind them.

  135. CedarsDevil says:

My blood is fucking boiling, so stay clear of me…………Seems whatever Sir Alex does he can never please all the fans. Just like any other club we have our share of fickle and doubtful fools.

Its been a great summer as far as transfers are concerned yet you get people coming on fucking moaning and questioning this that and the other……..Bloody hell

  136. jeet says:

Cool down, Cedars, neither me nor KoSE cribbed about SAF or our signings, we are ecstatic about RVP at United! Just getting into armchair philosopher mode on a lazy sat afternoon!

  137. United's Shaikh Re'd'volution says:

Anyone who is still moaning about signing or whatever should “Go,and stand in the corner!”.

  138. Colbert says:

I wonder where Henriquez fits into all this. I expected him to to be loaned back to his club in Chile. He’s 18 and he has established himself at A-level in his home country so he should be playing first team football in order to develop further. He won’t be getting much of that here with our options up front.

  139. samuel - united WE stand says:

If high moral grounds is what you want to take, the righteous leader of the rights then football is not the game for you. Loyalty does not exist in football and never will, on rare occasions, a couple will fly that flag. It still seems surreal to see van the man in a united shirt but i bet real madrid fans say the same when Ronaldo turned up at the bernabeu.

  140. CedarsDevil says:

    Jeet

Was not referring to either of you as you know………..By the way best you spell out KOSE full name.

You see, just like Zibbie means my dick in Lebanese, kose means my pussy!

  141. CedarsDevil says:

    Samuel

Allow me to say this…………..Well fucking said

  142. Ash says:

Rafael has a big future here. With him getting #2 shirt it is clear Sir alex has huge plans for him. He is our main RB. With Jones and Smalling out for few weeks Rafael should be our number 1 choice RB.

  143. samuel - united WE stand says:

Henriquez is not getting loaned out. FERGIE wants to ingrain united’s philosophy and mentality into him as quick as possible, hence the “It’s fundamental for henriquez to join up now”. Universidad deem him ready both mentally and physically, he probably still needs time but he’s another bright talent.

  144. jeet says:

    Zibbie loves KoSE!!!

  145. Costas says:

    @Jeet at 08:13

Well said. I will enjoy seeing RVP in the red shirt as much as anyone, but it seems pretty obvious to me that he accepted the best offer on the table. Not that it bothers me a lot. Someone said yesterday that RVP and Rooney as a pair is probably the most hated due to their mercenary attitudes. That’s how players operate nowdays. That’s why I am dumbfounded at Arsenal fans blaming these players for leaving. Why remain underpaid at a club that wins no trophies when you have a shot at making more money at a more successful club? RVP at 29 and with his stock higher than ever made the decision based on his wallet as well. Anyone would. That’s why Zlatan, Tiago, Moura and co joined the “project” at PSG. Loyalty means fuck all mate. If Ronaldo was offered 200 or 250k per week in the summer of 2009, he would have forgotten all about his boyhood dream of joining Real.

  146. samuel - united WE stand says:

cedars – it’s the nature of the beast. We’ve all sat watching pogba flirt with juve and then ending up there (although he did that to his previous club so i guess what goes around comes around), fryers is supposedly a united product but he’s taken the weak back-door to join spurs, united didn’t even announce the transfer, that’s how fucked up it was. Loyalty is a thing of the past and depends on what kind of individual a player is, we all should be prepared to be let down by any player at any moment. Most are after money to better themselves, success is merely a bonus. Let’s get on with it.

  147. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

    @jeet and James21

Yep, glad you guys understood my thoughts.

and I agree with samuel. If we want to take high moral grounds, football is not for you. Exactly. My team’s interests come first. Who we sign from where, who cares. As long as it makes us more lethal.

For the record, I’m not moaning at signing RVP. In all honestly, I smirked when the news first broke. Getting one over the gunners. And its clear as daylight that it wasn’t for the money. He wanted money, he would have chosen city. It’s just like Berba. He left spurs. He demanded us, he chose us. It’s our history and greatness that attracts these players and for that RVP’s made an intelligent move. Its practical. The odds of winning trophies with us is way greater than had he stayed at United.

What i was just saying is that we shouldn’t be all over the gunners being bitter. I think that’s justified. He’s been a hero for them, not now for sure, and so to lose a player to your rivals isn’t the most sweetest thing in the world. It’s fair for them to think of RVP as a traitor. Just like torres from the scousers to chelsea. When RVP first joined Arsenal, he wasn’t that much of a superstar if I remember right. And thinking about this, I’m probably giving an ounce of thought for the gunners probably because I have a tinge of respect for them. Hate them yes, but I respect them. And I’d probably have people pouncing on me for saying that, questioning how true a United fan i am.

Once again, i’d just like to say. Sir Alex is a genius. I’m not moaning about RVP. I actually wanted us to sign RVP while if i remember right there were people here who were doubting the need for RVP ( and now who subsequently turn the tables around like as if they wanted RVP all along).

  148. KingOfStretfordEnd says:

    stayed at arsenal*

    damn the keyboard

  149. samuel - united WE stand says:

I don’t like the idea of valencia at right back as he’s not one. If united are desperately needing cover or whatever then he’s an option. Antonio i would prefer seeing causing havoc going forward. rafael, hopefully fit throughout should nail down that position. His experience in the olympics might galvanise him for the season. He’ll want to prove to brazilians that he’s ready to be first choice. Marnick vermijl (i rate him highly) can be the cover but other options are likely to be put in.

I think we’ll be seeing more of scott wooton and will keane this season, brady also. All look capable but premier league level is an entirely different world, we shall see.

  150. 50 Shades of WillieRedNut says:

I think some on here need to move with the times. Being loyal is a lost concept. If Rooney done this to us? He did try lol. Fergie convinced him otherwise. Do I feel guilty, or sorry for Arsenal? No way. I respect them as a club. That’s it though. My interest is in United lads. Haven’t got time to worry about other clubs, who woudln’t give a toss about our club. So, be happy we’ve landed a top player from one of our rivals ffs. UNITED! 19

  151. Sara says:

I honestly dont believe that RvP signed to get a fat pay cheque.Being a mercurial striker,he had a raft of suitors but only three clubs were mentioned. You would be naive to think that the prying eyes of Chelsea,Psg,Anzhi,Real etc were not keeping tabs on the player. They all did and most of the aforementioned clubs would have blown us out of the water if it came to wages and transfer fees.Selling him to us was not an option to Wenger and he reiterated that he would rather have sold him abroad. That should ring bells that obviously he sat down with Van and the player clearly made his wish is a move to United.
One thing i respect about Wenger is that he also listens to the wishes of his players and will never castigate them even after leaving the club.Of course like any other working mortal you have to consider the wages being offered as we all have a life to lead. The over-riding factor was to geta club that would ultimately win him trophies before he hangs up his boots.
Im surprised that many are now poking holes after the gaffer procured last season,s top scorer.Talk about damned if you do and damned if you dont.Get real people and pray that he dovetails immaculately with our other strikers.
Some fans are really hard to please.

  152. Sara says:

In reference to Keano’s words i dont think Rvp is a piece of meat.He may be many things, but a mercenary is not one of them.

  153. Zibbie says:

Fun read, yep big business now.
RvP welcome, create competition in the forward ranks,

  154. Zibbie says:

Zibbie was looking for kos, missed stuck it in her tizz. ??? Tree did I get that right, My dick, was looking for some pussy missed and stuck it in her ass? Wow on RoM learning a new language.

  155. mara says:

Shitteh bought De Rossi…i have only one question…where are all these players gonna play???
